Abstract

In previous research, a website-based e-money application has been developed which will be implemented at the STT Indonesia Tanjungpinang annual event, namely the student market but still has several shortcomings including the process of exchanging real money into digital money which is still done manually by the admin which causes the application it becomes less effective Therefore, the application was developed into an Android-based e-money application and added several additional features such as being able to use the payment gateway feature and the generate QR Qode feature that can be accessed through a gadget scanner. This application is designed using the Waterfall (Classic Life Cycle) software development method and also uses some software that supports the design of the e-money application such as programming language using Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) and database management using phpMyAdmin as database, then for Text editor. using the Visual Studio Code application, and the web server using the XAMPP application. This research produces a more dynamic and userfriendly program that can be accessed on the gadgets of each visitor or seller and this program can also perform buyer data processing, seller data processing, menu selection and sales reports and product purchases at the STT Indonesia Tanjungpinang student market this program can monitor all transactions that occur between buyers and sellers so as to minimize errors that can occur in the STT Indonesia Tanjungpinang student market.

Abstract

This research was compiled based on the results of the analysis of the current system and the results of the system design carried out at the Tanjungpinang City Social Service. The results of the analysis show that the data processing for selecting recipients of Uninhabitable Houses (RS-RTLH) for incoming mail still uses a manual system, that is, it has not used a system so that it takes a relatively longer time and is less efficient when making decisions. To correct the ongoing shortcomings, a new system designed to increase efficiency and effectiveness in assisting assessments can help design a grant program to assist social service employees to create a decision support system for the selection of beneficiaries using the MFEP method. This application is built using Visual Basic programming language and MySQL database, the methodology used is the waterfall method. With the existence of this new system and application, it is expected to increase the efficiency of the existing performance in the agency.

Abstract

Angkasa Photo Studio is a company engaged in photography services that offers a variety of products such as photo studios, graduations, family, documentation, weddings, products and others. In carrying out its activities, Angkasa Photo Studio requires an information system software whose use is to establish maximum communication with consumers and strive for continuous sales to them to increase company income such as CRM (Customer Relationship Management). Especially in recent years the Covid-19 pandemic has certainly greatly disrupted people's mobility, especially in obtaining information about the marketing of goods and services. After the research, there were problems, namely a decline in sales due to the Covid-19 pandemic and in carrying out marketing activities they still applied conventional methods and there was no system to establish maximum communication with consumers. Based on these problems, the researcher tries to design a website-based CRM system that can identify customer satisfaction with Angkasa Photo Studio's services. In designing this system using the PHP programming language and using Mysql as a database. After the researcher succeeded in designing a website-based CRM system at Angkasa Photo Studio, the results showed that the system designed was able to identify consumer satisfaction with Angkasa Photo Studio services, was able to establish more optimal communication with customers, and the system was able to market products and promos and customers did not need to come. Abstract

Technological developments are very fast, there is a lot of software that makes it easier for people to learn. One of them is learning algorithms and programming which studies the stages of effective problem solving so that it can be translated into Programming Language. One of the standards used to describe algorithms is a flowchart. A flowchart is a diagram used to describe in detail the stages of solving a problem. By using a picture of a stage of the problem it will be easier to understand. Many software programs that make it easy to draw flowcharts, one of which is Microsoft Visio. The benefit of Microsoft Visio is that it makes it easier for people to draw flowcharts, but what has been described cannot be known directly. Software that makes it easy to create flowcharts is Flowgorithm. Before Flowgorithm Logic and Algorithm is the basis of this software. Its use is very easy and also free, so this application is widely used by beginners in learning algorithms. Flowcharts created using flowgorithm can be run directly. Flowgorithm can interactively convert flowcharts to more than 18 languages. These include: C#, C++, Java, JavaScript, Lua, Perl, Python, Ruby, Swift, Visual Basic .NET. The purpose of this paper is to provide an alternative to learning programming algorithms before learning programming languages using the flowgorithm application.

Abstract

In the last decade, the interest of researchers to develop technology has increased rapidly. In an industrial context, the use of technology can help increase a company's business potential. In making a list of raw materials at PT. Sanden Electronics Indonesia, the logistics department has not used an application specifically to handle monitoring of raw material picking and to connect between officers/makers of raw material lists and supervisors. The manual data collection process based on the case study was considered too slow. Based on these problems, the researcher took the initiative to develop a product in the form of a client server-based work request monitoring application and to conduct application testing at PT. Sanden Electronics Indonesia. This research was conducted using the Research & Development (R&D) method and the development of the software used in developing this application used the Spiral Model. Based on the results of application testing that has been carried out in the form of testing the input login form, work order request, tube master list testing, tube stock code testing, as well as testing the monitoring status input form, the product is a client server-based monitoring application developed using the Java programming language using Netbeans IDE, can be implemented well in PT. Sanden Electronics Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to create a decision support system to determine the selection of leading tutoring institutions in Tanjungpinang City by applying the Promethee II method from several samples according to existing method procedures, from the data collection that has been carried out, several tutoring criteria are obtained and then calculations are carried out using the stages contained in the Promethee II method. The application is built based on a website, the aim is to help parents to select excellent tutoring institutions, check reports and election results using the website. It is hoped that this research can be one of the solutions to determine the selection of leading tutoring institutions in Tanjungpinang City.

