The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze empirically the effect of dividend policy, liquidity, tangibility, asset turnover, and company growth toward capital structure.The objects used in this study are agriculture sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2014-2020. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Sampling with certain criteria, there are 7 companies and 49 data. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and panel data regression with a fixed-effect model to test the hypothesis.The results of this study indicate that liquidity has a negative effect on capital structure. This is because the company which have higher liquidity certainly will reduce their own debts and using internal funding. Meanwhile, dividend policy, tangibility, asset turnover, and company growth have no effect on capital structure.

This research aims to determine the effect of profitability, leverage, liquidity, firm size, and asset structure on firm value. The population used in this research is Miscellaneous Industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2012-2020 period. The sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling method with a total sample of 12 companies. This research uses causal research to determine the effect between the independent variable and the dependent variable and Multiple Regression Analysis to analyze the data. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that profitability has effect on firm value, so that profitability can increase the firm value and vice versa. Leverage has effect on firm value, it means that the use of debt can increase the firm value. Liquidity has effect on firm value, the higher liquidity will increase the firm value. Firm size has effect on firm value, the bigger company can decrease the firm value. Asset structure has effect on firm value, the greater asset structure will decrease the firm value and vice versa.

XYZ Company is a company engaged in transportation and forwarder services. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect and nature of the relationship between employee performance and three influences, namely internal communication, organizational support, and work environment at XYZ Company . The population and sample in this study were 71 employees. This study uses a saturated sampling technique. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis method in this study is multyple linear regression processed. The results of this study are internal communication, organizational support and work environment affect employee performance.

This research has a purpose, and that is to determine the effect of return on equity, debt to equity ratio, current ratio, total asset turnover, and price to book value on stock return. This research use Mining Companies that are listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2012–2020 period as the population. In this research, the sampling method that used is a purposive sampling method with a total of 11 companies. Causal research is implemented in this research to determine the effect between the independent variables and dependent variables. This research uses multiple linear regression to process the data. Based on the test result, Return on equity, Debt to equity, Current ratio, Total asset turnover and Price to book value does not have effect on stock return.

This research has the purpose to evaluate and analyze the effect of stock prices in mining companies. The factors tested are ROA, ROE, Company Size, PER, PBV, CR and DER and Stock Price. The research sample used is mining companies listed on the IDX for the period 2012-2019. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling to obtain 13 mining companies that meet the criteria in this study. The analysis method of this research uses multiple regression analysis.. The results showed that Price Book Value had a positive effect on stock prices. This is because investors have confidence in the prospect of mining companies in the future so that the demand for shares in this sector increases, as a result stock prices increase. The ROA, ROE, firm size, PER, CR, DER have no effect on stock prices.

Overall, the purpose of this research was to determine the effect of brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality, and brand loyalty on purchase intention of Smartphones in Bekasi. The research design used descriptive research and causality research. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling and as many as 120 data were obtained from respondents who were in Bekasi. Primary data was used in this research and the data was collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The method of analysis used multiple regression equation model. The final results of this research showed that brand association, perceived quality, and brand loyalty have an influence on purchase intention, and on the other side brand awareness does not affect purchase intention.

The purpose of this study was to analyze and determine the effect of work conflict, leadership and work environment on work stress. The form of research used is causality research. The population used in this study were all employees of PT. Karsa Bijak Semesta as many as 91 employees. This study uses a saturated sampling technique involving 91 employees of PT. Karsa Bijak Semesta as a respondent. The technique used for data collection is using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The method of analysis in this study using multiple regression analysis. The result of this study is that work conflict has a positive and significant effect on work stress, while leadership and work environment do not have a significant effect on work stress.

Analyzing and evaluating the influence of current liability, non-current liability, firm size, sales growth, total asset turnover, debt to equity ratio, and current ratio on profitability is the objective of this study. This study used samples of 52 companies in the consumer goods industry that were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange for 9 years, from 2012 to 2020. The sampling method used was purposive sampling method. By using the purposive sampling method, the samples that met the research criteria were 21 companies. The data obtained were then analyzed using multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that current liability, non-current liability, debt to equity ratio, and current ratio have no effect on profitability. While the others, firm size, sales growth, and total asset turnover have effect on profitability.

This research investigates the effect of cognitive factors (perceived control and trust), individual beliefs (trustworthiness, risk-taking propensity), and social media user traits (technical efficacy) on purchase intention on the Instagram social media application. The sample in this study were active users of social media Instagram who were included in the generation Z category. The number of samples used in this study were 449 respondents and the sampling was taken online in four major cities in Indonesia, namely Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung and Yogyakarta. The empirical finding indicate that only trustworthiness has no significant effect on purchase intention, while perceived control, trust, risk propensity, and technical efficacy has significant effect on purchase intention. This study provides an understanding that in the context of Generation Z, trust in technology from applications such as Instagram is not considered by respondents in making purchase intentions. Future research with generation Z respondents is felt to be important to examine affective factors and group influences. The practical implications of this research reveal that business and industrial sectors must consider the Generation Z character in marketing their products through social media applications such as Instagram.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Social Media Marketing Activities through Value Equity, Brand Equity, and Relationship Equity, on Customer Loyalty on customers of the Zalora Indonesia e-commerce site in Jakarta. The research method used in this research is through a survey. Data analysis was carried out quantitatively and used a causal research design. The sampling method used in this research is to use Non-Probability Sampling with Purposive Sampling technique. The total sample used in this study was 297 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of this study indicate that Social Media Marketing Activities through Value Equity, Brand Equity, and Relationship Equity have a significant influence on Customer Loyalty. This research is expected to provide input or advice to e-commerce companies, especially Zalora Indonesia, which is the object of this study how to increase the Brand Loyalty of its consumers, because it can have an impact on increasing the market share of e-commerce companies in Indonesia.
