Abstract

This research is related to the fields of Islamic banking science. In connection with the approaches taken in the theories related to products, services and interest in saving. This research is a descriptive quantitative research with data sources, namely primary data. Data collection techniques using interviews and questionnaires with a sample of 95 people. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, multiple linear analysis, t test, and F tes.The results of the research with the SPSS program obtained partial measurement results (t test) the product variable has an influence on interest in saving with a value of tcount 6,011> ttable1,985. The results of the partial measurement (t test) of the service variable have an influence on interest in saving with a value of tcount 5,458> ttable1,985. Abstract

This study aims to see product quality, and price on consumer purchasing decisions in purchasing car tires on cv. Uwais in estuary bulian. The dependent variable in this study is the decision to purchase car tires, while the independent variables are product quality and price. Data analysis was done by using multiple linear regression method with the application of t test. The aim is to find out whether product quality and price variables have a partial effect on consumer purchasing decisions. The results of the study indicate that: product quality, and price variables have a partial effect on consumer purchasing decisions in purchasing car tires at cv. Uwais. From the coefficient of determination, the Ajusted R Square value is 0.343 or equal to 34.3%. This figure indicates that purchasing decisions are influenced by product quality and price variables. While the remaining 65.7% is influenced by other variables that are not included in this study.

Abstract

This research is focused on the Impact of Covid-19 on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and Strategies for UMKM to survive during the Covid-19 period. This is done to find out how the impact of Covid-19 on UMKM in Batang Hari Regency and at the same time how UMKM strategies to survive during the Covid-19 period. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method, with data collection techniques in the form of interviews with business actors and from several sources of other articles. The results of this study indicate that there are 2 impacts of Covid-19 on UMKM in Batang Hari Regency, including negative impacts and positive impacts. From the results of interviews conducted with 99 MSME actors consisting of 3 types, namely Culinary UMKM, Fashion UMKM and Agribusiness UMKM, it shows that during the Covid-19 period, 79% of UMKM in Batang Hari Regency experienced a negative impact, while 21% of UMKM in Batang Hari Regency experience a positive impact. Then there are several strategies carried out by MSME actors such as providing good service to consumers and paying attention to the quality of goods to be sold to consumers, carrying out health protocols in doing business, trading through social media and applying for capital assistance to the government

Abstract

This study discusses the effect of work facilities and work environment on job satisfaction of the employees of the District Head Office of Bajubang. The variables of work facilities and environment act as independent variables, while the variable of job satisfaction acts as the dependent variable. The analytical tool used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression. This is because of the two independent variables used in this study. Then to test the hypothesis used t test and F test, as well as the coefficient of determination to determine the magnitude of the contribution of the variable work facilities and work environment to job satisfaction. The conclusion of this study is that based on the results of the t-test, the work facilities variable does not have a partial effect on job satisfaction at the Bajubang District Head Office, while the work environment variable has a partial influence on job satisfaction at the Bajubang District Head Office. In the results of the F test, the variables of work facilities and work environment have a joint influence on job satisfaction. From the results of the coefficient of determination, the Adjusted R Square value is 0.65. This means that the variables of work facilities and work environment affect job satisfaction by 65%. While 35% that affect job satisfaction is influenced by other variables that are not discussed in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the variable job satisfaction on employee performance at Bank 9 Jambi Muara Bulian Branch. This study uses a sample of 41 employees who work at Bank 9 Jambi Muara Bulian Branch. The analytical method in this research is descriptive qualitative and quantitative methodsFor the t-test where (tcount> ttable) the job satisfaction variable in this study shows a value of (4,418>1,68595) meaning that the job satisfaction variable has a significant effect on employee performance variables. As for the f test where Fcount > Ftable with a value of (158.085>3.24). it means that simultaneously the job satisfaction variable has a significant effect on employee performance at Bank 9 Jambi Muara Bulian Branch and the Adjusted R Square value is 0.887. It means that the percentage of job satisfaction on employee performance is 88.7% and 0.113 or 11.3% is influenced by other variables

Abstract

The Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBDesa) is a village goverment budget that is realized the form of number, in essence the APBDesa is an annual program. The Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBDesa) must be used as possible for the prosperity of the village community.In terms of village finance and assets, there are two things that need serious attention from the village, namely village income and village expenditure. Village income comes from various sources of income found in the village and village income is used by the village to finance various types of village expenditure where village expenditure is prioritized to meet the development needs agreed upon in village meetings.Researchers chose Lopak Aur village because if the village’s income source rose, it would be followed by an increase in village expenditure, whereas if the village’s income source declined, it would also be followed by a decrease in village expenditure.So the result of this study are: It can be seen that income from 2019 to 2020 has increased as well as shopping for the Lopak Aur village has increased in doing the shopping it self. In the proportion of both income and expenditure it self, 2019 is a higher proportion than in 2020

