Abstract

Field Work Lectures (KKP) or Practical Work Lectures (PKL) are compulsory activities for students of Bina Darma University Palembang when entering the sixth semester. This program enables students to directly experience the working environment of agencies or companies while applying the knowledge acquired during lectures. KKP/PKL is also an essential academic requirement for continuing to the thesis proposal stage and is recognized as a practical work report course. In this program, the student carried out Practical Work Lectures at a government institution, namely the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of South Sumatra Province, located in Palembang. The activity was conducted for a duration of one month. The main objective of this Practical Work Lecture was to study existing procedures and design a modern internship registration system based on website technology. Through this activity, students are able to integrate theoretical knowledge with practical experience, gain a deeper understanding of real working conditions, and enhance professional skills. The implementation of KKP also provides valuable insights into organizational workflows and administrative systems. The outcomes of this activity are documented in a report focusing on the design of a website-based internship registration system intended to support administrative processes at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of South Sumatra Province.

Abstract

This study aims to implement a sales and inventory management information system based on Odoo ERP using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method at Anda Pet Shop, a micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) in the pet supplies sector. The RAD method was selected for its ability to accelerate system development through an iterative approach that involves users from the early stages through to testing. The implementation of Odoo ERP has been proven to improve data recording accuracy, speed up transaction processes, and simplify real-time inventory management. Based on system testing conducted using the User Acceptance Test (UAT) method and the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach, it was found that the system was well received by users. The average index scores for Perceived Usefulness (PU) and Perceived Ease of Use (PEU) were 87.78% and 81.11%, respectively, indicating that the system provides tangible benefits in improving performance and is relatively easy for users to operate. This research offers a practical solution for MSMEs in managing sales and inventory and serves as a reference for the implementation of similar ERP systems in other small-scale businesses.

Abstract

The Turunan Bhatara Manut Sasih lontar manuscript is one of Bali’s cultural heritages that contains high philosophical and religious values. However, it is difficult for the public to understand due to the use of Kawi language, Balinese script, and the limited supporting media at the Gedong Kirtya Museum. This study aims to develop an Augmented Reality (AR)-based educational medium that presents the content of the lontar in a visual, interactive, and easily understandable form through the Artha Sasih application. This research employed the Research and Development (R&D) method using the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) model, which consists of the stages of concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing, and distribution. The application was developed using Unity 3D, Vuforia SDK, and Blender 3D. Product testing included black box testing, content expert validation, media expert validation, and user experience evaluation using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). The results show that the Artha Sasih application functions properly, contains valid content, and has an easy-to-use interface and navigation. Based on the UEQ evaluation, the application achieved an “Excellent” category in all assessment aspects. This AR-based educational medium is able to increase visitors’ interest and understanding of the Turunan Bhatara Manut Sasih lontar content and supports the preservation and digitalization of Balinese cultural heritage. Therefore, the Artha Sasih application is considered feasible for use and ready to be implemented at the Gedong Kirtya Museum.

Abstract

The use of technology to improve business operations, efficiency, and transparency is essential for companies that want to grow in today’s competitive environment. This is especially true in the beauty industry, which continues to attract high interest, particularly among women. Lucete Beauty is a beauty business that offers Eyelash Extension and Korean Manicure and Pedicure services and operates three stores located at Pluit Village Mall, Artha Gading Mall, and Green Sedayu Mall. Currently, Lucete Beauty still uses a manual scheduling system through spreadsheets that combine the schedules of all three stores into one file. This approach increases the risk of data input errors and double bookings, which can negatively affect operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction.To overcome these problems, a website-based system was designed using the Design Thinking method to optimize the service scheduling process. This method was selected to better understand user needs and to develop solutions that are relevant and user friendly. The proposed design is considered acceptable if the usability testing results show a score above 51.7 with an “OK” adjective rating, measured using the System Usability Scale (SUS). Therefore, implementing this system is expected to improve service quality, scheduling accuracy, operational efficiency, and overall business performance.

Abstract

Tangerang City, as one of the cities implementing the Smart City concept, provides broader opportunities for the community to participate in and monitor urban development. One of the digital innovations introduced is the Tangerang Live Application, a public service application designed to meet various needs of the residents of Tangerang City. This study aims to identify the factors that influence user satisfaction and the impact of using the Tangerang Live Application. The research employs a quantitative approach using the DeLone & McLean method, which focuses on three main dimensions: system quality, information quality, and service quality. The population in this study consists of users of the Tangerang Live Application, with a sample size of 100 respondents obtained through a simple random sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of IBM SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) software. The results of this study are expected to provide a clear picture of the influence of system quality, information quality, and service quality on user satisfaction, and serve as a reference for the future development of more effective public service applications.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of user satisfaction with the Moovit application in TransJakarta transportation services using the Enhanced Information System Success Model (EISSM). The Moovit application is a technology-based information system that provides route guidance, real-time bus arrival estimates, and integrated information on various transportation modes to support user mobility. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires using a Likert scale to 100 respondents selected through the Slovin sampling method. The collected data were analyzed using SmartPLS 4 to examine the validity, reliability, and relationships among variables within the EISSM framework. The results indicate that most respondents have a positive perception of the effectiveness of the Moovit application, although several variables remain at a neutral level. The application of the EISSM model reveals that not all indicators meet the criteria for validity and reliability, indicating that certain variables require improvement. Hypothesis testing shows that 9 out of 14 proposed hypotheses are statistically significant. The variables of information quality, system quality, and service quality are found to have a significant effect on user satisfaction with the Moovit application. However, some relationships between variables are not significant, such as the effect of information quality on trust and the effect of user satisfaction on net benefits. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that although the Moovit application is considered helpful for TransJakarta users, improvements in information accuracy, data update speed, and user interface usability are still necessary to enhance user satisfaction, trust, and overall user experience.

Abstract

The advancement of information technology encourages companies to manage IT assets more effectively and in an integrated manner. PT. Dynatech International, as the Head Office responsible for handling the inventory of PT. Dynatech International and PT. Genecraft Labs, previously relied on manual record-keeping, which caused difficulties in asset tracking, loan management, and documentation of damage and maintenance history. This study aims to design a web-based IT inventory system using a UI/UX approach with the Agile (Scrum) method to improve the efficiency and accuracy of asset management. The research method employed is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach through observation, interviews, and literature review. The system development was carried out iteratively through product backlog, sprint planning, sprint development, sprint review, and sprint retrospective stages. The results show that the system is capable of managing the entire IT asset lifecycle, including inventory recording, loan requests, approval processes, damage reporting, and real-time ticket status monitoring. The intuitive UI/UX design enhances usability for both administrators and employees. The implementation of this system improves transparency, increases the efficiency of the IT Support Division’s performance, and supports faster and more accurate data-driven decision-making.
