Abstract

Technology that causes negative and positive effects that appear on humans, such as gambling that occurs with the progress of the times, gambling is an activity that is prohibited by religion and the state because it has an unfavorable influence on human activities, Gambling is a very large phenomenon. found in populated areas. Along with the development of the times, gambling can be carried out in various ways and in various forms. Gambling is universally seen as a crime. The crime of gambling or participating in and carrying out gambling acts was originally prohibited in the criminal provisions of Article 542 of the Criminal Code but stems from the provisions stipulated in Article 2 paragraph (4) of Law No. 7 of 1974 concerning the regulation of gambling, the name has been changed to a criminal requirement as regulated in Article 303bis of the Criminal Code.

Abstract

National strategic projects that are being intensively carried out by the government do not escape the emergence of disputes or disputes. This study raises the case of compensation due to the construction of expressway infrastructure or the Solo-Yogyakarta toll road, precisely in the Klaten area, which is experiencing problems, one of which is the determination of the compensation value for the affected community. The matter was brought to trial at the Klaten District Court with a fast-paced trial process carried out by the Panel of Judges. This research was structured using the juridical-empirical method. This study will describe the settlement of compensation for land affected by the Solo-Yogyakarta toll road at the Klaten District Court and explore facts to find out the obstacles experienced from the perspective of the applicant in the settlement of compensation for land affected by the Solo-Yogyakarta toll road.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze how much influence road infrastructure, education and health have on economic growth in Central Java Province in 2016-2020. Gross Regional Domestic Product (GDP) as the dependent variable, while road infrastructure, education, and health are independent variables. This research uses panel data regression analysis using the Eviews 10 program computer tool. This study uses secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency for a period of 5 years starting from 2016-2020. The method used is a quantitative approach. The results showed that the road variable had a negative and significant effect on economic growth. The variables of education and health have a positive and significant influence on the economic growth of Central Java. The limitation of this research is that the researcher only takes three independent variables, namely road infrastructure, education infrastructure, and health infrastructure, while there are still other factors that cause the increase or decrease in economic growth in Central Java Province.

Abstract

Background: Pediculosis capitis is a scalp disease caused by the infestation of obligate ectoparasites. Infection is usually found in children aged 6-12 years, girls have a higher risk of infection than boys, especially in rural areas in developing countries. One example of treatment that can be done to treat Pediculosis capitis infection is the use of 1% permethrin or 4% dimeticone. Objective: The aim of this study was to compare the effectiveness of permethrin 1% and dimeticone 4% as a treatment for pediculosis capitis. Methods: The research method uses a literature review research design. The data in this study were obtained from several journal databases, namely PubMed, Google Scholar, and Research Gate with the keywords "Permethrin 1%" AND "dimeticone 4%" AND "pediculosis capitis". The data analysis method in this study uses the critical appraisal method with a search strategy in the form of PICO (Population, Intervention, Comparation, Outcome). Results: The results of this study concluded that the use of 4% dimeticone was more effective when compared to the use of 1% permethrin as a treatment for pediculosis capitis.

Abstract

This research purpose to test the effect of the application of green accounting on environmental performance. The sample in this study is a mining and energy sector company that was listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2020 using a sampling technique that is purposive sampling. There are 5 companies that meet the criteria set as a sample in this study. The method of analysis in this study is multiple linear regression. The results showed that recycle materials, renewable energy and corporate social responsibility fund allocation had no effect on environmental performance. While the environmental cost effects environmental performance.

Abstract

This article presents the development of a bot application to assist patients in obtaining drug information and counseling services from pharmacists. The draw.io network software was used to build a bot workflow. This study's findings include recommendations for bot workflows as well as examples of user interface designs.

Abstract

This article presents the design of an online pharmacy service application at home. Development of application workflows using software in the draw.io network. The development includes a consultation menu, ordering medication/prescription redemption, camera features to take pictures (prescriptions), payments, and delivery messages.

Abstract

This study aims to describe a progressive legal view of existence and analyze what forms of protection are provided for victims of sexual violence in the the BILL of elimination of sexual violence. This research uses a normative juridical approach (statute approach) and a conceptual approach. Based on the results and discussion, we will discuss progressive legal views on existence and analyze what forms of protection for victims of sexual violence are in the Bill on the Elimination of Sexual Violence. In the opinion of the researcher, the enforcement of existing laws and regulations in Indonesia is still lacking in taking sides with victims of sexual violence in terms of handling and recovery. However, the researcher agrees if the Draft Law on the the BILL of elimination of sexual violence is passed, because it is with the existence of the the BILL of elimination of sexual violence into the The Sexual Violence Elimination Act, it is hoped that this is a legal provision that specifically accommodates Indonesian laws and regulations that have been in existence so far. previously did not regulate in detail and comprehensively in tackling cases of sexual violence.

Abstract

Background: Sexual behavior among adolescents tends to increase, especially unmarried adolescents due to globalization and technological developments, these two things greatly affect exposure to information and the lifestyle that teenagers want to adopt. It is undeniable that the internet and information technology are often used in the manufacture and distribution of pornography. Lack of knowledge of reproductive health and exposure to pornography has a negative impact on adolescents, such as the number of teenagers who engage in deviant behavior. Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge of reproductive health and exposure to pornography on adolescent premarital sexual behavior in SMA X, Magelang Regency. Method: This research is analytic correlative with cross sectional design. This research was conducted in February 2022 with a population of 344 students of class X and class XI SMA X exposed to pornographic content. The sampling method used proportional random sampling totaling 195 respondents. The instrument in this study used an online questionnaire in the form of Google Forms. The instrument used is an adaptation of the reproductive health knowledge questionnaire by Apriany 2014, exposure to pornography using an early detection instrument for pornographic content Puslitjakdikbud 2017, and premarital sexual behavior by Junita 2018. Descriptive data analysis and correlation test using Spearman using SPSS. Results: The results showed that most of the respondents had moderate reproductive health knowledge as many as 122 people (62.6%) most of whom were exposed to degree 1 pornography as many as 180 people (92.3%) with mild risky sexual behavior as many as 111 people (56, 9%).Based on the Spearman correlation test, it showed that there was a significant relationship between knowledge of reproductive health (p-value = 0.0012 <0.05) and exposure to pornography (p-value = 0.0014) on premarital sexual behavior of high school adolescents X in Magelang Regency. Conclusion: There is a relationship between knowledge of reproductive health and exposure to pornography on adolescent premarital sexual behavior.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of students' mathematical communication in learning mathematics, especially in the length material unit. In addition, this research was conducted to determine the feasibility of a learning media, namely "macromedia flash MI", this media is considered to provide convenience for students in understanding the material. This study aims to determine the feasibility of macromedia flash MI media in the length material unit for fourth grade mathematics at SDN Danupayan. This study uses research and development methods (Research and Development). The time for the research to be carried out is in the odd semester of the 2021/2022 academic year with the research subjects are grade IV students SDN Danupayan. The media validation shows a percentage of 97.2% which can be concluded that the media validity shows the Very Valid (SV) category with an interval between the percentages of 81.25%–100%. The data was obtained from 3 validators, they are 1 lecturer at the University of Muhammadiyah Magelang and 2 teachers at SDN Danupayan. Then the results of the research on student responses to the media showed a percentage of 82.16% which can be concluded that the validity of the media showed the Very Valid (SV) category with an interval between the percentages of 81.25-100%. The data was obtained from the questionnaire data of 6 respondents. Thus, MI macromedia flash media is suitable for use in learning.
