Abstract

Wavelet signal processing is broadly used for analysis of real time seismic signal. The numerous wavelet filters are developed by spectral synthesis using machine learning python to realize the signal characteristics. Our paper aims to solve and evaluating the frequencies-energy characteristic of earthquake. The wavelet method by Continuous Wavelet Transform (CWT) is able to clearly and simultaneously of amplitudes and frequency-energy from component between the seismogram which seismic sensor broadband recorded in the January 16, 2017 in Medan, North Sumatra. Finally, from machine learning python with morlet wavelet allows good time resolution for high frequencies, and good frequency resolution for low frequencies

Abstract

Futsal is one of the most popular sports in Indonesia and is widely played by various groups in society, especially students and employees. This popularity is primarily due to the practicality of futsal, which fits well into the limited time available for physical activity. However, the current system used to book futsal courts, particularly at Cendikia Futsal Banyuwangi, still relies on conventional methods such as direct meetings, phone calls, handwritten notes, and informal appointment records. These traditional methods are considered less effective and inefficient because they require more time and are prone to scheduling conflicts, data loss, and miscommunication.The purpose of this research is to develop a solution to overcome the manual court booking and scheduling processes by creating a centralized web-based system. The system is designed and implemented using PHP as the programming language and MySQL as the database management system. This web-based system allows users to access the booking platform online, making it easier and faster for customers to reserve futsal courts.Furthermore, it provides a user-friendly interface for administrators to manage schedules, monitor bookings, and store customer data efficiently. The implementation of this system not only increases efficiency but also reduces the possibility of double bookings and human error. It takes advantage of the rapidly growing Internet infrastructure, enabling users to make reservations at any time and from anywhere. In conclusion, the system significantly improves the operational workflow at Cendikia Futsal and enhances customer satisfaction by offering a modern and accessible reservation method.

Abstract

The attendance system is one of the important components in human resource management in the company. Along with the development of technology, conventional attendance methods began to be replaced with more modern systems such as face recognition. This research aims to analyze the use of face recognition system in managing attendance at PT Bintang Inspeksi Indonesia. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, with a case study approach based on direct experience during Practical Work Lecture (KKP) activities. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of the face recognition system increased the efficiency of recording attendance, reduced the potential for data manipulation, and accelerated the process of recapitulating employee attendance. Despite challenges such as dependence on network quality and hardware, the system is considered effective and feasible to implement across the board. This study recommends improving the network infrastructure and training all employees on the use of the system.

Abstract

Climate change, distribution disruptions, and global food price volatility have expanded the potential risks of food insecurity at the regional level. Provincial governments can no longer rely on conventional administrative approaches to respond to food system dynamics. Instead, they must develop information systems capable of processing data rapidly, adaptively, and accurately. This study explores how local governments in Indonesia—specifically Central Java and Bangka Belitung—formulate food crisis prediction strategies based on Big Data by integrating agricultural production data, rainfall levels, market prices, and public sentiment analysis. Using a qualitative-descriptive approach through document analysis, this research examines the architecture of data collection systems, the analytical models employed, and the institutional responses generated from data interpretation. The findings show that food insecurity predictions can be carried out more quickly and accurately when governments build a data ecosystem that integrates various information sources into a single, structured processing flow. Strategies such as regional food stock provision, prediction-based logistics distribution, and price interventions in vulnerable areas do not stem from manual reports but from systems that detect early signs of crisis. This study affirms that leveraging Big Data not only modernizes food governance but also shifts the government's orientation from reaction to anticipation, from administration to prediction, and from reporting to evidence-based intervention.

Abstract

The urgency of digital literacy in the era of information disruption is related to the critical thinking skills of government employees, especially the Library and Archives Office of North Sulawesi Province. The development of information technology has been implemented, but it has not run optimally, due to the skills gab which is a crucial issue in accelerating digital transformation, knowledge is an obstacle. The obstacles include dimensions that have not been fulfilled in terms of digital skills, digital safety, digital ethics and digital culture. The research method used is qualitative with proposive sampling technique and data collection using observation, literature study and interviews. The results showed that digital literacy to use, understand and utilize digital technology, used as a measuring tool for the extent to which a person's competence and ability to adapt to current technological developments is not optimal and maximum, because human resources have not been able to implement digital literacy properly in carrying out work duties, lack of digital skills and knowledge, especially operating hardware devices and software devices. The utilization of digital tools with technology integration still uses a conventional system so that the implementation of work, fast and precise in terms of effectiveness, efficiency has not run optimally. Digital ethics is used by the government to be responsible for the data collected and clear consent, limiting the use of data for agreed purposes. Digital safety implementation is quite good, but there is a need for socialization to employees regarding the understanding of digital literacy and the importance of digital safety, especially malware or software. Need to understand the regulations and legal framework references used.

