Abstract

The study challenge pertains to the potential efficacy of academic supervision in enhancing the pedagogical competencies of high school teachers, specifically in the context of developing learning outcome assessments. The objective of this study is to improve the proficiency of high school teachers in the development of reviews for learning objectives. The employed approach involves utilizing school action research, encompassing four distinct stages. This research covers three variables: the Input Variable, which pertains to the teacher's competence in designing evaluation tests for learning outcomes; the process variable, which involves the implementation of continuous academic supervision; and the output variable, which focuses on the enhancement of teacher performance in the context of learning. The researcher employed a method of data analysis known as comparative descriptive analysis. The findings derived from the study of the data indicate a noticeable improvement in the proficiency of high school teachers in developing learning outcome assessments during both cycle I and cycle II. The demonstration of this phenomenon is evidenced by the findings of observations conducted to assess teachers' proficiency in developing assessments for learning objectives within each instructional cycle.

Abstract

Blue garbage cans can also sort paper waste. Sorting paper trash aids recycling. Poor waste processing can harm the environment by releasing high organic content, chlorinated organic partitions, carcinogenic substances, and hormone-interfering substances that disrupt the aquatic ecosystem and reduce fish, shellfish, and other species. Methane causes fire. Clean water sources are shrinking. It's important to recycle plastic trash, including paper waste as a learning medium. Helping MTs Pasuruan make learning media from paper waste utilizing movement system material using plastic waste. This action aims to: Students may learn about the environment and be more motivated to study by producing learning media from paper trash. Students have made paper waste learning material for classroom and outside-class usage. The process involves planning, execution, and assessment. Movement system material was used for paper-based media since human skeletal learning media is not yet accessible. Students that engaged in this program were more environmentally conscious, particularly regarding paper waste. Additionally, MTs have human movement tool learning media.

Abstract

This community service is carried out to increase understanding regarding legal aid, which is one of the efforts to protect women's rights legally. Equality between women is the foundation of ensuring legal protection for women because it includes efforts to provide access to justice for all individuals. As a rule of law, Indonesia guarantees the safety of women's rights, including the right to access legal aid. This community service is carried out using the socialization method. Socialization is carried out by holding discussions covering issues such as gender crimes, the protection of women from violence and exploitation, as well as the need for effective responses to violations of women's human rights. The "equality before the law" principle is essential in ensuring justice, protecting human rights, and upholding fair laws. The free legal aid program is also seen as a solution to provide access to justice for all individuals, regardless of their financial condition and society's gender. This community service is the result of collaboration between the Legal Aid and Consultation Agency (BKBH) FH UMS and the Kadipiro Subdistrict in Surakarta, which is expected to provide benefits to the broader community, especially women who are economically disadvantaged and have insight into obtaining justice.
