Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to determine and analyze the level of participation voters, the impact of thesimultaneous elections and the barriers faced by the organizers at election 2019 in BadungRegency. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive research method. The datacollection techniques used are by observation, interviews and documentation. Once collecteddata is implemented data analysis that includes data reduction, data presentation and dataverification. Based on the data and analysis results that have been done is known that after thesimultaneous selection is carried out the participation rate increase is quite significant andobtained that the selection of legislatif is always in demand by voters it can be seen from thelevel of voters participation in the implementation of legislative elections is always higher thanthe election of other elections and regional head elections, the impact caused by Concurrentelections is the presence of victims who died from fatigue in the process of voting until thecounting of votes that require a very long time, on the other hand in accordance with theregulation of the voting implementation and the calculation of vote must be done on the sameday. elections budget can save the usability because several phases are lined up as well.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of Individual Characteristics (X1), JobCharacteristics (X2) and Labor Turnover (Y). The population in this research is anemployees food and beverage service department at Hilton Hotel Bali. The samples in thisresearch were 60 employees using slovin method. The methods of data collection usinginterview and questionnaires. To analyzing data using percentage of multiple linearregression analysis using SPSS. Based on the research results, there is evident that thesignificant partially individual characteristics and job characteristics toward labor turnoverfood and beverage service department at Hilton Hotel Bali. Based on the t test, individualcharacteristics sig 0.000 and job characteristics sig 0.004 to labor turnover < 0.05 than asignificant to performance H1 and H2 received. The study concluded there was a significantpositive effect of individual characteristics and job characteristics to labor turnover food andbeverage service department at Hilton Hotel Bali. Suggestions for the company shouldprovide a decent pay rise, place the employee in accordance with the expertise. For otherresearchers can add objects and other variables.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis article aims to elevate the Bualu Indigenous Village community that has beenmarginalized in the midst of globalization. With the current of globalization and thedevelopment of tourism driven by the capitalists led to the marginalization of the BualuIndigenous Village community and the loss of their local identities. Identity becomes a role toshow identity. And identity becomes a highly visible one based on character in each region,so that it has a difference between one regional identity with another, as well as from oneethnic group to another. So with the growth of a true awareness of the pressures in the midstof modernization, there arises an ideological resistance by building a unity called the NusaDua Bersatu Forum. This forum is a unifying forum for the people of Adat Bualu Village inparticular and the Benoa village in general and does not rule out the possibility of alsoestablishing close relations with other villages. So the writer found several problems, namelywhat caused the marginalized community of Bualu Indigenous Village? and how theresistance form of the Bualu Indigenous Village community through the Nusa Dua UnitedForum. This writing uses qualitative methods.

Abstract

AbstractThe information system is a data processing for decision making in management, as well asthe working environment within the company should be in line with technologicaldevelopments. Sanglah Hospital implements information systems in the hope of improvingemployee performance. This is the focus of the study authors wanted to measure the impact ofinformation systems and work environments in improving employee performance SanglahHospital in Denpasar, as well as employee performance is not enough just to increaseinformation systems, but can also be done through attention to the working environment ofemployees. The study was conducted at Sanglah Hospital in Denpasar, the independentvariable is the information system (X1) and working environment (X2) the dependent variableis employee performance (Y). The population is a permanent employee in the departmentSanglah totaling 2078 people, according to the sampling technique, number of samples to beused as a respondent is 104 people or 5% of total personnel Sanglah Hospital in Denpasar,To determine the effect of information systems on the performance of employees, How big theinfluence of corporate culture and work environment on employee performance SanglahHospital in Denpasar, simultaneous analysis of the results showed that the regressioncoefficient of 0.342 b1x1 which means that any increase in Information Systems (X1) of 1 unitcan improve employee performance amounted to 0.342 units. B2X2 regression coefficient of0.494 which means that any increase in the Working Environment (X2) is a unit led to anincrease of 0.494 units of employee performance. together increased by one unit then theemployee performance (Y) will be increased by 0.836 (0.342 + 0.494) unit. This shows thatInformation Systems (X1) and the Working Environment (X2) effect on employeeperformance (Y) at Sanglah Hospital in Denpasar.

Abstract

AbstractGood inventory management is the key to success for every company, both companiesengaged in industry and trading companies. Managing inventory properly can make itpossible to use resources optimally and efficiently. Inventory is the main part of workingcapital, because it is the biggest investment in the production process or in other companies,therefore it is necessary to use a way to namely the current inventory model which is oftenfound one of them with the EOQ model (Economic Order Quantity), with a case. The problemlater is how to determine the supply of materials using EOQ, and how much the difference incosts occur with the EOQ model. The goal of all companies is to maximize the value of thecompany both economically and socially, from the case and discussion it turns out andproven that the EOQ model can be effective and efficient in the company.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research is based on the researcher's interest in the development and competition of thegrowing coffee shop business in the present era where Brand Image, Quality Perception,Customer Satisfaction, and Repurchase Intention are very important in the development ofthis business. The purpose of this study is to determine the indirect effect of brand image onrepurchase intentions through customer satisfaction and perceived quality of repurchaseintentions through customer satisfaction. The data used in this study are primary dataobtained from the results of distributing questionnaires to respondents "Coffee Character".The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method. The criteria used are "CoffeeCharacter" consumers who have made purchases more than once. The number of samples inthis study amounted to 100 respondents. Data analysis method used in this research is pathanalysis using software with SPSS 23.0 for Windows. This study uses the Sobel Test todetermine the mediation hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that the influence ofcustomer satisfaction mediates the effect of brand image on repurchase intentions and theinfluence of customer satisfaction mediates the effect of perceived quality on repurchaseintentions.

