Abstract

Cibaduyut is a shoe industry center area, located in Bandung city, West Java. This industry is required to be able to improve productivity and quality assurance of footwear produced to be able to compete with other similar companies. Generally, based on observations in previous research, the condition of the craftsmen works with simple equipment in a work environment that does not meet the requirements of an ergonomic working system that meets the requirements of effective, convenient, safe, healthy and efficient. Several improvements have been made to improving facilities, environments and working methods. These improvements still seem less effective and efficient because the work culture is still irregular. Based on the above, it is necessary to improve the work culture with the 5S method in every work station / process thoroughly and systematically so as to form a good working moral movement through the process of education, forming habits, discipline and building mindset of workers who support productivity effective, comfortable, safe, healthy and efficient, so that Cibaduyut shoe will able to compete in the future.

Abstract

Abstract. Environmental aspects and work postures in the company need to be considered in the garment industry. This is because the garment industry still relies heavily on human labor, and the work is generally repetitive and monotonous. CV. X is a company that produces various kinds of clothing ranging from children's clothing to adults. The number of operator errors in grouping at the preparatory work station resulted in the company often not achieving its production targets. Error grouping can be caused by fatigue experienced by the operator due to work postures that are not yet ergonomic. The grouping work process is carried out with a bent sitting posture without a base with the position of the material not being neatly arranged. This posture is not natural so that it can cause musculoskeletal complaints. Complaints were identified using a Nordic Body Map (NBP) questionnaire and a Posture Evaluation Index (PEI) work risk assessment was carried out through the creation of a Virtual Environment Modeling. The results of the questionnaire showed complaints on the neck, wrists, lower back, buttocks, and thighs. The work risk is in the activity of grouping and transferring the results of grouping. The PEI value is obtained in the range of 2.6 – 3.01. This value is categorized as high because it is close to the maximum PEI value of 3.42. The design of the facility is a grouping table using the Anthropometric approach. PEI value after ergonomics facility modeling is obtained in the range of 1-1.6. These results indicate a reduction in the level of risk and increase operator comfort in doing work. Abstrak. Aspek lingkungan serta postur kerja diperusahaan perlu diperhatikan pada industri garmen. Hal tersebut dikarenakan industri garmen masih banyak mengandalkan tenaga manusia, dan umumnya pekerjaan yang dilakukan repetitive dan monoton. CV. X merupakan perusahaan yang memproduksi berbagai macam pakaian dari mulai pakaian anak hingga dewasa. Banyaknya kesalahan operator dalam mengelompokkan pada stasiun kerja persiapan mengakibatkan perusahaan seringkali tidak mencapai target produksinya. Kesalahan pengelompokan dapat disebabkan oleh kelelahan yang dialami operator dikarenakan postur kerja yang belum ergonomis. Proses kerja pengelompokan dilakukan degan postur duduk membungkuk tanpa alas dengan posisi bahan yang belum tertata rapi. Postur tersebut tidak alamiah sehingga dapat menyebabkan keluhan musculoskeletal. Dilakukan identifikasi keluhan menggunakan kuesioner Nordic Body Map (NBP) dan penilaian risiko kerja Posture Evaluation Index (PEI) melalui pembuatan Virtual Environment Modelling. Hasil kuesioner menunjukkan keluhan pada leher, pergelangan tangan, punggung bawah, bokong, dan paha. Risiko kerja terdapat pada aktivitas pengelompokan dan pemindahan hasil pengelompokan. Diperoleh nilai PEI pada rentang 2,6 – 3,01. Nilai tersebut dikategorikan tinggi karena mendekati nilai maksimal PEI yaitu 3,42. Perancangan fasilitas berupa meja pengelompokan menggunakan pendekatan Antropometri. Nilai PEI setelah dilakukan pemodelan fasilitas ergonomis didapatkan pada rentang 1-1,6. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan adanya pengurangan tingkat risiko dan menambah kenyamanan operator dalam melakukan pekerjaan.

