Research Methods: This research method the used quantitative descriptive correlation using cross-sectional research design, sampling used purposive sampling. The number of samples in this study were 85 respondents with hypertension in Sridadi Village, Sirampog District, Brebes Regency. Data analysis using univariate and bivariate analysis using Spearman rank. Using a self-efficacy questionnaire 10 questions and healthy lifestyle adherence 15 questions. Results: The results of this study were 77 (90.6%) respondents had good self-efficacy categories and 8 (9.4) respondents had poor self-efficacy. A total of 71 (83.5) respondents have a healthy lifestyle adherence to the obedient category, while 14 (16.5) respondents are in the non-compliant category. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between self-efficacy and adherence to a healthy lifestyle in hypertensive patients in Brebes Regency, with p value (0.000) p <0.05 with a correlation coefficient of r = 0.601. Recommendation: For further researchers, it will consideration for researching the factors that influence self-efficacy with adherence to a healthy lifestyle in hypertensive patients.

Abstract

Poultry farming is the business of cultivating poultry such as breeding chickens, laying hens, and broilers to obtain meat and eggs. Robust regression is a regression method that is used when some outlier data affect the model so that the distribution of the error is not normal. Estimates on robust regression that can overcome outliers such as Generalized Scale (GS) estimation, GS estimation is seen as an extension of S estimation. GS estimation is a solution for minimizing M estimation with paired scale error. This estimate is applied to poultry data companies in 2020 as an indicator to determine the robust regression model. It is concluded that the factors that affect the total profit of poultry farming companies in Indonesia in 2020 are wages for workers and electricity and water.

Abstract

Regression analysis is used to determine the relationship between the dependent and independent variables with a parameter estimator. The parameter estimator that is usually used is the Least Squares Method (LSM), this requires a classical assumption test. Some cases have normality assumptions that are unfulfilled because there are outliers so the result regression parameter estimates are not accurate so that robust regression is used in the analysis. Robust regression is a regression analysis method that can withstand outliers. The purpose of this study is the application of robust regression estimation Method of Moment (MM) with Tukey Bisquare weighting in the case of data on the number of maternal deaths in Indonesia 2020 with the number of maternal deaths as a dependent variable, and with independent variables such as the number of pregnant women who experience bleeding, the number of diabetics in pregnancy, and the number of HIV positive in pregnancy. The result showed that every one unit increase of three independent variables had a positive effect on the number of cases of maternal deaths, each of which was 2,8064; 2,5014; 1,1577.

Abstract

Covid-19 is a global health problem. When the number of cases of Covid-19 increased, the government imposed a study from home policy. This has resulted in various impacts on learning in higher education. This study aims to determine the impact that occurs in the online learning process of health students at Universitas Muhammadiyah Gombong during the Covid-19 pandemic. The study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Data collection was carried out by online interviews using handphones with health study program students of Universitas Muhammadiyah Gombong (10 participants) who were taken by cluster random sampling. Data analysis using thematic analysis assisted by OpenCode 4.02 software. The results show 5 themes, namely changes in activity due to the pandemic, psychological changes for students, lectures during the pandemic, online lecture constraints, and student coping in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic. Methods: The design used is quantitative research which is descriptive analytic. By using a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were residents of Sempor hamlet, amounting to 573 people with a total sample of 100 people using the Slovin formula. Data analysis using Chi Square test. Results: The results showed that there are two factors that have a significant relationship with community compliance with family support health protocols (p-value 0.009), level of motivation (p-value 0.006). While the level of knowledge has no relationship with compliance (p-value 0.359). Conclusion: Based on these results, it shows that there are several factors that can affect a person's compliance in running a program

Abstract

Hypertension is abnormally high blood pressure and a serious health problem in the world that causes morbidity and mortality. Uncontrolled hypertension can cause serious complications such as coronary heart disease, stroke, kidney disease, vision problems and is one of the comorbid diseases during the Covid-19 pandemic. Compliance to hypertension manajement to control their blood pressure is very importantto avoid hypertension’s complications and death. This study aim to determine the factors related to patient compliance with hypertension management in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic. This research method uses a descriptive analytic method with a cross sectional approach. The sample consists of 100 respondents, data collection using a questionnaire and analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis. There is a relationship between age and patient compliance with hypertension management (p=0.016). There is a relationship between knowledge and patient compliance with hypertension management (p=0.020). There is a relationship between motivation and patient compliance with hypertension management (p=0.045). There is a relationship between family support and patient compliance with hypertension management (p=0.018). There is a significant relationship between factors of age, knowledge, motivation, and family support with patient compliance with hypertension management. Factors related to patient compliance in managing their disease are very important and need to be considered and improved in an effort to maintain blood pressure stability in hypertensive patients to avoid complications and death.

Abstract

Based on Basic Health Research (2018), the percentage of washing hands in children in Indonesia reaches 49.8%, in Central Java Province it reaches 45.0%, and in Cilacap Regency it is 38.5%. The behavior of washing hands is an act of hand hygiene to prevent transmission of covid-19, based on the results of interviews conducted on students, it was found that 7 out of 10 students did not know how to wash hands properly, and 6 out of 10 students said they did not wash their hands before eating. One of the factors that can influence behavior is knowledge. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between knowledge and hand washing behavior in students during the covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a quantitative correlation method using cross-sectional design, the sampling technique uses a total sampling with 65 respondents. The instrument used is a knowledge questionnaire and a hand washing behavior questionnaire. The results of the study showed that knowledge of hand washing was in the good category of 31 students (47.7%), 29 students (44.6%), and less than 5 students (7.7%). As for the behavior of washing hands with good category as many as 28 students (43.1%), only 21 students (32.3%), and less as many as 16 students (24.6%). The results of the analysis chi- square obtained a p-value of 0.005, which means that there is a relationship between knowledge and the behavior of washing hands. The conclusion of this study shows that there is a relationship between knowledge and hand washing behavior in students during the covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Cardiovascular disease is still a major public health problem. The Indonesian population is an aging population, and the number of dementia cases is increasing. A good understanding of the correlation between the risk of cardiovascular disease and dementia will increase the accuracy in the long-term prevention of dementia in the community. This study was intended to examine the correlation between cardiovascular risk and early signs of dementia. 89 elderly integrated health center participants were voluntarily involved in this study. This research is a cross-sectional design. Respondents were measured for cardiovascular risk, using the Jakarta Cardiovascular Score (SKJ) and measuring cognitive function using the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE). Statistical analysis using correlation and mean difference. There is a negative correlation between the Jakarta Cardiovascular Score and the MMSE score (r=-0.311; p=0.003). In the analysis of mean differences, it was found that there was a significant difference between mild, moderate, and high cardiovascular risk in cognitive decline (MMSE score) respectively, the MMSE mean [27.29; SD=3.51], [25.55; SD=5.42], and [24.82; SD=4.51]; with p-value = 0.010. There is an inverse correlation between cardiovascular risk and cognitive function, statistically significant
