Abstract

Many things will be done by the hotel management to be able to attract tourists to choose to stay in their hotel. Starting from the facilities that have been provided by the hotel, the best quality of service, the appropriate prices and so forth, this is so that the guests staying can feel the satisfaction of the quality of services and products provided. This research aimed to analyze the influence of Service Quality of Pool Service Team On Guest Satisfaction at Vibe Department Hard Rock Hotel Bali. The sample of this research is 100 guests at Hard Rock Hotel Bali. The Data sources used in this research are primary and secondary data. Data is analyzed using path analysis that is assisted with SPSS for Windows version 22. Data collection method in this research using interview method, by means of questionnaires with likert scale. The analytical technique used is simple linier regression analysis. Results of statistical analysis known that the service quality of pool service team influenced on guest satisfaction is 26,2%, based on hypothesis testing with t-test results, it can be concluded that the service quality variable (X) partially and significantly positive influenced on guest satisfaction variable (Y) with value of t-test is 5,900 and sig. 0,000 at Vibe Department Hard Rock Hotel Bali.

Abstract

Tourism in Bali is dominated by cultural tourism inspired by the religiosity of Hinduism. The potential of Balinese religion and culture gives birth to many cultural products that become excellent tourist destinations. In this case, Kamasan Village, located in Klungkung Subdistrict, Klungkung Regency, has one of the mainstay products in the form of pis bolong (Uang Kepeng). The perforated industry in the village of Kamasan in this case is not only a tourist attraction, but also as a medium to socialize the religiosity of Balinese culture for tourists. In this case, tourists not only enjoy the destination, but also learn about religious and magical Balinese culture. This is very important to be studied in the midst of the massive phenomena of the degradation of the Balinese people's understanding of cultural religiosity, one of which is caused by the widespread circulation of imitation pis which is not in accordance with the religious principles of Balinese culture.

Abstract

In hotel services, satisfaction with guests is the most preferred thing in the hospitality service industry to achieve the maximum target of opinion in a hospitality business. And as a service provider in particular the quality of service to guests is very important. so that your needs and desires can be fulfilled well in maintaining the company's image and avoiding complaining from guests. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on guest satisfaction at Patra Hotel Jasa Bali Resort & Villas Kuta Badung. This study collected data with questionnaires on 100 respondents. which is then analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis, using the t test and f. The results showed partially, Tangible (X1) of 2.534, Reliability (X2) of 2.611, Responsiveness (X3) of 2.153, Assurance (X4) of 2.637, Empathy (X5) of 2.102, of Guest Satisfaction (Y) in Hotels Patra Jasa Bali Resort & Villas Kuta Badung and simultaneously the influence of service quality (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) amounted to 35,809 to the quality of service at Hotel Patra Jasa Bali Resort & Villas. Based on the calculation of determination analysis obtained the coefficient of determination of 65.6% means that the contribution of the effect of direct evidence variables, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy to guest satisfaction is 65.5% while the remaining 34.9% is influenced by other variables not examined. Based on the results obtained by researchers, that the Patra Jasa Bali Resort & Villas Hotel has been good in the quality of its services.

Abstract

The Influence of Workload and Work Stress On Employee Work Productivity at CV. Ratio Construction. The success of management in managing the company will be largely determined by the ability in processing and utilizing the human resources, but without realizing by the company, many employees get stress due to overload of workload and this will have an impact on reducing the employee work productivity. This research aimed to analyze the influence of the workload and work stress on employee work productivity at CV. Ratio Construction. The sample of this research is 35 respondents of employees CV. Ratio Construction. The Data sources used in this research are primary and secondary data. Data is analyzed using path analysis that is assisted with SPSS for Windows version 22. Data collection method in this research using interview method, by means of questionnaires with likert scale. The analytical technique used is multiple linier regression analysis. Results of statistical analysis known that the workload and work stress influenced on employee work productivity is 54,3%, based on hypothesis testing with the F and t test results, it can be concluded that the workload variable (X1) and work stress (X2) simultaneously (together} and significantly influence on employee work productivity variable (Y) with value of F-test is 18, 983 and sig 0,000. The workload variable (X1) partially and significantly positive influenced on employee work productivity variable (Y) with value of t-test is 5,940 and sig. 0,000 and work stress variable (X2) significantly negative influenced on employee work productivity variable (Y) with value of t-test is -2,366 and sig. 0,024.

Abstract

The research was conducted at PT. Radio Bali Suara Mitra Dewata. The purpose of the research is to determine the effect of external motivation on improving employee performance. The study was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 25 employees. Data analysis used included, validity test, reliability test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, simple linear regression test and t test. Based on the results of the validity test there are 5 invalid questions and 30 valid questions. The invalid instrument is deleted because it is an outlier data. Based on the results of the reliability test showing external motivation has cronbach alpha of 0.859 while Cronbach alpha on employee performance is 0.888. This shows that the instrument used is reliable. From the results of the normality test the value of Asymp Sig is 0.200 which means greater than 5% (0.05). This shows that the data used in this study is normally distributed. For the results of heteroscedasticity test, it was found that sig. independent variable 0.279 more than 0.05. It can be said that this shows no heteroscedasticity. From the results of a simple liner regression test shows a = 49,719 means that if there is no increase in external motivational coefficients, then the constant value of employee performance is 49,719, then b = 0,271 means that if there is an increase in external motivation coefficient of one unit, then the constant value of employee performance is 0.271. While the results of the t test show that the value of t count = 1.305 <t table 2.068, so that H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected. It can be concluded that in the study there was no relationship between the effect of giving external motivation on improving employee performance at PT. Radio Bali Suara Mitra Dewata.

