Abstract

ShopeeFood and GoFood are food delivery services that are popular in the community. Both have similar products and services, which is why the competition is getting tougher. To remain competitive, companies must develop optimal strategies to achieve customer satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to determine the right competitive strategy by prioritizing the services offered by companies to customers in choosing food delivery services. The method used in this research is game theory with a descriptive research type. Data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis and SPSS to calculate the validity and reliability of the data. Data is collected through questionnaires distributed to users of the application. From the results of game theory calculations, Shopeefood and GoFood get an optimal game value of 6. The game is solved with a pure ShopeeFood strategy, namely a promotional strategy with a probability of 6. Meanwhile, GoFood also uses a promotional strategy with a probability of 6. In this case, the best strategy is optimal for both services is to improve the promotion strategy.

Abstract

In the era of technological advances and financial deregulation policies, competition between banks is getting tougher. M-Banking is a provider of various facilities to make it easier for customers to carry out online transactions. Nonetheless, some concerns still exist regarding the security and feasibility of the features provided by each bank. In this study, Signaling Theory is used to explore the level of customer satisfaction in utilizing m-banking services. The purpose of this study is to compare the feasibility of features, ease of access, and security of Mobile Banking transactions at three leading banks in Indonesia, namely BNI, BCA and BRI, from the point of view of customer preference. This research will use quantitative methods by collecting data through a survey using a questionnaire. It is hoped that the results of this study can provide a picture of preferences for customers in each bank, so that it can be taken into consideration in improving work systems and services to customers compared to other banks. The variables to be examined are the characteristics of each bank such as service, feasibility of features, interface design, and convenience for customers to access M-Banking.

Abstract

Dengan melihat perkembangan bank digital yang bermunculan di Indonesia, Allo Bank hadir sebagai bank digital yang melakukan sesuatu yang berbeda untuk bersaing dengan bank digital lainnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui alasan Allo Bank memilih strategi event marketing Allo Bank Festival, untuk mengetahui audiens sasaran Allo Bank Festival, untuk mengetahui tujuan komunikasi Allo Bank Festival, untuk mengetahui rancangan komunikasi Allo Bank Festival, untuk mengetahui saluran komunikasi Allo Bank Festival, untuk mengetahui penetapan anggaran komunikasi Allo Bank Festival, untuk mengetahui bauran komunikasi Allo Bank Festival, dan untuk mengetahui hasil komunikasi Allo Bank Festival. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode penelitian studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang dimana penulis melakukan wawancara dan studi dokumentasi untuk menghimpun data penelitian. Wawancara dilakukan dengan 6 narasumber yang merupakan pekerja dari Allo Bank dan CXO Media, serta pengunjung Allo Bank Festival. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Allo Bank memilih strategi event marketing Allo Bank Festival berdasarkan analisis situasi dengan melihat kecenderungan kondisi pada saat itu. Dalam pelaksaan strategi tersebut, Allo Bank sangat diuntungkan oleh CT Corp sebagai induk perusahaannya yang merupakan salah satu ekosistem bisnis terbesar di Indonesia sehingga perencanaan hingga pelaksanaannya pun dapat berjalan dengan baik. Namun, Allo Bank juga merencanakan setiap tahapan strateginya dengan penuh pertimbangan dan perencanaan yang baik sehingga seluruh pesan persuasif dapat diterima dengan baik dan tercipta peningkatan awareness dan pengguna baru yang tinggi.

Abstract

Cancer is a condition that often threatens human health. Lack of public awareness of the main signs, symptoms, and causes of cancer is one of the factors causing the increasing mortality rate from the disease. Nasopharyngeal carcinoma is a cancer that affects humans and is potentially fatal. In Indonesia, where KNF is one of the top five malignant tumors with the most frequency, Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma (KNF) is the most malignant tumor among ENT malignant tumors (along with uterine cervical malignant tumors, breast tumors, lymph node tumors and skin tumors). ). The Dempster Shafer method is one of many techniques that can be used to diagnose nasopharyngeal carcinoma. The Dempster Shafer method is a mathematical approach to proofs that combines different bits of information (proofs) to estimate the probability of an event. It is based on the functions of trust and reasonable reasoning. Based on the description above, an expert system with the Dempster Shafer approach is needed that will help medical professionals and the general public in identifying the symptoms of Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma (KNF) early. So many people can identify diseases affecting the nasopharynx, especially the neck and head, with the help of this method and get immediate treatment.

