Abstract

Abstract. MSME Cita Rasa is one of the companies engaged in the food industry, many snack food companies currently cause a very high level of competition in the industry. MSMEs Taste experienced several problems, including the level of sales caused by external and internal factors, such as marketing that was not yet widespread, lack of innovation in product development and lack of use of technology. The purpose of this research is to obtain the right alternative marketing strategy, with the company's marketing strategy being more focused in achieving company goals and being able to increase sales. Determining the marketing strategy is carried out using SWOT analysis and the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix method by evaluating alternative options, determining attractiveness and deciding the best strategy choice. So that a strategy is obtained based on the IE matrix and developed more deeply using the SWOT matrix and using the latest QSPM method so that an alternative method can be obtained that can be implemented by the company. So getting an alternative strategy based on the QSPM method based on research results provides fifteen alternative strategies with the five highest strategic priorities, namely, participating in culinary festivals and workshops, creating more varied products, expanding marketing areas, maximizing promotional and sales activities through social media, and has a halal label. Abstrak. UMKM Cita Rasa merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang industri makanan, banyaknya perusahaan makanan ringan saat ini menyebabkan tingkat persaingan yang sangat tinggi dalam industri tersebut. UMKM Cita Rasa mengalami beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi diantaranya yaitu tingkat penjualan menurun yang disebabkan oleh faktor eksternal dan faktor internal, seperti pemasaran yang belum meluas, tidak adanya inovasi dalam melakukan pengembangan produk dan kurang memanfaatkan teknologi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan alternatif strategi pemasaran yang tepat, dengan adanya strategi pemasaran perusahaan menjadi lebih terarah dalam mencapai tujuan perusahaan dan mampu meningkatkan penjualan. Adapun penentuan strategi pemasaran dilakukan menggunakan analisis SWOT dan metode Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix dengan melakukan evaluasi pilihan alternatif, menetapkan daya tarik dan memutuskan pilihan strategi terbaik. Sehingga didapatkan strategi berdasarkan matriks IE lalu dirumuskan lebih mendalam menggunakan matriks SWOT dan tahapan terakhir menggunakan metode QSPM sehingga didapatkan alternatif strategi yang dapat diimplementasikan oleh perusahaan.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa posisi perusahaan berdasarkan matriks SWOT berada pada kuadran IV yaitu defensive dimana posisi tersebut sangat tidak menguntungkan bagi perusahaan. Sehingga didapatkan alternatif strategi berdasarkan metode QSPM berdasarkan hasil penelitian memberikan lima belas alternatif strategi dengan lima prioritas strategi tertinggi yaitu, ikut serta dalam festival dan workshop kuliner nusantaran, menciptakan produk yang lebih variatif, memperluas daerah pemasaran, memaksimalkan kegiatan promosi dan penjualan melalui media sosial, dan memiliki label halal.

