Jurnal Majalah Ilmiah Widyacakra adalah jurnal ilmiah elektronik milik Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Institut Manajemen Pariwisata Internasional Bali (STIE BIITM) yang terbit setiap enam bulan sekali. Jurnal ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengetahuan dan menyalurkan minat dalam berbagi dan menyebarluaskan pengetahuan bagi para sarjana dan praktisi di bidang Manajemen. The Title Research is The Influence of Liquidity Ratios and Leverage on Financial Distress of Retail Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2015 - 2017. Companies can be categorized as negative financial distress, and companies that merge. To overcome financial problems (financial difficulties) a company can be considered through analysis of financial statements using existing financial ratios. Liquidity ratios and leverage ratios have contributed the most in predicting company bankruptcy. This research aimed to analyze the influence of Liquidity Ratios and Leverage on Financial Distress of Retail Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2015 - 2017. The sample of this research is 15 retail companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2015-2017. The Data sources used in this research are primary and secondary data. Data is analyzed using path analysis that is assisted with SPSS for Windows version 22. Data collection method in this research using document study. The analytical technique used is logistic regression analysis. Results of statistical analysis known that the regression coefficient of the liquidity variable is -0,120 with a significance value of 0.448 so that it shows no significant between the variables of liquidity on financial distress. Regression coefficient leverage variable is -3,296 with a significance value of 0.179 so that it shows no significant effect between the leverage variables on financial distress.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Trust Brand and Brand Equity on Tri customer loyalty at 3Store Denpasar. The data sources used are primary and secondary data. Data analysis techniques used classical assumptions analysis consisting of normality test, heteroscedasticity test, and multicollinearity test, multiple correlation analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of determination, and statistical tests. The results of the study were obtained from the analysis using a computer program SPSS for Windows ver 22. From the results of the normality test Asymp Sig (2-tailed) amounted to 0.119 which means greater than the significant level of 5% (0.05). This shows that the data used in this study is normally distributed. The results of heteroscedasticity test, namely brand trust (X1) are 0.381 and brand equity (X2) is 0.285. The results of multicolourity test analysis, namely the Variance Inflation Factor VIF value for each variable is 1.001 smaller than 10 (VIF <10), tolerance value on brand trist variables (X1) and problematic brand equity (X2) each has a value of 0.999 is greater than 0.10 (tolerance> 0.10), so there are no multicollinearity problems between these two independent variables. Based on the calculation of the multiple correlation coefficient (R) is 0.556 means that there is a positive or direct relationship between brand trust and brand equity to customer loyalty. The results of multiple linear regression of brand trust (X1) and brand equity (X2) on customer loyalty (Y) are: Y = 5.857 + 0.392X1 - 0.277X2 .. From the test results the coefficient of determination can mean that brand trust and brand equity affect loyalty Tri customers at 3Store Denpasar amounted to 30.9% while the remaining 69.1% were influenced by other variables not discussed in this study. While the Individual Parameter Significance Test (Statistic Test t) is brand trust (X1) has a positive and significant effect with the t-test results of 5.652 and sig 0,000 on customer loyalty variables (Y) and brand equity variables (X2) positively influencing the test results t is 3.282 and sig 0.001 for customer loyalty variable (Y) Tri at 3Store Denpasar.

Along with the development of tourism today, especially in the Nusa Dua area, Sogo Bali Collection continues to improve service quality and quality of products sold to customers. On this basis the authors are interested in conducting a research entitled "The Influence of Service Quality and Product Quality on Customer Satisfaction at Sogo Bali Collection.The main problem is whether there is a partial and simultaneous influence between service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction at Sogo Bali Collection. The analysis technique used is Multiple Regression Analysis, Multiple Correlation Analysis, Determination, T Test and F Test with an error rate of 5%. From the results of the using the SPSS program, then the following results are obtained:There is a positive and significant partial effect between service quality (X1) on customer satisfaction (Y) and product quality (X2) on customer satisfaction (Y) at Sogo Bali Collection, this can be seen from the regression coefficient (b1) X1 positive value of 0.527 and t-test at the error rate (ἀ) 5% at 4.740> t-tab (0.05: 47) = 1.677 and the regression coefficient ( b2) X2 for 0.365 the results of the t-test at the level of error (ἀ) 5% at 3,052> t-tab (0.05: 47) = 1,677. Besides that there is a simultaneous and significant positive effect / together if service quality (X1) and product quality (X2) on customer satisfaction (Y) at Sogo Bali Collection giving a very strong contribution / influence of 98% and 2% again determined by other factors not discussed in this study; while the regression equation is Y = 2.686 + 0.527X1 + 0.365X2 with the value of F-test = 40,211> F-tab (0.05; 47) = 3.20 From the results of these studies it can be concluded that there is an influence of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction at Sogo Bali Collection, management should do marketing simultaneously / together because it will be more instrumental and follow up on complaints from customers.

