Abstract

Coffee is one of the most popular beverages in many places. The development of coffee cultivation in Indonesia has grown rapidly, in 2016, about 633 thousand tons of coffee were produced and in 2017, 636.7 thousand tons, which means that the growth was about 0.74%. Arabica and Robusta are the coffee species that account for most of the world's coffee trade. There are differences between Arabica and Robusta coffees both in terms of taste and the shape of the beans. Many coffee sellers and vendors do not know the difference. Therefore, to avoid mistakes when choosing coffee beans, you need software that helps distinguish types of coffee beans based on their shape. As an alternative software, image processing using the artificial neural network method can be used. This study looks at how the software detects the pattern of the coffee bean image using a morphological method using quantitative learning methods. The feature vectors used were width, height, width, mean, variance and standard deviation. The class classification is divided into the image class of Arabica coffee beans and the image class of Robusta coffee beans, with an average recognition result during the testing process of 97%

Abstract

The purpose of this observation is to increase the efficiency of financial transactions and financial and inventory management at Cafe Cetroo Coffee 120 Karawang by utilizing digital payment technology. In addition, another goal is to provide easy payment for customers and help cafes compete in an increasingly competitive market by adopting more advanced technology. As a cafe business, Cafe Cetroo Coffee 120 Karawang has utilized digital technology to increase efficiency and expand their customer reach. One of the ways Cafe Cetroo Coffee 120 Karawang makes use of digital payments is by accepting non-cash payments. In addition, Cafe Cetroo Coffee 120 Karawang also accepts payments using a debit card or credit card. Cafe Cetroo Coffee 120 Karawang also utilizes digital payments in their financial management. They use online accounting applications to monitor and manage their cash flow. With this application, they can track their income and expenses more easily, as well as generate financial reports quickly and accurately.. In conclusion, Cafe Cetroo Coffee 120 Karawang has made good use of digital payments to increase efficiency and expand their customer reach. By accepting cashless payments, using online accounting applications, and leveraging social media for marketing, Cafe Cetroo Coffee 120 Karawang can improve their customer experience and business efficiency.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui strategi Marketing Public Relations Kopi Kenangan dalam membangun brand awareness selama 3 tahun terakhir. Teori yang digunakan adalah Tahapan MPR Whalen’s 7 step Strategic Planning Process yang mencakup strategi pull, push dan pass yang dilakukan MPR Kopi Kenangan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Marketing public relations Kopi Kenangan ingin menanamkan mindset “Affordable with High Quality Coffee” ke dalam benak konsumen dengan menggunakan strategi MPR yang mencakup Analisis 7 step Strategic Planning Proces yang kemudian menghasilkan partnership, bundling dan marketing campaign yang dilakukan oleh Kopi Kenangan cukup berhasil dalam menanamkan brand awareness. Sehingga proses untuk mempertahankan brand awareness yang dimulai dari tidak menyadari merek awal Kopi Kenangan berdiri, sampai pada puncak pikiran yang berarti keberhasilan Kopi Kenangan sebagai brand kopi yang mampu berkembang dan bersaing.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the profitability of UMKM Tofu producers in Surabaya is affected by green accounting. The research data was collected through interviews and surveys to research locations using a qualitative descriptive methodology. The findings show that most UMKM Tofu factories in Surabaya are aware of their lack of knowledge about green accounting and lack of environmental awareness. Due to the high cost of production, the majority of Tofu MSMEs are aware of the shortage of wastewater treatment tanks. As a result, UMKM Tahu deliberately build factories near rivers to dispose of liquid waste without being processed first.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the process of resolving disputes over Termination of Employment (PHK) pursued by trade unions based on Law number 2 of 2004 and Law of Job Creation and knowing the protection efforts for workers who were unilaterally laid off at PT. Kaldu Sari Nabati Indonesia. This study uses research methods through a qualitative research approach by means of direct observation and then produces qualitative data presented in written form. The type of research in this study is empirical juridical research where this research originates from events that occur in the community regarding disputes over termination of employment. The results showed that the case of Termination of Employment (PHK) PT. Kaldu Sari Nabati Indonesia is a case of unilateral layoffs with the settlement of layoff disputes carried out through bipartite negotiations and mediation and will then proceed to the Industrial Relations Court stage if an agreement is not reached. Workers do not get compensation rights from the company. Companies must be given sanctions related to unilateral Termination of Employment (PHK) and compensation sanctions.

