Abstract—PT. Vendor Anak Indonesia is a company that was founded in 2018, and is engaged in on demand procurement services such as convection, interior design, contactors, and so on. Currently PT. Indonesian Subsidiary Vendors only see their performance based on the Company's financial aspects and have never conducted a comprehensive performance measurement. Measurements are only carried out on parts that are considered necessary by the company, so it does not inform the efforts that must be taken now and in the future to improve company performance. The purpose of this research is to design and measure the company's performance at PT. Indonesian subsidiary vendors need a company performance measurement system with the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) method, which is able to obtain overall performance measurement results based on financial aspects, customers, internal business processes, as well as learning and growth. In the early stages of designing the BSC, the vision, mission, goals and strategies are explained by analyzing internal and external factors using SWOT analysis to obtain strategies that will produce strategic objectives, and 8 strategic objectives are obtained which will be included in 4 BSC perspectives. After that, determine the benchmarks, targets and strategic initiatives for each strategic goal, then create a Strategy Map to describe the interrelationships between strategic goals. Prior to measuring performance, a Weighting Rating Scale is determined for interrelated strategic objectives using the Pairwise Comparison method. The final stage is the measurement of performance by calculating the score of each perspective and the company as a whole, and the results of the measurement of the company's performance on the financial perspective with a weight of 0.25 and a score of 5.00 with a rating scale, on the customer perspective it has a weight of 0.25 with a score of 4.73, on the internal business process it has a weight 0.25 with a score of 4.19 and a growth learning perspective with a weight of 0.25 with a score of 4.56 and an overall average of 4.62 belonging to the "Very Good" category from a scale of 4.21 - 5.00 on a Likert scale assessment.

Abstract

Introduction: Operating 24 hours a day is unavoidable for some industries, so the industry divides working time into 3 shifts. The night shift is when the human body must rest in line with the body's circadian rhythm. Working night shifts challenges workers because they must fight their drowsiness. This has serious consequences for safety and health. Methods: This study has two groups of subjects; the first group is security workers in the industry, and the second group is nurses. Both groups of workers work in the morning and night shifts. These two groups of workers have the same job characteristics: they work whenever needed, and part of the time is used to rest or wait for conditions that must be served. This research is a naturalistic study. The respondents were 20 men who worked in the industry and 20 women who worked as nurses. Observations and data collection for morning shift work and night shift work. The observations also compared two different occupational groups. Results: The speed of response to emergency conditions was assessed by the subjects' reaction time. Reaction time is the interval of time that a person needs to respond to a stimulus. Work fatigue is assessed subjectively using an exhaustion questionnaire. The subject's reaction speed and fatigue were compared between the morning and night shift work. The two groups of workers were also compared. Low reaction speed and high work fatigue can potentially cause work errors and work accidents, so solutions are provided to overcome them.

Abstract

Companies are adapting to the era of globalization, striving to remain competitive amid global pressures such as climate change and consumers who are increasingly critical of sustainability issues. The footwear industry has several factors that affect the environment, such as short product life cycles, high demand volatility, and many manufacturing process failure risks. Forty different materials used in the footwear manufacturing process, such as textiles, synthetics, leather, EVA, rubber, and TPU, impact sustainability. This study creates a conceptual model for designing a Lean Sustainable Supply Chain and Quality Risk Management model. The concept of lean and sustainability is the basic foundation for the footwear industry to be more competitive. Furthermore, the research uses the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) approach from Six Sigma to integrate the lean sustainability method in the supply chain to increase the efficiency of the footwear industry. A case study was conducted on the footwear industry in the city of Serang. The research results are a conceptual model to increase process efficiency and improve quality in the Sustainable Supply Chain network. This Model improves quality by reducing variations, reducing the risk of failure, and creating a sustainable supply chain network by integrating DMAIC and Lean sustainable supply chain in the footwear industry.

Abstract

Sunflower agro-industry can potentially be a raw material for vegetable oil from seeds. In Indonesia, sunflower is a vegetable oil that is produced very limitedly. However, inventory planning is needed in the sunflower agro-industry's supply chain system to maximize this potential. At the same time, the sunflower agro-industry does not yet have a formal production and inventory planning system. Production activities are carried out based on the owner's intuition or orders received by the marketing department. The sunflower agro-industry supply chains consist of upstream, midstream, and downstream, but this research focused on the upstream and midstream segments. The upstream supply chain consists of sunflower seeds. Meanwhile, the midstream supply chain consists of sunflower cooking oil with 250 ml, 500 ml, and 1 liter packaging. This research aims to design the inventory planning by determining the economic order quantity using the single order quantity (SOQ) method, safety stock, number of orders, and reorder points. The results obtained in this study are the economic order, number of safety stock, number of orders, reorder points, and reorder points graph for sunflower agro-industry supply chains in 6 months. The upstream stage exhibits higher inventory requirements compared to the midstream. This may be caused by the need to buffer against higher variability in raw material availability. While the midstream inventory planning focuses on maintaining minimal safety stock due to predictable demand.

Abstract

CP-Ti G4 (UNS R50700), commonly known as Commercially Pure Titanium Grade 4, is widely utilized in applications requiring high strength and exceptional corrosion resistance. This study investigates the impact of varying loads on the safety factor, maximum stress, and maximum displacement of CP-Ti G4 (UNS R50700) through SolidWorks simulations. A series of simulations was conducted to evaluate the material's behavior under different loading conditions. The results reveal a clear positive linear relationship between the applied load and the maximum stress, with the peak stress reaching 121.7 N/mm² at a maximum load of 240 kgf. Additionally, the maximum displacement showed a proportional increase with the applied load, measuring 0.52 mm at the maximum load. A significant reduction in the safety factor was observed as the load increased, with the safety factor calculated to be 4.11 at the maximum load of 240 kgf. This value indicates that the material approaches its threshold for load-bearing capacity. However, if manufacturers in the bicycle industry apply a safety factor of two, the CP-Ti G4 (UNS R50700) material remains twice as robust as the prescribed standard. These findings underscore the importance of considering material behavior under load in engineering design and applications. The results provide essential guidance for engineers and designers to enhance the safety and reliability of structures incorporating this material while highlighting the necessity for further investigations into the material's behavior under diverse environmental and loading conditions.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the adoption of remote work systems, especially in creative industries such as graphic design. While remote work offers flexibility, it also increases mental workload due to multitasking, social isolation, and time pressure. This study aims to evaluate the mental workload of remote graphic designers in West Java, Indonesia, using the NASA-Task Load Index (NASA-TLX) approach combined with cognitive ergonomics. The region has seen significant growth in digital creative employment, making it a relevant case for such an assessment. The method involves six dimensions: mental demand, physical demand, temporal demand, performance, effort, and frustration. Data were collected through online questionnaires and processed using weighting and Weighted Workload (WWL) calculations. Three hundred eight respondents from various cities in West Java participated in this study. Mental demand was the highest workload dimension, with the highest scores predominantly observed among respondents aged 23-30 years and those with 2-4 years of work experience. The results identify key contributing factors to mental workload and analyze its impact on productivity and worker well-being. We recommend two cognitive ergonomics-based interventions, such as Task Chunking and Goal Setting Theory, that must be tested and validated for their effectiveness in reducing workload levels. The findings support the development of structured strategies to manage mental workload in remote digital environments, particularly in emerging creative hubs like West Java.
