Abstract

In planning the superstructure of central surgical installation RSUD house in the city of Padang Panjang, This building is used as a place to accommodate patients, rooms for doctors and nurses and a place to perform surgical operations. In the formulation of the problem for the construction of this RSUD, the researcher only draws details according to the calculation of the dimensions of the columns, beams, plate thickness and reinforcement design. The method used is preliminary design, loading and modeling as well as structural analysis calculations. From the planning results, the main beam dimensions are 35 cm x 70 cm using lots of 7D16 reinforcement, B2 beam 25 cm x 40 cm lots of 4D19 reinforcement. Columns on the 1st ,2nd floor dimensions used 45 cm x 45 cm with lots of 12D19 bone. The floor slabs use plain steel reinforcement Ø10 - 150 mm for the top bottom with a floor plate thickness of 12 cm. The conclusion is to plan a building should be preceded by a feasibility study so that when carrying out structural calculations later can obtain satisfactory planning results both in terms of quality, cost and time. Keywords: SNI 2019, Structural Analysis, Earthquake Spectrum Response, Loading

Abstract

Road intersections are places where traffic flows from two or more roads meet. Road network performance must take into account the delay due to intersections, both signal intersections and barriers, the high population of vehicles that are not matched by the availability of adequate infrastructure of the road. Analyzing the capacity and performance level of an unsignalized deviation is data from the field, in the form of geometric intersection data (width of each intersection leg), the equivalence number of each vehicle, so that uniformity in the car is obtained passenger (SMP). Then the capacity and level of intersection performance are calculated, which includes the degree of saturation, and the deviation delay with the Indonesian Road Capacity Manual method (MKJI 1997). The results of the analysis obtained, the capacity value (C) of the three observation days, the biggest value is 2362,626cu/hour, the degree of saturation (DS) is 0.566 sec/smp, and delay (D) deviation of 10,831sec / smp. Then obtained the level of service at the intersection of Jl. Sudirman – Jl.R.A. Kartini north Payakumbuh is still able to accommodate traffic volume, because the degree of saturation is still small and the level of delay assessment is still in criteria B, so there is no need to recalculate the unsigned intersection Jl. Abstract

Road conditions damaged on Jalan Belubus include potholes, patches, cracked crocodile skin, loose granules, cracked edges, thus disturbing the comfort and safety of road users. In this research, 2 methods are used to calculate the thickness of flexible pavement, namely the Bina Marga 2002 method and the Bina Marga 2017 method. In the 2002 Bina Marga calculation method, it was found that the thickness of the layer D1 = 5 cm, D2 = 15 cm, and D3 = 38 cm with a RAB of IDR 2,580,642,372.00. Meanwhile, in the 2017 Bina Marga calculation method, the AC WC layer = 4 cm, AC BC = 6 cm, AC Base = 10.5 cm, and LPA class A = 30 cm with a RAB worth IDR 2,382,747,906.00. Abstract

The Baringin Rampanai irrigation area currently only has the capacity to irrigate a rice field area of ±80 Ha out of a total of ±120 Ha of rice field area. The aim of constructing irrigation canals is to develop and determine the dimensions of effective irrigation canals and increase agricultural production by providing supporting facilities so that water can be distributed evenly. At the research method stage of processing rainfall data the author used the gumbel, haspers and rational methods. With calculation results for R3 in 457 mm and R5 in 1174 mm. Based on the calculation of the planning dimensions of the primary channel with bottom width b = 175 cm, height h = 170 cm and top width B = 300 cm, and secondary channel 1 with bottom width b = 135 cm, height h = 120 cm and top width B = 210 cm, secondary 2 with bottom width b = 95 cm, height h = 120 cm and top width B = 200 and secondary 3 with bottom width b = 120 cm, height h = 90 cm and top width B = 200 cm. Primary channel planning calculation where the planned Q value of 59.76 m3/s is greater than Q max 58.03 m3/s, secondary channel 1 where the planned Q value is 20.40 m3/s greater than Q max 19.47 m3/s , secondary channel 2 Q plans 11.69 m3/s greater than Q max 10.37 m3/s, and secondary channel 3 Q plans 10.45 m3/s greater than Q max 9.87 m3/s. Abstract

Abstract: Pembangung infrastruktur jalan raya mempunyai peran penting sebagai pendukung kegiatan sosial dan ekonomi dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Akan tetapi, masih terdapat infrastuktur jalan raya yang kurang memadai di beberapa wilayah di indonesia, salah satunya pada ruas Jalan Solok Bio-Bio, Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tebal perkerasan lentur pada ruas Jalan Solok Bio-Bio, Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota. Evaluasi penelitian menggunakan Metode Analisa Komponen dan Metode AASHTO 1993. Dari hasil evaluasi metode analisa ko,ponen diperoleh lapisan permukaan menggunakan Laston MS 744 kg dengan tebal 5 cm, lapisan pondasi atas menggunakan batu pecah kelas A dengan tebal 10 cm dan lapisan pondasi bawah menggunakan Sirtu kelas B dengan tebal 20 cm. Sedangkan dari hasil evaliasi metode AASHTO diperoleh lapisan permukaan menggunakan beton aspal dengan tebal 3 cm, lapisan pondasi atas menggunakan lapis pondasi granular dengan tebal 5 cm dan lapisan pondasi bawah menggunakan lapis pondasi bawah granular dengan tebal 32 cm. Kata Kunci : Analisa Komponen, AASHTO, perkerasan lentur