Abstract

Mountain climbing is gaining popularity, but high risks arise from inadequate preparation and information. Climbers often face limited access to crucial details like verified routes, real-time weather, essential equipment, and structured educational resources. To address this, Merbabuku, a web-based platform, was developed to help climbers plan their trips more efficiently, safely, and informatively. This research focused on designing and developing Merbabuku with features such as verified route information, official weather forecasts (BMKG), climbing tips, equipment checklists, and a community forum. Utilizing the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) waterfall model, encompassing analysis, design, implementation, testing, and evaluation, the platform was built using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL. Functional tests confirmed all features worked as intended, and a user satisfaction survey of 50 respondents showed 92% found Merbabuku highly beneficial for planning and gaining insights into safety and ethics. Merbabuku aims to be a digital innovation that not only streamlines information access but also elevates awareness and education on climbing safety and environmental preservation.

Abstract

This research implements an Internet of Things (IoT) based air quality monitoring system using fuzzy logic to provide real-time, accurate, and easily accessible information. The system integrates various gas sensors (MQ-7, MQ-135, MQ-131) and a particle sensor (Sharp GP2Y1010AU0F) connected to an ESP32 microcontroller. Collected air quality data, including CO, NO₂, O₃, and PM2.5 concentrations, is sent to a server and processed using a fuzzy inference system to generate an Air Quality Index (AQI) and its corresponding status. The data is then visualized on a web-based dashboard developed with CodeIgniter, featuring real-time graphs and tables, and also provides automated WhatsApp notifications to alert users about current air quality conditions. System testing confirms the accuracy and consistency of sensor readings, the proper functioning of the fuzzy logic processing, and the reliability of data transmission and notification features. This system offers an efficient solution for monitoring air quality, enhancing environmental awareness, and supporting preventive measures in the campus environment of Universitas Islam Syekh Yusuf and the wider community.

Abstract

Semaphore is a communication method used to send and receive messages by utilizing flags, paddles, sticks, bare hands, or gloves. Semaphore signaling is commonly used in scouting activities (Pramuka). However, novice scouts often face difficulties in accurately recognizing semaphore gestures. Although guidebooks are available, errors may still occur, especially when learning independently. To address this issue, a gesture detection system using the Multi-Layer Perceptron (MLP) method and MediaPipe framework is proposed, which aims to evaluate the accuracy of MLP and MediaPipe in detecting semaphore poses. To assess the performance of the MLP model, a Confusion Matrix is used to analyze the number of correct and incorrect predictions and generate metrics such as accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score. The evaluation results show that the system successfully recognized 122 poses correctly, achieving an accuracy of 93.84%, precision of 93.84%, recall of 100%, and an F1-score of 96.80%. Based on these results, the system is considered sufficiently accurate and can be used as an interactive learning tool to recognize semaphore codes, particularly in scouting activities.

Abstract

Mobile phones can be used to communicate with each other quickly, whenever and wherever. With the rise of smartphones, users began to switch to using the internet as a medium of communication. Apart from being a communication device, today`s smartphone also has features and facilities that can be utilized to facilitate the work, such as cameras, GPS, and various sensors. Looking at this, business people are eager to create mobile apps to expand their business dimensions and to ease and provide better services to their customer. No exception is a vehicle insurance service company that intends to create a mobile application to provide services to its customers whenever and wherever they are. The application must enable the customer to file an insurance claim. Customers can also track the progress of the stages of claim work. At the time of the claim submission process, the customer may choose a partner workshop to work on the claim process. Because this app is mobile, it should also have a feature to search partner workshop located near the customer's location. So with the creation of mobile smartphone-based applications allow users to make claims and monitor / track claim progress on anywhere in real-time. The workshop search feature will use geolocation positioning method using GPS device on the smartphone to get the customer`s current location and search for a partner workshop within a certain radius.

Abstract

The advancement of information technology has driven transformation in various aspects of life, including in the practice of digital donations. However, there are still many challenges related to ease of access, transparency, and accountability in the online donation process. This research aims to design and implement a web-based digital donation information system called AmalNow, which serves as a platform connecting donors, administrators, and donation coordinators. The research method used is a software engineering approach with the Waterfall model, which includes stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system was developed using the Laravel framework and MySQL database, with integration of the Midtrans payment gateway. The research findings indicate that AmalNow is capable of meeting functional needs such as campaign management, donation transactions, real-time reporting, as well as supporting non-functional needs such as security, efficiency, and ease of use. With the support of a structured system architecture and an intuitive user interface, this application is expected to be a reliable and effective digital donation solution in enhancing social participation in the community.
