Abstract

In this modern era, it is important for hotel and lodging businesses to move towards digital marketing so that they can survive and develop in a time when the need for the internet in everyday life is very high. And for that the author makes an online hotel reservation application and hotel reservation application as an intermediary between users and hoteliers. The purpose of this application is to design applications that suit market needs to support the sustainability of the hotel and lodging business as well as to design user experience and user interfaces, so that these applications can later be accepted by users from all walks of life (Heliany, 2019). And this application also provides cash and non-cash payments depending on the user, the system in this application can also make reservations in advance without coming directly to the hotel you want to rent. Everything can be done just by going through this application and you don't need to move from your current place. With the existing system in this application, it is expected to increase the attractiveness and convenience of application users. And this application is also an alternative to additional income for hotel and lodging businesses

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the data warehouse, data warehouse design, and analyze case studies from the of PT. Pos Indonesia. The data warehouse has an important role for a company in terms of storing and processing data automatically to assist companies in terms of finding data, managing data, making quality decisions and data consistency. As the need for practical data develops and is able to handle data with very large results and display historical data, it is therefore necessary to develop a database for PT. Pos Indonesia. This study is a file design activity from the information provided by the PT. Pos Indonesia. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method which is divided into several stages. The planning phase of the warehouse starts with the subject data warehouse, defines the data source, and steps to implement capabilities to create multidimensional data models in the form of star schemas, snowflake schematics and constellation diagram experts, ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) processes and report analysis. Reporting on the data warehouse information analysis process at the Post Shop PT. Pos Indonesia compiles the best sales information based on product type, the highest sales volume per customer and the highest sales volume based on time. The report analysis results are very useful for making data from 2014 and 2015

Abstract

Altamart is a grocery store that serves buying and selling transactions for goods for daily needs. Altamart also provides various types of food and drinks such as snacks, bread, instant noodles, syrup, mineral water, and others. Altamart still uses manual tools for transactions in stores. Therefore, to develop technology, a Web-Based Application was designed to improve performance at the Altamart store. Simply using this application consumers can transact remotely, consumers can also find out the total price of goods to be purchased, consumers know the details of goods easily and billing records can be accessed via the internet and also consumers can choose various payment systems offered. In addition, consumers can also choose a home delivery service. So consumers can wait for the goods to be delivered to their destination without having to come to the store. However, it can only deliver within the surrounding area. From this research a WEB-Based Application was created for buying and selling transactions that can make it easier for buyers, also makes it easier for users (Grocery Stores), so that it can help users record incoming and outgoing goods or if you make points, the results obtained are based on trial results are as follows: (1) WEB-Based Application for ordering goods has been successfully created; (2) With the Goods Ordering Application, consumers can find out information on the stock of goods and prices of goods, for users it can make it easier to manage stock of goods; (3) Providing accurate and up-to-date stock information; (4) This application is for ordering goods in the store

Thus, a monitoring system that allocates programmers, details work, and summarizes progress is urgently required. This study applies the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method to design a monitoring system that meets the company's needs. Development of booking information system is a computer technology development that will help and ease human works. This research is focused at the Aditya Production photo studio owned by researcher’s friend. Aditya Production is in need of a system that can help advertising and communicating with customer. Researcher hoping that this system could help Aditya Production to advertise their photography services and ease customer’s access to gain help from professional photo studio. Designing the booking system starts with making program design using activity diagram, administrator and customer navigation system. This system’s made using Google Web Design. Abstract

The iPet web application was developed to assist in pet adoption and support for pets whose owners are unable to care for them, thereby reducing the risk of abandonment. This study utilized a developmental research method, following the six steps of the waterfall model: requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance. IT experts used ISO 25010 standards to evaluate the application's functional suitability, performance efficiency, compatibility, usability, reliability, security, maintainability, and portability. Feedback from end-user respondents in Barangay Aduas Norte, Cabanatuan City, including both pet owners and non-pet owners, indicated a high level of satisfaction with iPet's effectiveness. Based on the study's findings, recommendations were made to enhance the application. It was suggested to develop iPet as a mobile-based application for convenient access on smartphones and tablets. The integration of chat features was also recommended to improve user communication and information exchange. Future researchers were advised to utilize these findings for their own research on pet adoption applications. Implementing these recommendations would improve the functionality, user experience, and efficiency of iPet, thereby facilitating the pet adoption process and enhancing the overall experience for pet owners and potential adopters

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of the Financial System at YPPI Rembang University through the PIECES method. Which consists of performance (performance), information (information), economy (economy), control (control), efficiency (efficiency), and service (service). This study measures the level of overall satisfaction with the financial system that has been implemented. In addition, this study also aims to determine the weaknesses and deficiencies of the system, which in the future will become a benchmark in system development. In this study, data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 12 respondents. The results obtained from the respondents to the six indicators proposed are that they have an average of 3.73, which means that users already feel satisfied with the existing financial system

Abstract

To examine the impact of fintech on cyber security awareness. here the study examines the variables trust, self-efficacy and frequency of using fintech have any role in enhancing the cyber security awareness among the customers. in the study, the researcher collected primary data with the help of a questionnaire and secondary data from different magazines, articles and newspapers. Then the researcher used correlation coefficient, regression and ANOVA to analyse the data. The study found that self-efficacy can enhance cyber security awareness among customers and that trust also contribut8i8ng to the creation of awareness but the frequency of using fintech doesn’t have much impact on cyber security awareness. then the study also found that the frequency of using fintech does not have any significant difference across the different age groups but self-efficacy and trust have significant differences. The outcome of the study can be used by the fintech companies to understand how to enhance the awareness of cyber security among the customers. The company can make policies and facilitate services to enhance the trust and self-efficacy among the customers because those factors contribute to cyber security awareness. through enhancing cyber security companies and customers can eliminate information theft by hackers

Abstract

Primary capital market i.e. Initial Public Offering (IPO) market forms a significant part of it. India, an emerging market, has seen tremendous growth in the BSE SME IPO market over the past few years. In light of this, the Underpricing of BSE SME IPOs is being examined. This study aims to investigate and Analyze the determinants of Underpricing of BSE SME IPOs in the India. This study examines the cause-and-effect relationship and Impact of Raw Return and Market Adjusted Excess Return between Issue Price, Issue Size, Lot Size , Market Return and Volatility of BSE SME IPOs of Underpricing in India. There is a significant relationship between Raw Return and Market Adjusted Excess Return between lot size, volatility, market return, issue size, issue price of S&P BSE SME IPO.The null hypothesis is rejected at 5% level of significant for the Specific variables among Raw Return and Market Adjusted Excess Return in the Study Period.While investing in an S&P BSE SME IPO the investor should be careful and they may choose long-term investment because there is a low risk and they can earn a return at longtime.The Present Study Provides a detailed analysis of S&P BSE SME IPO in India and Underpricing of Raw Return and Market Adjusted Excess Return relationship and impact for 10 years January 2013 to December 2022 by taking a yearly observation. At the same time,they have a Strong Relationship between the issue-specific and market-specific variables like volatility and market return and integrated with each other
