Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh modal uaha dan karakteristik wirausaha terhadap keberhasilan usaha percetakan dan fotokopi di kecamatan telukdalam. Metode penelitian yang dgunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel modal usaha memiliki pengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha percetakan dan fotokopi di Kecamatan Telukdalam dengan nilai signifikan 0,086 > 0,05. Variabel karakteristik wirausaha memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha percetakan dan fotokopi di Kecamatan Telukdalam dengan nilai signifikan 0,002 > 0,05. Variabel modal usaha dan karakteristik wirausaha secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha percetakan dan fotokopi di Kecamatan Telukdalam dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 > 0,05. Untuk meningkatkan keberhasilan usaha percetakan dan fotokopi di Kecamatan Telukdalam, sebaiknya menggunakan modal sendiri sebagai sumber modal usaha, meningkatkan pengetahuan dalam pemeliharaan dan penggunaan mesin yang baik, memilih mesin yang terbaik, menciptakan produk baru atau produk yang belum terdapat di daerah lokasi usaha, memiliki catatan keuangan yang baik, mencatat nama pelanggan yang mengutang dan jumlah utang.

Abstract

In the research, it can be seen that there is an influence of compensation on employee performance. In this implementation, there is a place where this is carried out in the Gomo sub-district government, regency. Nisel. This research uses a quantitative method which has an associative eel, which contains various calculations and ways of solving a research problem. The results of this research are that compensation really does affect employee performance. To improve employee performance, employee compensation should be more balanced with the tasks assigned. 2) To produce employee performance, employees must work better and not delay the work they have been assigned.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between product differentiation and consumer behavior at UD. Aine Telukdalam. The type of research used is causal, quantitative. The data source is consumers, with the population and sample in this study being 37 respondents. The data collection technique is a research instrument or questionnaire. The data analysis method used is simple correlation analysis. The results of this research show that the correlation value is 0.668. This research can be concluded that there is a relationship between product differentiation and consumer behavior at UD. Aine Telukdalam. The suggestions for this research are (1) To increase sales volume, it is best for UD. Aine needs to provide promotions on each product. (2) To make consumers comfortable when making purchases, it is best to organize each type of product so that the shop atmosphere looks neat.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of leadership style and work motivation on employee work productivity at the Telukdalam Subdistrict office, South Nias Regency. This type of research is quantitative. The population was all employees totaling 33 respondents while the sample used a saturated sampling technique with a population of 33 people so the entire research sample was used. This type of research data is primary data, namely data obtained directly from respondents. The data source for this research is from consumers using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis. Based on the research results, it was determined that there was a partial influence of leadership style on employee work productivity at the Telukdalam Subdistrict office, South Nias Regency, and there was a simultaneous influence of work motivation on employee work productivity at the Telukdalam Subdistrict office, South Nias Regency. The suggestions of this research are (1) It is hoped that superiors will provide adequate training and ensure that each employee understands their duties and responsibilities clearly. Apart from that, it is necessary to implement a strict monitoring system to help or prevent errors. (2) It is hoped that superiors and employees will need to increase efficiency in managing time and increase work motivation.

