Abstract

Websites are viewed primarily as a platform from which SMEs can portray a sophisticated image and advertise/market their products. One of the main factor affect the adoption of e-commerce by SMEs is the enviroment influence. On small business, the process of recording orders and sales transactions was done manually. These lead to customers complaints because they have to wait for a long time to get the product. In addition, the owners of small business find it difficult to know the popular products among customers. Moreover, the companys are eager to reach out to potential customers. Therefore, an e-commerce website is required not only as a solution to all these problems but also as a bridge between the business and their customers. The website was developed using the Scrum method. The application development process required three sprints to complete the seventeen product backlogs. The system testing proved the system is running according to its function and is accepted by the user.

Abstract

The phenomenon of very dynamic and competitive business competition requires every telecommunication company to be adaptive in all changes. Now information technology does not only play a role in supporting business processes. IT is expected to play a major role in supporting the company's agility to adapt to the business environment. Corporate agility can provide various advantages, namely the organization is able to detect changes early and explore various solution options as a decision-making process in creating innovation. This journal provides an effective conceptual model related to how information technology is able to create organizational agility in telecommunications companies. This conceptual model is expected to be a reference for the adoption of information technology in providing a fit impact for the company.

Abstract

Aplikasi Flip adalah sebuah solusi inovatif yang dirancang untuk mempermudah transaksi keuangan digital dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Tentunya solusi inovatif digital ini membutuhkan umpan balik dari para pengguna aplikasi Flip agar tercapainya tujuan dari aplikasi Flip ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengalaman pengguna terhadap penggunaan dari aplikasi Flip. Penelitian ini menggabungkan metode HEART Metrics dan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), sehingga dapat menganalisis aplikasi dari sudut pandang kepuasan emosi pengguna yang meliputi Happiness, Engagement, Adoption, Retention, dan Task Success serta dapat mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Responden yang digunakan untuk uji sampling penelitian ini adalah 100 dengan ketentuan umur minimal 17 tahun dan pernah menggunakan aplikasi Flip untuk transaksi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, ditemukan bahwa dari 20 item dalam skala HEART, terdapat 8 item yang menunjukkan perlunya perbaikan (action). Dalam hal ini, faktor yang dianggap paling penting (importance) dan perlu mendapatkan perhatian perbaikan segera adalah Engagement dan Task Success.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan teknologi telah mengalami kemajuan pesat di berbagai sektor, termasuk di Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Salah satu aspek penting dalam mendukung UMKM adalah penggunaan metode pembayaran QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard), yang merupakan bentuk pembayaran elektronik yang semakin populer di Indonesia, terutama di kalangan pelaku UMKM. Meskipun demikian, tidak semua UMKM mengadopsi teknologi QRIS ini dikarenakan kurangnya kepercayaan dan pengetahuan yang dimiliki oleh pemilik UMKM. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat kepercayaan penggunaan QRIS pada UMKM dengan menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Penelitian ini akan menggunakan sampel data sebanyak 100 responden yang merupakan pemilik atau pekerja UMKM yang menerapkan pembayaran QRIS di daerah Surabaya. Faktor-faktor yang akan diteliti meliputi kemampuan menggunakan komputer (CSE), persepsi kegunaan/manfaat (POU), persepsi kemudahan penggunaan (PEU), sikap pengguna (ATU), minat perilaku (BEI), dan penggunaan sesungguhnya (ACU). Dengan menganalisis faktor-faktor ini, diharapkan penelitian ini dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang tingkat kepercayaan penggunaan QRIS oleh UMKM di Surabaya.

Abstract

Artikel jurnal ini menyajikan evaluasi keberhasilan Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIAMIK) di Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jawa Timur dengan menggunakan Information System Success Model DeLone and McLean. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai efektivitas dan efisiensi SIAMIK dalam meningkatkan proses akademik dan meningkatkan kinerja kelembagaan secara keseluruhan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Responden dalam penelitian ini dipilih dengan menggunakan metode stratified random sampling yang ditentukan dengan menggunakan rumus slovin dengan sasaran mahasiswa pengguna SIAMIK di Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jawa Timur dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 117 mahasiswa. Pengelolaan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis SEM dengan tools SmartPLS 4 dengan variabel kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kuailtas layanan, kepuasan pengguna, dan net benefit. Berdasarkan hasil dari 7 hipotesis yang diuji, terdapat 5 hipotesis yang memenuhi kriteria kualitas. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan dan rekomendasi untuk pengembangan sistem informasi akademik di Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jawa Timur maupun di lembaga pendidikan lainnya.

