Abstract – This research discuss about forecasting of the total restaurant and hotels tax at Padang City use a method of exponential smoothing triple tipe Brown. The fact is the number of visitors hotel and restaurants comes not constant or not sure yet on each year. Therefore the method forecasting can be a right solution is estimate that the number of the tax restaurant and hotel in future time. The purpose on this research is to estimate receipt of the number of the tax hotel and restaurants at Padang City on the next five years. The method used to forecast the number of the tax restaurant and hotel at Pada City of the is the method of exponential smoothing triple tipe Brown. Based on the research results obtained by the model exponential smoothing triple tipe Brown the right to use in forecasting revenue amount restsurant and hotels tax at Padang City is F_(10+m)=51.688.474.068+7.812.509.304m+349.042.638,65m^2, with the number of periods (m) is one until five.

Sumatra is located along the confluence line of the Indo-AustralianPlate and the Eurasian plate, which has high seismic activity. Theisland of Sumatra is prone to earthquakes which pose a considerabledanger, and one of the provinces on this island that is prone toearthquakes is the Province of West Sumatra. So it is necessary tostudy each earthquake characteristic in the Province of West Sumatraand its surroundings using K-Medoids Clustering analysis.Earthquake data used is tectonic earthquake data from December 1970to September 2021 with attributes: latitude, longitude, and magnitude.In this study, several clusters were tried, namely K=2, K=3, K=4, andK=5 using the Euclidean Distance. The most optimum cluster is K=2of 0.448072 using the Silhouette coefficient validation test, theepicenter was at 99.290E and -1.050S with a magnitude of 5.38 on theSR for the first group and the second group produced an epicenter at101.150E and -3.440S with a magnitude of 5.36 SR.

The COVID-19 pandemic became an epidemic throughout the country at the end of 2019 until now. The impact is not only on the health sector but also on the employment sector in Indonesia, one of which is West Sumatra. The perceived impacts include unemployment, temporary absence from work and a reducing working hours. This impact makes the economy of the community decline. The purpose of this research is to see how the districts/cities in the province of West Sumatra are mapped/grouped based on the number of working age residents affected by COVID-19 using multidimensional scaling analysis. So later it can be used as a reference for the government in the future. From the results of the mapping, three groups were formed. The largest number of working age residents affected by COVID-19 was Padang City, followed by Agam districts. With a stress value of 0.25% and R2 of 0,999 it shows that the multidimensional scaling analysis map obtained is acceptable.

Abstract – Queues are people or goods that are waiting in line to become served. This queue usually occurs because many customers want to be served while the number of services is very limited, so customers who come cannot be served immediately because the service is busy. Long queues or too long waiting times will certainly harm the Bank or customers. The purpose of this study is to obtain an appropriate queuing model based on the characteristics of customer arrivals and queuing system performance measures in the queuing model contained in the service system that is in the teller section of Bank Nagari Padang State University Branch. From the results of the study showed that the queue system of the general teller section of Bank Nagari Assistant of Padang State University Branch followed the model (M / M / 1) :( GD /∞ /∞), the level of service usefulness (ρ) was 0.9797, the opportunity for servants not serving 0 , 0203, the average number of customers in the queue (Lq) is 47 customers, the average time the number of customers in the queuing system (LS) is 48 customers, the average time customers can spend waiting in a queue (Wq) is 140 minutes, and the average time a customer can spend waiting in the system (Ws) is 143 minutes. Abstract – Life insurance is one of term for the transfer of risk. The main function of life insurance is as a transfer of risk from the insured to the insurer. Because that function, insurance company are required to determine the factors influencing and know the probability where at a certain time the insured will be many taking insurance claim. The right analysis for this problem is a cox regression model, because this analysis relates to someone survival situasion and the time as main factor. The result of this study indicate that the factors that affect the risk of insurance claim are factors sex and type of work. Opportunity risk of the insured event occurs by female is times than the insured event by male. Then the risk of the insured event occurs by outdoor times than the insured event by indoor.Keywords – Life Insurance, Klaim, Cox Regression.

Abstract — This research will discuss how to determine the value of Employee Stock Options (ESO), in calculating it has a different way from other options. Dilution effects that causes a decrease in stock price returns that will be taken into account. This research is based on relevant theory and case examples will be simulated using computer software. The movement of stoks price will be modeled by the Black-Scholes method. The results of this study will get the ESO value and also see some influence of parameters. The influence of the parameters of interest rates (r) and volatility ( ) has a value directly proportional to the value of ESO. While the strike price (K), the rate of employees leaving the company ( ) and the length of waiting period (v) is inversely proportional to the value of ESO. Keywords —employee stocks options, dillution effect, black-scholes model.

Abstract — Posyandu is a health service provided by the government for the community. Of the many mothers who have babies or toddlers, and pregnant women are of the opinion that the visit to the posyandu has no effect on their children. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the mother's visit to Posyandu Nagari Kayu Tanam, Padang Pariaman. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the mother's visit to the Posyandu Nagari Kayu Tanam, Padang Pariaman. This type of research is applied research using primary data obtained from the results of filling out the questionnaire. The population in this study were all mothers who have babies or toddlers and 133 pregnant women in Nagari Kayu Tanam, Padang Pariaman. The sampling technique is total sampling. There are two factors that influence the mother's visit to the Posyandu Nagari Kayu Tanam, namely, external factors consisting of distance from the posyandu, family support, and the role of cadres. Internal factors consist of mother's attitude and posyandu facilities. Keywords — posyandu, factor analysis, total sampling.

Abstract - This study discusses about the factors of causing hypertensive by using factor analysis methods in Clinic BALAD of Pariaman City. BALAD Clinic of Pariaman city cares for hypertension patients which always increases every year from 2015 until 2017. This study aims to determine the factors that cause hypertension at the BALAD Clinic including age, heredity, exercise, smoking, food and drink, and psychological. This type of research is applied research using primary data. The population in this study all patients who suffer from hypertension August 2017 - April 2018 in Clinical BALAD many as 170 people. Sampling with accidental sampling means that samples taken by chance encountered in the clinic BALAD. Based on the results of research known that the factors of causing hypertension in Clinic BALAD is a factor built by food and psychological variables and factors built by variables of descent and smoking.

Face recognition is a biometric technology that is widely used in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 such as smart home, security and presence. In the application of face recognition, a method is needed that can perform facial recognition quickly andwith a high level of accuracy. This study aims to determine the level of accuracy and computation time of the Haar Cascade Classifier Algorithm and Convolutional Neural Network in Face Recognition with the mechine learning method. Determining the level ofaccuracy is done by calculating the amount of facial data that can be recognized from the overall face data. Calculating the computational time is done by calculating the time required during the facial recognition process by the computational process. The process of determining the level and time of computing is carried out by the python computing program using the numpy and tensorflow libraries. Based on the analysis carried out by the face detection process using the Haar Cascade Algorithm and Convolutional Neural Network, the program accuracy is 98.84% and the average time needed to recognize faces is 0.05s

Abstract – Distribution of education in Sumatera Barat has become one of the priotities in the development of human resources. But until now, education in Sumatera Barat is still not evenly distributed. This can be see from the low of Participation Rough figures in certain areas as well as uneven distribution of theachers and educational fasilities. The purpose of this research is to provide information to local authorities about the state of education in local region to produce an appropriate policy regarding development of educational infrastructure and teachers distribution. Biplot is a graphic technique that presents together information about the object of observation and variabels in one plot. In this research, the three biplots is for elementary school education, junior high schools and high schools. Based biplot display, educational equity District / City in West Sumatra for all levels of education has not been evenly distributed.
