Jurnal Majalah Ilmiah Widyacakra adalah jurnal ilmiah elektronik milik Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Institut Manajemen Pariwisata Internasional Bali (STIE BIITM) yang terbit setiap enam bulan sekali. Jurnal ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengetahuan dan menyalurkan minat dalam berbagi dan menyebarluaskan pengetahuan bagi para sarjana dan praktisi di bidang Manajemen. The Title Research is The Influnce of Leadership Style and Work Stress On Employee Performance at Department F&B Service at Finns Beach Club. Employee performance is the most important thing to be considered by the company,because it can affect the achievement of company goals and progress to survive in a global competition that often changes or is instable. The things that can affect employee performance are leadership style and work stress of employee. This research aimed to analyze the influence of Leadership Style and Work Stress On Employee Performance at Department F&B Service at Finns Beach Club. The sample of this research is 68 respondents of employees at Department F&B Service at Finns Beach Club. The data sources used in this research are primary and secondary data. Data is analysed using path analysis that is assisted with SPSS for windows version 22. Data collection method by means of questionnaires with likert scale. The analytical technique used is multiple linier regression analysis. Results of statistical analysis known that the leadership style and works stress influence on employee performance based on hypothesis testing with the F and t test result it can be conclude that the leadership style variable (x1) and work stress (x2) simultaneously (together) and significantly influence on employee performance variable (Y) with value of F-test is 24,517 and sig 0,000. The leadership style (x1) partially and significantly positive influenced on employee performance (Y) with value of t-test is 6,998 and sig 0,000 and work stress variable (x2) not significantly positive influence on employee performance variable (Y) with value of t-test is 0,376 and sig 0,708 Employee Performance at Department F&B Service at Finns Beach Club.

Ads from the past, now and in the future make the most effective weapon for communicating to the public both social and commercial through print and electronic media, one of the advertisements that we often see and hear is cigarette advertisements using the word "Go Head". There are some creative advertisements that are displayed by the public who understand the meaning but there are still some who hang up, thus inviting the public to think more deeply about the mean and meanings of words or sentences contained in advertisements. But with the Semiotics approach, which is the science of sign and signified, we can and can give meaning and meaning to the word Go Head or "form of resistance" from: 1) educative from the government to the public that smoking can damage health but on the other hand The government needs funds for the development process from the receipt of retribution and cigarette taxes, so the go head can be interpreted ok, 2). In terms of competition between industries and cigarette users, users do not need to be confused and are advised to use it continuously, 3) there is a restricted area or no-smoking area but a sign that the road continues.

The analysis technique used is Multiple Regression, Determination, T Test and F Test with an error rate of 5%. From the results of the using the SPSS program, then the following results are obtained: There is a positive and significant partial effect of the facility on the decision to stay, while Service Quality has a positive but not significant influence on the decision to stay and Location has no significant influence on the decision to stay, preferably the hotel management needs to pay attention to the location that is easily accessible so that it is easier for consumers to go to their destination. Besides that there is a simultaneous and significant positive effect if service quality (X1) facilities (X2) and location (X3) on Stay Decision (Y) at favehotel Sunset Seminyak giving contribution / influence of 15.3% and 87.4% again determined by other factors not discussed in this study, while the regression equation is Y = 4,648 + 0,184X1 + 0,235X2 + 0,093X3. From the results of these studies it can be concluded that there is an influence of service quality, facilities and location on the decision to stay at favehotel Sunset Seminyak, management should do marketing simultaneously / together because it will be more instrumental and follow up on complaints from customers.

The title of the research is the Effect of Price Competition and Product Quality of Balinese Traditional Clothingon the Satisfaction consumers in the Traditional Market of Tabanan City. Consumer satisfaction is a very important thing to meet the expectations of buyers, because it can affect the achievement of company goals to be able to survive in the continuity of the continuity of trust. This can affect customer satisfaction, namely price competition and product quality. The purpose of this study is to find out the price competition and product quality affect the customer satisfaction of Balinese traditional clothing in traditional markets in the city of Tabanan. Samples from this study were 72 customers. Data were analyzed using the SPSS ver 22 program. The analytical method used in this method is multiple linear analysis methods. The data used are primary data and secondary data obtained through a questionnaire whose measurement uses a Likert scale. The results obtained from statistical analysis showed that the magnitude of the effect of price competition and product quality on customer satisfaction of traditional Balinese clothing in traditional markets in the city of Tabanan is by testing f test hypotheses and t tests that price competition variable (X1) and product quality simultaneously have positive and significant with f results of 11,563 with sig 0,000. towards consumer satisfaction (Y) and partially price competition variable (X1) positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with the results of t-test of 4,166 with sig 0,000, on customer satisfaction (Y) and product quality variables significantly influence the results of t-test calculations amounting to 2.195 with sig 0.035, to customer satisfaction of traditional Balinese clothing at the Tabanan City Traditional Market.

