Abstract

In the modern era, various washing services, especially motorbike, car, clothes and shoe washing services, are growing very rapidly. Unfortunately, various wash services, especially motorbike, car, clothes and shoe washing services, are currently still quite ineffective. The aim of this research is to design a various wash services application that produces good usability on an Android-based mobile platform. This research will discuss mobile application interface design using the design thinking method. This method focuses on human interests as users bringing new innovations. The design evaluation stage will be carried out based on recommendations from ISO 9241-11 in measurements. The results of the test after producing the final value from two iterations on twenty washing service providers produced an effectiveness value of 97.25%, efficiency 97.59%, and ten users (buyers) produced an effectiveness value of 97.5%, efficiency 94.14 %, then the aspect of the thirty respondents produced a Satisfaction (SUS) value of 82.83, where the usability results were categorized as good or good

Abstract

Wedding Documentation is a service that helps every couple who will capture their wedding moments with photos and videos. Light Scape Visual is a wedding photography service located in the South Tangerang city area. Light Scape Visual is a place that provides several types of services according to the wishes of customers in the field of photography and videography. The ordering information system makes Light Scape Visual a wedding documentation service by utilizing web-based information technology, with the aim of expanding the area of promotion and sales of wedding packages and simplifying the ordering process. In making the ordering of this wedding documentation web information system using PHP programming with the Laravel and MySQL frameworks. This wedding documentation ordering information system is very helpful for those who don't want to be bothered with their wedding documentation problems and provides convenience for ordering packages that operate online.

Abstract

The role of information systems in the form of application programs has now developed and extended to all fields, one of which is the field of education. The use of applications will be needed for the process of implementing the EPT (English Proficiency Test). The use of applications in the EPT process will provide many advantages such as ease of checking test questions, ease of managing test data, test data that is directly integrated with the database, and ease of taking tests. However, the EPT process in the Language Center Technical Implementation Unit of UPN "Veteran" East Java still uses a manual process and is less effective. So a solution is made in the form of an EPT application. This application will be built using the Laravel framework which is open source and strong server security to be able to optimize web-based applications.

Abstract

This study aims to conduct a sentiment analysis of conversations on social media Twitter related to the Kanjuruhan Tragedy. Social media, especially Twitter, has become a significant platform for Indonesians to share their thoughts and feelings regarding this tragic event. We used two approaches for sentiment analysis, namely Lexicon-based and Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), with a focus on classifying sentiments in positive, negative, and neutral categories. This study also involves references to several previous studies that implemented various sentiment analysis methods. It is hoped that the results of this study can provide deep insight into the responses and feelings of the public on social media related to the Kanjuruhan Tragedy. The lexicon-based sentiment analysis classification of the Kanjuruhan Tragedy on twitter social media using the CNN algorithm successfully analyzed the sentiment results of tweets related to the tragedy where most of the tweets obtained had negative sentiments with test results of precision value 87.74%, recall 87.51%, and f1-score 87.27% with a classification accuracy of 87.27% and took 3 minutes 23 seconds of training time.

Abstract

Recommendation systems are at the heart of cutting through the noise of online data, helping users find content that matches their preferences. In this regard, the K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) method stands out as a promising approach. KNN, as a similarity-based algorithm, utilizes information from nearest neighbors to make predictions or recommendations. This research explores the implementation of KNN in developing a film recommendation system with a focus on increasing the accuracy and relevance of recommendations. Related references, such as the evaluation of recommendation systems by Herlocker et al. (2004) and the concept of collaborative filtering by Resnick and Varian (1997), are the basis for understanding and improving the potential of KNN. By detailing the exploration of this concept, it is hoped that this research will provide a comprehensive and holistic view in the development of a film recommendation system. From testing using the performance test of the KNN method, namely accuracy, recall, and precision with the best value of 45.4% for accuracy, 45.4% for recall, and 100% precision so that the algorithm can be applied in the film recommendation system.

