Abstract

The aim of this study were: 1) to determine the labor mobility of farmers in various economic sectors in the village Lape; 2) to determine the household income of the various economic sectors in the village Lape; and 3) to determine the contribution of revenue from the various sectors of the economy on household income. The research was conducted in the village of Lape, using descriptive methods and data collection is done by observation and interview techniques. Determination of the respondents conducted by quota sampling technique. The results showed that: (1) the amount of labor mobility that occurs an average of 73.58 HKO in various sectors of the economy at a time of planting season. Labor mobility is divided into four economic sectors, namely agriculture amounted to 63.58 HKO, the mining sector by 6.56 HKO HKO service sector of 2.51 and 0.93 HKO trade sector. (2) household income of farmers by an average of Rp 13,781,785, - per one growing season. (3) Contributions revenue contributed by the farmers on household income is different in each sector. In the agricultural sector accounted for 73.44%, 21.67% mining sector services sector 4.22% and 0.67% of trade sector.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the number of tourist visits on the tourist attraction fees in Panta Saliper Ate in 2016-2020. The data source used is secondary data, and uses data collection methods in the form of documentation obtained from the Department of Youth, Sports and Tourism. The data analysis technique was carried out using simple linear regression analysis techniques, individual parameter hypothesis testing (t test), and coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of this study indicate that the variable number of tourist visits has a positive and significant relationship to tourist attraction fees on Saliper Ate Beach during the 2016-2020 period. This implies that the higher the number of tourist visits, the retribution for tourism objects in Sumbawa Regency will increase, and vice versa. The ability of the variable number of tourist visits to explain changes in user fees for the tourist attraction of Saliper Ate Beach, Sumbawa Regency is 81.3%, while the remaining 18.7% is influenced by other variables outside this research model.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of marketing mix factors including price, product, place and promotion either partially or simultaneously on the purchasing decision of Dua Bandeng brand rice at UD. Iska, Lape Sub-District. This type of research is associative research. The population in this study were all customers who purchased Dua Bandeng brand rice at UD. Iska, Lape Sub-District. The sampling technique used is incidental sampling, with this technique obtained 50 people as samples. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, t and F tests, and the coefficient of determination (R2) test. The results of this study indicate that the price, product, place and promotion have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions of Dua Bandeng brand rice at UD. Iska, Lape Sub-District, either partially or simultaneously. The degree of influence of price, product, place and promotion on purchasing decisions of Dua Bandeng brand rice at UD. Iska, Lape Sub-District is 76.6%, while the remaining 23.4% is influenced by other variables not examined. This shows that the better the price, product, place and promotion given, it will increase purchasing decisions of Dua Bandeng brand rice at UD. Iska, Lape Sub-District.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of population and unemployment on the number of poor households in Utan Sub-District. This type of research is associative research. The type of data used is quantitative data obtained from secondary sources related to data on population, unemployment and the number of poor households which are detailed per village in Utan Sub-District in 2021. Data collection is carried out using the documentation method by looking for documents or archives related to the data studied. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, t and F tests, and the coefficient of determination (R2) test. The results showed that the population and unemployment had a significant effect on the number of poor households in Utan District in 2021, either partially or simultaneously. The degree of influence of the variable population and unemployment on the number of poor households in Utan District in 2021 is 84.5%, while the remaining 15.5% is influenced by other variables not included in the study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the number of tourist visits on the Regional Income (PAD) of West Sumbawa Regency in 2017-2021. The type of this research is associative. The type of data used is quantitative, obtained from secondary sources in the form of documents obtained from the Tourism Office and the Central Statistics Agency of West Sumbawa. The data that has been collected is processed using the SPSS program, then analyzed using simple linear regression analysis techniques, partial test (t test), and coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of this study indicate that the number of tourist visits has a positive and significant impact on the Regional Income (PAD) of West Sumbawa Regency in 2017-2021. The ability of the variable Number of Tourist Visits in influencing changes in the Regional Income (PAD) of West Sumbawa Regency is 93.8%, while the remaining 6.2% is influenced by other variables not examined, such as the results of regional wealth, regional taxes, regional levies and so on.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and employee development on employee performance at the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning in Sumbawa Regency, either partially or simultaneously. The type of this research is associative research. The type of data used is quantitative data obtained from primary sources in the form of respondents' responses in answering the questionnaire given. The source of the data in this study was determined using the cencus sampling technique, namely the entire population was used as the research sample so that the respondents in this study were all 34 employees of the Sumbawa Regency Public Works and Spatial Planning Service. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, partial test (t test), simultaneous test (F test), and coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of this study indicate that work motivation and employee development have a positive and significant effect on employee work performance at the Sumbawa Regency Public Works and Spatial Planning Office, either partially or simultaneously. The effect of work motivation and employee development on employee performance at the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning in Sumbawa Regency is 81.8%, while the remaining 18.2% is influenced by other variables outside this research model.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, including reliability (X1), responsiveness (X2), assurance (X3), empathy (X4), and tangible (X5) on customer satisfaction using the services of PT. PLN (Persero) Customer Service Implementation Unit (UP3) Sumbawa Besar. This research is associative research. The type of data used is quantitative data obtained from primary sources. The population in this study were all customers of PT. PLN (Persero) Customer Service Implementation Unit (UP3) Sumbawa Besar, amounting to 926,350 people, while determining the number of samples using the Slovin formula. Based on the calculation results obtained a sample of 100 people who were selected randomly. Data was collected through a questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, t and F tests, and the coefficient of determination (R2) test. The results showed that the quality of service consisting of reliability (X1), responsiveness (X2), assurance (X3), empathy (X4), and tangibles (X5) had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction using the services of PT. PLN (Persero) Customer Service Implementation Unit (UP3) Sumbawa Besar, either partially or simultaneously. The degree of influence of service quality consisting of reliability (X1), responsiveness (X2), assurance (X3), empathy (X4), and tangibles (X5) on customer satisfaction using the services of PT. PLN (Persero) Customer Service Implementation Unit (UP3) Sumbawa Besar is 61.2%, while the rest is influenced by other variables outside this research model.