Abstract

Service computer surabaya is one of the website-based gadget service businesses that still needs evaluation. Surabaya computer service website information system audit using the COBIT 5 framework with DSS domains and maturity level assessment. The research aims to evaluate the Surabaya computer service website information system. The results show that the average maturity level reached 3.93 (level 4 - Managed and Measurable) with an expected value at level 4. DSS04 has the highest value, while DSS01 has a significant gap. Recommendations include creating SOPs, problem identification, long-term monitoring, security improvements, and business process audits. In conclusion, the company needs to improve DSS01 and DSS03 while the other domains are good. It is hoped that this research can help in improving and maintaining services from service computer surabaya to provide the best service to users from managers.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi dan komunikasi memudahkan perguruan tinggi menyebarkan informasi dan pengolahan data. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, Universitas Maarif Hasyim Latif (Umaha) membangun Sistem Langitan. Sistem Langitan merupakan sistem informasi akademik yang berbasis website yang dapat diakses kapan saja dan dimana saja asalkan tersambung dengan koneksi internet. Dengan adanya sistem informasi akademik mahasiswa dapat mengakses informasi yang berkaitan dengan catatan akademik selama proses perkuliahan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kualitas website SistemLangitan Umaha dengan menggunakan metode Webqual 4.0. Penelitian ini menggunakan Webqual yang dikembangkan oleh Barnes & Vidgen (2002). Penelitian ini menggunakan proportionate stratified random sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 340 responden yang merupakan mahasiswa aktif di Universitas Maarif Hasyim Latif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh nilai R-square sebesar 59,4% yang menyatakan bahwa kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan pengguna website Sistem Langitan Umaha dipengaruhi oleh variabel usability, information quality, dan service interaction quality. Kualitaswebsite Sistem langitan Umaha berpengaruh posittif terhadap kepuasaan pengguna. Hal ini dikuatkan dengan hasil hipotesis yang menujukkan variabel usability, information quality, dan service interaction quality positif signifikan terhadap user satisfaction.

Abstract

Information technology (IT) is an important part used in everyday life. The application of information technology is an important aspect for companies or organizations because it will have an impact on increasing economic growth, national stability, and organizational welfare, or community welfare. XYZ Institution is one of the government agencies that seeks to realize good governance by utilizing information technology. In realizing the implementation of the Electronic Based Government System (SPBE), the implementation of change management has not been running perfectly, so that the implementation has not been carried out in a recorded manner and is not in accordance with the applicable SOPs. From the existing problems, this study aims to design a measuring instrument for calculating the level of IT capability of SPBE change management at XYZ Institutions based on the COBIT 5 with the selected domains BAI06 and BAI07. The results of this study produce a change management capability level measuring tool that is in accordance with the COBIT 5. With the preparation of this capability level measurement tool, it can produce recommendations based on calculations that have been carried out, so that it can be an improvement to encourage IT management efficiency in line with company goals

Abstract

The aim of this research is to reveal the factors that influence the acceptance of the SLiMS application by users at the MAN 2 Kediri library, using a modified TAM model approach. In the analysis process, various variables are involved, including Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Habit, System Quality, and Behavioral Intention to Use. The research method adopted a modified TAM approach with a sample of 297 respondents from a population of 1145 users. The main findings show that Habit (H) has a positive impact on Perceived Usefulness (PU) and Perceived Ease Of Use (PEOU). System Quality (SQ) has a positive impact on PU, but not on PEOU. Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU) has a positive impact on PU and Behavioral Intention to Use (BI). Perceived Usefulness (PU) has a positive impact on BI. The results of this research provide in-depth insight into the significant factors in the acceptance of the SLiMS application by MAN 2 Kediri library users using the modified TAM model. These findings may be useful in increasing the use of library applications and understanding how certain factors influence the acceptance of technology in educational settings.

Abstract

Information Technology Governance plays a very important role in managing all company needs. Especially in the world of education, technology plays a very important role in carrying out the vision and mission of all educational service needs. However, there are many problems experienced and the order of infrastructure and how to manage it that is not maximized so that it makes the order not run well. Because this can lead to various problems from the course of the education service process. Therefore, a framework such as COBIT 2019 is needed which has become the main guideline in improving the effectiveness and efficiency of information technology management in various organizations, including universities. This journal aims to assess COBIT 2019 framework users at various higher education institutions to determine the level of capability and gaps that generally occur. Through a Systematic Literature (SLR) approach, the journal details a number of significant findings, including an in-depth understanding of how COBIT 2019 is adopted and implemented in higher education settings. With Research Question (RQ) i.e. RQ1 Which domains in IT Governance are the main focus for most colleges and high schools implementing the COBIT 2019 framework, RQ2 What are the capability levels and advice provided in most higher education institutions implementing the COBIT 2019 framework. The results of this study found 13 articles that met the inclusion criteria, after identifying titles, abstracts, and conclusions from 48 articles that fell into the exclusion criteria. From the screening of these journals, the results show that the main focus of universities and colleges in implementing the COBIT 2019 framework is on the DSS05 domain. In many higher education institutions that implement the COBIT 2019 framework, the level of capability tends to depend on a strong understanding of best practices in managing IT operations, because there are many universities that have not been able to achieve the desired capability targets. As such, these institutions are required to continuously improve their capabilities in the face of dynamic IT environment changes and strengthen efforts to maintain the resilience of their operational systems.