Abstract

Taruna Karya IV State Elementary School (SD) Bandung City is one of the educational institutions in Bandung City, Taruna Karya IV Bandung State Elementary School organizes a teacher performance assessment program. In the process of assessing the performance of teachers at Taruna Karya IV Elementary School, Bandung City, the conventional method was used by filling out a questionnaire carried out by the school principal and the assessment team, then the questionnaire was recapitulated. The manual system and the number of teachers selected have caused school principals and the assessment team to experience difficulties in determining the teacher's decision with the best assessment. To find patterns in teacher performance assessment, a decision support system was built, through research. This research uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. This method is used to evaluate and make multi-criteria decisions. It evaluates various alternatives based on different criteria and assigns a relative score to each alternative. Based on the results of this research, it produces better and more accurate calculations. If previously selection took 1 day, now with the decision support system the selection time is shorter. .

Abstract

Programming algorithms are the basic principles when creating programs on a computer. Although closely related to mathematical calculations, real programming algorithms do not always involve complex calculations such as genetic algorithms which are usually used to solve mathematical problems. In analyzing an algorithm there are several parts that we can analyze, such as time speed, amount of cost, and amount of space. The 3 parts each use O (big O) notation. Abstract

The rapid development of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has had a significant impact over time. Technological advancements in recent years have enabled the creation of more effective efforts and enriched the learning environment. User experience is described as the experience gained by users when using software products. This research aims to understand the experience obtained by users when using the Onklas application system. Measurement is conducted using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). The study was conducted at SMAN 11 Surabaya with 290 respondents who are students of the school. This thesis evaluates the use of the Onklas The assessment of the application utilized the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). The UEQ methodology comprises 26 questionnaire items, serving as instruments categorized into 6 scales: attractiveness, perspicuity, efficiency, dependability, stimulation, and novelty. The study encompassed a population of 290 respondents, selected through the Slovin sampling technique. The outcomes of the user experience evaluation employing UEQ for each aspect are as follows: attractiveness 1.305, perspicuity 1.186, efficiency 1.214, dependability 1.200, stimulation 1.251, and novelty 1.246. These findings indicate that all facets of the user experience have been assessed. received positive impressions.

Abstract

One of the problems faced by government agencies in BPASILHK Aek Nauli is that the process of writing correspondence is still manual, which has an impact on employees who are less than optimal in writing letters. By utilizing the Microsoft Word application in making letters, it has several main weaknesses, such as dependence on the employee's ability to make letters, which results in the letter format being variable and not as expected by the head office. For this reason, the author created a web-based Letter Template Application at BPSILHK Aek Nauli as a technological solution that facilitates the process of creating, managing and developing letters in this technological era. This application has a variety of features and benefits, including reduced time and effort, increased efficiency, use of standard mail, ease of collaboration, integration with various and reduced costs. With this application, users can easily create various types of letters, such as assignment letters, service letters, orders, permits and so on. Apart from that, this application can also make it easier for users to adjust the letter format according to their needs. Thus, users no longer need to spend a lot of time creating letter documents manually. The web-based letter template application provides convenience and efficiency in the process of preparing letter documents.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has driven transformation in the education sector, including the implementation of e-learning-based information systems. The success of such systems requires a well-directed strategic plan to ensure effectiveness, efficiency, and alignment with the goals of educational institutions. This study aims to design a strategic plan for e-learning information systems using the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) approach, integrating four main perspectives: financial, customer, internal processes, and learning and growth. The research methodology involves needs analysis, identification of key performance indicators (KPIs), and the development of BSC-based strategies to optimize e-learning implementation. The findings reveal that implementing the BSC approach can enhance resource allocation efficiency, user satisfaction, and the quality of learning processes. The financial perspective emphasizes efficient budget management, while the customer perspective ensures system accessibility and usability for students, teachers, and parents. The internal process perspective focuses on efficient workflow management, and the learning and growth perspective supports user competency development and the adoption of new technologies. (Arifani & Darmawan, 2016)This study also concludes that developing applications such as a Learning Management System (LMS), academic management applications, and school management applications is essential. Furthermore, technological infrastructure requirements, including administrative computers, servers, and Wi-Fi access, are critical elements for supporting successful e-learning implementation. The BSC-based strategic approach proves effective in helping educational institutions design and manage learning information systems sustainably in the digital era. .
