Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of income on the interest in saving in Hiliotalua Village Community at CU. Love Loyalty Tello Island Island District – Batu Island. This type of research is causal quantitative. The data Source was obtained from the Hiliotalua Village Community at CU. Love Loyalty Tello Island Island District – Batu Island, which has savings of 35 people. The data collection techniques in this study was by distributing questionnaires as a research instrument to all respondents, namely the Hiliotalua Village Community. Methods of data analysis in this study using simple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of income on the intention to save in Hiliotalua Village Community at CU. Love Loyalty Tello Island Island District – Batu Island, is proven by a T count value of 6,527 > T table of 1,692 and a significant level of 0.000< 0,05. Thus, it is shown that income has an effect on the interest in saving the people of Hiliotalua Village at CU. Love Loyalty Tello Island Island District – Batu Island. In this study, a simple linear regression equation was obtained, namely: Y = 16,202+0,639X. Then the square value of income can explain the interest in saving variable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation on the performance of micro, small and medium enterprises in the Orahili Gomo Village Trading Business, Gomo District. The type of research used is a quantitative type. The type of data used in this study is the type of primary data, namely data obtained directly from the respondents. The data collection technique is a questionnaire by providing a list of statements to the respondents to fill out. The data analysis method used is simple regression analysis. Based on the research results of testing the hypothesis with a tcount value of 3.313> ttable 1.549, small and Medium Enterprises in the trading business of Orahili Gomo Village, Gomo District. It can be concluded from this study that there is a motivational influence on the performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the trading business of Orahili Gomo Village, Gomo District. The suggestions for this research are (1) To improve business performance, especially in Orahili Village, Gomo District, the government should provide motivation for every micro-entrepreneur through loans with relatively low interest by facilitating the community's economic turnover. (2) The concern of micro business actors in carrying out their activities should be increased from before to increase sales volume.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of supervision on employee performance in the Onolalu Sub-District Office, South Nias Regency. This type of research is an associative quantitative research. The sample in this study amounted to 30 employees. The analytical method used in this research is simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between supervision and employee performance in the Onolalu District Office, South Nias Regency. In this study, a simple linear regression equation was obtained, namely: Y = 10.072 + 0.777X obtained t count (3.985) > t table (1.701) and a significant level of 0.000 < alpha level 0.05. Then the R Square value of 0.362 or 36.2% of employee performance can be explained by the monitoring variable. Based on the results of this study and the discussion described, it can be concluded that supervision has an effect on employee performance at the Onolalu District Office, South Nias Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment on work motivation in the Luahagundre Maniamolo Sub-district Office, South Nias Regency. This type of research is an associative quantitative research. The sample in this study amounted to 30 employees. The analytical method used in this research is simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between the work environment and work motivation in the Luahagundre Maniamolo Sub-district Office, South Nias Regency. In this study, a simple linear regression equation was obtained, namely: Y = 8.550 + 0.860X + 0.145 obtained tcount (5.919) > ttable (1.701) and a significant level of 0.000 <0.05. Then the decision is that Ha is accepted, H0 is rejected, meaning that the work environment variable has a positive and significant effect on work motivation. Then an R Square value of 0.556 or 55.6% is obtained. It can be concluded that the work environment has an influence on work motivation in the Luahagundre Maniamolo Sub-District Office, South Nias Regency