Abstract

Abstract. Technological advances in the current era of globalization, require companies to innovate and improve the quality and quantity of their products in order to achieve customer satisfaction and profits. In order to achieve these goals, companies need to pay attention to the values and aspects of the environment and work attitude. CV. New Bandung Mulia Konveksi is a company that produces clothing in the form of t-shirts, shirts and jackets, the nature of the company's production is make to order. The company is currently experiencing a decline in sales of shirts, t-shirts and jackets. Decreased sales due to damaged and defective products, caused by worker errors. The operator's activities and work facilities are not ergonomic, making the operator easily tired and often complains of pain. As a result of fatigue and pain at work, it can reduce work performance, decrease physical strength/endurance and decrease concentration, resulting in errors in work that have an impact on the quality and quantity of the finished product. the Baseline Risk Identification of Ergonomic Factor (BRIEF) Survey method to determine the level of work risk, and anthropometry to design work facilities required by the packaging station operator and quality control. The design of the packaging and quality control work station table facility by making the main table for checking and folding clothes and baskets in front of the folding table, added to both sides of the reject clothes basket storage area and after the process of folding clothes, to make it easier when storing and taking clothes for checking after folded and put in plastic. Then the addition of chair work facilities that are made comfortable by adding backrests and sitting mats equipped with soft foam and seat heights that can be adjusted according to user comfort Abstrak. Kemajuan teknologi pada era globalisasi sekarang, menuntut perusahaan harus melakukan inovasi serta perbaikan kualitas dan kuantitas pada produknya guna mencapai kepuasan pelanggan serta keuntungan. Agar tercapainya tujuan tersebut, perusahaan perlu memperhatikan nilai-nilai dan aspek pada lingkungan serta sikap kerja. CV. New Bandung Mulia Konveksi adalah perusahaan yang memproduksi pakaian berupa kaos, kemeja dan jaket, sifat produksi perusahaan adaIah make to order. Perusahaan saat ini menggalami penurunan penjualan pada jenis pakaian kemeja, kaos dan jaket. Penurunan penjualan karena produk rusak dan cacat, yang disebabkan oleh kesalahan-kesalahan pekerja. Aktivitas dan fasilitas kerja operator yang tidak ergonomis, membuat operator mudah lelah dan sering mengeluhkan rasa sakit/nyeri. Akibat dari kelelahan dan rasa sakit dalam bekerja ini, dapat menurunkan performa kerja, berkurangnya kekuatan/ketahan fisik dan menurunnya konsentrasi, sehingga terjadi kesalaan-kesalaha dalam bekerja yang berdampak pada kualitas dan kuantitas produk jadi. metode Baseline Risk Identification of Ergonomic Factor (BRIEF) Survey untuk mengetahui tingkat resiko kerja, serta antropometri untuk merancang fasilitas kerja yang dibutuhkan oleh operator stasiun packaging dan quality control. Perancangan fasilitas meja stasiun kerja packaging dan quality control dengan membuat meja utama untuk pengecekan dan melipat baju dan keranjang didepan meja lipatan, ditambahkan di kedua sisi kanan kiri tempat penyimpanan keranjang baju reject dan sesudah proses melipat pakaian, agar lebih memudahkan pada saat menyimpan dan mengambil baju untuk pengecekan sesudah dilipat dan dimasukan dalam plastik. Kemudian penambahan fasilitas kerja kursi yang dibuat nyaman dengan menambahkan sandaran dan alas duduk yang dilengkapi busa empuk dan ketinggian kursi yang dapat diatur sesuai kenyamanan pengguna

Abstract

Abstract. CV. Duta Media is a printing company that produces brochures, food boxes, banners, banners, and others. The high consumer demand for the products in the printing sector made the company having a large number of requests. There are often delays in fulfill consumer demand, this is because the machine capacity of the company is smaller than the required capacity. Thus, the Theory of Constraint (TOC) is applied to overcome the problem of delays that occur in the company. The steps in TOC are constraint identification, constraint exploitation, non-constraint subordination, and constraint elevation. Based on the results of the calculation at the initial stage, namely the identification of constraints, there are work stations that experience a constraint of 108.87% at the print work station. Furthermore, in the constraint exploitation stage using linear programming, it is the stage where the work stations that become constraints can be managed and utilized properly in order to maintain optimal performance in order to produce 100% utility. The non-constraint subordination stage is performed on work stations that are not constraints in order to balance work stations that are experiencing constraints. The last stage, namely constraint elevation, which is an effort to increase the capacity of bottleneck workstations in order to meet product demands on time. After completing the calculations on the stages of TOC, it was found that that to fulfill consumer demand, the company needed to increase the working hour (overtime) of 1,022.06 minutes. Abstrak. CV. Duta Media merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang percetakan yang memproduksi brosur, box makanan, banner, spanduk, dan lain-lain. Kebutuhan konsumen yang tinggi akan permintaan pada produk-produk yang dihasilkan, mengakibatkan perusahaan memiliki jumlah permintaan yang besar. Kondisi ini menyebabkan keterlambatan dalam memenuhi permintaan konsumen, hal ini dikarenakan kapasitas mesin yang dimiliki perusahaan lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan kapasitas yang dibutuhkan. Theory of Constraint (TOC) merupakan salah satu pendekatan yang dapat diterapkan untuk mengatasi permasalahan keterlambatan yang terjadi pada perusahaan. Adapun tahapan pada TOC yaitu identifikasi constrainti, eksploitasi constraint, subordinasi non-constraint, dan elevasi constraint. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan pada tahap awal yaitu identifikasi constraint, terdapat stasiun kerja yang mengalami constraint sebesar 108,87% pada stasiun kerja cetak. Selanjutnya pada tahap eksploitasi constraint menggunakan linier programming, merupakan tahap dimana stasiun kerja yang menjadi constraints dapat dikelola dan dimanfaatkan dengan baik agar dapat mempertahankan performansi yang optimal agar menghasilkan utilitas 100%. Tahap subordinasi non-constraint yang dilakukan pada stasiun kerja yang bukan constraints guna menyeimbangi stasiun kerja yang mengalami constraints. Tahap terakhir yaitu elevasi constraint merupakan upaya dalam membuat kapasitas pada stasiun kerja bottleneck meningkat agar dapat memenuhi permintaan produk tepat waktu. Setelah selesai dilakukan perhitungan pada tahapan TOC, didapatkan hasil bahwa untuk memenuhi permintaan konsumen perusahaan perlu menambahakan waktu jam kerja (overtime) sebesar 1.022,06 menit.

