The purpose of this research is to describe the factors that cause a lack of reading literacy at MTs Sabilul Ulum Mayong and help students become better reading literacy through behavioristic counseling using the behavior contract technique. The type of research used is case study research. The subjects of this study were students at MTs Sabilul Ulum Mayong who lacked literacy, including only being absent during online learning, being late in submitting assignments, not paying attention to the teacher during lessons, and so on. The data analysis used is inductive qualitative data analysis consisting of data reduction, presentation and conclusion. The results showed that the students of MTs Sabilul Ulum Mayong experienced an increase in their reading ability after receiving behavioral instructions using the behavioral contract technique.This can be seen from the behavior of the two counselees who are starting to be able to take part in online learning well, submit assignments on time, and pay attention to the teacher during learning. Thus it can be concluded that the lack of reading literacy in MTs Sabilul Ulum Mayong students can be improved through behavioristic counseling with the behavior contract technique

The aims of this research are: 1) To find out the factors that cause students to experience frequent truancy. 2) To overcome student truancy behavior by applying behavioristic counseling with self-management techniques to AKN Marzuqi Integrated Junior High School students. Ditching behavior is an act that is not approved by the school, usually without the knowledge of parents. The act of skipping school is something that is put forward as an answer to the boredom that students often experience with teaching and learning activities at school. In the end, truancy becomes a phenomenon that hinders the learning process of students. Skipping is something that is intentional by students that often occurs in junior high school (SMP) or high school (SMA) students.

The aims of this study are: (1) To find the factors that influence self-acceptance in broken-hearted adolescents. (2) Increasing self-acceptance in broken-hearted adolescents through Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy counseling.The research was conducted at SMK Gajah Mada 2 Pati in 2021/2022, with two counselees, each with the initials MDS and AP. This type of research is a qualitative case study. Data collection techniques used are interview and observation techniques. Data analysis used is bacon system data analysis. The results of the counselee's research show that MDS is a class XI student in the BDP department who is currently sixteen years old. But about six months ago without any inkling the boyfriend asked to break up with MDS.Counselee II since seventh grade AP has been in a relationship with her boyfriend. Furthermore, AP told the researcher that his decision to study at SMK Gajah Mada 2 Pati was due to an invitation from his ex-girlfriend. So according to AP one of the motivations for studying at this school is his ex-girlfriend. But not long after sitting in class XI AP found his girlfriend cheating with someone else who was also still in school with them.

The objectives achieved in this study were as follows: (1) Finding the factors that influence hedonism in SMA 1 Bae students, (2) Helping to overcome hedonism in SMA N 1 Bae students. The negative impact is seen when attending lessons, paying less attention to lessons, low learning motivation, chatting during lessons, low learning achievement. With these symptoms, researchers offer a Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy approach to reduce hedonistic behavior in SMA 1 Bae students.This research was conducted at SMA 1 Bae Kudus in the 2021/2022 academic year. The research subjects were two counselees with the initials MRZ and Indonesian citizens. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of counselee I's research (MRZ) showed that students liked to buy things that were not needed to modify vehicles, wasting. Counselee I (MRZ) apologized to his parents, the counselee also promised to always be thrifty. Konseli II (WNI) a student likes to buy and collect expensive things. After carrying out counseling, Indonesian citizens realized that their hedonistic behavior did not benefit them. The conclusions from this study are: (1) The cause of hedonism behavior in counselee I is the counselee's high interest in automotive. The factor for counselee II is the counselee's belief that owning luxury goods can improve his social status. (2) After providing individual counseling through Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, both counselees I and II began to show changes. The counselees are able to use the money they have wisely.

The objectives of this research are: (1) To find the factors causing the lack of active questioning in students Javanese language learning for SMP I Pesantren Nurul Ishlah Al-Anwar. (2) Help increase the activity of asking students through a behavior approach with techniques reinforcement positive for students at SMP I Pesantren Nurul Ishlah Al-Anwar. Behavior approach is a counseling process carried out by the counselor to the counselee using a behavioral approach and certain techniques in solving the problems encountered. Positive reinforcement techniques are techniques that strengthen counselees to achieve appropriate behavior changes by providing rewards in the form of support, praise, attention, sympathy, empathy. The research used by the researcher is a qualitative descriptive case study. The subjects studied were two class VIII students, namely KA and NLM, these students experienced low activity in asking questions in Javanese language subjects. The researcher used observation and interview data collection methods. From the research results, it is proven that behavioral counseling using positive reinforcement techniques can increase the activeness of asking questions in Javanese language, increase enthusiasm for learning, independent learning activities for students of SMP I Pesantren Nurul Ishlah Al-Anwar. The application of the behavioral counseling approach with positive reinforcement techniques overall solved the problems experienced by the two counselees. This was obtained through the researcher's observations in the counseling process, which initially showed a passive attitude to ask questions, now they are actively asking questions and are eager to learn.

