Abstract

At the Financial Management Agency for Revenue and Regional Assets of South Nias Regency, the scope of this study is to ascertain how employee performance is affected by leadership and organizational support in part and simultaneously. Quantitative research is the method of choice. All 45 employees of the Financial Management Agency for Revenue and Regional Assets of South Nias Regency make up the population and sample. Multiple linear regression analysis is used for the data analysis. The study's t-value for leadership is 3.046>t-table 1.682, and the significance level is 0.004 0.005. Additionally, the significance level for organizational support is 0.000 0.005, and the t-value is 9.819> t-table 1.682. According to the findings of this study, it is necessary to verbally warn employees who are absent consecutively for three days in order to improve employee performance and achieve goals. Pioneers need to give inspiration to representatives who have functioned admirably.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture on employee performance at the Telukdalam sub-district office. This type of research is a causal qualitative research. The sample in this study were all employees at the Telukdalam sub-district office with a total population of 31 employees. The analytical method used in this research is simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture variables have no effect on employee performance at the Telukdalam sub-district office, South Nias Regency. In this study, a simple linear regression equation was obtained, namely: Y = 0.46 + 0.68X and a tvalue of 0.249 was obtained which was smaller than the ttable 2.045 because the tvalue (0.249) < ttable (2.045) organizational culture had an effect on employee performance but the effect is very small. Furthermore, the calculated significance value is 0.805 > 0.05 alpha level, because the calculated significance value is > 0.05, organizational culture has no significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how interest and currency rates affect the price of PT shares. From 2017 to 2021, Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) was listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. Associative quantitative research is the methodology employed. Multiple linear regression analysis is the data analysis method employed. The study's findings demonstrate the impact of interest and currency rates on stock prices. Moreover, a multiple linear regression analysis equation was derived for this study, which reads as follows: Y = 6,416,190 + (–2,771)X1 + (–419,382)X2, where 6,416,190 is the constant value. This indicates that the share price (Y) is 6,416.190 if the interest rate (X1) and exchange rate (X2) variables are zero. Regression coefficient (X1) for interest rates is -2.771. Assuming the other independent variables remain constant, this indicates that the share price variable (Y) will decline by -2.771 if the interest rate (X1) rises by one unit, or 100%. Interest rates and stock prices are impacted by this negative influence.

Abstract

This research uses quantitative research methods. This research was conducted at UD. Henny Aluminum with 33 respondents. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of price on UD consumer purchasing decisions. Henny Aluminum. This type of research is quantitative and associative by distributing questionnaires to UD consumers. Henny Aluminum Teluk in South Nias Regency. With an incidental sampling technique, the sample size was thirty-three respondents. The questionnaire was tested for validity and reliability before collecting data. From the results of data analysis carried out through partial statement items, it is stated that the price variable has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions with a tcount of 5.397 > ttable 1.692 and a significance level of 0.000 > 0.05. Shows that the diversity of the dependent variable is explained by the independent variable 71.3% while the remaining 28.7% is a variable outside the model. Suggestions put forward to improve product purchasing decisions at UD. Henny Aluminum Teluk in South Nias Regency means that business actors should pay attention to the affordability of consumers in purchasing the products they sell.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how leadership style affects worker performance in the South Nias Regency's Maniamolo Subdistrict Office. Thirty respondents make up the population and sample in this quantitative study, which uses employees as its data source. A questionnaire is used to collect data. Simple linear regression analysis is the data analysis technique that is applied. Management research findings indicate that t_count value is 10.892 > t_table 1.701. Thus, it can be said that the Maniamolo District Head Office in South Nias Regency experiences a correlation between employee performance and leadership style.. The findings of this study recommend that: (1) The Maniamolo Subdistrict Office leader should always inspire and motivate staff members so they would be motivated to work hard and enthusiastically. (2)Workers at the Maniamolo Subdistrict Office aim to do their jobs with zeal and to use their skills to the fullest extent possible to achieve the best possible results.