Abstract

Abstract. PT. Pindad, Kendaraan Khusus Division is a company-owned business in the manufacture of the Anoa 6x6 motor vehicle. The company has a strategy response market “make to order” so that if there is a delay in fulfilling the demand, the company will get a penalty cost. In 2019, there was a delay in delivery which caused the company to get a penalty cost and reduce profits. The thing that affects the delay is the production flow of the ramp door, which is one of the components that make the Anoa 6x6, not yet due to the ability of each machine to produce products. Based on this phenomenon, the problems in this study are: (1) What causes the workstation to become jammed? (2) What is being done to eliminate bottlenecks that occur in the ramp door production flow. The application used is Theory of Constraint (TOC) which consists of 4 stages, namely knowing the constraints using the Current Reality Diagram (CRT), exploiting constraints using Linear Programming, subordination of constraints using Drum-Buffer-Rope and scheduling Campbell-Dudek-Smith (CDS), and provide improvement proposals at the last stage, namely the elevation constraint. After processing and repairing, it was found a decrease in machine utility from 168.72% to 84.36% with the previous profit of Rp 189,669,000,000 to Rp 336,000,000,000. The results of this study are: The special vehicle division needs to add work shifts at the Welding & Mig Workstation so that production capacity can meet customer demands and schedule component work to get the shortest time in producing ramp door components. Abstrak. PT. Pindad divisi kendaraan khusus merupakan usaha milik perusahaan dalam pembuatan kendaraan bermotor Anoa 6x6. Perusahaan memiliki respon pasar make to order sehingga jika terjadi keterlambatan dalam memenuhi permintaan akan mendapatkan penalty cost. Tahun 2019, terjadi keterlembatan pengiriman yang menyebabkan perusahaan mendapatkan penalty cost dan mengurangi keuntungan. Hal yang mempengaruhi keterlambatan adalah aliran produksi rampdoor yang merupakan salah satu komponen penyusun Anoa 6x6 belum seimbang dikarenakan kemampuan setiap mesin dalam menghasilkan produk berbeda, sehingga menimbulkan stasiun kerja bottleneck. Berdasarkan fenomena tersebut maka permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu: (1) Apa yang menyebabkan stasiun kerja menjadi bottleneck? (2) Apa yang dilakukan untuk menghilangkan bottleneck yang terjadi pada aliran produksi rampdoor. Penerapan yang digunakan yaitu Theory of Constraint (TOC) yang terdiri dari 4 tahapan yaitu identifikasi constraint menggunakan Current Reality Diagram (CRT), eksploitasi constraint menggunakan Linear Programming, subordinasi constraint menggunakan Drum-Buffer-Rope serta penjadwalan Campbell-Dudek-Smith (CDS), dan memberikan usulan perbaikan pada tahapan terakhir yaitu elevasi constraint. Setelah dilakukannya pengolahan dan melakukan perbaikan didapatkan penurunan beban mesin untuk SK Pengelasan & Mig dari 168,72% menjadi 84,36% hal ini menyebabkan beban kerja yang sebelumnya berlebih menjadi berkurang. Keuntungan yang diperoleh sebelumnya Rp 189.669.000.000 menjadi Rp 336.000.000.000 dikarenakan permintaan yang dapat terpenuhi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: Divisi kendaraan khusus perlu menambahkan shift kerja pada Stasiun Kerja Pengelasan & Mig agar kapasitas produksi dapat memenuhi permintaan pelanggan dan menjadwalkan job komponen agar mendapatkan waktu tependek dalam menghasilkan komponen rampdoor.

