Abstract

This study aims to know how much the contribution of the marine and fisheries sector toward the Gross Regional Domestic Product (PDRB) of Sumbawa District. This study was a descriptive. Types of data in this study were quantitative and qualitative. The data sourced used was secondary from 2010 until 2019 which was taken from the Central Bureau of Statistic (BPS) of Sumbawa District and literature related to this study. Data collection methods used were documentation and literature. Data analysis techniques used was contribution analysis. Based on the results of study showed that the contribution of the marine and fisheries sector toward gross regional domestic product if seen from the constant price was of 9.20% per year and from the current price of 8.59% per year. The amount of this contribution will have an impact toward the economy of the Sumbawa District. The higher contribution made, communities’ economy will also increase and in the end it will improve the regional economy of Sumbawa District.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to know the effect of the number of industries toward employment in Sumbawa Regency in 2011-2019. Type of this study was associative with a quantitative approach. The data used was secondary data obtained from cooperative and trade service (Diskoprindag) and the Central Bureau of Statistics of Sumbawa Regency. Data was collected using documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used was simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study showed that the variable of the number industries (X) had a significant effect toward labor absorption (Y). This conclusion was based on evidenced by the results of the t-value of 19.282 which was higher than the t table of 2.365 (19.282>2.365), the significance value of 0.000 was lower than 0.05 (0.00<0.05). Thus, Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. This means that there was a significant effect of the number of industries toward employment in Sumbawa Regency in 2011-2019. The more the number of industries, the more labor that can be absorbed will also increase.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of Emotional Intelligence and analyzing the Effect of Situational Leadership Skills on the Performance of Managers of the Faculty of Economics and Management, Samawa University. The type of research used is descriptive. The type of data in this study is quantitative with primary data used in the form of direct information obtained from questionnaires filled out by respondents from lecturers, TU staff and students of the Faculty of Economics and Management, Samawa University batch 21 and batch 22. The analytical tools used in this study is Software Smart PLS 3.0 M3. The results showed that emotional intelligence had no significant effect on the performance of the managers of the Faculty of Economics and Management, Samawa University, while situational leadership skills had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the managers of the Faculty of Economics and Management, Samawa University.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence taxpayer satisfaction in using e-filling services at KPP Pratama Sumbawa Besar, including internal factors (X1) and external factors (X2) taxpayers. The type of this study is associative research. The number of samples in this study were 95 samples. Data collection using the questionnaire method. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis techniques, partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination test (R2). The results showed that the internal and external factors of taxpayers had a positive and significant effect on taxpayer satisfaction in using e-filling services at KPP Pratama Sumbawa Besar, either partially or simultaneously. The value of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.957, which means that the ability of the internal and external factors of taxpayers to influencing variations in changes the taxpayer satisfaction in using e-filling services at KPP Pratama Sumbawa Besar is 95.7%, while the remaining 4.3% influenced by other variables outside of this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the family's economic level on the consumptive behavior of the people at Seteluk Atas Village. The variables in this study are the family's economic level as the independent variable and the consumptive behavior of the people as the dependent variable. Data collection was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires. Data were analyzed by calculating simple linear regression, partial test and determinant coefficient (R2). The results showed that the level of the family's economy had a positive and significant effect on the acceptance of consumptive behavior in the people of Seteluk Atas Village. The ability of the family's economic level in influencing changes on the consumptive behavior of the people at Seteluk Atas Village is 51%, while the remaining 49% is influenced by other factors not examined.

Abstract

Work performance due to a mere coincidence, many influencing factors, work performance will be achieved if the work plans are carried out in accordance with the assigned tasks. The purpose of this study was to determine the significant effect of compensation on employee performance at the Bima City Social Service office. To find out the significant effect on employee performance at the Bima City Social Service, and to determine the significant effect of compensation and motivation on employee performance at the Bima City Social Service. The type of research used in this research is by using associative research. In this study, the instrument used in the operationalization variable is a questionnaire using a Likert scale. In this study, the sample that will be used by the author is 32 ASN with a sampling technique using (Purposive Sampling). Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires, documentation, and literature study. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded by observing the t test and f test, the conclusions are as follows, There is no significant effect between compensation on work performance at the Bima City Social Service, there is a significant influence between motivation on work performance at the Bima City Social Service and there is a significant influence of compensation and motivation on work performance at the Social Service of Bima City.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of Net Interest Margin (NIM), Non Performing Loan (NPL) on Return On Assets (ROA) either partially or simultaneously at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk, 2010-2019 Period. The research method is using the associative method, with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques using secondary data. The population in this study is 16 years old and the sample used is 10 years which is the annual report of the banking sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. The results of the study using the t test and f test showed that partially Net Interest Margin (NIM), had a positive and significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA). Non-Performing Loans (NPL) are partially significant and have a negative and significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA). And simultaneously Net Interest Margin (NIM), and Non Performing Loan (NPL) have a significant positive effect on Return On Assets (ROA).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial distress assessment of Indonesian cosmetic companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange using the Altman Z-score model. The sample was selected using purposive sampling method. The population in this study is data on the financial statements of four companies in the cosmetic industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2011-2020. This research is a quantitative research using descriptive statistical analysis. Based on the results of data analysis and from the discussion that has been described, it can be concluded that by using the Altman Z-Score method, it is known that cosmetic companies listed on the IDX for the 2016-2020 period are predicted to have the potential to go bankrupt during the year, because the average Z value for cosmetic companies listed on the IDX for the 2016-2020 period is 1.23, meaning that the cosmetic company is in a state of bankruptcy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction at the bolly department store of the city of Bima population and the sample of this study is to use the unknowns population formula whose population is not known to determine the sample. The number of samples in this study is 96.04 or rounded up to 96 respondents in accordance with the criteria that have been set. The results of this study are partially the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at the bolly department store in the city of Bima. Simultaneously or simultaneously the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at the bolly department store Bima city. The correlation value (r) generated is 0.203. So it can be concluded that there is a very low relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. While the value of r square is 0.041. This shows that the overall service quality variable has an influence of 0.041% on consumer satisfaction, while the remaining 95.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Abstract

The cooperative, which has been operating for 7 years, has experienced many ups and downs, but this cooperative is still able to survive in the midst of today's increasingly competitive financial and economic world. The Perdana Jaya Utama Cooperative is here by prioritizing services to people who need credit loans. Basically, this credit provision is given to customers who need loans, but along with the number of bad credit cases that occur, the cooperative also chooses prospective customers. Creating a customer satisfaction experience is an effective thing for banking companies in Indonesia in achieving competitive advantage and increasing customer loyalty. The population used in this study were customers who made credit to the Perdana Jaya Utama cooperative, amounting to 300 people with a total sample of 171 people. The analytical technique used is the correlation coefficient test and the coefficient of determination, multiple regression test and T test. In this study, a value of 0.590 was obtained. This shows that loyalty (Y) is influenced by customer experience by 59% while the remaining 41% is influenced by other factors. while the T test proves that the experience of customers in doing credit at the Perdana Jaya Utama cooperative can affect their loyalty.
