Abstract

The acceleration of digital transformation has increased the demand for fast and efficient software development. This condition has led to the emergence of Low-Code/No-Code (LC/NC) approaches, which allow users with limited technical expertise to build applications through visual interfaces and pre-built components. This study aims to analyze the quality of Low-Code No-Code (LCNC) application development based on the ISO/IEC 25010 standard through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, supported by bibliometric visualization using VOSviewer software. The reviewed articles were published between 2020 and 2024. The visualization results indicate that keywords such as context, development, and system are the primary focus in the study of LCNC application quality. Furthermore, the findings of Meira et al. (2020) demonstrate that the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, when combined with the ISO/IEC 25010 standard, is effective in evaluating and comparing software system quality within an industrial context. This study concludes that a standards-based evaluation approach, complemented by bibliometric visualization, can provide valuable insights for decision-making processes related to the development and implementation of LCNC applications.

Attendance is crucial for any institution or business. Attendance is crucial because it affects the performance of employees or staff in a company. Therefore, its implementation requires accuracy and precision to avoid hindering employees' work. The research method used in this web-based attendance system for civil servants (ASN) and non-ASN (Non-ASN) at SMP Negeri 1 Tinggimoncong is descriptive. The development of systems analysis, design, development, implementation, and maintenance are expected to assist the system. The system was developed using Visual Studio Code with a SQL Server 8000 database. This web-based attendance system application will record data and attendance for civil servants (ASN) and non-ASN within the school, including arrival and dismissal times, in a systemized and computerized website. As an added advantage, this thesis integrates a live camera feature and factual location verification during the attendance process. This ensures that the attendance process is actually carried out by the relevant person in real time and at the designated location, thereby minimizing the potential for manipulation of attendance data. This feature makes the attendance system more accurate, secure, and transparent, and can be trusted as a digital tool for evaluating employee discipline.

Abstract

The free nutritious meal program, has sparked various reactions from the public, particularly on social media. This study aims to determine how netizens feel about the program through data analysis from social media platform X (formerly Twitter). Data was collected using web scraping techniques with the keyword “free nutritious meals,” then processed through text cleaning and automatic labeling stages using the Indonesian language version of the RoBERTa model. With this approach, each tweet was efficiently and accurately classified into positive or negative sentiment. The labeled data was then analyzed using two classification algorithms: Support Vector Machine (SVM) and Naïve Bayes. Test results showed that SVM performed better, with an average accuracy of 0.8367 and a deviation of 0.0117. Meanwhile, Naïve Bayes recorded an accuracy of 0.7716 with a deviation of 0.0101. Visualization through WordCloud also shows the dominant words in each sentiment. Words such as “support,” “healthy,” and ‘grow’ appear frequently in positive sentiments, while words such as “budget,” “poison,” and “cost” dominate negative sentiments. These findings illustrate significant public support for the program, but also concerns regarding its implementation and funding. The results of this analysis are expected to provide input for policymakers in understanding public opinion more objectively

Abstract

The internship attendance process for students in government institutions is still carried out manually, which often leads to irregularities and inefficiencies in recording attendance. To address this issue, this study designs a web-based attendance system for internship participants at the Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) of North Sumatra using the Waterfall method. This method was chosen because it provides a structured sequence of stages, starting from requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Through this approach, system requirements can be clearly analyzed from the beginning, resulting in a design that aligns with the intended goals. The developed system features user login, attendance input for internship participants, attendance data recap, and report generation. The results show that this web-based attendance system improves the efficiency of attendance recording, minimizes errors, and creates a more organized internship environment. Therefore, the implementation of a web-based attendance system using the Waterfall method can serve as an effective and structured solution to support the management of internship attendance data.

Abstract

Developing a Library Information System can enhance the efficiency of library data management. The background of this research stems from the fact that many school libraries still encounter various challenges in their operational activities. For instance, SMK Negeri 6 Kota Jambi still implements a manual management system. Meanwhile, SMA Negeri 2 Kota Jambi utilizes SLIMS, which has been found to be difficult to understand and not user-friendly for library administrators. As a result, the administrators decided to revert to manual record-keeping using library logbooks. Similarly, SMA Negeri 3 Kota Jambi employs INLISLITE; however, its book borrowing and returning features are not functioning properly, and the system frequently experiences technical issues. To address these problems, this study proposes the development of a Library Information System using the Extreme Programming (XP) methodology. Extreme Programming is a software development method known for its adaptability to changing user requirements and its ability to support rapid and flexible system development processes. The purpose of this research is to implement a library information system capable of efficiently managing data, book borrowing and returning processes, as well as searching for book and room information. Additionally, the system provides a platform for library members to publish content. To ensure that the developed system meets the intended expectations, Black Box Testing is applied as the testing method. Based on the testing results, the system functions properly, as indicated by a 100% success rate in Black Box Testing outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and categorize the character of young futsal players based on the results of coaches' assessments using the K-Means Clustering algorithm. Data were obtained from 70 Golden Eagles Futsal School students aged 5–13 years who were directly observed by coaches during routine training sessions. Assessment aspects included concentration, cooperation, discipline, enthusiasm, emotional control, and response to instructions. The analysis process was carried out using Python with the Scikit-learn library as the main tool for data processing and visualization of results (bar charts and heatmaps). The clustering results formed three main clusters: (1) independent and highly focused children, (2) developing children, and (3) children who require more attention. The average behavioral scores showed clear differences between clusters, with the first group having the highest levels of concentration and discipline. These findings indicate that a data-driven approach can provide a deep understanding of the character of young children in the context of futsal, as well as serve as a reference for coaches in designing more personalized and effective coaching strategies.