Abstract

On a micro basis, there are several efforts to minimize the problem of traffic movement, especially on the safety and comfort on the road, which can be done by installing a median to separate the traffic flow in opposite directions. In planning the median, it is necessary to prepare a median opening that allows the vehicle to change the direction of travel in the form of a reversal movement or termed a U-Turn movement. One of the effects when doing a U-Turn is the speed of the vehicle where the vehicle will slow down and stop. This slowdown will affect traffic flow in the same direction, this circular movement will cause high traffic volume, lower vehicle speed, and higher density on the road. The author took the research location on roads in the West Payakumbuh District, Payakumbuh City, West Sumatra Province which dotted on the Soekarno-Hatta road section, Parit Rantang Payakumbuh City.The purpose of this study is to determine the performance of the road segment and the level of road service equipped with U-Turn facilities, analyze the average travel time of vehicles performing U-Turn, vehicle speed when performing U-Turn and queue lengths for U-Turn activities. To achieve this goal, the 2014 PKJI method was used. From the results of this study, it was found that the average travel time of the largest vehicle when making a u-turn was 12.68 seconds with a vehicle speed of 1.25 km/hour, with a queue when doing a u-turn of 50 meters. Abstract

Dangung-dangung market is located on Jalan Tan Malaka, Limapuluh Kota Regency, which has a heavy traffic volume coupled with high side obstacles due to parking on the road and traders on the shoulder of the road. The aim of this research is to provide alternative suggestions for improving the performance of sections on the Tan Malaka road. From the results of the performance analysis for the performance of road sections in existing conditions, namely, the degree of saturation in existing conditions, precisely on market days, is 0.84 with a service level of "D", for the average market speed, namely 21.45 km/hour with a service level ”E”. There was an increase in the performance of the section on Jalan Tan Malaka after alternative proposals were made by moving on-street parking to off-street, providing pedestrian facilities, structuring traders and installing road equipment and infrastructure facilities along Jalan Tan Malaka. This can be seen from the road capacity which increased from 1342 pcu/hour to 2470 pcu/hour, experienced an increase in speed from 21.45 km/h to 39 km/h, decreased the degree of saturation from 0.84 to 0.46.Keywords: Side Obstacles, Degree of Saturation, Speed, Traffic Volume, Market.

Abstract

During project implementation, several obstacles occurred, one of which was work delays. Delays in construction projects can be interpreted as failure to meet the completion time for construction work as stated in the contract. This research aims to determine the use of the concept of the Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) method and to determine the control and causes of delays on projects. The results of the research show that the work that experienced delays in the UIN Sjech M. Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi Lecture Building (SBSN) construction project was work in weeks 2, 11, 12, 13, and 21. This was also influenced by several things such as weather factors. , lack of workers, lack of experts, ordering materials that are difficult to obtain, delays in architectural work, and inefficient division of labor. The conclusion of this research is to pay attention to delay factors in construction implementation to anticipate possible delays.Keywords: Delay; Project; Fault Tree Analysis; Controlling.

Abstract

Abstract: The legal counseling on material guarantees at the Serpong District Office, South Tangerang aims to provide understanding, information and legal knowledge about how people can guarantee their movable and immovable objects at bank and non-bank financing institutions in the form of general and special guarantees (mortgage, pawn, fiduciary, Dependents, Warehouse Receipts and Individual Guarantees or Bortoght). This Community Service (PKM) uses an implementation method in the form of outreach activities and discussions with the village head and sub-district head. This PKM activity provides benefits to the village head and sub-district head which will later be shared with the surrounding community by increasing understanding of guarantee law at the Serpong District Office, South Tangerang. Through discussion activities between the service team and the village head and sub-district head, it was discovered that many did not understand material guarantees. Therefore, it is necessary to provide knowledge and supporting knowledge to provide knowledge to the public about the rules that apply to each material guarantee.Keywords: Guarantee, Materials, Tangerang-South

Abstract

PJU-TS(Solar Powered Lighting) is public street lighting where the electrical power for the lights is supplied by an independent system obtained from solar energy. This design aims to describe the PJU-TS design based on solar power and LEDs, with the durability of solar panel and LED modules without being connected to the electric power network and the lighting specifications used in the PJU-TS design at the location of Jalan Binuang, Ngarai Sianok,Agam Regency, West Sumatra using a centralized system where the PLTS is positioned at one point while the lighting is combined or united on one pole. The following is the design of the PJU-TS road so that it works and carries out its functions well and as expected and the installation steps are based on procedures and the sun is the only source of energy for the PJU  TS.Keywords:Centralized System PJU-TS Planning for Binuang Road, Ngarai Sianok,Agam Regency, West Sumatra.
