Abstract

Aerobic exercise is a systematic exercise activity with a gradual and continuous increase in load that uses energy derived from combustion using oxygen, and requires oxygen without causing fatigue. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of aerobic exercise on reducing blood glucose in patients with diabetes mellitus type 2. The design and research method carried out in this study used a critical review system. unbalanced, and low physical activity, due to low physical activity, it is necessary to exercise so that physical activity can be maintained, namely aerobic exercise. Based on the results of studies that have been conducted on the effect of aerobic exercise on reducing blood glucose levels in patients with diabetes mellitus type 2, it can be concluded that the dose of moderate intensity aerobic exercise is optimal in reducing blood sugar levels in patients with diabetes mellitus type 2.

Abstract

Climate change and global warming have become the most talked-about environmental issues today. One of the government's efforts to follow up on climate change that is currently happening is by offering a program that refers to the Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Forestry of the Republic of Indonesia Number P.84/Menlhk-Setjen/Kum.1/11/2016 concerning the Climate Village Program - PROKLIM. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of social engineering performance in encouraging the implementation of (PROKLIM) in the Wates Village area, Magelang City. This research includes action research, which is a research model that simultaneously practices and theorizes, or combines theory and at the same time implements it in practice to make a good contribution to the practical level of concern for the problems faced by society. The initiation of implementation (PROKLIM) in this area can be expected to have an impact on the local community. However, the minimization of social problems should be done through the application of social engineering with a community-based approach. Social engineering as an approach method in this research is carried out by providing information and increasing public understanding of everything related to climate change and the impacts that may occur. The results of this study prove that social engineering is able to move the community to be more independent, including waste management through decomposition reaching more than 63% of the amount of organic waste produced and 7.5 kg of dry maggot/group/batch. Working unit groups were also formed to support Proklim. So that the pattern of approaches taken with social engineering is considered quite effective.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development of the journal Essential Oil-loaded Nanoparticles as Antibacteria with a bibliometric approach using computational mapping analysis using VOSviewer. This study uses data sourced from publications in journals indexed by Google Scholar and collected using the Publish or Perish reference manager application. From the data collection that has been done, it was obtained that 939 journals met the survey criteria. Research developments related to Essential Oil-loaded Nanoparticles as Antibacteria increased slightly in 2013-2015, from 2016 to 2019 it also continued to increase, in 2019 compared to 2020 research publications related to Essential Oil-loaded Nanoparticles as Antibacteria experienced a very large increase significantly, then in 2021 there will be the most publications with a total of 241 articles. Meanwhile, as of September 2022, there were 227 articles related to Essential Oil-loaded Nanoparticles as Antibacteria, although this has decreased from the previous year, this number is still relatively high. Mapping visualizations analyzed in this study consist of Network Visualization, Density Visualization, and Overlay Visualization. The data shows that the popularity of this research tends to be stable, continues to rise and is interesting for further study. This bibliometric analysis can be a new beginning to start research on this topic.

Abstract

This research use the quasi-experimental study with a pretest-posttest control group to improve graduate work readiness through learning agility training. This study used the Independent sample t-test to determine the average comparison of different groups and also the Paired sample t-test to find the differences in the two groups. This research aims to examine the graduate work readiness can be improved through learning agility e-training. There are 32 subjects divided into two equal parts for both the control and experimental groups with the criteria including graduates seeking employment, those have never worked before, and have moderate and low readiness scores. However, the e-training on learning agility were only provided for the experimental group and not to the control group. The results of the sample t-test in the post-test experimental group showed that there was a significant difference between the pretest and post-test with a value of t = -7.206; df = 15; and the significance of 0.000 (p <0.05). The results using independent samples t-test indicate that work readiness tends to be improved through learning agility training.