Abstract

A banking institution can be determined by its profitability, namely, ability to make profit from certain capital, so it can be more efficient. Bank performance can be determined from several indicator. One of main indicators to become basic judgment is related bank financial performance, it can be seen from financial report. Total sample used is 29 banking firms that fulfill sample criteria. Data type used is primary data analyzed using double linier regression analysis, t-test and f-test. Analysis result obtained value t count variable Capital Adequacy Ratio as 3,199 with significance value 0,002 < 0,05 means there is positive and significance effect variable Capital Adequacy Ratio to Return On Asset. Value t count for variable Loan to Deposit Ratio as 2,313 with significance value 0,023 < 0,05 means there is positive and significance effect variable Loan to Depost Ratio toward Return On Asset. Value t count for variable Operational Revenue operational Cost as -8,028 with significance value 0,000 < 0,05 means there is negative and significance effect variable Operational Revenue Operational Cost toward Return On Asset. Value F count as 43,481 with significance value as 0,000 < 0,05, means that there is significance effect simultaneously between Capital Adequacy Ratio, Loan To Deposit Ratio, Operational Revenue Operational Cost toward Return On Asset

Abstract

The title of this research is the influence of competence and commitmen of the organization of the performance of employees in the POTS section at I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport Badung – Bali. The formulation of the problems is whether competence has a partial positive effects on the performance of POTS section employees at I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport Badung – Bali and does the organizational commitment have a partial positve and simultaneously affect the performances of POTS section employees at I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport Badung - Bali This research aimed to determine the effect of competence and organizational commitment on POTS section employees’ performance at I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport Badung – Bali. Also to determine the effect of competency and organizational commitmen on the performances of POTS employees. The analysis technique used is quantitative data validity and reliability test, classic assumption tes, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation analysis, analysis of determination, T test and F test. Data collection method in this research using observation, documentation and questionnaries. The results of T test show the Competency vatiable has a positive and significant effect partially on employee performance, a significant effect is indicated by the calculation of t-count of 7,502 and also indicated organizational commitmen has a positive and significant effect on employees performance, indicated by results of the calculation of t-count of 3.712.

Abstract

Organizational climate is a condition that exists within the organization or company. Organizational climate can be measured in the work environment both directly and indirectly affect employees and their work, in other words, the organizational climate will affect the motivation and behavior of employees who will create loyalty to these employees. This research aimed to analyze the influence of Organizational Climate On Employee Loyalty at Hotel Keraton Resort and Spa Badung. The sample of this research is 60 employee who worked more than 10 years at Hotel Keraton Resort and Spa Badung. The Data sources used in this research are primary and secondary data. Data is analyzed using path analysis that is assisted with SPSS for Windows version 22. Data collection method in this research using interview method, by means of questionnaires with likert scale. The analytical technique used is simple linier regression analysis. Results of statistical analysis known that the organizational climate influenced on employee loyalty is 20,8%, based on hypothesis testing with t-test results, it can be concluded that the organizational climate variable (X) partially and significantly positive influenced on employee loyalty variable (Y) with value of t-test is 3,898 and sig. 0,000 at Hotel Keraton Resort and Spa Badung

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of inter-departmental communication on employee performance. The study was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 42 employees. Data analysis used included, validity test, reliability test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, simple linear regression test, t test, and test coefficient of determination. Based on the results of the validity test there are 42 invalid questions and 33 valid questions. The invalid instrument is deleted because it is an outlier data. Based on the results of the reliability test shows that communication between departments has cronbach alpha of 0.699 while cronbach alpha on employee performance is 0.796. This shows that the instrument used is reliable. From the results of the normality test the value of Asymp Sig is 0.200 which means greater than 5% (0.05). This shows that the data used in this study is normally distributed. For the results of heteroscedasticity test, it was found that sig. independent variable 0.728 more than 0.05. It can be said that this shows no heteroscedasticity. From the results of a simple liner regression test shows a = 78,846 means that if there is no increase in communication between departments, then the employee performance constant value is 78,846, then b = 0,009 means if there is an increase in communication communication between departments of one unit, then the performance constant value employee amounting to 0.009. From the results of the t test show that the value of t count = 0.052 <t table 2.021, so that H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected. While the results of the coefficient of determination indicate that the Rsquare value is 0,000 or 0% which means there is no correlation between communication between departments with employee performance. It can be concluded that in the study there was no relationship between the influence of interdepartment communication on employee performance at The Bistrot Restaurant.

Abstract

The Title Research is The Influence of Credit and Problem Loans on Profit at Koperasi Utama Artha Jaya Cabang Sempidi for the period 2013-2017. The activity of giving credit to cooperatives is very important, the large amount of credit channeled can determine the benefits obtained. However, not all credits distributed will provide large profits and vice versa. Therefore it is necessary to emphasize risk. The risk posed by credit activities carried out by cooperatives is one of them is problem loans. If the number of problem loans increases, it will directly affect the decrease in profits that will be obtained by financial institutions. This research aimed to analyze the influence of Credit and problem loans on Profit at Koperasi Utama Artha Jaya Cabang Sempidi for the period 2013-2017. The Data sources used in this research are primary and secondary data. Data is analyzed using path analysis that is assisted with SPSS for Windows version 22. Data collection method in this research using interview method and documentation study. The analytical technique used is multiple linier regression analysis. Results of statistical analysis known that the Credit and problem loans on Profit at Koperasi Utama Artha Jaya Cabang Sempidi is the credit variable (X1) partially and significantly positive influenced on profit (Y) with value of t-test is 6,388 and sig. 0,024 and problem loans variable (X2) significantly negative influenced on profit variable (Y) with value of t-test is -5.120 and sig. 0,036 at Koperasi Utama Artha Jaya Cabang Sempidi.