This research aims to determine the effect of the division of labor and communication partially or simultaneously on the work stress of employees at PT. Perdana Jaya Tunggal Perkasa Denpasar. The sample used is all employees of PT. Perdana Jaya Tunggal Perkasa Denpasar based on boring sample method. Data collection methods used were observation, questionnaires, and study documentation. The analysis technique used in this study, including descriptive analysis, analysis prerequisite test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, and F test analysis. Based on the results of the study showed that through the t test it is known that the division of labor variables and communication variables each have a partial effect on employee work stress with a value of 3.565 > ttable 1.996 and tcount 2.898 < t table 1.996. While the results of Fcount > Ftable (52,613 > 2,74) it is stated that there is a simultaneous influence between the variables of work division (X1) and communication (X2) influencing employee work stress (Y) with a determination coefficient of 61.1%.

By providing the best quality of service and understanding customer needs and complaints, satisfaction will be felt by customers so that they can create good relationships between buyers and sellers that will impact on the creation of customer loyalty. This research aimed to analyze the influence of service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at Mamas German Restaurant. The sample of this research is 50 respondents of guests at Mamas German Restaurant. The Data sources used in this research are primary and secondary data. Data is analyzed using path analysis that is assisted with SPSS for Windows version 22. Data collection method in this research using interview method, by means of questionnaires with likert scale. The analytical technique used is multiple linier regression analysis. Results of statistical analysis known that the service quality and customer satisfaction influenced on customer loyalty at Mamas German Restaurant is 40%, based on hypothesis testing with the F and t test results, it can be concluded that the service quality variable (X1) and customer satisfaction (X2) simultaneously (together} and significantly influence on customer loyalty variable (Y) with value of F-test is 15, 671 and sig 0,000. The service quality variable (X1) partially and significantly positive influenced on customer loyalty (Y) with value of t-test is 4,425 and sig. 0,000 and customer satisfaction variable (X2) significantly positive influenced on customer loyalty variable (Y) with value of t-test is 3,174 and sig. 0,003 at Mamas German Restaurant.

The Title Research is The Influence of Leadership and Work Motivation On Employee Performance at PT. Bali Cosme Indo Perkasa. Employee performance is the most important thing to be considered by the company, because it can affect the achievement of company goals and progress to survive in a global competition that often changes or is unstable. The things that can affect employee performance are leadership and work motivation of employees. This research aimed to analyze the influence of Leadership and Work Motivation On Employee Performance at PT. Bali Cosme Indo Perkasa. The sample of this research is 35 respondents of employees at PT. Bali Cosme Indo Perkasa. The Data sources used in this research are primary and secondary data. Data is analyzed using path analysis that is assisted with SPSS for Windows version 22. Data collection method in this research using interview method, by means of questionnaires with likert scale. The analytical technique used is multiple linier regression analysis. Results of statistical analysis known that the leadership and work motivation influenced on employee performance based on hypothesis testing with the F and t test results, it can be concluded that the leadership variable (X1) and work motivation (X2) simultaneously (together} and significantly influence on employee performance variable (Y) with value of F-test is 47,604 and sig 0,000. The leadership variable (X1) partially and significantly positive influenced on employee performance (Y) with value of t-test is 5,218 and sig. 0,000 and work motivation variable (X2) significantly positive influenced on employee performance variable (Y) with value of t-test is 5,084 and sig. 0,000 at PT. Bali Cosme Indo Perkasa.

