Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas desain arsitektur rumah ramah lingkungan yang mengintegrasikan elemen modern dan keberlanjutan. Dengan memanfaatkan material seperti panel surya, cat ramah lingkungan, dan elemen dekoratif alami seperti kisi-kisi bambu serta tanaman merambat, penelitian ini menawarkan solusi hunian yang hemat energi dan estetis. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan desain ini mampu meningkatkan efisiensi energi, kenyamanan penghuni, dan estetika lingkungan secara harmonis. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam pengembangan arsitektur berkelanjutan di masa depan.Kata Kunci: Rumah Ramah Lingkungan, Green Building, Material Ramah Lingkungan, Efisiensi Energi, Arsitektur Berkelanjutan, Desain Modern, Keberlanjutan.

Abstract

Abstract: Indonesia is one of the countries that provides a large contribution to the workforce, with the high interest of Indonesian migrant workers to work abroad, this creates various problems and problems related to guarantees of their human rights and guaranteed protection of work and safety, these migrant workers can be categorized into Procedural Migrant Workers and Non-Procedural Migrant Workers, in various cases of violations, Non-Procedural Migrant Workers are often denied their basic rights and have difficulty getting guaranteed protection because their departure is not equipped with the appropriate document requirements and is not registered with immigration, this has given rise to increasingly polemics. high number of complaints and reports of migrant workers abroad. This research uses the approach method used in this writing, namely approach juridical normative as the main approach to existing laws and regulations. The data used is secondary data and primary data, and is analyzed sequentially qualitative and presented in form descriptive. Protection of Migrant Workers has become the Government's obligation, thus the government must have a guidance, supervision and protection mechanism so that migrant workers obtain security for their jobs. Abstract

This study focuses on the structural redesign of a collapsed 34-year old wooden bridge in Dusun I Kampung Mahligai, Pulau Gadang Village, XIII Koto Kampar District, Riau Province. The original structure served as a critical access route for pedestrians and vehicles. The redesign adopts reinforced concrete with an 8-meter span and a width of 3,5 meters, incorporating guardrails, sidewalks, deck slabs, and girders. Structural calculation follow RSNI T-12-2004 and RSNI T-02-2005 standards, with manual internal force analysis. The design specifications include guardrails (10x15 cm, 2D10 reinforcement), sidewalks (20cm thickness, D12-120), deck slabs (20cm thickness, D12-150), and girders (30x60 cm, 12D19). Abstract

Abstract: This Community Service Activity was carried out in the form of counseling about maternal education in dealing with picky eaters in children in Jorong Tanjung Sari Kampung Dua Koto Baru Mahakarya District. West Pasaman. Partners in this community service activity are cadres and village midwives in Jorong Tanjung Sari Kampung Dua with the target being mothers who have children under five. The location for this activity was chosen because there are many nutritional problems in toddlers. One of the most striking problems related to picky eaters in toddlers is significant weight loss, or the child's weight being below the normal limit or the yellow line on the card. healthy (KMS). Therefore, it is necessary to carry out community service activities, especially mothers who have children under five. The solution carried out in this community service activity is in the form of providing educational counseling to mothers in dealing with picky eaters in toddlers. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase mothers' knowledge in dealing with picky eaters. The benefit of this activity is so that parents, especially those who have children under five, know how important it is to deal with picky eaters to prevent nutritional problems in children under five so that children under five grow well develop healthily.Keywords: Picky Eater, Mother, and Toddler

Abstract

Caring for perineal wounds in mothers after giving birth is useful for reducing discomfort, maintaining cleanliness, preventing infection and speeding up the healing of perineal suture wounds. The aim of the research was to determine the effectiveness of boiled red betel leaves for healing perineal wounds in the Panipahan Community Health Center Working Area, Pasir Limau Kapas District, Rokan Hilir Regency. The type of research is quantitative and quasi-experimental design with one group pretest-posttest. The population is postpartum mothers and the sample is 12 people, with purposive sampling. The research instruments were observation sheets and boiled red betel leaves. Data analysis uses univariate and bivariate.  The univariate results show that the average maternal wound healing score on the first postpartum day as assessed by REEDA before red betel leaf decoction therapy was 7.14 and after red betel leaf decoction therapy the score decreased to 0.35. The results of the paired sample t test obtained a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05. The conclusion is that red betel leaf decoction is effective for healing perineal wounds in the Panipahan Health Center Working Area. It is hoped that the Panipahan Community Health Center can improve services, especially in the field of postpartum maternal care, to accelerate wound healing by providing education and counseling about the importance of using boiled red betel leaves.Keywords: Red Betel Leaves, Perineal Wounds

Abstract

This Community Service aims to analyze the role of village bureaucrats in providing digital-based services to improve the quality of public services at the village level. This activity was conducted through a socialization method involving observation and Forum Group Discussion (FGD) with 50 participants. The activity results show that implementing digitalization in Panyirapan Village has positive impacts, such as increased administrative efficiency, service transparency, and community participation. Digitalization also supports more integrated management of village assets, licensing, and social assistance programs. However, significant challenges were identified, including limited digital literacy, technological infrastructure, and resistance to change. Cybersecurity issues are a major concern, given the threat to sensitive data managed by villages.Keywords: Digitalization; Public Service; Village Bureaucrats; Digital Literacy.

