Abstract

Aku Pintar is one of the EdTech references that aims to empower the education ecosystem and improve the quality of human resources in Indonesia. Evaluation of the quality of the Aku Pintar application system is one way that needs to be done to assess and test the level of usability or functionality in identifying specific problems with the system. The measurement model that has been validated is ISO/IEC 25010 which has eight indicators covering usability, portability, performance efficiency, functional suitability, maintainability, compatibility, reliability, and security. This research was conducted using quantitative data analysis methods, validity and reliability tests using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The sample method used in this research is simple random sampling method and from slovin calculation of the number of Aku Pintar application users, the population taken is 100 respondents. The results of testing the level of application quality with the framework ISO/IEC 25010 product quality model obtained decent results with the lowest percentage, 68% for the compatibility indicator, the performance efficiency indicator was 71%, the security indicator was 74%, the reliability indicator was 75%, the maintanbility indicator 81%, then the functional suitability and usability indicators have the same percentage of 82%, then the largest percentage of portability is 91%. After obtaining the results of the percentage of the quality of the Aku Pintar application, a suggestion for improvement is made for the application so that in the future the application is better at increasing user satisfaction. . Abstract

Decision Support Systems are basically made to facilitate decision making so that subjective decision making does not occur. At SMAN3 Kundur, the best student decision-making process is made using WASPAS which consists of several criteria, namely the value of student activity, the value of attitudes, the average value of report cards, the value of academic and non-academic achievements. In building this system the author uses the development method using the Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) method, and for the system design the author uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML). For the manufacture of information systems using the MySQL database. Abstract

Fence is one of the basic needs in human life, a home must provide a sense of security for its owner. To achieve the above objectives, the authors make Prototype Controlling Automatic Android Turnstile. The system will also be equipped with an Android-based application to open and close the gate as a helper to the homeowner. The results of this study indicate that the application is functioning properly and can be used.In this study, the drive media, Application Servo motor and Bluetooth HC Module 05, which can be connected to the Android Bluetooth with the farthest distance of 5.5 m.The results of this research are testing the prototype and each component function, android-based smart home automatic smart system is obtained which only moves and opens the human gate. This prototype was made with tools such as Arduino IDE, Fritzing and MIT App Inventor.

Abstract

SDN 008 TANJUNGPINANG TIMUR is an educational institution established in 1973 in Tanjungpinang city with the guarantee of boosting students’ learning motivation in a fun and engaging manner. Education is therefore considered as a process that leads to the change of knowledge, attitude and mentality of students. A report card is a method to measure students’ performances. A system analysis aims to understand how the intricacies of the system under research and development work. The result of the system analysis is a report that describes the system under study and its problems as well as to create a newly developed system design. The designed data management information system of the report cards has the characteristics of being able to support the process of monitoring students’ performances quickly and efficiently. Therefore the proposed system design is further developed into a website-based system so that it facilitates the process of delivering all information to all teachers as a form of transparency to both the school party and students’ parents.

Abstract

An important component of a company's marketing plan for success is a risk management study. This essay aims to conduct a sales and marketing risk management study in the automotive industry, which competes in a dynamic and competitive consumer products market. The study is based on a descriptive contextual approach to analysis, which uses semi-structured interviews and observation of sales and marketing operations. According to the findings, market risk, competitor risk, regulatory risk, technology risk, and operational risk are the main risks that businesses must face in terms of sales and marketing. The article concludes by outlining a risk management strategy that includes discovering, evaluating, minimizing, and monitoring these risks.