Abstract

Abstract. PT. X is a company that produces electrical components for motorized vehicles, one of its products is the wiring harness for Astra Honda Motor (AHM). AHM's current wiring harness production line often experiences temporary production stoppages during operating hours due to a build-up of work in process (WIP) at one of the assembly work stations. The company sets a limit for the accumulation of WIP, which is 18 pieces. The accumulation of WIP that exceeds 18 pieces requires that work stations experiencing WIP accumulation must turn on andon/signal so that all previous work stations temporarily stop their production process. This is done to resolve the accumulation of WIP at work stations that have accumulated WIP. As a result, companies have to do overtime to make up for lost time during a temporary stop in the production process, thereby increasing production costs. This research was conducted to reduce the buildup of WIP by using the Line Balancing approach which is used as a workload balancing tool. In addition, this study also uses the implementation of the Kanban System so that the accumulation of work in process can be controlled. The results of this study did not change the number of work stations, but there were adjustments to the workload at several work stations. This resulted in an increase in Track Efficiency of 1.2% from 89.5% to 90.7% and a decrease in Smoothness Index of 6.46 where the original value was 30.31 to 23.85. Next is the proposed Kanban System design which changes the production flow from a push system to a pull system and can control the accumulation of WIP from 19 pieces to 17 pieces or a decrease in WIP accumulation by 10.5%. Abstrak. PT. X adalah perusahaan yang memproduksi komponen kelistrikan kendaraan bermotor, salah satu produknya yaitu wiring harness untuk Astra Honda Motor (AHM). Lini produksi wiring harness AHM saat ini masih sering mengalami pemberhentian proses produksi sementara pada saat jam operasional karena adanya penumpukan work in process (WIP) pada salah satu stasiun kerja perakitan. Perusahaan menetapkan batas penumpukan WIP yaitu 18 pieces. Penumpukan WIP yang melebihi 18 pieces mengharuskan stasiun kerja yang mengalami penumpukan WIP harus menyalakan andon/sinyal agar seluruh stasiun kerja sebelumnya memberhentikan proses produksinya untuk sementara. Hal tersebut dilakukan untuk menyelesaikan penumpukan WIP di stasiun kerja yang mengalami penumpukan WIP. Dampaknya, perusahaan harus melakukan overtime untuk mengganti waktu yang hilang selama pemberhentian proses produksi sementara sehingga akan menambah biaya produksi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengurangi penumpukan WIP dengan menggunakan pendekatan Line Balancing yang digunakan sebagai alat penyeimbangan beban kerja. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menggunakan penerapan Sistem Kanban agar penumpukan work in process dapat dikendalikan. Hasil dari penelitian ini tidak merubah jumlah stasiun kerja akan tetapi ada penyesuaian pembebanan kerja di beberapa stasiun kerja. Hal ini menyebabkan kenaikan pada Efisiensi Lintasan sebesar 1,2% yang semula 89,5% menjadi 90,7% dan penurunan pada Indeks Kehalusan (Smoothness Index) sebesar 6,46 dimana nilai semulanya adalah 30,31 menjadi 23,85. Selanjutnya adalah usulan perancangan Sistem Kanban yang mengubah aliran produksi dari push system (sistem dorong) menjadi pull system (sistem tarik) dan dapat mengendalikan penumpukan WIP dari 19 pieces menjadi 17 pieces atau terjadi penurunan penumpukan WIP sebesar 10,5%.

