Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Google Earth satellite imagery utilization in creating land use maps in Kalidoni District, Palembang. The research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach with remote sensing techniques and field surveys. Sampling was conducted at 150 points using stratified random sampling method. The results showed an interpretation accuracy level of 92.7% with a Kappa coefficient of 0.89. Land use distribution is dominated by settlements (35.2%), industrial areas (20.5%), and commercial services (15.3%). Temporal analysis for the 2019-2024 period shows residential area expansion of 12.5% and green open space reduction of 3.2%. This research proves that Google Earth imagery is effective for district-scale land use mapping with reliable accuracy levels.Keywords:  Land use, Google Earth, remote sensing, image interpretation,    Kalidoni Distric

Abstract

The design of the market development with environmentally friendly facilities in Talang Putri Village aims to create a public space that meets the economic needs of the community while considering environmental sustainability. This study uses a qualitative approach, utilizing case studies and field observations to gather data on the existing market conditions and the needs of the community. The results indicate that the implementation of Green Architecture principles, including effective waste management and natural lighting optimization, significantly enhances the market’s functionality and sustainability. Additionally, the market will be equipped with designated areas for public zones, service zones, private zones, and semi-public zones to ensure comfort and cleanliness. In conclusion, it is expected that this market will become a clean, comfortable, and eco-friendly center for economic activities for the surrounding community.Keywords : Environmental-Friendly Market Design, Green Architecture, Environmental Sustainability, Effective Waste Management.

Abstract

Integrated land-use planning is a crucial step in supporting the sustainable management of regional resources. This study aims to create a land-use map for the Plaju District, covering the villages of Bagus Kuning, Plaju Ulu, Talang Bubuk, and Plaju Darat. The topic was chosen due to the need for accurate spatial information to support development planning and decision-making in the area. The data used in this study were sourced from the Palembang City Government Geoportal, aerial imagery from Google Maps, and the 2023 statistical data for the Plaju District. The map was created using QGIS software to ensure effective and accurate geospatial data processing. The results of this study produced a land-use map reflecting the current land use in the study area, including residential areas, green spaces, and public facilities. This map is expected to serve as a basis for regional planning, disaster mitigation, and better spatial planning. In conclusion, this land-use map not only contributes to enhancing spatial understanding of the Plaju District but also serves as a vital tool for supporting data-driven spatial planning policies. The implementation of QGIS in this study highlights the potential of geospatial technology in supporting sustainable regional management.Keywords: Geospatial technology, Land use, Plaju District, QGIS, regional planning

Abstract

Rumah ramah lingkungan muncul sebagai respon terhadap masalah-masalah lingkungan yang disebabkan oleh pembangunan yang tidak berkelanjutan. Dalam perencanaan rumah ramah lingkungan selain mengutamakan konsep berkelanjutan, aspek keselamatan dan kekuatan struktur tetap menjadi prioritas utama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merencanakan struktur rumah tinggal yang ramah lingkungan dengan pemodelan struktur menggunakan AutoCAD dan ETABS, perencanaan diawali dengan menentukan material struktur yang ramah lingkungan, dilanjutkan penentuan dimensi dan gambar 2D menggunakan AutoCAD lalu pemodelan struktur dengan ETABS meliputi struktur pondasi, kolom, balok, pelat. Dalam perencanaan ini, hasil perencanaan yang didapatkan yaitu rangka atap menggunakan rangka baja ringan, dimensi Balok 25 cm x 45 cm, Kolom 30 cm x 30 cm, pelat lantai ø12, analisis perencanaan juga menggunakan program ETABS dimana dengan dimensi yang telah direncanakan mampu menahan beban yang bekerja pada bangunan. Kata kunci: Struktur Rumah Ramah Lingkungan, ETABS, AutoCAD.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a comprehensive Budget Plan (RAB) for the construction of a market with environmentally friendly facilities in Talang Putri Village. The research employs a quantitative descriptive method with a case study approach, utilizing primary data through field surveys, interviews, and direct observations, as well as secondary data from planning documents and related regulations. The research results produced a market design that implements Green Architecture concepts with dry and wet zone divisions, equipped with environmentally friendly utility systems such as water management, integrated waste treatment, and renewable energy utilization. The budget plan was prepared considering the efficient use of local materials and cost-effective construction technology. This research provides long-term development recommendations including environmental management training, supporting facility improvements, and community involvement in market management to create a sustainable traditional market that supports the improvement of the surrounding community's quality of life.Keywords: Budget plan, traditional market, green architecture, environmentally  friendly, sustainable development

