Abstract

The purpose of this study is (1) to describe the process of developing the Indonesian Language and Literature module in STAD type cooperative learning. (2) describe the quality of development of the Indonesian Language and Literature module in STAD type cooperative learning. This study uses the development method (Research and Development). The results of this study show student learning outcomes obtained as follows: Module valid with the percentage of linguists 95.0%, learning experts 95.0% and material experts 82.4% and practitioners with a percentage of 86.7%. In addition, to measure the effectiveness of the module can also be seen based on the achievement scores of student learning which shows an average of above 75, with a percentage of 100% for the test of implementation I and 98.0% of students in the test of implementation II. This research can be concluded that the module development process is carried out in several stages, and each stage faces a problem that must be solved. Module quality can be measured on the level of validity, practicality, and effectiveness. Modules are said to be effective, because based on the score of achievement of individual learning outcomes students get a score above 75 and the completeness of the class is above 75%, so, the development of the Indonesian language module with the Cooperative Model type STAD.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve student learning activities and learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SD Negeri Supenuh Sugio Subdistrict, Lamongan Regency on globalization material by applying the STAD type cooperative learning model. This classroom action research is carried out in two cycles, each consisting of four stages: planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects in this study were fourth grade students of SD Negeri Supenuh. Data collection techniques used are test and non-test techniques. Data analysis was carried out by analyzing qualitative and quantitative data. Based on the implementation of the first cycle student learning activities reached 65.12% and in the second cycle increased to 79.87%. In the first cycle, the average value of student learning outcomes reached 70.67 with a complete percentage of classical learning of 66.67%. Meanwhile, in the second cycle the average value of student learning outcomes increased to 81.67 with a complete percentage of classical learning at 93.33%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the application ARCS model of fable in Class VII-k MTsN 1 Lamongan. This research is a qualitative descriptive quantitative. The instrument used in the research were observational, questionnaire, written test and interviews. The result of the study shows that the design used is by using RPP (lesson plan) with 4 indicators from ARCS model. The process of this study can be known by see the result of pre-test and post-test, for student’s respond increases 33,333% to be high category with percentage 48,485% and for student’s motivation to learn increases from 33,333% to be high percentage 48,485%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses belajar teks negosiasi dengan menggunakan aplikasi Edmodo dan pengaruh penggunaan aplikasi Edmodo terhadap kemenarikan proses belajar teks negosiasi. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian True Experimental Design dengan model Posttest-only Control Design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Karangbinangun yang berjumlah 250 siswa, sedangkan sampel yang digunakan adalah kelas X IPA 4 yang berjumlah 30 siswa sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas X IPA 3 yang berjumlah 30 siswa sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan angket. Teknik analisis data untuk uji prasyarat berupa uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas, sedangkan uji hipotesis menggunakan Independent Sample T Test. Hasil observasi guru pada kelas kontrol (X IPA 3) sebesar 84%, sedangkan pada kelas eksperimen (X IPA 4) sebesar 95%. Hasil observasi siswa pada kelas kontrol sebesar 10% dengan kriteria baik, sedangkan pada kelas eksperimen sebesar 66,7% dengan kriteria baik. Hasil penghitungan statistik melalui uji beda Indepedent Sample T-Test menunjukkan bahwa nilai sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,00 lebih kecil dari nilai taraf signifikansi sebesar 0,05. Sementara, nilai thitung sebesar 6,652 lebih besar dari nilai ttabel sebesar 2,048. Pengambilan keputusan dari hasil tersebut adalah hipotesis nol (H0) ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data melalui penghitungan statistik, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penggunaan aplikasi Edmodo terhadap kemenarikan proses belajar teks negosiasi pada siswa kelas X IPA SMAN 1 Karangbinangun tepatnya sesudah diberi perlakuan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop a reading media in French with A2 based on Pedagogical Technology and Content Knowledge (TPACK). Development of learning media needs to be done to improve technology development in the world of education launched by the millennial era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. In addition, KKNI at Medan State University interviewed technology that was in accordance with the concepts and learning, the results of learning to read in French, students were still low, learning media had not used new technology. This research was conducted in the Unimed Faculty of Language and Arts French Education Program studio with the implementation of the Plomp model (1997: 6-15) through the empathy phase, namely (1) the investigation phase, (2) the design phase, (3) the implementation or construction phase, ( 4) test, evaluation and revision phases. The investigation phase related to the development of learning media in reading French, A2, is also done with learning material, besides that it is carried out in the form of data that discusses material that contains material or material sent into learning media developed using Windows Movie Maker, video applications pad, which is then uploaded to the FBS E-Learning network. Application that is used by instructors to construct content, organize quizzes, assignments, and manage communication with learners. The results obtained through this study are learning media developed with TPACK and online learning-based and face-to-face learning content in Reading Comprehension courses in French equivalent of A2 in the FBS Unimed French Language Study program.

