Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk Meningkatkan Kinerja Guru dalam Pembelajaran di SDK Wegoknatar Tahun Pelajaran 2020/2021. Adapun tujuan penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan langkah-langkah supervisi edukatif kolaboratif secara periodik dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran, mendeskripsikan langkah-langkah supervisi edukatif kolaboratif secara periodik dalam menilai prestasi belajar, mendeskripsikan langkah-langkah supervisi edukatif kolaboratif secara periodik dalam melaksanakan tindak lanjut penilaian prestasi belajar siswa, mendeskripsikan langkah-langkah supervisi edukatif kolaboratif secara periodik dalam menyusun rencana pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian tindakan sekolah adalah: 1. Penentuan perencanaan pada siklus I adalah 66.33%, pada Siklus II 85.44%, 2. Hasil Melaksanakan Pembelajaran Tindakan Siklus I adalah 72.36% tindakan siklus II adalah 95.27%, 3. Hasil Menilai Prestasi Belajar Siklus I adalah 81,66% dan siklus II 92.27%, dan 4. Hasil Melaksanakan Tindak Lanjut Hasil Penilaian Siklus I adalah 64.80% dan pada siklus II 87.00%. Dari hasil tersebut dapat dilihat bahwa terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan dari setiap siklusnya. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa Supervisi Edukatif Kolaboratif secara Periodik dapat meningkatkan Kinerja Guru dalam Pembelajaran di SDK Wegoknatar tahun pelajaran 2020/2021.

Abstract

The problems of this research are (1) How is the reception of students of SMK Negeri 1 Dukuhturi regarding the ideology of heroism in the novel Sang Penggesek Biola?, (2) How is the ideology of heroism in the novel Sang Penggesek Biola?. The objectives of this study are (1) Describe the reception of students of SMK Negeri 1 Dukuhturi regarding the ideology of heroism in the novel Sang Penggesek Biola, (2) Describe the content of the ideology of heroism in the novel Sang Penggesek Biola. The research population was 32 students. Data collection methods used are interviews, questionnaires, and researcher notes. Data analysis used descriptive qualitative. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the reception of female gender and male gender has similarities and differences. This is because the female gender carries her feelings while the male gender focuses on the impact of an event on the plot. In line with that, Yudhi Herwibowo's novel Sang Penggesek Biola has an ideology of heroism that can be seen through the thoughts of the main characters

Abstract

Computer-based test (CBT) is one of evaluation ways to develop the current curriculum because it deals with the demand of ICT development which students have to be able to gain their knowledge by using the advanced of technology. Besides, the current curriculum is intended to provide learners with a broad range of learning experiences in order to help them develop better attitudes, abilities, and knowledge. It is also the most important factor that helps learners become more capable and effective as citizens of the world. Thus, this study aims at investigating teachers’ and students’ perceptions on applying CBT toward the implementation of curriculum used in SMKN 11 Bandung. Descriptive qualitative design was employed using a 20-item Likert-scale questionnaire and an interview guideline as the research instruments. The findings showed that teachers and students agreed that the assessment for the final test applying CBT in their school already implemented the current curriculum and it could be used to evaluate the learning condition in the school. Meanwhile, in conclusion, teachers mostly agreed that the questions written on CBT were already appropriate with their teaching during the learning process.

Abstract

Teori belajar adalah materi inti bagi seorang guru dalam praktik pembelajaran bagi siswa. Ini terkait dengan kemampuan profesional guru dalam melaksanakan tugas utamanya dalam mengajar. Jika dikaitkan dengan program pendidikan nasional, bahwa seorang guru harus memiliki keilmuan yang cukup dalam ilmu pedagogis, teori belajar merupakan hal yang mendasar. Oleh karena itu, makalah ini akan membahas beberapa teori tentang pengajaran dan pembelajaran yang secara luas dikenal di kalangan pakar pendidikan. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam karya ini adalah model analisis kualitatif deskriptif yang menguraikan teori secara rinci sehingga memungkinkan pembaca untuk memberikan analisis yang lebih mendalam. Oleh karena itu, isi teori mungkin sedikit sederhana, tetapi penjelasannya akan menjadi hal yang penting.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kondisi kematangan karier siswa kelas X, upaya guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam meningkatkan kematangan karier siswa kelas X, pengembangan kematangan karier siswa kelas X di MAN 1 Padang Lawas Utara. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data diperoleh dari guru BK, koordinator BK/Wakasek Kesiswaan, dan 4 siswa kelas X. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa (1) Menunjukkan bahwa kondisi kematangan karier siswa kelas X berbeda – beda, adanya bukti 15 siswa (7 laki – laki dan 8 perempuan) mengalami masalah pada kematangan karier tidak mendapatkan dukungan dari orang tua, tidak mengetahui kemampuan yang dimilikinya, tidak peduli dengan karier dan kurang memahami informasi karier, (2) Upaya guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam meningkatkan kematangan karier siswa kelas X dengan menerapkan layanan bimbingan kelompok, layanan konseling individu, (3) Mengembangkan kematangan karier siswa kelas X dengan bimbingan kelompok, memberikan dukungan kepada siswa, melengkapi failitas, memberikan pelatihan yang sesuai kebutuhan potensi yang dimilki siswa. Berdasarkan pada temuan penelitian di atas, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kematangan karier siswa kelas X dapat ditingkatkan melalui bimbingan karier, layanan bimbingan kelompok, layanan konseling individu yang dilakukan oleh guru BK MAN 1 Padang Lawas Utara.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the library strategy to obtain library accreditation at SMP Negeri 1 Pekanbaru. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design with the main objective of providing an objective description or description of a situation. The method used is observation, interviews, documentation. The results of this study found that the strategies carried out by the head of the library Insan Cendikia to obtain national school library accreditation were procurement of books, procurement of infrastructure, arrangement of equipment in the library, cataloging and human resource development. The supporting factor is the existence of a library card number (NPP), the library building has reached an area of ​​168m² and there is a reading area, work area and bookshelf area and the books are neatly arranged, there is a library management structure, the relationship between the librarian and the head of the library is quite good , the number of collections of library materials has met the national school library standards as many as 2,520 titles with 2,737 copies and professional human resources, while the inhibiting factors are insufficient funding, incomplete facilities and infrastructure, insufficient book procurement, and support from school principals who less strong.