Abstract

In this modern era, we can find the influence of technology on every line of life. One form of technology that we often encounter is e-commerce. E-commerce emerged as a form of progress from buying and selling places that we usually call markets. This e-commerce has many advantages that we cannot find when we are in conventional markets. Therefore, most people who act as consumers choose e-commerce over visiting conventional markets. However, the emergence of e-commerce will have an impact on MSMEs. MSMEs that stand as community small businesses can experience fluctuations in dynamic changes in economic growth. Therefore, this research will be carried out. The research method to be carried out is to use the Systematic Literature Review (SLR). By using journal references and research that has been done, decisions will be made in accordance with the issues raised. This research itself was conducted with the aim of: 1) Seeking influence from e-commerce which has a big impact on MSMEs and 2) Finding solutions that are beneficial to both parties.

Abstract

This journal conducts an analysis of the implementation of business ethics in companies, focusing on supporting factors and challenges faced. In an era of rapid industrial growth, companies are confronted with intense competition, shifting customer preferences, environmental sustainability, and a shortage of quality human resources. The application of business ethics becomes crucial in adhering to established rules and norms, building corporate reputation, and achieving long-term success. Additionally, it is important to consider the impact of the company's information systems on society and to apply ethical principles in the use of algorithms and artificial intelligence. Through literature analysis, this journal provides recommendations and guidelines for business practitioners currently operating their businesses.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze security threats that occur in information systems and ways to overcome them. The method used in this research is Systematic Literature Review, where articles related to security threats in information systems are collected and analyzed qualitatively. The results show that there are various kinds of security threats in information systems, such as hacking, sabotage, espionage, and others. These threats can damage data, steal information, or disrupt system integrity. To overcome these threats, prevention and treatment efforts are needed. Prevention is done to prevent damage, loss, or theft of data, while treatment is done if data has already been attacked. Some ways to improve information system security include improving HR knowledge related to cyber threats, implementing readiness certification, and adopting security domains from other countries. Mapping the types of cyberattacks and selecting appropriate security technologies are also important. Some other efforts include regular operating system updates, applying encryption to data, controlling access, using firewall technology, and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and privacy policies. This research can serve as a guide in developing effective policies and measures in maintaining information system security.

Abstract

The Puskesmas Management Information System is a system arrangement that provides information to assist the decision-making process of the Puskesmas management. SIMPUS aims to facilitate and improve the quality of puskesmas health services. However, SIMPUS implementation in Indonesia is still faced with various challenges and obstacles. To measure the success factors for SIMPUS performance, a Systematic Literature Review is conducted on each paper that has a similar research topic. From the Systematic Literature Review, it was found that there were several problems that occurred when using SIMPUS, such as the required data and information were not available on time. This can be caused by several factors, including technical factors, organizational factors, human factors and environmental factors. The research method that is often used in SIMPUS evaluation research is a type of qualitative research with data collection methods through interviews with employees who operate SIMPUS.

Abstract

The development of a company or organization is greatly influenced by the significant role of Management Information Systems. The performance of information systems in an organization determines the success of the organization in the fierce market competition of this era. In the application of information system technology, there is BI (Business Intelligence) as a tool used to help a company run modern management. However, not all technologies provide added value to the company. The purpose of this research is none other than to review the advantages of using BI in organizational management used to improve decision making. In this research, the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method is used which aims to conduct a comprehensive analysis, review, evaluation, and interpretation of all relevant studies on phenomena related to the specific research questions. The results of this study include or cover several areas that are targeted for Business Intelligence implementation, especially in the industrial sector. The implementation of Business intelligence also requires a clear framework to be used later as a decision-making tool. In addition, the implementation of BI in an organization certainly has challenges such as managing company data, utilizing company data, and also making good and appropriate decisions.