Abstract

Preparing a Budget Plan (RAB) is to calculate the costs required for a building and with these costs the building can be realized as planned. Considering the size and breadth of buildings for which costs must be calculated, knowledge of matters related to cost calculations is very necessary. There are requirements that must be met to prepare a budget plan, namely building construction drawings, building material prices and labor wages. Research on the budget plan was carried out on the Community Health Center Development Project with environmentally friendly facilities in Talang Kelapa Village, Alang - Alang Lebar District, Palembang City, South Sumatra Province by taking the unit price of materials in South Sumatra Province, From the results of this research, the planning for the construction of the Talang Kelapa Community Health Center building has a planned budget of IDR 938,628,000.00 (nine hundred thirty-eight million six hundred and twenty-eight thousand rupiah).Keywords : Cost Budget Plan, Community Health Center, Environmentally Friendly

Abstract

Pembangunan rumah tinggal ramah lingkungan semakin penting seiring dengan pertumbuhan jumlah penduduk dan meningkatnya kesadaran akan pentingnya pelestarian lingkungan. Rumah tipe 200 m2 dua lantai dirancang untuk memberikan kenyamanan serta mendukung kesehatan penghuninya dengan menerapkan prinsip ramah lingkungan, yang mencakup efisiensi energi, pengelolaan limbah, dan penggunaan material yang ramah lingkungan. Penyusunan Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) sangat penting untuk memastikan prinsip keberlanjutan diterapkan dengan baik, termasuk estimasi biaya material, tenaga kerja, dan volume pekerjaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis RAB pada pembangunan rumah tipe 200 m2 yang teridiri dari dua lantai untuk mengetahui total biaya yang diperlukan dalam proyek tersebut.Kata kunci: Ramah Lingkungan, Volume Perencanaan, Anggaran Biaya

Abstract

Sars-Cov-2 (severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2) merupakan salah satu virus dari golongan coronavirus yang dapat menyerang sistem pernapasan sehingga mengakibatkan imunitas menurun. Beberapa penelitian menunjukan adanya interaksi antara virus Sars-Cov-2 dengan antibodi golongan darah anti-A yang secara alami ada pada golongan darah O dan B sehingga mampuh menghambat virus Sars-Cov-2 untuk berikatan  dengan reseptor membrannya ACE2 (Angiotensin Converting Enzyme 2 ) yang merupakan sarana jalan masuk virus ke sel organ target.   Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan jenis golongan darah terhadap kerentanan suspek virus Sars-Cov-2 pasien Covid-19 di rumah sakit khusus infeksi Covid-19 pulau Galang. Metode: Jenis penilitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Data dikumpulkan dari hasil rekam medik pasien,  hasil PCR, dan hasil golongan darah pada bulan Juli– September 2022 dengan teknik total sampling didapatkan sebanyak 1331 sampel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi kemudian data tersebut diolah menggunakan  uji chi square. Hasil penelitian didapatkan pasien laki-laki (69,2%) lebih banyak dari pada perempuan (30,8%). Dari rentang usia  didapatkan paling banyak pada rentang  26-35 tahun (31,3%). Dan hasil pemeriksaan PCR didapatkan 706  orang (53%) PCR positif dan 625 orang PCR negatif (47%). Pasien dengan golongan darah A lebih dominan terinfeksi virus Sars-Cov-2    yaitu 248 orang (36%) dari total pasien terkonfirmasi Covid-19. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara golongan darah dengan virus Sars-Cov-2 dengan nilai signifikasi (p-value) 0.001 (>0,05). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara jenis golongan darah terhadap kerentanan infeksi virus Sars-Cov-2  pasien Covid-19 di rumah sakit khusus infeksi Covid-19 pulau Galang secara statistik.Kata Kunci: Sars-Cov-2, ACE2

Abstract

Bukitkecil District is one of the rapidly developing areas in Palembang City, South Sumatra, with various land uses. Therefore, accurate data regarding land use is needed to plan the management and utilization of natural resources sustainably. One of the tools that can be used to produce land use maps is QGIS (Quantum GIS) software, which is an open-source Geographic Information System (GIS) application. This research aims to use QGIS for creating land use maps in Bukitkecil District, using spatial and non-spatial data to visualize existing land use. Abstract

Efforts to eradicate human trafficking are efforts carried out by various parties. Trafficking in persons, as defined in international law, can occur for a variety of exploitative purposes. However, different forms of human trafficking are often combined in many studies, policies, and interventions. This research aims to determine the implementation and impact of international agreements regarding transnational crime, especially human trafficking, as well as understanding regulations related to human trafficking crimes in Indonesia and Saudi Arabia. This research is doctrinal or normative research, the data collection methods in this research are divided into primary and secondary data, but the focus is only on secondary data which includeslegal source materials. That thisresearch also highlights the effortsthat the Indonesian government has made through legislation and international cooperation, including being a member of Interpol, to eradicate this crime. However, despite various efforts that have been made, including the deployment of Police Attachés in several countries and extradition agreements and mutual legal assistance, cases of human trafficking in Indonesia continue to increase. The results of this research conclude that there is a need for an active role from all related parties and more steps. Increasing economic standards is a fundamental step to combat human trafficking which is increasingly systematic, organized and difficult to detect.Keywords: Human Trafficking, Transnational Crime, International Cooperation