Abstract

In this case it can be explained that competition in entrepreneurship influences the success of trading businesses in the local market. Lahusa. In this case, several types are used, namely the quantitative method. The data source taken in this research is in accordance with the behavior of trading businesses by conducting and submitting questionnaires to a population and sample of 39 respondents. In this analysis, various methods are used, namely regression analysis. The results obtained are (1) business success, especially in the Helezalulu Market, so every entrepreneur needs to form a strategy first to launch the business. (2) Entrepreneurs must be able to channel business capital to prevent failure in entrepreneurship. (3) In order to achieve business success, the facilities needed by entrepreneurs should be provided to increase their experience in entrepreneurship. (4) Business conditions will improve when business actors provide good service to buyers and are supported by business capital.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of work motivation and work environment on employee performance at the Sombawa sub-district office, South Nias district. The type of research used in this research is associative quantitative research. The data source is the population and the sample in this study was 31 respondents. The data collection technique is to use a questionnaire. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the first partial test research, work motivation on employee performance at the Somambawa sub-district office, show that the value of tcount (2.767) T table (1.701) means that there is a significant influence between work motivation on employee performance at the Somambawa sub-district office, South Nias district. The results of the second partial test, work environment on employee performance, show that the results of T count (2.038) > T table (1.701) have a significant influence between the work environment on employee performance at the Somambawa sub-district office, South Nias district. Simultaneous test results show that Fcount (5.370) > (3.343) means that work motivation and work environment variables simultaneously influence employee performance variables at the Somambawa sub-district office, South Nias district. Suggestions in this research: The leadership of the Somambawa Subdistrict Office, South Nias Regency should continuously provide work motivation to employees in the organization so that they are encouraged and motivated to carry out their work with enthusiasm. The leadership of the Somambawa Subdistrict Office, South Nias Regency needs to pay attention to and improve work facilities such as provision of personal computers, ventilation, fans and work equipment that can support the implementation of work within the organization. Employees of the Somambawa Subdistrict Office, South Nias Regency should carry out their work with enthusiasm and maximize the results of their work well using their abilities. Employee work should be adjusted to the abilities obtained with the aim of improving organizational performance.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of work discipline and leadership on employee work effectiveness at the West Nias Regency Education Office. The type of research used is quantitative research. The data source is from employees, with a population of 33 people and a sample of 33 people. The data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires to respondents, namely employees of the West Nias Regency Education Office. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that Work Discipline (X₁) has a significant influence on Work Effectiveness (Y) where the Work Discipline variable (X₁) obtained a value of tcount (2.353)>ttable (1.697) and a significant level of 0.000>0.05. Furthermore, the Leadership variable (X₂) has a significant effect on Work Effectiveness (Y), where tcount (4.598)>ttable (1.697) is obtained with a significance level of 0.000>0.05, which means that partially the Leadership variable (X₂) has a significant effect on the Effectiveness variable. Work (Y). The results of the simultaneous test (F Test), show that the value of Fcount (15.256)>Ftable (3.32) and the significance level is 0.000>0.05, so it can be stated that the variables Work Discipline (X₁) and Leadership (X₂) simultaneously have an effect positive and significant for the Work Effectiveness variable (Y). The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.504, so it can be interpreted that Work Discipline and Leadership are only able to explain the Work Effectiveness variable by 50.4% while the remaining 49.6% is explained by other variables not mentioned in the research.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership and appreciation on employee performance at the Mandrehe Public Health Center UPTD. Using an associative quantitative research approach, this research uses multiple linear regression analysis to evaluate data. This research covers a population of 40 employees, with a sampling method of saturated samples with the same number. Primary data is collected directly from respondents through questionnaires. The results of the analysis show that leadership and rewards have a partially significant influence on employee performance. In addition, these factors collectively have a significant and positive influence on performance. To improve employee performance, leaders must better address employee weaknesses and focus on increasing motivation through rewards. It is recommended that the leadership at UPTD Puskesmas Mandrehe pay more attention to motivational incentives to boost employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of innovation on the entrepreneurial interest of the people of Ewo Village, Lolomatua District. This type of research is causal quantitative research. The sample in this study amounted to 32 people. The analytical method used in this research is simple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that there is an influence of innovation on the entrepreneurial interest of the people of Ewo Village, Lolomatua District. The results of this research show that there is an influence of innovation on the entrepreneurial interest of the people of Ewo Village, Lolomatua District, this can be proven by the value of tcount (4.402) > ttable (1.549). The suggestion in this research is that to become an entrepreneur, people must have entrepreneurial innovation or the inner will to do entrepreneurship and have an interest in entrepreneurship themselves without being forced by others.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance at the Luahagundre Maniamolo District Head Office. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with a causal nature. The population and sample used in this research were all 30 employees. The data collection techniques used were questionnaire techniques and documentation techniques. The analytical method that will be used to test the hypothesis used in this research is simple linear regression analysis. The results of this research indicate that work motivation influences employee performance variables. Based on the results of this research and the discussion described, it can be concluded that work motivation influences employee performance. The suggestions in this research are, so that employees can complete their work well, superiors should provide motivation to employees so that employees can be encouraged and enthusiastic in completing each task and leaders need to increase the work motivation given to employees, so that employees can complete each job and produce optimal work.
