Abstract

Tujuan diadakannya penelitian adalah guna mengetahui bagaimana penerapan green accounting pada PT. Semen Indonesia Tbk. dan pengaruhnya terhadap profitabilitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif sebagai desain penelitiannya yaitu uji hipotesis dengan SPSS, dengan dasar pemikiran yaitu peneliti mampu menjelaskan dan menjawab pertanyaan dalam rumusan masalah tentang pengaruh penerapan green accounting terhadap profitabilitas pada  PT. Semen Indoesia Tbk. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan data sekunder dari laporan keberlanjutan dan laporan keuangan tahunan untuk tahun 2021 dan 2022, bersama dengan informasi yang diperoleh melalui pengumpulan data, pemadatan, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan.

Abstract

Perempuan migran merupakan kelompok yang rentan terhadap eksploitasi, diskriminasi, dan pelanggaran hak asasi manusia di tempat kerja. Etika feminis menekankan pentingnya kesetaraan gender, keadilan sosial, dan pengakuan terhadap pengalaman unik perempuan dalam konteks pekerjaan. Pekerja perempuan berskala dunia dimana ada beberapa pihak yang memberikan bantuan dalam bidang ekonomi bagi keluarga dan negaranya,akan tetapi disisi lain sering terjadi ketidakmampuan dalam koneksi banyak dengan beberapa orang di sekitarnya. Perempuan memainkan peran yang signifikan dalam pekerjaan migran indonesia. Mereka sering kali bekerja sebagai pekerja rumah tangga, perawat, buruh pabrik, atau dalam sektor lainnya. Dalam konteks ini, penerapan etika feminis dalam tata kelola perlindungan pekerja migran indonesia dapat membantu perjuangan hak-hak perempuan migraine dan meningkatkan kondisi kerja yang yang adil,memperhatikan risiko khusus yang dihadapi oleh perempuan migraine, dan memastikan partisipasi mereka dalam pengambilan keputusan terkait kebijakan dan program perlindungan pekerja migran. Diharapkan bahwa penerapan etika feminis dalam tata kelola perlindungan pekerja migran indonesia akan membantu perubahan positif dalam memperjuangkan hak-hak perempuan migran,meningkatkan kesadaraan tentang isu-isu gender dalam migran, dan memastikan perlindungan yang lebih baik bagi mereka. Dalam rangka menerapkan etika feminis dalam tata kelola perlindungan pekerja migran Indonesia,penting juga terus mengadakan pendidikan dan pelatihan tentang hak-hak perempuan migran,kekerasan seksual,kesetaraan gender,dan kesadaran gender. Dengan meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran tentang isu-isu tersebut.

Abstract

Very tight competition in the business world means entrepreneurs have to think about what consumers want, including looking at product diversity and prices. The aim of the research is to explain the influence of product diversity and prices partially and simultaneously on purchasing decisions at the Purgiono Bike Shop, Nganjuk City. This research uses quantitative methods. The population taken was 1,680 consumers using Non Probability techniques. The sample obtained was 94 respondents using the Slovin formula. Data processing uses the SPSS program. The results of this research are that product diversity and price have a significant simultaneous influence on purchasing decisions at the Purgiono Bike Shop, Nganjuk City.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to explain the influence of work ability, job satisfaction and physical work environment on employee performance at PT. BPR Syariah Artha Pamenang Kediri. The research method used is a quantitative method using a questionnaire as research data. This research uses a saturated sampling technique. The population of this study was 32 people and the sample used was all employees, namely 32 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this test can be concluded that the t test results show that the work ability variable partially has a significant positive effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.003 and a t-count value of 1.753. The job satisfaction variable partially has a significant positive effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.000 and a t value of 2.347. The physical work environment variable partially has a significant positive effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.002 and a t value of 1.771. And the results of the f test show that work ability, job satisfaction and the physical work environment have a significant effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.000 and an F value of 19.889.