Abstract

The general objective of this study is to describe the level of mastery of grammar Baku Indonesian by Indonesian teachers in Lamongan , comparing the level of mastery TBBBI by teachers at any educational institution, and rank the most difficult grammar for Indonesian teachers in Lamongan. This study was designed in a quantitative descriptive study. The source of research data is a teacher Indonesian (elementary, middle, and high school) in Lamongan. Analyzing data is performed quantitative research. The results showed that the level of mastery TBBBI by elementary school teachers belong less with a mean score of 45, the level of mastery TBBBI by Indonesian teachers SMP classified as moderate with a mean score of 59, and the level of mastery TBBBI by Indonesian high school teachers were moderate with a mean score of 63. Comparison of the TBBBI mastery by an elementary school teacher, junior high school teacher and high school teacher is 45:59:63. Traveler grammatical difficulties for Indonesian teachers are as follows. For primary school teachers ranked the highest difficulty is the word order (score of 37), followed by successive syntax (score of 47) and a sound system (score of 52). For junior high school teacher, the highest rank of difficulty is the syntax (score of 54), followed by successive order of words (score 59) and a sound system (score of 63). For high school teachers, the highest rank of difficulty is the syntax (score of 60), followed by successive order of words (score 64) and a sound system (score of 66).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to (1) improve student achievement in science subjects, the subject of heat transfer and (2) determine the effect of the STAD type cooperative learning model on the subject of heat transfer on student learning systems. Classroom action research (CAR) was conducted in 2 cycles, each cycle. The subjects of this study were grade VI students of SDN Karangbinangun Kec. Karangbinangun, Lamongan Regency with a total of 18 students. The improvement that can be observed from the application of STAD type cooperative learning methods is the teaching and learning process centered on student activities through the application of this method students are more active because of the pleasant learning atmosphere, easy to understand the material because it is assisted through concrete learning media, discussions, questions and answers and peer tutors . The results of the study were quite good, in the first cycle of 18 students, 13 students increased (72.2%), 5 students did not increase (18%). In the second cycle of 18 students, 16 students increased (88.8%), 2 students did not increase (11.2%).

Abstract

This study aims to improve initial reading skills by using word card media for grade 1 students at SDN Kalipang, Sugio District, Lamongan Regency. This type of research is a collaborative classroom action research conducted in two cycles. The research subjects were grade 1 students totaling 10 students. Data collection techniques used 1) oral reading and written tests to understand reading, 2) observation, and 3) documentation. The data analysis technique uses descriptive statistical analysis, namely by looking for averages. The results of the study show that learning to read the beginning by using word card media can improve reading skills of grade 1 students at SDN Kalipang, Sugio District, Lamongan Regency. Reading skills in pre-action amounted to 61 and completeness was 40%, in cycle I increased to 67.5 with completeness 70%, increase in cycle II 73 with completeness of 90%.

Abstract

This study aims to describe (1) increasing PKn learning achievement and (2) the influence of PKn learning motivation after the implementation of cooperative learning in the STAD model. This action research was carried out in three cycles and used a tool to collect teacher-made test data and observation sheets. The research subjects were students of class VI Semester II at Moro Elementary School. The results showed that the cooperative learning method of the STAD model could improve the quality of PKn learning. The STAD model cooperative learning method has a positive impact on increasing student learning prestige which is characterized by an increase in student learning completeness in each cycle, namely the first cycle (68.42%), cycle II (81.58%), cycle III (94.74% ).

Abstract

: In the PPKn daily test on the Nature of Law and Human Rights Institutions, grade VII-C students of SMP Negeri 1 Pule Trenggalek received a very low class average score of 62.6 and classical learning completeness reached 46.7%. This shows that there are 14 students out of 30 students who have finished learning. This means that only 14 out of 30 students have achieved mastery learning. From the discussion with peers, it was found that the PPKn learning in class VII had been taking place only by using the lecture method without being accompanied by other methods that could involve students in learning. The teacher also does not use learning media that can concrete the material. So through this action research, the researcher wants to improve the learning outcomes of PPKn about the Nature of Law and Human Rights Institutions by applying a problem-based learning approach combined with problem card media. Research conducted by researchers is in the form of action research (action research). Based on the research that has been done, it is concluded that the application of the problem-based learning approach combined with the problem card media can improve the learning outcomes of PPKn about the Nature of Law and Human Rights Institutions. In the first learning cycle, the students' average learning achievement was 72 and classical learning completeness reached 70%. This shows that there are 21 students out of 30 students who have finished learning. In the second learning cycle, the average student achievement was 78.8 and classical learning completeness was 90%. This shows that there are 27 students out of 30 students who have finished learning. The application of a problem-based learning approach combined with problem card media in PPKn learning about the Nature of Law and Human Rights Institutions, begins with assigning students the task of observing snippets of news about law and human rights institutions that are broadcast by the teacher in front of the class. In the next lesson, students are given the task of group students to make clippings about human rights law and institutions.