Abstract

Abstract. Measurement of employee performance at PT Matoa Indonesia which is engaged in manufacturing has only been done traditionally, which is only looking at aspects, namely only from the aspect of employee competence, it has not been carried out comprehensively, this has become a problem for the company. As a result, the condition of the company decreased in optimizing performance, such as the level of delay in employee delays in work, the rate of turnover increased, and the level of product complaints from consumers. The Human Resource Scorecard is a HR performance measurement system that links people, strategies and company performance to form a competitive and superior company. The stages of this research are the first to identify KPIs based on the company's business strategy, the second is to design an objective strategy to define the value creation process or the organization's strategy to determine the steps for implementing the strategy. The third is weighting the KP using paired pairs, the weighting stage is carried out with the choice of software experts 11. Fourth, the scoring system is carried out with the method of higher is better, lower is better. The five results of the scoring system carried out are categorized as Traffic Light System. The results of the study were 19 KPIs divided into 5 financial KPIs, 4 customer KPIs, 6 Internal bussiners process KPIs, and 4 Learning & Growth KPIs. The results of the company's overall performance in calculating the weight score for each perspective is 66.11%, which means that the overall score indicates that the score needs to be improved. The measurement results of 19 KPIs are 4 KPIs in the red category, 8 KPIs in the yellow category and 7 KPIs in the green category. Factors that cause problems are the number of complaints received, the level of employee turnover, evaluation of employee performance, and the amount of employee skills training. Abstrak. Pengukuran kinerja karyawan di PT Matoa Indonesia yang bergerak pada bidang manufaktur baru dilakukan secara tradisional, yaitu hanya melihat aspek yaitu hanya dilihat dari aspek kompetensi karyawan saja belum dilakukan secara komperhensif, hal tersebut menjadi sebuah permasalahan bagi perusahaan. Akibatnya kondisi perusahaan mengalami penurunan optimalisasi kinerja, seperti tingginya tingkat keterlambatan karyawan dalam bekerja, tingkat turn over mengalami peningkatan, dan tingkat komplain produk dari konsumen. Human Resource Scorecard merupakan sistem pengukuran kinerja SDM yang mengkaitkan orang, strategi serta kinerja perusahaan guna membentuk perusahaan yang berdaya saing dan unggul. Tahapan penelitian ini yaitu pertama mengidentifikasi KPI berdasarkan strategis bisnis perusahaan, kedua yaitu merancang strategi objektif untuk mendefinisikan proses penciptaan nilai atau kejelasan strategi organisasi menetapkan langkah langkah untuk pelaksanaan strategi. Ketiga yaitu melakukan pembobotan KP menggunakan perbandingan berpasangan, tahapan pembobotan dilakukan dengan menggunakan software expert choice 11. Keempat dilakukan scoring system dengan metode higher is better, lower is better. Kelima hasil scoring system yang diperoleh dilakukan pengkatagorian Traffic Light System. Hasil penelitian sebanyak 19 KPI terbagi kedalam 5 KPI financial, 4 KPI customer, 6 KPI Internal bussiners process, dan 4 KPI Learning & Growth. Hasil kinerja karyawan perusahaan secara keseluruhan pada perhitungan skor bobot pada setiap presektif yaitu 66,11% yang berarti secara keseluruhan menandakan skor tersebut perlu ditingkatkan. Hasil pengukuran 19 KPI sebanyak 4 KPI masuk kedalam katagori warna merah, 8 KPI masuk katagori warna kuning dan 7 KPI dengan katagori warna hijau. Faktor yang menyebabkan permasalahan yaitu jumlah komplain yang diterima,tingkat turn over karyawan, evaluasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta jumlah pelatihan skill karyawan.