The Title Research is The Influence of Brand and Location On Room Occupancy at Jambuluwuk Oceano Seminyak Hotel. The lifestyle of tourists in enjoying holidays is not only limited to enjoying tourist attractions but the choice of brand and location is their choice on vacation. By providing the right brand and location selection will certainly have a good impact on the increase in a hotel room occupancy. This research aimed to analyze the influence of brand and location on room occupancy at Jambuluwuk Oceano Seminyak Hotel. The sample of this research is 60 respondents of guests at Jambuluwuk Oceano Seminak Hotel. The Data sources used in this research are primary and secondary data. Data is analyzed using path analysis that is assisted with SPSS for Windows version 22. Data collection method in this research using interview method, by means of questionnaires with likert scale. The analytical technique used is multiple linier regression analysis. Results of statistical analysis known that the brand and location influenced on room occupancy at Jambuluwuk Oceano Seminyak Hotel is 29,2%, based on hypothesis testing with the T test results, it can be concluded that the brand variable (X1) partially and significantly positive influenced on room occupancy (Y) with value of t-test is 2,720 and sig. 0,009 and location variable (X2) significantly positive influenced on room occupancy variable (Y) with value of t-test is 3,486 and sig. 0,001 at Jambuluwuk Oceano Seminyak Hotel.

This thesis was made with the title "The Influence of Leadership Style and Job Satisfaction on TurnOver Employees at Zest Hotel Legian" compiled by Victoria Ananda Putri Pertiwi (201520102498). To analyze the data that the author gets from the company, then the next author calculates using statistical calculations assisted with SPSS program with the following results: Partially leadership style (X1) has a positive and significant effect on intention to turn over (Y) on Zest Legian Hotel. This is evidenced from the regression coefficient b1X1 which has a positive value of 0.586, this is confirmed by the results of the calculation of t-count of 6.247 greater than t-table 1.676 with sig 0.000 smaller than dari = 5%. with beta coefficient of 0.627. Partially job satisfaction (X2) has a positive and significant effect on intention to turn over (Y) at Zest Hotel Legian. The significant influence is indicated by the calculation of t-count of 3.410 large from t-table 1.676 with sig 0.001 smaller than a = 5%. The results of the calculation simultaneously (together) leadership style (X1) and job satisfaction (X2) have positive and significant effect on intention to turn over (Y) at the Zest Hotel Legian. It is proven if the leadership style (X1) and job satisfaction are increased by one point causing turnover to increase by 0.995 (0.586 + 0.409). The amount of influence contributed by leadership style (X1) and job satisfaction (X2) on the intention of turn over (Y) at Zest Legian Hotel was 52.8% while the remaining 47.2% was influenced by other variables not discussed in this study. From the results of this study it can be concluded that Leadership Style and work peel are the basic things in organizing, where by giving attention / motivation to subordinates so that the desire for the intention to turn over at the Hotel Zest Legian can be reduced.

Abstract The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of partially and simultaneously return on equity and dividend value on investment decisions on Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research method used consisted of data types namely quantitative data. The data source is a secondary data source. Data collection techniques through documentation study. The analysis technique uses quantitative analysis with the help of SPSS statistics. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion it can be concluded that there is no significant effect between the ROE variable (X1) on investment decisions (Y). This can be seen from the t-count value of ROE (X1) of 1.062, with a significant value of 0.295> 0.05. Dividend value (X2) also does not have a significant effect on investment decisions (Y). This can be seen from the t-value of the dividend value of -1.273, with a significant value of 0.211> 0.05. Likewise, there is no significant effect simultaneously between the independent variable ROE and dividend value on the dependent variable of investment decisions on Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a coefficient value of F is 1,150 with a coefficient of sig 0,328, which means> 0.05.

Data collection method in this research using interview method, by means of questionnaires with likert scale. The analytical technique used is multiple regression analysis. Results of statistical analysis known that the work experience and job skills influencedon employee performance at CV, Grammes Jewelry Kerobokan is 70,8%, based on hypothesis testing with the t test result, it can be concluded that the work experience variable (X1) significantly influence on employee performance variable (Y) with value of t-test is 3,904 and sig. 0,000 and job skills variable (X2) significantly influence on employee performance variable (Y) with value of t-test is 4,746 and sig. 0,000.

AbstractThis Study aims to analyse the influence of emotional intelligence and intellectualintelligence to the performance of employees at PT. Bank Mandiri Taspen Kantor CabangMelati Denpasar. In this research sample is determined by the method probability sampling(simple random sampling),so by using the formula Slovin the number of samples of researchis as much as 75 people employees. The technical analysis of data used is Statistical Packagefor Social Science (SPSS). The data collection techniques used are interviews,documentation, observations, and questionnaires. Teknik analysis used is a double linearregression analysis, multiple correlation and analysis of determinations. The results showedthat the F test results in the obtained Fcount 66,192 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05.This means that the variable of emotional intelligence and intellectual intelligence issimultaneously significant to the employee's performance at PT. Bank Mandiri TaspenKantor Cabang Melati Denpasar. The T-Test obtained the Emotional Intelligence T-hitung1from 5,979 with a value of 0.000 <α (0.05) and an intellectual intelligence of 5,054 with asignificant value of 0.000 < α (0.05), which means variable variables of Emotionalintelligence and intellect positively and significantly affect the employee's performance at PT.Bank Mandiri Taspen Kantor Cabang Melati Denpasar.