Abstract

The rapid growth rate of universities has led to high competition between universities. Risk management is very necessary to be carried out in Higher Education because it can effectively assist Higher Education in achieving the goals that have been set. The purpose of this research is to analyze the risk management planning that exists in the Bureau of General Administration and Personnel. This research includes several aspects that will be analyzed, namely risk register, risk event and trigger, risk breakdown structure (RBS), risk response, and risk analysis. This research uses qualitative research methods, namely by analyzing risks in accordance with the conditions that occur in the workplace which have been adjusted to the stages of the management process in the ISO 31000: 2018 framework on Risk Management Standards. The object of this research is the Bureau of General Administration and Personnel. This research was researched using observation, literature study and document study methods. The results showed that at the Bureau of General Administration and Personnel there are 5 (five) risks analyzed, each of which has a trigger, impact, internal factors and external factors, response in handling risks, and analysis level for each risk. Recommendations for future research are that researchers can develop a broader research model and work division. The scope of risks analyzed can also be added again.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine risk management planning in government agencies that may occur in an organization's activities is an important aspect, where accuracy is required in uncovering the problems and underlying causes, as well as the various risks that will be faced. This study uses a literature study research method with a qualitative approach. The type of approach in this research is descriptive. The analysis technique used by the author here is to analyze risk management planning in the Public Relations section of Government Agencies which includes risk registers, risk events and triggers, Risk Breakdown Structure (RBS), risk response, and risk analysis. The results of this study indicate that there are four risks in the Public Relations Section of government agencies which include two low risks, one medium risk, and one high risk. Most risks are caused by a lack of planning and control. Therefore, the Public Relations Department needs to implement more effective and efficient planning and supervision to maintain the reputation of government agencies, increase public trust, and improve effectiveness and efficiency in conveying public information.

Abstract

Warung Mbah Lanang Banyuwangi is a small and medium business engaged in the food and beverage sector which also implements a Point Of Sales system in its sales activities. However, WMLB must also consider potential risks such as human error, virus exposure, power outages/internet connection interruptions, data breaches and POS equipment theft in implementing the POS system. Therefore, these risks must be appropriately managed to reduce the negative impact. In this study, risk analysis was carried out using the risk register technique, distribution risk structure, risk response, and risk analysis to identify, assess and handle potential risks in the WMLB POS system. The research results show that human error is the most significant risk, with a probability of 25%. The lowest bet is the theft of POS devices, with a probability value of 5%. Efforts to overcome this risk include intensive training and supervision, periodic data backup, use of a UPS and a guaranteed security system, updating security systems regularly and installing security features on cash register machines.

Abstract

Parking for motorized vehicles at airports is very important because airports are busy places with high mobility and a large number of passengers and vehicles. With adequate parking space, passengers and visitors can easily find a safe and comfortable parking space for their vehicles, so they can travel in peace and not need to stress over the well-being of their vehicles. In addition, parking lots for motorized vehicles at airports are also very important in maintaining the smooth flow of traffic and avoiding congestion in the airport area. With sufficient motorized vehicle parking, visitors can park their vehicles in an orderly manner and not cause congestion on the road or parking area. The motorized vehicle parking system at Raja Haji Fisabilillah Airport Tanjungpinang will be the focus of this study, which aims to implement the Finite State Automata idea. The research methodology includes Finite.State.Automata Vending Machines, Vending.Machine System Design and Motorized Vehicle Parking Vending Machine Designs. The results showed that the application of FSA to the motorized vehicle parking system can expand the effectiveness and exactness of the stopping framework at Raja Haji Fisabilillah Airport Tanjungpinang. In conclusion, it can be concluded that FSA can be applied to Vending Machines for motorized vehicle parking systems and can be a solution to increase the efficiency and accuracy of parking systems at Raja Haji Fisabilillah Airport Tanjungpinang. To improve the parking system's efficiency and accuracy, it is suggested that additional research be conducted on creating a motorized vehicle parking system using cutting-edge features.

Abstract

PT. Harapan Panjang is a company engaged in construction services which is located at Jalan MT. Haryono No. 28 Tanjungpinang. This study relates to the level of user satisfaction of the ABSS application and the MYOB application to PT. Please Long. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 34 employees of PT. Please Long which consists of two forms of questionnaire. The purpose of this research is to determine the percentage level of user satisfaction of the application as measured by the Servqual method approach to find out which application is more effective in helping PT. Please Long in recording company finances. The results of this study indicate that the results of the analysis of the satisfaction level of users of the ABSS application have obtained the level of satisfaction felt by users based on the dimensions of Reliability 89.55%, Responsiveness 81.68%, Assurance 87.76%, Empathy 86.36% and Tangibles 80.94 %. Meanwhile, the level of user satisfaction of the MYOB application has obtained the level of satisfaction felt by users based on the dimensions of Reliability 70.07%, Responsiveness 78.42%, Assurance 86.08%, Empathy 84.27% and Tangibles 85.82%. The conclusion of this study is that the percentage of user satisfaction with the ABSS application is higher than the MYOB application.
