Abstract

Banking intermediation role an institution that gathers fund and distributes it to the are being challenged by the development of digital information technology that impact the entire industry. Bank’s ability to increase the low cost fund through digital banking platform will determine how the bank obtain a competitive advantage. This study aims to evaluate if the competitive strategies applied to increase low cost fund performance and the utilization of digital banking in PT Bank CIMB Niaga,Tbk has align with the corporate strategy. This framework is evaluating the strategy through qualitative research based on Rumelt’s framework, which consists of four stages, namely consistency, advantage, consonance, and feasible; using performance analysis, value chain, VRIO framework, and the concept of market orientation. The results of the study is that the strategy to increase low cost funds have been applied consistently, consonance, advance and feasibly to the corporate strategy. While the strategy to increase digital banking utilization that adopted has been conduct consistently, superior and fit, but not fully meet the feasibility. The recommendations are to affiliate low cost fund portfolio management as one of KPI main item for all employees, do the refinement of four leading digital platform that are currently running and to develop products that are interrelated between low cost funds and lending product throughout all directorate.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors that influence firm value. The independent variables in this research consist of firm size, capital structure, firm growth, investment decisions, and dividend policy. The object of this research are food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2010 to 2019. This research used 60 samples and the sample selection procedure used was purposive sampling method. The research test used multiple regression analysis. The results of this research indicate that the variables of firm size, capital structure and firm growth have no effect on firm value. Meanwhile, the investment decision variables and dividend policy have an influence on firm value. Investment decisions that have a positive effect on firm value indicate that investors have high expectations of the company's potential market value. Dividend policy that has a negative effect on firm value indicates that low dividends will cause the company's internal funds to increase so that the company's performance also increases which results in an increase in firm value.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of independent variables (X) which are transformational leadership, organization culture, and communication on the dependent variable (Y) work discipline State Civil Apparaturs Dinas XYZ Bekasi City. The method used in this study is causality. This study uses purposive samples. Respondents involved in this study were 77 employees. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. And the method for data analysis in this research is multiple linear regression processed. Based on the hypothesis test the results of this study flexibility of transformational leadership, and communication affect the work discipline State Civil Apparaturs. While the organization culture does not affect work discipline.

Abstract

This research was conducted to predict the influence of the independent variables used on the occurrence of financial distress. The object in this study is agricultural sector companies listed on IDX during 2012-2020. The sample obtained by purposive sampling method consisted of 13 companies in the agricultural sector with a total data of 117. This study used a logistic regression analysis method. The results showed that: The variable sales growth affects the occurrence of financial distress in the company, a positive value of β indicates a positive effect, so that when there is an increase in sales growth of a company, it can increase financial risk for the company because the company can be easier to issue debt which is also accompanied by the risk of default and can end up in financial distress for the company. The profitability variable (ROA) has an effect on the occurrence of financial distress, a negative value of β indicates a negative effect, so that if there is an increase in the level of profitability (ROA) of the company, there will also be an increase in company cash which will reduce the probability of financial distress.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of variables such as leadership, competence, and working discipline on the performance of employee. The population in this study were employees of PT. XYZ, division of marketing and development. The sample was obtained through the total sampling method, which in according with the criteria amounted to 65 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires to all respondents. Hypothesis testing in this study using Multiple Linear Regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that leadership, competence, and working discipline have positive influence on employee performance. It can be said that the higher the leadership, competence, and working discipline, higher the level of performance given by each employee.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Special Transaction Characteristics on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty at Wingheng Restaurant in North Jakarta. The design of this research is to use descriptive, correlational, and causality research. In this study the data used are primary data and secondary data. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling that is using purposive sampling method with a number of respondents of 259 selected respondents who have visited and ate or did take away or delivery at the Wingheng restaurant in North Jakarta, as decision makers or those who made payments, who regularly eats at Wingheng restaurant at least in the last 1 month, and has recommended the restaurant to others. The research method used is the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis method based on Partial Least Square (PLS). Transaction Specific Characteristics have an influence on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty. Customer Satisfaction has an influence on Customer Loyalty. Customer Satisfaction mediates the relationship between Transaction Specific Characteristics and Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of selection system, traning and job satisfication on employee performance of PT. X. This studi uses non-probability sampling techiques with sampling jenuh method and amounted to 61 respndents. The technique of collecting data through a interview, and quesionnaire with a likert scale. the results of this study show that selection system, training and job satisfication influential with employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to empirically test and analyze the effect of Brand Awareness, Perceived Quality, Brand Association, and Brand Loyalty on Super Indo customers' purchase intentions in Bekasi city. The research design used in this research is descriptive research and causality research. This study uses primary data collected by questionnaire.The sampling used was purposive sampling and used 210 respondents. The research data was processed by statistical programs SEM. The results showed that Brand Awareness and Brand Loyalty have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention of Super Indo customers in Bekasi City. Brand Awareness and Brand Loyalty can influence Purchase Intention, because it is impossible for a customer to make a Purchase Intention without knowing and being loyal to the brand.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and test the effect of current ratio, return on asset, debt to equity ratio, earning per share, and price earning ratio on stock return. This research also aims to compare and strengthen the results of previous studies. By using purposive sampling technique, a sample of 10 companies and 70 data in the automotive and components sub-sector were obtained that met the sample criteria. The data used in this research were obtained from the financial statements of companies in the automotive and components sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2020 periode. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and regression panel with CEM model to testing all hypotheses. The results of this research are return on asset and price earning ratio influence towards stock return. This is because ROA and PER is the key factors that investor seek, so it can rise the stock return. Meanwhile current ratio, debt to equity ratio and earning per share has no effect on stock return.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the factors that influence dividend policy. The independent variables in this study consist of return on equity, leverage, company growth, company size, and managerial ownership structure. The data in this study are plastics and packaging sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2010 to 2020. This study uses 5 companies and 55 samples and the sample selection procedure used is the purposive sampling method. The research test used descriptive statistics dan multiple panel regression analysis. Debt to equity ratio is the only variable has a negative influence on dividend policy, and the rest are not influencing dividend policy. It’s because a company which has a high debt cannot afford dividend to stockholders, they should pay their liabilities first, so the dividend payment will decrease.