ABSTRACT The title of the research is the Effect of Service Quality and Price on Consumer Satisfaction at Gong Cafe Dalung. The types of service quality and prices are very diverse, business people are required to create the right strategy. If consumers feel satisfied with the services provided, it will create satisfaction with consumers. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and price on consumer satisfaction at Gong Cafe Dalung. The sample from this study was 60 guests at Gong Cafe Dalung. The data source used is premier and secondary data. Data were analyzed using a computer program SPSS for Windows ver 22. Methods of data collection in this study using interview techniques, with a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study were obtained from the results of statistical analysis showing that partially the service quality variable (X1) had a positive and significant effect on the t-test results of 8.927 and sig 0,000 for the variable customer satisfaction (Y) and price variables (X2). t-test results of 1.672 with sig 0.727 on consumer satisfaction (Y) at Gong Cafe Dalung, while simultaneously showing that the magnitude of the influence of service quality and prices on consumer satisfaction at Gong Cafe Dalung is 42.901 and sig 0.000 by testing hypotheses using f-test , with the result that the variable quality of service (X1) and price (X2) on customer satisfaction (Y) has a positive and significant effect on Gong Cafe Dalung.

The title of the research is the Effect of Brand Image, Price, and Product Quality on Purchasing Decisions at Hypermart Supermarket. Purchasing decisions are influenced by several factors including product attributes such as brand image, price, and product quality and purchasing decisions is the process by which a person actually decides to buy a product. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand image, price, and product quality on purchasing decisions at the Hypermart Supermarket. Samples from this study were as many as 100 Caribbean Breeze user customers. Data were analyzed using a computer program SPSS version 22. The data analysis method used was multiple linear analysis methods. The data used are primary data and secondary data obtained through questionnaires obtained through questionnaires that measure using a Likert Scale. The results obtained from statistical analysis showed that the magnitude of the influence of brand image, price, product quality on purchasing decisions at Hypermart Supermarket is by testing f test hypotheses and t test with the results that product quality variables (X3) partially have a positive and significant influence individually to customer satisfaction with t-test results of 3.0260

Anticipating the development of a thriving business world today required the professionalism of leaders and their staff in managing the company to achieve the objectives set. The purpose of this research is to analyse the financial performance of CV. Rumah Roti using the method of Economic Value Added (EVA). The analytical methods used are weighted average cost of capital analysis, NOPAT analysis and EVA analysis. Based on the cost of capital analysis, the company showed that the weighted average cost of capital over the last 5 years from 2014 to 2018 increased and decrease flutuatively which the reason was a difference Amount of loan capital annually. The amount of corporate loan capital customized to the company's needs. From the EVA analysis, the result is all positive EVA figures, nothing negative. These results indicate that the existence of the value of capital used during the year 2014 to 2018. Although like in the years 2015 and 2017 the company experienced a decline in financial value, but the EVA figures still positive which means that the company is still operating at a favorable rate when compared to its capital costs.

The Title Research is The Influence of Market Segmentation On Room Occupancy At The Alea Hotel Seminyak. Market segmentation is basically a way to differentiate markets according to several characters from customers which are generally classified into four, namely geographical, demographical, psychographic and behavioral. By diving the market into segments will provide an illustration for the company to determine which segment will be served to be able to set up a more attractive strategy in order to maintain and increase the amount of revenue from room occupancy rate of rooms sold every day. This research aimed to analyze the influence of market segmentation on room occupancy at The Alea Hotel Seminyak. The sample of this research is 70 guests at The Alea Hotel Seminyak. The Data sources used in this research are primary and secondary data. Data is analyzed using path analysis that is assisted with SPSS for Windows version 22. Data collection method in this research using interview method, by means of questionnaires with likert scale. The analytical technique used is simple linier regression analysis. Results of statistical analysis known that the market segmentation influenced on room occupancy is 18,7%, based on hypothesis testing with t-test results, it can be concluded that the market segmentation variable (X) partially and significantly positive influenced on room occupancy variable (Y) with value of t-test is 3,960 and sig. 0,000 at The Alea Hotel Seminyak.
