Abstract

This study examines the effect of motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Sustraco Adikreasi. This topic is important because employee performance directly impacts the organisation's success. Despite numerous studies on similar variables, limited research investigates this relationship in the corporate context of PT Sustraco Adikreasi, highlighting its novelty. This study contributes to the literature by providing empirical evidence and practical insights into the role of motivation and satisfaction in improving performance. An associative quantitative method was used by distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents. Data were analysed using multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination with the help of SPSS software. Abstract

This study aims to examine and optimize human resource management at Cafe Sawah, a business unit of the Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) in Pujon Kidul Village, by implementing digital innovation to address the challenges of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. The research background arises from the employees' limited digital capabilities, which negatively impact service quality while recognizing digital transformation's vast opportunities in the modern era. The novelty of this study lies in developing the SDGS (Smart Youth Doing Digitalization Solution) program, which integrates basic digital training, a branding challenge through the Cafe Sawah Challenge (CSC), and an innovative ordering system called Click order. This research fills a gap in the literature on human resource management in rural tourism by proposing applicable and practical training and development methods. The study employs SWOT analysis, empirical surveys of visitors, and field studies to obtain actual data on human resource conditions and technology implementation. The findings indicate a significant improvement in employee competencies and operational efficiency, positively impacting Cafe Sawah's competitiveness and brand image. The study concludes that digital innovation is a strategic solution for human resource empowerment in the digitalization era. Keywords: Digitalization, Cafe Sawah, BUMDes, Industrial Revolution 4.0, SDGs

Abstract

Indonesia has built many Special Economic Zones (SEZs) to strengthen the country's economy. However, often, the development does not provide maximum results. This study aims to evaluate the policies and strategies for developing Special Economic Zones (SEZs) in Indonesia using the SWOT and Balanced Scorecard (BSC) analysis approaches. The research method uses qualitative data collection techniques through literature studies and document analysis. The SWOT analysis identifies internal factors in the form of strengths and weaknesses and external factors consisting of opportunities and threats. The SWOT analysis results are integrated into the BSC framework, consisting of four perspectives: finance, customers, internal processes, and learning and growth. Each perspective has four strategies and a measurable Key Performance Index (KPI). This study produces comprehensive strategic recommendations for SEZ development that include optimizing investment incentives, improving investor services, strengthening institutional coordination, and developing HR competencies. The implementation of this strategy is expected to increase the competitiveness of Indonesian SEZs at the regional and global levels. Keywords: Evaluation, Special Economic Zones, SWOT, Balanced Scorecard

Abstract

This study aims to comprehensively analyze research trends and themes related to coastal poverty, focusing on identifying dominant topics, shifts in research priorities, and existing knowledge gaps within the field. The novelty of this study lies in its longitudinal bibliometric approach, covering the period from 1949 to 2025, which provides a holistic understanding of how the discourse on coastal poverty has evolved over more than seven decades—an approach rarely explored in previous research. This study contributes to academic discussions by mapping the intellectual structure of coastal poverty studies, identifying areas for interdisciplinary collaboration, and supporting the formulation of future research agendas aligned with global sustainability goals. The research employs a bibliometric analysis using secondary data retrieved from the Scopus database, which were processed and visualized through VOS viewer software to analyze keyword co-occurrence, thematic clusters, and temporal research trends. The findings reveal that dominant themes in coastal poverty research include climate change, poverty, coastal areas, and sustainable development, with recent shifts toward food security, social vulnerability, and multidimensional poverty impacts. The study concludes that, despite the growing body of research, significant gaps remain in addressing issues of empowerment, equity, income, gender, and healthcare. Strengthening collaboration among researchers and institutions is crucial for promoting inclusive and sustainable development of coastal communities. Keywords: Coastal Poverty, Bibliometrics, Climate Change, Sustainable        Development

Abstract

Poverty is a reflection of people's welfare. The extent of poverty in a region is determined by the level of concern of the policymakers in that region, namely the Government. However, if poverty is left untreated, it will become a chronic disease that deepens economic and social disparities. Sragen Regency is recognised as the most innovative regency in Indonesia in the 2024 Innovative Government Award (IGA) program by the Ministry of Home Affairs for the Tumis Village (Tuntas Kemiskinan) innovation. This study aims to determine the impact of Tumis Village as a flagship program of the Sragen Regency Government in reducing poverty. This study is qualitative and uses descriptive methods. Data sourced from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Sragen Regency and from interviews with residents affected by Tumis Village. The study results indicate that the Tumis Village program can reduce poverty in Sragen Regency. Keywords: Tumis Village, Poverty