Abstract

Employee performance is one of the success factors of an organization in achieving a goal. There are so many factors that support the performance of an employee, including the leadership model factors that indirectly shape the character of an employee's performance. The leadership model intended in this study is the Autocracy, Democracy and Laizzes-Faire leadership model. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the leadership model on the performance of the employees of the Brang Biji Sub-district, Sumbawa Besar. This research was conducted in Brang Biji Village with a population of 15 people and the entire population was used as the object of research. The techniques used in data collection are questionnaire techniques and documentation techniques. Analysis of the data used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression. From the results of the study, it was found that there was a significant effect of the autocratic leadership model, democratic leadership model, and Laizzes-Faire leadership model on the performance of Brang Biji village employees, either partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

The aims of this study are: (1) to determine the effect of local taxes on Regional Income (PAD) in Sumbawa Regency; (2) to determine the effect of regional retribution on Regional Income (PAD) in Sumbawa Regency; and (3) to find out the effect of regional taxes and levies together on Regional Income (PAD) in Sumbawa Regency in 2017-2021. This research is an associative research. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression model analysis with the least squares estimation method (OLS). Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, it can be concluded that: (1) local taxes have a positive and significant effect on the one-sided test with a degree of confidence of 0.05% on Regional Income (PAD) in Sumbawa Regency during the period 2017-2021; (2) regional retribution has a positive and significant effect on the one-sided test with a degree of confidence of 0.05% on Regional Income (PAD) in Sumbawa Regency during the period 2017-2021; (3) regional taxes and levies together have a positive and significant effect on the one-sided test with a degree of confidence of 0.05% on Regional Income (PAD) in Sumbawa Regency during the period 2017-2021.

Abstract

The SAMSAT office as a public organization is required to improve its performance well in order to serve the community as taxpayers as best as possible and to satisfy taxpayers, but in reality the performance of SAMSAT employees is not optimal so that SAMSAT services have not been able to satisfy taxpayers, starting from the existence of levies that are not Officially, the length of service time to the lack of service support facilities, especially the number of vehicles in Sumbawa Regency is very large and the increase in the number of vehicles from year to year is quite rapid. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Joint Instruction (INBER) on improving the performance of SAMSAT employees in Sumbawa Regency. The type of research that will be conducted is associative research. The variables in this study are the INBER variable and the performance variable which is measured using a Likert scale. The research population in this study were 33 SAMSAT employees. The analytical tools used are simple linear regression. Based on the data analysis that has been carried out, the results show that the application of joint intrusion (INBER) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of SAMSAT employees in Sumbawa Regency. The effect of implementing Joint Intrusion (INBER) on the performance of SAMSAT employees in Sumbawa Regency is 61.1%, while the remaining 38.9% is influenced by other variables not examined.