Abstract

Abstract. In order to fulfill the consumer's right to choose goods and/or services and to obtain these goods and/or services in accordance with the exchange rate and the promised conditions and guarantees, the company must always maintain the quality of the products produced. Therefore, quality control in the company is very necessary. CV Jaya Abadi is one of the producers of concrete roster which in its development is experiencing problems with the level of damage to the concrete roster which is four times higher than other products produced. Therefore, this research was conducted with the aim of knowing the cause of the damage, finding strategies, repair tasks, possibilities, and planning for suggestions for improvement in the context of quality control. The method used is the new seven tools approach and the 5S principle. The variables discussed are quality control with output targets in the form of identification of the causes and root causes of damage, strategies to minimize damage, identification of responsible parts, identification of suitability of things that should be done and actually occur, determine the series and duration of activities, problem solving by knowing what efforts can be made. Carried out and not by considering the results of the 5S checklist audit to find out the current condition of the company. From the analysis of each variable obtained through interviews and observations using the new seven tools, it was found that there were four variables causing damage to the concrete roster, namely printing equipment, materials, humans and methods with the root cause being no control at each stage of the work. On the other hand, a work culture that is still far from the standard 5S principles with values ​​that fall into the bad category will be able to affect the production process. It can be concluded that there are two interrelated things that cause product damage problems at CV Jaya Abadi, namely technical problems in the production process and an unsupportive work culture.Therefore, suggestions for improvement that can be given are by making procedures, providing a location for each item, socializing the 5S program, making an evaluation schedule, making an inventory list, making an equipment maintenance schedule, evaluating the process, making a list of responsible persons, creating a reward system, and installing CCTV for monitoring and conducting product quality tests to check compliance with applicable standards. So CV Jaya Abadi needs to start socializing and implementing the 5S program as well as making improvements to the technical production process to be able to improve production quality so that quality control in the company runs well. Abstrak. Guna memenuhi hak konsumen untuk memilih barang dan/atau jasa serta mendapatkan barang dan/atau jasa tersebut sesuai dengan nilai tukar dan kondisi serta jaminan yang dijanjikan, maka perusahaan harus selalu menjaga agar produk yang dihasilkan berkualitas. Oleh karena itu pengendalian kualitas di perusahaan sangat diperlukan. CV Jaya Abadi merupakan salah satu produsen roster beton yang dalam perkembangannya mengalami kendala adanya tingkat kerusakan roster beton yang empat kali lebih tinggi dibandingkan produk lain yang diproduksi. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui penyebab kerusakan, menemukan strategi, tugas perbaikan, kemungkinan, serta perencanaan untuk dapat diberikan usulan perbaikannya dalam rangka pengendalian kualitas. Metode yang digunakan menggunakan pendekatan new seven tools dan prinsip 5S. Variabel yang dibahas berupa pengendalian kualitas dengan target keluaran berupa identifikasi penyebab dan akar penyebab kerusakan, strategi meminimalisasi kerusakan, identifikasi bagian yang bertanggung jawab, identifikasi kesesuaian hal yang seharusnya dilakukan dan sebenarnya terjadi, menentukan rangkaian dan durasi kegiatan, pemecahan masalah dengan mengetahui upaya yang dapat dilakukan dan tidak dengan mempertimbangkan hasil audit checklist 5S untuk mengetahui kondisi terkini perusahaan. Dari analisis pada setiap variabel yang diperoleh melalui wawancara dan observasi menggunakan new seven tools ditemukan terdapat empat variabel penyebab kerusakan roster beton yaitu alat cetak, material, manusia dan metode dengan akar penyebabnya adalah tidak ada kontrol pada tiap tahapan pekerjaan. Di sisi lain budaya kerja yang masih jauh dari standar prinsip 5S dengan nilai yang masuk dalam kategori buruk akan dapat berpengaruh terhadap proses produksi. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat dua hal saling terkait yang menyebabkan terjadinya masalah kerusakan produk di CV Jaya Abadi yaitu masalah teknis pada proses produksi dan budaya kerja yang kurang mendukung. Oleh karenanya usulan perbaikan yang dapat diberikan yaitu dengan membuat prosedur, menyediakan lokasi untuk setiap item, sosialisasi program 5S, membuat jadwal evaluasi, membuat daftar inventaris, membuat jadwal perawatan alat, evaluasi proses, membuat daftar penanggung jawab, membuat sistem reward, dan memasang CCTV untuk pengawasan serta melakukan uji kualitas produk untuk mengecek kesesuaiannya dengan standar yang berlaku. Maka dengan demikian CV Jaya Abadi perlu mulai mensosialisasikan dan menerapkan program 5S serta melakukan pembenahan pada teknis proses produksi untuk dapat meningkatkan kualitas produksi sehingga pengendalian kualitas di perusahaan berjalan baik.