ABSTRACT The pandemic Covid 19 that first appeared in China, to be precise in the city of Wuhanaround December 2019 and has spread throughout the world, including in the Republic ofIndonesia, which we love, entered in early March 2020 until now it continues to increasefrom the number of positive sufferers and is also significantly related to the rate of recoveryThe impact on the disruption of various activities in the community as a result of theimposition of distance restrictions and human gathering will certainly have an impact on allsectors including the tourism economy sector which is the foundation for life in Baliespecially and Indonesia in general. The purpose of the final partial analysis during thispandemic is to be able to find out the financial position by using several ratios in financialanalysis and comparing between the first semester before the pandemic and the first semesterduring the pandemic, the results of the financial position at PT Jasamarga Tbk as themanager of the Bali Mandara Toll Road have decreased in terms of power. The ability of thiscan be seen in the liquidity ratio, leverage ratio and profitability ratio, but from anoperational point of view it is still and has been able to provide good public services to thepublic during the pandemic Covid 19.

ABSTRACTThe tittle research is The Influence of Leadership Style On Employee Work Ethic at PT. InatelNusantara. Leadership is the most important factor to influencing the achievement oforganization. If in an organization there are good and mature of leadership style, so theemployee work ethic may increase and at the end it will accelerate directly to the process ofachieving the company goals. This research aimed to analyze the influence of the LeadershipStyle On Employee Work Ethic at PT. Inatel Nusantara.. The sample of this research is 60respondents at PT. Inatel Nusantara. The Data sources used in this research are primary andsecondary data. Data is analyzed using path analysis that is assisted with SPSS for Windowsversion 22. Data collection method in this research using interview method, by means ofquestionnaires. The analytical technique used is simple linier regression analysis. Results ofstatistical analysis known that the leadership style influenced on employee work ethic at PT.Inatel Nusantara is 50,1%, based on hypothesis testing with the t test result, it can beconcluded that the leadership style variable (X) significantly influence on employee workethic variable (Y) with value of t-test is 7,637 and sig. 0,000.

Abstract

ABSTRACTIndonesian big cities are rapidly developing in many aspects, making them very busy cities.In big cities, people are so busy working that the author became concerned to find outwhether the people have enough vacation or not. Working causes stress, and too much stressis not good for health, so people in busy cities like Bogor need to go on a vacation now andthen to reduce their stress level. According to Central Bureau of Statistics Bogor, Bogor isnow early Metropolis, because the recorded population of Bogor in 2018 was 1.1 million.According to cencus of 2010, 2016, and 2017, the population of Bogor has been constantlyrising. So it is safe to assume that in 2018 the number is above 1.100.000, since there was nosignificant event that could have led to a significant reduction of the population. The authorsurveyed a sample from the population of Bogor people and analyze the data gathered fromthe survey to find correlation between the income and tourism pattern of the people of Bogor.Using the method of Pearson Product Moment, it is found that income correlates withtourism pattern with a score of 0,44 which classifies as medium correlation. It is also foundthat the determination coeficient of the two variables is 19,36% which means that 19, 36%factor that affects tourism pattern is income, meanwhile the rest 80,64% is from factors thatthe author didn’t research. Other than finding the correlation between income and tourismpattern, the author also studied into the tourism pattern of the people, the author has foundthat most Bogor citizen mostly prefer to go to natural attractions and with their families.This research is expected to be able to contribute to the awareness of the importance ofvacation and to improve the understanding of the government and the people toward theeffects on financial condition to tourism pattern. It is also expected that this research couldbe used as a reference for future research.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aimed to analyze the influence of the tourist satisfaction on service quality atIbis Styles Bali. The sample of this research is 78 respondents. The Data sources used in thisresearch are primary and secondary data. Data is analyzed using path analysis that isassisted with SPSS for Windows version 22. Data collection method in this research usinginterview method, by means of questionnaires. The analytical technique used is ImportancePerformance Analysis (Cartesius Diagram). This diagram can be used to identify the servicesignificance and customer satisfaction level on service quality of a company. Results ofImportance Performance Analysis (Cartesius Diagram) known that the good service andready to help (indicator 8) is located at Quadrant A, it means that the indicator 8 need to bepriority because considered important for the customers. Polite (indicator 12), attention(indicator 16) and customer needs (indicator 17) are located at Quadrant C, it means that theindicators are less satisfying and considered important to the customers. The clean and goodperformance of employee (indicator 4) is located at Quadrant D, it means that the indicator 4is less important to the customers. Indicator the building and interior are nice and attractive(indicator 1), The cleanliness and comfort hotel (indicator 2), the hotel facilities are complete(indicator 3), service time (indicator 5), the good promised service (indicator 6), The goodcheck-in and check-out procedures (indicator 7), Quick response to the problems (indicator9), Quick response to the complaints (indicator 10), the clear information sharing (indicator11), the employees knowledge of public area and private areas (indicator 13), effectivecommunication (indicator 14), and responsible for security and comfort (indicator 15) arelocated at Quadrant B, it means that they are satisfying and considered important for thecustomers of quality at Ibis Style Hotel Bali.