Victims of sexual harassment certainly experience stress and trauma. Because the perpetrators of sexual harassment are usually the closest relatives. Trauma is a condition where things from the past leave an impression and get trapped in the brain, causing a lot of suffering for the person who experienced the trauma. Sexual harassment is sexual activity that occurs through physical or non-physical contact with a person's genitals or sexuality. Perpetrators of sexual harassment are synonymous with whistling, flirting, uttering sexually suggestive words, showing pornographic material and showing sexual desire, poking or touching any part of the body, making sexual gestures. Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) is a psychotherapy based on the premise that people are born with the ability to think rationally and honestly, and not to think irrationally. People tend to look after themselves, to be happy, to think and speak, to love, to relate to others and to grow and self-actualize. This research uses a case study qualitative research approach. Research was carried out in Kudus Regency in 2021/2022, with the counselee with the initials FS. Data collection techniques used are interview and observation techniques. The data analysis used is bacon system data analysis.The results of applying Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy to women victims of sexual harassment have a positive impact on reducing trauma. This is proven by the change that previously the counselee often daydreams and thinks negatively, the counselee has changed his negative thoughts with positive thoughts and prefers positive activities compared to daydreaming.

This study aims to produce a product in the form of an assessment instrument for the students' needs in order to determine the Guidance and Counseling program at SMA Negeri 1 Sumberlawang. This instrument was developed through the ADDIE model research development method. The instrument for assessing that needs of students at SMA Negeri 1 Sumberlawang is an adoption of existing instruments, and is retested through validity and reliability tests with different subjects and the latest time. Sample that involved in this research and development amounted to 84 students, from a population of 101 students. Based on the validity and reliability test, shows that instrument meet the requirements in terms of validity and reliability. Referring to the description above, student needs assessment instrument is suitable for use in order to collect information on the needs of participants, so that a concrete Guidance and Counseling program can be prepared based on the needs of students.

The objectives of this study are: (1) Describe the factors that cause the level of learning responsibility of students of SMP N 1 Jepara. (2) To obtain an increase in student learning responsibility through behavioral counseling services with self-management techniques at SMP N 1 Jepara.This type of research is qualitative research in the form of a case study carried out at SMP N 1 Jepara. The subjects in this study were 2 students, namely FNZ and VHS who experienced low learning responsibility problems and took counseling for three meetings. The data collection methods used are observation, interview, and documentation methods.The results of this study that the process of providing behavioral counseling services with self-management techniques, counselors are able to change their problematic behavior into behaviors that counselors hope that students can actively enter class, students can pay attention to teachers when teaching, students can be responsible for completing assignments, students collect assignments on time, and obey school rules.

Maladaptive behavior is an action that tends to have a negative impact on both psychological and physical individuals, one of which is shopping addiction. This study aims to determine the effect of individual self-concept on shopping addiction behavior where it is hoped that this research will provide an overview for guidance and counseling teachers in improving student self-concept. The collection techniques used are self-concept and shopping addiction scales. The results obtained from this study are the calculated T value of 2.680 2.042 T table, the regression coefficient value is 49.032 (+) and R Square of 0.193 means that there is a positive influence of cell concept on shopping addiction of SMAN 2 Bae Kudus students by 19.3%.

The research objectives in this study are: (1) To find the factors that influence Body Dissatisfaction in early adult women. (2) Helping to overcome Body Dissatisfaction through Reality counseling . Body dissatisfaction is a negative evaluation of the body that occurs because of the difference in body size and shape that you currently have with other people's body sizes and shapes that are more ideal. Indirectly, many women are dissatisfied with the shape and size of their bodies caused by physical changes at every stage of development and the prevailing beauty standards. Reality Counseling is a form of practical, relatively simple help relationship and a form of direct assistance to the counselee that the counselor can do in order to develop and foster the counselee's personality/mental health. The process of providing assistance is carried out by giving responsibility to the counselee concerned. Body dissatisfaction is a negative evaluation of the body that occurs because of the difference in body size and shape that you currently have with other people's body sizes and shapes that are more ideal. Indirectly, many women are dissatisfied with the shape and size of their bodies caused by physical changes at every stage of development and the prevailing beauty standards This research was conducted in the Kudus area. The research approach used is a qualitative case study. The research subjects or counselees are NP and AK. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and home visits. Analysis of the data used is the bacon system. The results showed that the internal body dissatisfaction factors for counselee I (NP) were: biological and physical. The external factors are: body comparison. Counsel II (AK) on the internal factors that cause body dissatisfaction, namely: individual psychological and cognitive characteristics. While external factors are: exposure to social media and film shows. After giving Reality counseling, the counselee I and counselee II can be more confident with their appearance and physical form, do not compare their physique with others, and evaluate their body shape positively