Abstract. SMEs maklun screen printing t-shirt services are MSMEs that provide services for the production of screen printing t-shirts. The emergence of changes in current business conditions on the part of MSMEs and problems with the ordering information service system complicate the running of the business and can even make the business not get a good system value, of course there must be improvements to lead to an effective and efficient system. the problem is formulated "What kind of Information System Design is needed with the use of a free platform on the service of ordering information and services at SMEs on screen printing shirts". Researchers use the prototype method because the testing phase is very suitable for the design model of this method. This method has four main stages, the first stage of planning (planning) identification with system requests and feasibility studies. The second stage is analysis (analysis) to analyze business processes and identify system requirements as well as logical modeling of system and user interactions, as well as data modeling. The third (design) doing physical data modeling and physical process models. The fourth stage is (implementation) building a system using multiple platforms. The results of the study explain the concept of business processes in the process, interaction and data are easier to access, systematic exchange of information, connected data storage facilitates data management, reduces direct information exchange activities or information exchange without any data records, consumer trial phase using database Free platforms have also been met, namely caspio, weebly, Zapier, Spreadsheet, Canva, tawk.to and Google data studio dashboards. Abstrak. UMKM jasa maklun kaos sablon merupakan umkm penyedia layanan jasa pembuatan produksi kaos sablon. Munculnya perubahan keadaan bisnis saat ini di pihak umkm dan permasalahan pada sistem pelayanan informasi pemesanan mempersulit berjalannya bisnis bahkan dapat membuat binis tidak mendapatkan nilai sitem yang baik tentunya harus ada perbaikan untuk mengarah ke sistem yang efektif dan efisien. Berdasarkan fenomena tersebut, maka permasalahan yang dirumuskan “Perancangan Sitem Informasi seperti apa yang dibutuhkan dengan pemanfaatan platform gratis pada pelayanan pemesanan jasa maklun di UMKM kaos sablon”. Peneliti menggunakan metode prototype karena tahap pengujian sangat cocok digunakan untuk model perancangan metode ini. Metode ini memiliki empat tahapan utama yaitu Tahap pertama perencanaan (planning) melakukan identifikasi dengan system request dan studi kelayakan. Tahap kedua yaitu analisis (analysis) melakukan analisis terhadap proses bisnis dan identifikasi kebutuhan sistem serta pemodelan logis interaksi sistem dan penggunanya, serta pemodelan data. Tahap ketiga yaitu perancangan (design) melakukan pemodelan data fisik dan model proses fisik. Tahap keempat yaitu (implementation) membangun sistem menggunakan multi platform. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan konsep proses bisnis dalam proses, interaksi dan data lebih dipermudah dalam pengaksesan, pertukan informasi yang sistematis, penyimpanan data yang terhubung mempermudah pengelolaan data, mengurangi aktivitas pertukaran informasi secara langsung atau pertukaran informasi tanpa ada record data, tahap uji coba konsumen menggunakan basis platform gratis juga telah terpenuhi yaitu caspio, weebly, Zapier, Spreadsheet, Canva, tawk.to dan Google data studio sebagai dashboard infografis.