Abstract

Analyzing the financial accounts of a firm enables one to gauge its financial standing. Ratio analysis is one of the analyses that may be done to determine wheither the company's financial state is sound. The goal of this study was to evaluate PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk's financial performance using financial ratio analysis. Descriptive analysis, which measures ratios of liquidity, solvency, profitability, and activity, is the analytical approach employed. The Indonesian Stock Exchange provided research information and statistics. According to changes in the liquidity ratio, the company's status is considered to be favorable (liquid). Thei solvency ratio demonstrates that the company's capacity to meet its financial commitments is relatively strong, indicating that the capital invested is not at risk. The activity ratio indicates an increase each year, which indicates that the business is doing well. Based on the profitability statistics, it can be concluded that the firm is still in a strong position even though there are variations from year to year.

Abstract

The central government gives authority to regional governments and economic institutions at the village level to develop their own regions with a focus on improving the economy and people's welfare. The reality in the field is that many villages fail to run Village-Owned Enterprises due to the lack of preparedness of managers and the lack of village potential. The purpose of this study is to determine the condition and governance of a developing Village Owned Enterprise. The method used is a qualitative approach. The results of the study show that the Lancar Jaya Village-Owned Enterprise has succeeded in improving the economy of Mejing Village in accordance with the objectives of establishing a Village-Owned Enterprise. However, there are still obstacles in the management of Village-Owned Enterprises such as a lack of management skills, rent payments to the village government, and sustainable business plans. The solutions provided include providing business management training, improving financial supervision and management, and marketing production products through social media platforms as a digital marketing strategy.

Abstract

In a research or scientific publication, previous or related research is very important. Theories and phenomena of the relationship or influence between variables are strengthened by previous research or related research. This article explores technology-based business transaction research and discusses the elements that influence Post-Covid-19 Digital Business Transactions, namely E-wallets, Mobile Banking, and E-Money. The purpose of this article is to develop hypotheses about how the different variables interact that can be applied to future studies. The findings of the relevant literature evaluation are as follows: 1) E-wallets have an impact on post-Covid-19 digital business transactions; 2) Mobile banking has an impact on post-Covid-19 digital business transactions; and 3) E-Money has an impact on post-Covid-19 digital business transactions.

Abstract

Strategi adalah tujuan jangka panjang sebuah perusahaan dan arah tindakan serta alokasi sumber daya yang diperlukan untuk mencapai tujuan itu. pengembangan usaha adalah proses persiapan analisis tentan peluang pertumbuhan potensial tetapi tidak termasuk strategi dan implementasi dari peluan pertumbuhan usaha. Bisnis laundry memiliki potensi yang besar, namun banyak pelaku usaha laundry mengalami kesulitan untuk mengembangkan bisnisnya lebih jauh, sehingga membutuhkan strategi yang tepat.

Abstract

Digital marketing sudah terbukti sebagai salah satu cara yang efektif untuk memperluas jangkauan merek dan meningkatkan angka penjualan bagi suatu binis. Tidak terkecuali untuk pelaku UMKM yang membutuhkan publikasi untuk keberlangsungan bisnisnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui platfrom yang efektif dan tepat untuk meningkatkan visibilitas produk dan keterlibatan pelanggan pada bisnis tanaman hias. Metode penelitian yang digunakan wawancara mendalam dengan pemilik usaha, observasi, dan analisis data terkait penerapan digital marketing. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan platfrom digital marketing yang tepat untuk bisnis tanaman hias Twyla flower yaitu WhatsApp dan Facebook
