Visual Novel is one of the literature interactive in the form of a game or a media to convey a story that is made in the form of an application. Visual Novels can also make various choices that affect the outcome of the storyline. The visual form of this application is usually in the form of illustrated images which are usually combined with background music and voice actors. When designing the Visual Novel Biography of Joko Widodo, the author will use the Rapid Application Development (RAD) development method. The application was developed based on an existing prototype through Ren'py, then developed based on needs, user design, construction and Cutover. The result to be achieved is to create an interesting application that can increase someone's interest in reading or in general the low reading intention of the Indonesian people into an interesting form of application media.

This research is motivated by the condition of the problem of poverty which is the center of attention and problems in every educational institution, especially SMK Negeri 1 Bintan Timur. Government programs that are used to reduce poverty reduce the burden on students in meeting the needs of school fees, one of which is the scholarship assistance program for the poor at SMK Negeri 1 Bintan Timur. The purpose of this study is to assist the school in determining the distribution of the scholarship program for the poor to SMK Negeri 1 Bintan Timur with a decision support system. One of the methods in making decisions is the technique for others preference by similirity to ideal solution or commonly abbreviated as the topsis method. Topsis is a multi-criteria decision-making method that was first introduced by Yoon and Hwang (1981). Topsis uses the principle that the chosen alternative must have the closest distance from the positive ideal solution and the farthest from the negative ideal solution from a geometric point of view by using Euclidean distance to determine the relative proximity of an alternative to the optimal solution. This research using the Topsis method was conducted to determine who will receive scholarship assistance for underprivileged students at SMK Negeri 1 Bintan Timur in accordance with the requirements or criteria that have been determined. the results of the study can help SMK Negeri 1 Bintan Timur to select prospective scholarship recipients based on scholarship criteria with computerized data. The results of the development of this system, can help the distribution of scholarship assistance at SMKN 1 Bintan Timur on target to be given to students who are less fortunate and deserve assistance by looking at the results of the assessment in the form of a report form.

Creative industries such as the world of photography have their own color in the technical twists and turns that influence the development of the world of photography. There are many supporting elements in terms of tools and human resources that play a role in the world of photography, the tools needed such as cameras, lenses, tripods, lights, etc. Based on the subject shown, photographic works have different forms and are classified in three subdisciplines, namely the genres of commercial photography, journalism, and art/expression photography. User Interface (UI) is the way programs and users interact. The term user interface is sometimes used instead of the term Human Computer Interaction (HCI) where all aspects of user and computer interaction. User Experience (UX) is a person's perception and response from the use of a product, system, or service. User Experiece (UX) assesses how satisfied and comfortable a person is with a product, system, and service. The method used by the author to design the UI/UX Design of the Photography Reservation Application is the Design Science Research Methodology using the Heuristic Evaluation test. The purpose of this study is to design a UI/UX Design on a photography service reservation application that is integrated with a mobile application to facilitate the process that can be booked or reserved in advance for customers of photography services. Pada Dinas Perumahan dan Kawasan Pemukiman Provinsi Kepulauan Riau proses monitoring dan evaluasi hasil kegiatan pengawas dilakukan secara manual dengan menyerahkan laporan hasil kegiatan pengawas, dokumen, dan data pendukung lain dalam bentuk hardcopy. Berkas-berkas tersebut harus dipindahkan ke spreadsheet secara manual untuk diproses lebih lanjut. Kondisi ini tidak efisien dan dapat menimbulkan permasalahan seperti hilangnya data ataupun berkas. Untuk itu dikembangkan sebuah Sistem Informasi Monitoring dan Evaluasi Hasil Kegiatan Pengawas untuk membantu dan mempermudah proses monitoring dan evaluasi agar data terorganisasi. Sistem dibangun dengan metode pengembangan waterfall Sekuensial Linear yang diimplementasikan pada visual studio.Net Pengembangan sistem dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu mengidentifikasi masalah, studi literatur, mengumpulkan data bahan pengembangan sistem, menganalisis kebutuhan, merancang dengan Data Flow Diagram, serta menguji sistem dengan pengujian validasi, pengujian kompatibilitas, dan pengujian usabilitas. Dari tahapan tersebut diperoleh hasil kebutuhan sistem, pengujian validasi bernilai valid yang menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat bekerja sesuai dengan fungsionalitasnya.