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance in the Luahagundre Maniamolo District Office, South Nias Regency. This type of research is an associative quantitative research. The sample in this study amounted to 30 employees. The analytical method used in this research is simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between work discipline on employee performance in the Luahagundre Maniamolo Sub-district Office, South Nias Regency. In this study, a simple linear regression equation was obtained, namely: Y = 7.750 + 0.860X obtained t count (4.892) > t table (1.701) and a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05. Then the decision is that Ha is accepted, H0 is rejected, meaning that the work discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Then an R Square value of 0.461 or 46.1% is obtained, so it can be concluded that Work Discipline Influences Employee Performance at the Luahagundre Maniamolo Sub-district Office, South Nias Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of human resource planning on organizational effectiveness at the Amandraya Sub-district Office, South Nias Regency. The type of research is a quantitative type that is causal (cause and effect), journals and books, with the population and sample in this study are all employees of the Amandraya Sub-district Office of South Nias Regency as many as 30 employees. The data analysis method is simple regression analysis. Based on the results of hypothesis testing research with a calculated value of 4,173> ttable 1,701, it means that there is an influence of human resource planning on organizational effectiveness at the Amandraya Sub-district Office, South Nias Regency. This research can be concluded that there is an influence of human resource planning on organizational effectiveness in the Subdistrict Office. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of leadership on employee performance at the UPTD Hilizalootano Health Center, Mazino District, South Nias Regency. The type of research used is a causal quantitative type, the population and sample in this study were all employees at the UPTD Hilizalootano Health Center, Mazino District, South Nias Regency, totaling 60 people. Data collection techniques are interview techniques, questionnaire techniques and documentation techniques. The data analysis method used is simple regression analysis. Based on the research results of testing the hypothesis with a tcount of 6.449> ttable 1.672, so that researchers can conclude that there is an influence of leadership on employee performance at the UPTD Hilizalootano Health Center, Mazino District, South Nias Regency. The suggestions for this research are (1) In order to carry out a good job in the sub-district office, preferably in the division of labor for employees it is necessary to adjust it to the profession and class. (2) In improving employee performance, as the leader of the organization, it is necessary to create a work environment to maintain harmonious communication between colleagues.

Abstract

The purpose of 0this study was to determine the influence of work ethic and communication on the work performance of employees in the Environment Agency of South Nias Regency. The type of research used is a causal quantitative type. The source of the data was employees, with the population and sample in this study being 35 respondents. Data collection techniques are research instruments or questionnaires. The data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study showed that the Fhitung value of 59,660>Ftabel was 3,295. This research can be concluded that there is an influence of work ethic and communication on the work performance of employees in the Environment Agency of South Nias Regency. The suggestions for this research are (1) To improve work performance, it is necessary to provide a work ethic through facilities to facilitate organizational activities. (2) Organizations should place more emphasis on their employees to better understand communication from superiors and subordinates, if there is something less clear and difficult to understand

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out effective alternative strategies that can be used by national restaurant businesses based on their external and internal factors. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The data sources in this research are business owners, employees and customers in national restaurant businesses. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, documentation, literature study, questionnaires, with data analysis techniques namely SWOT, IFAS and EFAS analysis techniques, SWOT diagrams and SWOT matrices. The results of the research found a total IFAS score of 1.05 and a total EFAS score of -0.54 which can be concluded that the business position is in quadrant II, namely having strengths and facing threats. In this position the National restaurant business supports a diversification strategy, namely a strategy that utilizes existing strengths. Yes, the alternative strategy is optimizing operational activities, building relationships with suppliers improve product quality.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the influence of motivation and discipline on employee performance at the Mazino sub-district office, South Nias Regency. This research is quantitative research that is causal in nature. The population in this study were all employees at the Mazino Subdistrict Office, South Nias Regency, a sample of 30 respondents. The partial hypothesis test results show that the value of t_count>t_table, and the significance level is 0.000<0.05, then H_a is accepted and H_0 is rejected, meaning that the variable discipline (X1) and the motivation variable (X2) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) . The coefficient of determination (R^2) is 0.975 (75%) so it can be shown that 75% of the variation in the dependent variable is explained by the independent variable, while the remaining 24.9% is the variable outside the model. The conclusion from this research is that motivation and discipline are the main factors in achieving good performance, and as a suggestion from the author, namely, To improve employee performance, leaders should be more able to participate actively in every activity or group work and provide motivation to employees so that all work can be carried out. well.