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyze the level of consumer satisfaction at the Abian Cell Store counter in Batang Hari Regency in terms of Service Quality and Product Completeness. The research was conducted quantitatively with the number of respondents as many as 30 people by looking at the highest to lowest order of respondents' satisfaction levels on the quality of service and completeness of the products provided by the Abian Cell Counter, followed by looking at the satisfaction levels of respondents based on gender, age and education.The results showed that the level of consumer satisfaction with the Abian Cell Store counter seen from the services provided to consumers was in the Satisfied category with an index value of 3.99. Meanwhile, based on the highest level with an index value of 4.23, it is satisfied because the counter employees are alert and fast in providing services and the counter sells many brands of the products provided. Meanwhile, the lowest level of satisfaction with an index value of 3.63 is due to the attention and actions of employees towards consumer complaints. Judging from gender, it is known that those who have the highest and lowest levels of satisfaction are female consumers, seen from the age of those who have the highest level of satisfaction at the age of 21-25 years while the lowest is at the age of less than 20 years. Judging from the level of education, the highest and lowest levels of consumer satisfaction are consumers who have an equivalent high school education.

In this study, the variables used were service quality, promotion, location and consumer interest in a case study at the Mataram Sakti dealer in Muara Bulian. The purpose of this research is to provide input to the dealers of Mataram Sakti Muara Bulian and increase knowledge for readers. The research method used is by distributing questionnaires to customers who visit the Mataram Sakti Muara Bulian dealer, in answering the questionnaire respondents simply mark the column that has a Likert's Scale (1 - 5) above it. Abstract

This research raises concerns about the influence of motivation and competence on job satisfaction and its impact on performance. This study was conducted in the College of Economics of Graha Karya Muara Bulian. The purpose of this study 1). To know the overview of motivation, competence, job satisfaction and employee performance 2). To know the influence of the effect and the influence of no motivation andcompetence to work satisfaction 3). To know the effect of the performance and influence is not in the motivation and competence of the employees 4). To know the impact of work satisfaction on employee performance 5). To know the influence of meocultivation and competence on employee performance through job satisfaction. Methods in the study through surveys and dissemination of the questionnaire, the results of the Surver questionnaire is analyzed in a descriptive, qualitative and verial, by converting the ordinance data to intervals and using the Path analysis tool Assisted by SPSS 20 program The results of this research show that 1) motivation, competence, job satisfaction and performance of employees at STIE Graha Karya Muara Bulian are assessed good, 2) the effect of the influence directly and not directly to the job satisfaction , as competence has the influence directly and does not directly affect the work, 3) The influence of the effect directly and not directly to the employee's performance, while the competency has a influence directly and not directly to the employee's performance. 4) Work satisfaction has an impact on the performance of employees. 5) Influence of motivation and competence on employee performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

Strategy on Consumer Loyalty at Home Industry Tofu Andika, Muara Tembesi District, Batang Hari Regency can be concluded from the three analyzes used, from the results of multiple linear regression if Product (X1), Price (X2), Place (X3) and Promotion (X4) = 0, then Consumer Loyalty (Y) is 10,856. If Product (X1) increases by one unit, then Consumer Loyalty increases by 0.435 assuming the variables Price (X2), Place (X3), Promotion (X4) = 0 or constant , If the price (X2) increases by one unit then consumer loyalty increases by 0.350 assuming the variables Product (X1), Place (X3) and Promotion (X4) = 0 or constant, If Place (X3) increases by one unit then consumer loyalty increases by 0.513 assuming the variables Product (X1), Price (X2) and Promotion (X4) = 0 or constant and If Promotion (X4) increases by one unit then consumer Loyalty increases by 0.213 assuming the variables Product (X1), Price (X2) and Place (X3) = 0 or constant From the summary table, the value of the Marketing strategy is a mindset that will be used for a strategy carried out to achieve profitable marketing for the company, also regarding specific strategies in target market segments, positioning, as well as marketing and how much to spend on marketing. The purpose of marketing itself as a tool for marketing that already exists in the various elements of a marketing program that has been needed is also considered so that the objectives of the marketing strategy and positioning that are applied can run successfully. Marketing planning usually occurs and is arranged based on the 4Ps which become indicators, namely: product (product), price (price), place (place), promotion (promotion). This study aims to determine the condition of sharia marketing strategy and consumer loyalty as well as respondents' responses to the influence of sharia marketing strategy on consumer loyalty in the Home industry of Tofu Andika, Muara Tembesi District, Batang Hari Regency. This research is qualitative and quantitative. The sample in this study amounted to 99. The data were analyzed using 2 (two) ways, namely by using multiple linear regression and using the SPSS program to determine the factors that influence purchasing decisions with the t test and F test using the coefficient of determination simultaneously. Analysis of the Effect of Sharia Marketing coefficient of determination (r2) obtained is 0.586, which means that the influence of sharia marketing strategy on Consumer Loyalty in the Andika Tofu Home Industry is 58.6% while the remaining 42.4% is due to other factors not included in this study