Facebook is not yet familiar to use for e-commerce in Malinau Regency, because most people still prioritize buying and selling through direct face-to-face with sellers or through classified ads in newspapers, and this can result in the level of acceptance of the people of Malinau being higher in the future. low levels of e-commerce through Facebook Market Place, and online marketers have lost transaction opportunities, so the people of Malinau may be left behind when compared to other regions in e-commerce activities through Facebook Market Place. With the analysis of the achievement score on Facebook features, it resulted in a recommendation that the features on Facebook could be further developed by adding other facilities to attract the attention of respondents so that they are willing to open Facebook at least 1 hour per day for e-commerce activities

LPG distribution is carried out on a scheduled basis by PT. Adri Jaya Sakti Tanjungpinang to retailers. The delivery of information from agents to retailers is done by direct voice calls, this is less effective because Customer Service delivers the same things over and over again. In addition, there is a lot of information that is not conveyed because the retailer number can change from time to time.Push notification-based information delivery methods can send real-time information to recipients by using the Application ID installed on the smartphone. The push notification method used uses the OneSignal API help. From the design stage to the implementation stage, it can be denied that the Android-based push notification information system can send real-time gas delivery scheduling information to clients registered in the database.

This research is motivated by the condition of the choice of internet service provider, it is not uncommon for prospective consumers to find it difficult to determine the internet package service that suits their needs. This is because consumers need to consider various criteria before deciding which internet service provider to use. In line with that, consumers can use the concept of a decision support system by using a computerized service system based on a website as a tool and makes it easier to determine the most ideal internet service provider (ISP) which will be used in wireless networks in the home environment. One of the methods in the selection of decisions is the Multi Factor Evaluation Process method. Or commonly abbreviated as the MFEP method. MFEP is a method that has minimal and simple calculations. This research using the MFEP method is carried out to determine internet service providers according to the requirements or criteria that have been determined. The research is that the system that will be made later will provide convenience in determining the best internet service provider. Provide recommendations to users according to the criteria. This election system is an application program that has been computerized, thus helping prospective users to find the service provider they want.

The digital library is one of the supports in the world of education to search for information using information technology and the internet. General problems that occur in libraries such as data availability, library member data, borrowing book data, book data, and school reports can be overcome with availability related to the use of information technology. The author likes the development of this digital library with the library of SMP Negeri 15 Tanjungpinang. In searching for information on digital library development, the authors conducted observations and interviews with the library of SMP Negeri 15 Tanjungpinang so that the features developed in the digital library were in accordance with the wishes of the users. Digital library application development uses the laravel framework so that application development is faster and safer. The features developed in this application are book data collections, book details, librarians, library member pages, book borrowing pages, book collection pages, as well as various reports intended for libraries and schools at SMP Negeri 15 Tanjungpinang. In the application testing process, the author uses the blackbox testing method. The results of this study provide convenience for librarian in managing library data online. In addition, librarian becomes easier in the latest information on the availability of managed book data, ease in managing library member data, ease in managing library data and book data, as well as preparing reports addressed to the school..

The preparation of SPT and SPPD documents experiences an intensity level of official travel activities carried out by the Regional Council Secretariat employees can be said to be frequent, but even though this is the case at the Regional Council Secretariat office there is no database that stores SPPD and SPT data, so the handling of SPPD and SPT is still just or it is called manual, apart from requiring a lot of manpower, it is also not well systemed. Manual manufacturing is often encountered with many errors, besides being wasteful of time, wasteful of material and wasteful of energy. To overcome this situation, it is necessary to build a web-based data processing system regarding SPPD and SPT that can help the performance of the Regional Council Secretariat employees more effectively and efficiently. This system is built using the PHP and MySQL programming languages as the database, as well as the software modeling method using UML. the existence of a Web-Based SPT and SPPD Data Processing Information System at the Secretariat Office of the Free Trade Zone Council and Free Port of Bintan and Karimun can assist employees in dealing with the above problems.

Human Resources in the company is a very valuable asset. Without employees the company will not run. In order to achieve the company's vision and mission, all important components of the company must be managed carefully. Good management of human resources and giving rewards to employees will increase enthusiasm for work so that the company will grow even better. Determination of rewards in the company requires a good record and a definite assessment pattern so as to produce accurate numbers so that justice can be felt by employees. In order to facilitate the calculation of rewards and documentation of calculation results, a web-based system was created to calculate the performance of human resources based on case studies at company PT. Bumi Sentosa specifically in the service department.