Abstract

The Secretariat of the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) is a public organization in which there are various kinds of interests, both organizational interests, community interests and individual interests which must be fulfilled immediately. In relation to these interests, it is necessary to pay close attention to the DPRD Secretariat in the system for managing and presenting information that is accurate, relevant and timely to the public. In providing information services to the public, the DPRD Secretariat still has several problems, even though it is currently using computer technology. However, the computer that is used only functions to store information data whose nature cannot be accessed directly by the public. Apart from that, in conveying information about the activities of the council and the activities of the DPRD Secretariat, it is still conventional and the way to publish it is through third parties, because the DPRD Secretariat of Malinau Regency does not yet have proper media and does not yet have an application that can manage an online public information system. The website is one of the internet-based information media that is able to meet these information needs. Information about business and business is widely available on the internet and can be used by anyone free of charge. In addition, the website can also be used as a media for advertising, transactions and delivery of information by companies or organizations, both business and non-business. The information provided can be in the form of promotion of a product, public services, existence of an agency and so on. Researchers conducted research related to public information systems at the DPRD Secretariat of Malinau Regency and provided application design proposals that were compiled into an information system for public services

Abstract

Abstract— This tourism information system was built with the aim of fulfilling user needs to assist the Bintan Regency Culture and Tourism Office in presenting tourism information on Bintan Island. In this case, there are various problems that have not been optimal from an internal and external perspective in terms of presenting and managing existing tourism information. So with that, the author tries to create a web-based information system that is more attractive so that it is easily accepted and becomes an attraction for users to visit tourism destinations on Bintan Island. The method used in this study uses the waterfall method, this method includes needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing phase, and maintenance, followed by creating a website using the PHP programming language with the codeigniter and boostrap frameworks to produce an attractive and dynamic web appearance and database. MySQL as database. The results of this tourism data processing information system research are expected to assist entrepreneurs or tour managers in promoting and managing their tourism business independently and this system is expected to make it easier for tourists to obtain information. Abstract

The increasing economic growth in Tanjungpinang City, which is the main gateway for tourists who will visit various tourist destinations on the island of Bintan, has caused many Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises units to appear in the city of Tanjungpinang. According to data from the Tanjungpinang City Manpower Office, there are 14,687 Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Tanjungpinang city. However, the distribution map of the number of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises is not known with certainty, so this makes it quite difficult for the government to provide assistance programs to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises which are spread across the city of Tanjungpinang. This can be overcome if the Office of Manpower, Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises of Tanjungpinang City has an application that is able to visualize the distribution map of every Small and Medium Enterprises in Tanjungpinang City and is always up to date and uses an Android-based system and is integrated with the database. Designing Android-based applications using GPS will make it easier to map locations, in this case, UMKM in Tanjungpinang City. It is hoped that with this application, users and the government will find it easier to know the whereabouts of MSMEs and what products are occupied or produced by these MSMEs.

Abstract

The human body really needs fluids, to assist in carrying out its normal functions, if humans lack fluids, the body will experience disturbances in carrying out their functions, this fluid deficiency is accompanied by electrolyte disturbances in the body due to lack of sodium and water in the body. This condition is called dehydration. Dehydration is divided into two levels, namely mild and severe dehydration. Causes of dehydration in addition to lack of drinking fluids, dehydration can also be caused by climatic factors or hot weather and can also be caused by strenuous physical activity factors that can make humans lack body fluids through sweat. To find out whether a person is dehydrated or not, it can be seen through the color of his urine. To make it easier to classify a person is dehydrated or not, an image processing system can be used. In this study, we created a system that can classify whether a person is dehydrated or not through urine color that has been converted into a digital image and processed into a system created using Mathlab, and using the K-Nearest Neighbor method. From the results of the research that we have done, the percentage of accuracy of the K-Nearest Neighbor method is 86,67 percent with the number of accurate classifications amounting to 26 and the number of inaccurate classifications amounting to 4 out of 30 samples obtained from participants who came from college students of the STT Indonesia Tanjungpinang campus.