Abstract

Proses belajar mengajar di kelas merupakan suatu proses yang tidak terpisahkan dari proses perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Permasalahan yang ditemukan di lapangan bahwa guru belum dapat membuat perencanaan pembelajaran dengan baik, pembuatan perencanaan pembelajaran dilakukan setelah kegiatan pembelajaran dilaksanakan, dan masih banyak guru yang menggunakan metode pembelajaran konvensional. Permasalahan tersebut mendorong peneliti sebagai Kepala Madrasah untuk melakukan penelitian tindakan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan dan keefektifan supervisi akademik Kepala Madrasah sebagai upaya peningkatan kinerja guru dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan proses belajar MTs Darul Muttaqin Bungasunggu Kab. Gowa Tahun Pelajaran 2021-2022. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah yang dilakukan dalam 3 siklus. Peningkatan kinerja guru pada siklus I, II, dan III sebesar 73,90%, 80,40%, dan 89,10%. Sedangkan ketuntasan individu pada siklus I, II, dan III sebesar 40%, 60%, 100%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pembinaan melalui penerapan supervisi akademik Kepala Madrasah dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan proses belajar mengajar. Selain itu juga, kegiatan supervisi akademik ini juga efektif dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan proses belajarn mengajar.

Abstract

This research is intended to reveal colonialism in Forster’s A Passage to India. This is a qualitative research project since the data are in the form of words rather than numbers. The data were taken from the work itself and other relevant books supporting the analysis. In analyzing the data, the writer used a mimetic approach. The results show that the British colonize Indians by controlling them politically, that is, by gaining positions of power and authority. It is clearly seen that every important governmental position in India is occupied by British people. It is also undeniable that every public policy made is only for the benefit of the British government in India. It causes many effects to the colony and even the colonists. For the colony people, colonialism forms for them an antipathy toward the entire membership of the colonists and becomes a factor for them to stand together and legitimize themselves as a nation that is separated from and appreciated by other nations. On the other side, the colonists always think that they have a higher position than the colony people. Since the colonists have better technological development, they consider that they are superior to them and deserve to colonize them. Their superiority mindset has led them to harbor racial prejudice toward the colony people. The colonists think that the colony people have a negative attitude just because they are the colony.

Abstract

The ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) was enacted at the end of 2015, this is an opportunity for a country's skilled workforce to become professional workers in ASEAN member countries. Because the inherent nature of the enactment of the AEC is the repeal of regulations that allow the flow of goods, services, people (skilled workers), and money to be unhindered. In this condition, the role of cross-cultural communication in organizations is very strategic in creating reinforcement for the sustainability of skilled workers in pursuing their professional careers. It has become a trend that in the era of the global economy there are company activities that involve individuals/employees/managers from more than one country, both those assigned to other countries and those assigned to their own country. This condition causes cross-cultural communication to become unavoidable. In cross-cultural communication, one of the obstacles is language. Language is an extension of a culture. Differences in understanding or interpreting a word or symbol become a potential barrier to communication and this can hinder the process of business or organizational activities. For individuals who are involved in cross-cultural communication within an organization, it is recommended: 1) Increase knowledge and understanding of the culture of business partners or colleagues, 2) It is better to assume that other people who come from other cultures are different from us so as not to cause misperceptions and miscommunication with that person, 3) Apart from mastering the universal language, it is highly recommended to learn the local/regional language where we are assigned/work.

Abstract

This research is to find out the suffering of Oliver, Charles Dicken’s Oliver Twist. This research is qualitative since the data are in the form of words rather than numbers. The data were collected in the novel Oliver Twist, which was the primary source. The secondary sources, such as books, documents, and the internet, are used to support the analysis. An objective approach was applied in analyzing the data.The result shows that suffering changes Oliver and has a range of impacts. His suffering comes in physical and mental forms. The physical suffering is physical violence, which among others is beating; besides physical suffering, he also had mental suffering, which were depression, intimidation, painfulness, etc. The physical pain that Twist received made him lose too much weight, and he turned into a thin boy. He became an orphan as a result of his mistreatment. Mentally, Twist becomes someone who is easily touched and emotionally moved; he also turns into a wild child. The causes and effects that make Oliver a thief are depression and going wild. The lack of attention and affection made Oliver think that whatever Fagin gave him was a form of attention and affection.