Abstract

Abstract: The right oil selection is critical in maintaining the performance of a motorcycle engine, given its role in lubrication, cooling, and reducing friction between components. This study aims to analyze the effect of semi-synthetic and full-synthetic oils on oil temperature, engine vibration, torque, and power on 4 Stroke 250 CC motorcycles to provide comprehensive information to motorcycle users about the types of oils that can optimize engine performance. The research method uses an experimental approach with a Kawasaki Ninja 250 RR Mono motorcycle as the object of study. The test was carried out at various engine revolutions (RPM) by measuring vibration using a vibration meter, temperature with a thermocouple, and torque and power through a dyno test. Data analysis uses descriptive statistics to determine significant differences between oils. The study results show that full-synthetic oil consistently provides more optimal engine performance than semi-synthetic oil. Full-synthetic produces lower vibration, maintains stable temperatures, and produces higher torque and power at each RPM. These findings indicate that full-synthetic oils can improve engine efficiency, reduce the risk of damage, and extend the life of motorcycles.Keywords: Semi-synthetic Oil, Full-synthetic Oil, Engine Vibration, Oil Temperature, Engine Performance.

Abstract

Abstract: This research is based on the problems in traffic at the present time. In connection with this, solutions are needed to deal with traffic problems in order to create order and safety in traffic. This study aims to see how to instill legal awareness in traffic in early childhood. This study uses a type of research method or library research approach, namely library studies or literature can be interpreted as a series of activities related to the method of collecting library data, reading and recording and processing research materials. The results of the study indicate that instilling legal awareness in traffic in early childhood can be developed by introducing traffic sign symbols, how to walk on the highway correctly, understanding zebra crossings and how to cross properly and so on. Through integrating the early childhood education curriculum, through themes that are adjusted to learning about traffic. Then counseling or socialization and the need for cooperation between educators, parents, the community, government agencies, institutions and other stakeholders. Children who have an understanding of traffic rules and ethics will be more likely to develop safe and responsible habits on the road.So that it has an impact on the safety of the child it self, creating a more disciplined society and can provide a strong foundation for children in facing life in the future.Keywords: Planting, Legal Awareness, Traffic, Early Childhood

Abstract

According to AEM modeling data in 2021, it was estimated that around 526,841 people were living with HIV with an estimated 27 000 new cases. Approximately, 40 percent of these new infections occurred in women. The causes vary, including the COVID-19 pandemic, low ARV treatment retention, inequality in HIV services and ongoing stigma and discrimination stemming from a lack of public knowledge about HIV-AIDS. Strengthening the triple 95 strategy is being pursued by intensifying health promotion, preventing high-risk behaviors, case detection (screening, testing, tracing), and case management. Additionally, the Ministry of Health has included HIV-AIDS control strategies as part of the Minimum Service Standards in Health Facilities. This strategy is outlined in the Minister of Health Regulation Number 4 of 2019 concerning Technical Quality Standards for Basic Services in the Minimum Standards for Health Services. Efforts are made not only for women, children, and adolescents but also for all life cycles, from newborns, toddlers, primary school-aged children, teenagers, adults, to the elderly.The purpose of this study is to assess the knowledge of DIII Midwifery students at STIKes PMC Pekanbaru about HIV/AIDS. This research is descriptive. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling with a sample size of 34 people. The tool used for sampling was a questionnaire with univariate analysis. The frequency distribution of respondents' knowledge about HIV/AIDS showed that 21 respondents (61.7%) had good knowledge, 9 respondents (26.5%) had fairly good knowledge, and 4 respondents (11.7%) had poor knowledge. It is hoped that the DIII Midwifery students at STIKes PMC Pekanbaru can support the government's program by raising awareness about the dangers of HIV/AIDS in their surroundings, thereby helping the government in combating HIV/AIDS. Keywords:Knowledge, HIV, AIDS.

Abstract

Abstract: Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) is a collection of symptoms of the disease caused by the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) which can be contagious and deadly. This virus attacks the human immune system (RI Ministry of Health, 2020). HIV infection in pregnant women in Indonesia is increasing from year to year, this is due to several factors, namely knowledge and family support for HIV prevention in pregnant women. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between knowledge and family support on HIV prevention in pregnant women. The method used in this research is Correlation Analysis with a cross-sectional approach. The results of this research show a relationship between knowledge and HIV prevention in pregnant women with a p value of 0.009, and there is a relationship between family support and HIV prevention in pregnant women with a p value of 0.031. Conclusion: There is a relationship between knowledge and family support for HIV prevention in pregnant women at the Sentani Health Center.Keywords: HIV, AIDS, Pregnancy, Knowledge, Prevention