Abstract

The focus of this research is the importance of applying technology in the Cash Receipts Accounting Information System for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This report aims to study procedures, electronic forms, and design of an accounting information system for cash receipts from cash sales at MSME Ria Tani. The aim of designing this system is to help companies manage their cash receipts system more easily and more efficiently. This will also help change cash receipt procedures which were previously done manually to become more computerized. Data was collected through interviews and observations. Secondary data obtained is in the form of cash sales receipts from cash sales transactions. Based on this data, there are two problems: cash receipt recording has not been carried out and cash receipt procedures are not in accordance with theory. Furthermore, the author advises MSME Ria Tani to use the Microsoft Access-based Accounting Information System for Cash Receipts from Cash Sales. This system is designed to make managing cash receipts easier and better, and companies can make daily and monthly reports on cash receipt reports from cash sales

Abstract

The aim of this research is to investigate whether the alignment of the cost of goods sold, including the VAT reporting period and fixed asset depreciation, can address suspicions of inconsistencies based on the SP2DK issued in 2022 for CV. Tirtamas Bumi Sejahtera. Through the issuance of this document, it can facilitate the oversight conducted by the Directorate General of Taxes regarding the tax obligations of each taxpayer, ensuring compliance with the relevant tax laws and regulations. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach. Data gathering methods utilized encompass observation, documentation, and interviews, incorporating both primary and secondary data. The findings of this study indicate that through the implementation of tax equalization measures, it becomes possible to address the alleged discrepancies as revealed by the Directorate General of Taxes through the SP2DK letter.

Abstract

The learning process requires interaction, both interaction between students and teachers and interaction between students and their environment. Interactions in an ecosystem are two interrelated components, namely biotic and abiotic components. The mangrove forest ecosystem as a biological natural resource has a diversity of potential that provides benefits to human life. The research formulation is How Interaction in the Balang Baru Mangrove Area Supports Ecosystem Learning for Class X SMA Students. The aim of the research is to determine interactions in the Balang Baru Mangrove Area in Supporting Ecosystem Learning for Class X SMA Students. It is hoped that the benefits of research through this research can provide benefits for students, schools and the government in terms of learning. Consumers are living creatures that utilize organic materials from producers to ensure their survival because they cannot make their own food, where consumers consist of herbivores as primary consumers (I) and carnivores who eat herbivores as secondary consumers (II). The types of interactions in the Mangrove Area of ​​Balang Baru Village are mutualism, competition and commensalism symbiosis.

Abstract

Good Corporate Governance plays an important role in facilitating long-term growth, profitability and competitive advantage of companies in the global business landscape. Especially for organizations that have embraced transparency and openness, strong corporate governance practices serve as a shield against the common challenges that companies face in the contemporary business environment. Therefore, in accordance with this perspective, State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) must also have the ability to adhere to the principles of Corporate Governance (Sanjaya et al., 2016).

Abstract

The success of an organization such as a library is greatly influenced by the human resources available in the library. The human resources contained in it are employees, where employees have a very important role in helping to achieve the goals or targets desired by the library and can help in building a positive image of the community. The role of an employee in helping develop a library can be carried out well if the library has quality employees, which can be seen from the good or bad quality of the services they provide. Kurniawan (Indarwati, 2020) states that "public service is the provision of services (serving) the needs of other people or the public who have an interest in the organization in accordance with the basic rules and procedures that have been determined. (Guntara & Suryani, 2017) say that public services are the responsibility of the government and are carried out by government agencies, both at the center, in the regions and within state-owned enterprises.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the role of tax socialization in moderating the influence of taxpayer awareness and understanding of taxes on individual taxpayer compliance (Case Study at Gresik Primary Tax Service Office). The population in this study were taxpayers registered at KPP Pratama Gresik, the research sample was taken by purposive sampling method with a research sample of 100 respondents. This research method uses quantitative methods. Data analysis is processed using Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis with the help of Smart-Pls 3.0 software. The results of this study indicate that taxpayer awareness, understanding of taxation, and taxation socialization affect the compliance of individual taxpayers. While taxation socialization cannot moderate the relationship between taxpayer awareness and understanding of taxation on individual taxpayer compliance.