Abstract. As an agricultural product consumed globally, soybeans have long been one of the most important commodities in today's international market. The high population growth in Indonesia makes the supply of soybeans produced by farmers unable to meet public demand. The high demand for soybeans for industrial and household needs does not guarantee that farmers are easy to market. The problem that occurs to tofu tempeh craftsmen in Sumedang Regency is that it is difficult to get soybeans and sufficient information about the quality of soybeans needed. To make it easier to get soybeans and the quality of soybeans, the people of Sumedang Regency formed a forum or organization to help tofu tempe craftsmen to get soybeans. The Indonesian Tofu Tempe Producers Cooperative (KOPTI) is a cooperative that provides raw materials for soybeans around the Sumedang area of West Java. The process of distributing soybeans at KOPTI Sumedang must run well, for that KOPTI implements a supply chain (Supply Chain) in order to know and monitor the performance of the company's supply chain from the upstream process to the company's downstream process. The purpose of this study is to identify the soybean supply chain at KOPTI Sumedang and to determine the flow of goods, financial flows and information flows that occur at KOPTI Sumedang. The results of this study show that the supply chain at KOPTI Sumedang starts from suppliers, producers, retailers and final consumers. Abstrak. Sebagai produk pertanian yang dikonsumsi secara global, kedelai telah lama menjadi salah satu komoditas terpenting di pasar internasional saat ini. Tingginya pertumbuhan penduduk di Indonesia membuat pasokan kedelai yang dihasilkan oleh petani tidak dapat mencukupi permintaan masyarakat. Permintaan kedelai yang tinggi untuk kebutuhan industri maupun rumah tangga tidak menjamin petani mudah dalam pemasaran. Permasalahan yang terjadi para pengrajin tempe tahu yang berada di Kabupaten Sumedang sulit mendapatkan kacang kedelai dan informasi yang cukup mengenai kualitas kedelai yang dibutuhkan. Untuk mempermudah mendapatkan kedelai dan kualitas kedelai masyarakat Kabupaten Sumedang membentuk suatu wadah atau organisasi guna membantu para pengrajin tempe tahu untuk mendapatkan kedelai. Koperasi Produsen Tempe Tahu Indonesia (KOPTI) merupakan koperasi yang menyediakan bahan baku kacang kedelai di sekitar daerah Sumedang Jawa Barat. Proses kegiatan penyaluran kacang kedelai di KOPTI Sumedang harus berjalan dengan baik, untuk itu KOPTI menerapkan rantai pasok (Supply Chain) agar dapat mengetahui dan memantau kinerja rantai pasok perusahaan dari proses hulu hingga proses hilir perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengidentifikasi rantai pasok kacang kedelai di KOPTI Sumedang dan mengetahui aliran barang, aliran keuangan dan aliran informasi yang terjadi di KOPTI Sumedang. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan rantai pasok di KOPTI Sumedang dimulai dari supplier, produsen, distributor, pengecer dan konsumen akhir.

Abstract. CV. Mawa Heejra is a garment company that manufactures muslim apparel and worship items for both men and women. CV. Mawa Heejra is now facing product delivery delays to customers. This is due to a delay in the supply of raw materials from suppliers, which causes a temporary stop in manufacturing activity. The consequence of halted production activities is that the product completion schedule is incompatible with what was promised and agreed upon with customers. Efforts are being undertaken to solve these issues, namely by selecting suppliers based on CV Mawa Heejra's demands and interests. This technique is known as the Technique for Others Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solutions (TOPSIS). The results obtained are the supplier selection factors used by CV. Mawa Heejra in supplier assessment includes price, material quality, timeliness, delivery quantity accuracy, warranty policy, communication system, professional supplier, attitude, and geographical location. Furthermore, this research generates a recommended standard operating procedure for supplier selection so that the raw material procurement process may be carried out in a more structured manner, reducing the risk of production stoppage due to supplier delivery delays. This research also creates a supplier selection tool in Microsoft Excel to support in the execution of the procedures developed. Abstrak. CV. Mawa Heejra adalah perusahaan garmen yang memproduksi pakaian muslim dan perlengkapan ibadah untuk pria dan wanita. Saat ini CV. Mawa Heejra mengalami permasalahan keterlambatan pengiriman produk kepada konsumen. Hal ini disebabkan oleh keterlambatan kedatangan bahan baku dari pemasok yang menyebabkan kegiatan produksi terhenti untuk sementara. Akibat dari kegiatan produksi yang terhenti yaitu jadwal penyelesaian produk yang tidak sesuai dengan apa yang sudah dijanjikan dan disepakati dengan konsumen. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut yaitu dengan melakukan pemilihan pemasok sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan kepentingan CV. Mawa Heejra. Metode yang digunakan adalah Technique for Others Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solutions (TOPSIS). Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu terdapat Sembilan kriteria yang dibutuhkan CV. Mawa Heejra dalam melakukan pemilihan supplier diantaranya harga, kualitas bahan, ketepatan waktu, ketepatan jumlah pengiriman, kebijakan garansi, sistem komunikasi, pemasok yang professional, attitude, dan letak geografis. Selain itu, penelitian ini menghasilkan usulan berupa standar operasional prosedur untuk pemilihan pemasok sehingga proses pengadaan bahan baku dapat dilakukan lebih terstruktur. Pada penelitian ini dibuat rancangan pemilihan pemasok menggunakan Microsoft Excel untuk mempermudah dalam melakukan pemilihan pemasok.