Abstract

This study used qualitative research methods. This type of research data uses primary data and secondary data. Primary data can be obtained from distributing questionnaires to respondents, while secondary data is data obtained from other existing sources, such as journals, books and others. This research was conducted on students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Nias Raya University with a total of 86 respondents. The data analysis method used is simple linear regression analysis. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of product quality on consumer loyalty to Sunsilk shampoo products (case study of students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Nias Raya University). From the results of data analysis carried out through partial statement items, it is stated that the Product Quality variable has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Loyalty

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of creativity and motivation on business success in Amuri Village, Lolowau District, South Nias Regency. This type of research is quantitative. The population and sample in this research were 32 respondents. The type of masukan for this research is primary masukan, namely masukan obtained directly from respondents. The masukan source for this research is from business actors using artistik questionnaire. The masukan analysis method used is multiple regression analysis. Based on the research results, it was determined that there was artistik simultaneous influence of creativity and motivation on business success in Amuri Village, Lolowau District, South Nias Regency. The suggestions for this research are (1) In sistem to increase business success, every entrepreneur should have the ability to creatively manage their business, each product must be available on site so that sales can run effectively. (2) Every entrepreneur who has the motivation to achieve success in entrepreneurship should accept every comment from customers to renew his entrepreneurship. (3) Promoting products is a good way to expedite business so that business success can increase to the maximum.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to ascertain how employee performance at South Nias Regency Transportation Service is impacted by human resource development. It is an associative quantitative research design. Employees of the South Nias Regency Transportation Service are the source of the data. There were forty individuals working at the South Nias Regency Transportation Service Office, making up the sample for this study. Employees of the South Nias Regency Transportation Service are the responders to the questionnaires that are sent as part of the data gathering method. Simple regression analysis is the data analysis technique employed. The study's findings indicate that employee performance is impacted by HRD, as indicated by the computed t_value of 2.036, which is higher than the t_(table)= 1.689 value and the regression analysis's findings of Y = 35.455 + 0.356. The study's conclusion is that employee performance in the South Nias District Transportation Service is somewhat influenced by human resource development. According to the research, in order for employees to work effectively and professionally, the leadership of the South Nias Regency Transportation Service should be more cautious and truly selective when it comes to job rotations. Additionally, it is imperative that training sessions or job instruction exercises be held in order to provide employees with more work experience.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of entrepreneurial spirit and motivation on the success of farming in the community of Fenedanu Village, Somambawa District. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The type of data used in this research is quantitative research and data obtained through distributing questionnaires to the community of Fanedanu Village. The population in this research is the people of Fanedanu Village who farm. The sampling technique is purposive sampling with a sample of 34 people. The data collection technique used in this research is the questionnaire technique. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that partially and simultaneously, the variables of entrepreneurial spirit and motivation have a positive and significant effect on the success of the farming business of the Fanedanu Village community. The conclusion in this research is that the entrepreneurial spirit variable and the motivation variable have a positive and significant effect on the success of the farming business of the Fanedanu Village community. The suggestion in this research is, in order to run a business successfully, people must have an entrepreneurial spirit and motivation so that people can overcome business risks by minimizing existing risks so that the business can provide profits that are greater than the expenditure.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Motivasi dan Pengetahuan Kewirausahaan terhadap Minat Berwirausaha pada Mahasiswa Prodi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Nias Raya. Tempat penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Nias Raya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat asosiatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiwa aktif prodi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Nias Raya sebanyak 331 mahasiswa. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah desain sampel probability sampling dengan menggunakan teknik stratified sampling (pengambilan sampel bertingkat). Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 77 mahasiswa. Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu jenis kuantitatif sedangkan sumber data yaitu data primer. Teknik analisis data yaitu teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Mahasiswa di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Nias Raya. Selanjutnya secara parsial, variabel pengetahuan kewirausahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Mahasiswa Prodi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Nias Raya, secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa variabel Motivasi dan Pengetahuan Kewirausahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat berwirausaha Mahasiswa Prodi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Nias Raya, Sebagai saran pada penelitian ini adalah perlunya meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa untuk meningkatkan banyak ide dan gagasan tentang bisnis melalui praktek berwirausaha dan pembelajaran tentang kewirausahaan, motivasi dari luar untuk memodali mahasiswa dalam menciptakan usaha sendiri, perlunya meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa untuk menganalisis aspek peluang bisnis, sehingga dapat menumbuhkan percaya diri mahasiswa untuk memulai bisnis atau usaha, mahasiswa harus mampu melihat peluang bisnis yang ada dengan pribadi yang kreatif dan inovasi serta pantang menyerah. perlunya menambah dan memperbanyak aktivitas untuk mengkuti kegiatan tentang wirausaha seperti seminar dan kegiatan wirausaha lainnya.
