Abstract

The influence of Earning Per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER), Return on Assets (ROA) on stock prices is very important to know how much influence the independent variable has on the dependent variable. By knowing this influence, manufacturing companies in the cosmetics and household goods sector can further optimize the level of Earning Per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER), Return On Assets (ROA) in the future. The sampling technique in this research used the purposive sampling method. The samples taken were in accordance with the criteria determined by the researcher. This research was conducted in 6 years from 2016-2021 on cosmetic and household goods manufacturing companies that conducted an IPO. Based on the research results, it shows that Earning Per Share (EPS) has a significant influence, Price Earning Ratio (PER) does not have a significant influence, Return On Assets (ROA) does not have a significant influence. Together the independent variables have a significant effect on the dependent variable, this is proven by the R² value of 0.348 or 34.8%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Organizational Climate on the Work Productivity of Bima Regency Communication and Information Service Employees. This research is of associative type. The population used was all service employees as many as 61 respondents using purposive sampling techniques to obtain a sample of 40 respondents. The research instrument used is a Likert scale questionnaire with data analysis techniques, validity test, reliability test, simple regression analysis, simple correlation analysis, determination test and T test. The results of this research conclude that there is a significant influence between organizational climate on employee work productivity in Bima Regency Communication and Information Service with a calculated t value of 15.791 which is greater than the t table of 2.026. The determination test shows that employee work productivity is influenced by organizational climate by 86.8%, while the remaining 13.2% is influenced by other factors or variables not included in this research.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the marketing strategies carried out by Casual Culture.co brands to increase sales. This type of research uses qualitative research. This study used primary data. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study show that the marketing strategy carried out is to use attributes on products that include quality, design, service, price and brand. From the research on marketing strategies carried out by Casual Culture.co less optimal and less efficient, therefore the author provides advice or input to implement aggressive marketing strategies to increase sales volume so as to get maximum profits.

Abstract

This study aims to examine: (1) To find out whether employee work discipline partially affects the performance of PT. Mandala Multifinance Banjarmasin. (2) To find out whether the employee's work motivation partially affects the performance of employees of PT. Mandala Multifinance Banjarmasin. (3) To find out whether work discipline and employee motivation simultaneously affect the performance of PT. Mandala Multifinance Banjarmasin. This research uses quantitative methods and is a type of survey research. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire in the form of a questionnaire. The number of respondents is 34 people with Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The results showed: (1) Work discipline and work motivation have a significant influence on employee performance at PT. Mandala Multifinance Banjarmasin. (2) Work discipline has no significant effect on employee performance at PT. Mandala Multifinance Banjarmasin. (3) Work motivation has a significant influence on employee performance at PT. Mandala Multifinance Banjarmasin.

Abstract

PT Kalbe Farma Tbk is an industrial company engaged in the pharmaceutical sector that carries out processing, scientific, technical and supporting businesses that produce prescription drug products, nutritional products and medical devices supported by a strong distribution network. At the time of the 2019 Covid pandemic, the pharmaceutical industry gained a considerable increase. The purpose of this study is to determine financial performance through the ratio of activity in the turnover of receivables, working capital, fixed assets, total assets and stocks. The method of data collection techniques in thesis preparation is documentation and uses a non-statistical quantitative approach. The data used in the study came from secondary data, namely the company's financial statements for the period 2019 – 2021. The results obtained from the study show that the analysis of the financial activity ratio of PT Kalbe Farma Tbk from 2019 – 2021 when viewed from the turnover of receivables, working capital, fixed assets, total assets and inventories is declared ineffective because the turnover value fluctuates every year and is still below the industry standard average activity ratio turnover, this is because the company has not maximized its performance in collecting receivables so that embedded working capital The bigger and in inventory has not been able to manage inventory optimally.

Abstract

CV Lan Com is located at Jalan Sultan M. Mansyur No.17 Bukit Lama Ilir Barat 1 Palembang, CV Lan Com is a company engaged in computer trading. This Final Report aims to design a Cash Sales Accounting Information System at CV Lan Com which still uses manual methods for cash sales systems so that the author designs cash sales using Microsoft Excel VBA. The author collects data obtained through observation, and interviews. The design is used to monitor cash sales more efficiently. In addition, this system also improves the accuracy and reliability of financial information needed for decision making, with the introduction of this Cash Sales Accounting Information System, CV Lan Com is expected to optimize the cash sales process. This system can be used for companies so that company goals can be achieved.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and turnover intention on employee performance in the Tasikmalaya AN Sport convection production section. The method used in this research is quantitative. With a research sample of 50 people as respondents of the Tasikmalaya Sport Convection Employees based on 50 known population data. The data used is primary data. Simultaneously, work discipline and turnover intention have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially the work discipline variable has a significant effect on employee performance, for the turnover intention variable it has no significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the application of Financial Accounting Standards (SAK) for Entities Without Public Accountability (ETAP) in BUMDes so that they can present accurate financial reports. The research method used is Literature Review (LR). This research uses data from journals that are available in full text form. The research results show that there are still many BUMDes that cannot present financial reports in accordance with SAK ETAP. This is due to a lack of understanding by the management running BUMDes regarding SAK ETAP.

Abstract

PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja-Persero (Pusri) is a state-owned enterprise (BUMN) with the sole shareholder being the government of the Republic of Indonesia. PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja is a company that was founded as a pioneer producer of urea fertilizer in Indonesia on December 24 1959 in Palembang, South Sumatra. Pusri started business operations with the main aim of implementing and supporting government policies and programs in the economic and national development sectors, especially in the fertilizer and other chemical industries. This research aims to determine the distribution and promotion strategy for subsidized and non-subsidized urea fertilizer products by Pt. Sriwidjaja Fertilizer. The methodology used in this research uses a qualitative approach, using several data in the form of documents, schemes, information which will later be involved directly and interpreted into further data related to the description of the object to be studied. Through interviews and observations it can be seen that the marketing strategy carried out by PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja in subsidized and non-subsidized urea fertilizer products using Segmenting, Targeting, Positioning (STP) and also the 7P Marketing Mix Strategy (Product, Promotion, Price, Place, People, Process, Physical Evidence)

Abstract

PT Ramotindo Pakuon Persada is a micro, small and medium enterprise engaged in the field of panel makers and electrical shops. Businesses in this company have a fairly high job risk related to electricity and have a fairly high work pressure. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the work environment and job embeddedness have on employee job satisfaction at PT Ramotindo Pakuon Persada. This study uses a quantitative method with saturated sampling. The sample in this study were 34 respondents. The work environment has a t count > t table (2.327 > 2.039) with a significant value of 0.027 <0.05, which means that the work environment influences job satisfaction. Job embeddedness has a t count > t table (2.225 > 2.039) with a significant value of 0.03 <0.05, which means that job embeddedness has an effect on job satisfaction. The work environment and job embeddedness have a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, which means that the work environment and job embeddedness have a significant simultaneous effect on job satisfaction. The results of this study can be used as input for related companies and can be used as an evaluation to increase job satisfaction by taking into account several factors such as noise that arises, a supportive work environment and increasing family relationships among employees.