Abstract. Technological advances in the current era of globalization, require companies to innovate and improve the quality and quantity of their products in order to achieve customer satisfaction and profits. In order to achieve these goals, companies need to pay attention to the values and aspects of the environment and work attitude. CV. New Bandung Mulia Konveksi is a company that produces clothing in the form of t-shirts, shirts and jackets, the nature of the company's production is make to order. The company is currently experiencing a decline in sales of shirts, t-shirts and jackets. Decreased sales due to damaged and defective products, caused by worker errors. The operator's activities and work facilities are not ergonomic, making the operator easily tired and often complains of pain. As a result of fatigue and pain at work, it can reduce work performance, decrease physical strength/endurance and decrease concentration, resulting in errors in work that have an impact on the quality and quantity of the finished product. the Baseline Risk Identification of Ergonomic Factor (BRIEF) Survey method to determine the level of work risk, and anthropometry to design work facilities required by the packaging station operator and quality control. The design of the packaging and quality control work station table facility by making the main table for checking and folding clothes and baskets in front of the folding table, added to both sides of the reject clothes basket storage area and after the process of folding clothes, to make it easier when storing and taking clothes for checking after folded and put in plastic. Then the addition of chair work facilities that are made comfortable by adding backrests and sitting mats equipped with soft foam and seat heights that can be adjusted according to user comfort Abstrak. Kemajuan teknologi pada era globalisasi sekarang, menuntut perusahaan harus melakukan inovasi serta perbaikan kualitas dan kuantitas pada produknya guna mencapai kepuasan pelanggan serta keuntungan. Agar tercapainya tujuan tersebut, perusahaan perlu memperhatikan nilai-nilai dan aspek pada lingkungan serta sikap kerja. CV. New Bandung Mulia Konveksi adalah perusahaan yang memproduksi pakaian berupa kaos, kemeja dan jaket, sifat produksi perusahaan adaIah make to order. Perusahaan saat ini menggalami penurunan penjualan pada jenis pakaian kemeja, kaos dan jaket. Penurunan penjualan karena produk rusak dan cacat, yang disebabkan oleh kesalahan-kesalahan pekerja. Aktivitas dan fasilitas kerja operator yang tidak ergonomis, membuat operator mudah lelah dan sering mengeluhkan rasa sakit/nyeri. Akibat dari kelelahan dan rasa sakit dalam bekerja ini, dapat menurunkan performa kerja, berkurangnya kekuatan/ketahan fisik dan menurunnya konsentrasi, sehingga terjadi kesalaan-kesalaha dalam bekerja yang berdampak pada kualitas dan kuantitas produk jadi. metode Baseline Risk Identification of Ergonomic Factor (BRIEF) Survey untuk mengetahui tingkat resiko kerja, serta antropometri untuk merancang fasilitas kerja yang dibutuhkan oleh operator stasiun packaging dan quality control. Perancangan fasilitas meja stasiun kerja packaging dan quality control dengan membuat meja utama untuk pengecekan dan melipat baju dan keranjang didepan meja lipatan, ditambahkan di kedua sisi kanan kiri tempat penyimpanan keranjang baju reject dan sesudah proses melipat pakaian, agar lebih memudahkan pada saat menyimpan dan mengambil baju untuk pengecekan sesudah dilipat dan dimasukan dalam plastik. Kemudian penambahan fasilitas kerja kursi yang dibuat nyaman dengan menambahkan sandaran dan alas duduk yang dilengkapi busa empuk dan ketinggian kursi yang dapat diatur sesuai kenyamanan pengguna

Abstract

Abstract. Work facilities are one of the supporting factors of the physical work environment that can affect the performance of a worker as a means of facilitating carrying out an activity. The Laboratory of Work Design Analysis and Ergonomics (Lab.APK&E) at the Islamic University of Bandung organizes several practica on the same schedule. The practical implementation of engineering drawing and ergonomics requires a writing desk and a computer desk at the same time. Space limitations do not allow the laboratory to add tables, so a multifunctional table was designed by Haris Nurakhman in 2018. The results of this design have been used to date, but there are still deficiencies that cause unnatural postures. Unnatural postures can cause discomfort to the wearer. This study aims to identify the level of risk accepted by users of computer desk facilities. The risk level assessment method used is the Rapid Office Strain Assessment (ROSA) method. Based on the results of measuring the risk level of 11 respondents, it shows that the current table is still included in group 3 (overall dangerous). The highest level of risk is obtained from the non-ideal position of the arms and shoulders when using the keyboard and mouse, the position of the monitor that cannot be adjusted, and the seat facilities that are not suitable. A high level of risk can cause disease due to the wrong posture and attitude at work. Therefore, it is necessary to take action to improve work desk facilities in accordance with ergonomic standards and conduct counseling regarding good posture or work attitude. Fasilitas kerja merupakan salah satu faktor pendukung dari lingkungan fisik kerja yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja dari seorang pekerja sebagai sarana memudahkan dalam melakukan suatu aktivitas. Laboratorium Analisis Perancangan Kerja dan Ergonomi (Lab.APK&E) Universitas Islam Bandung menyelenggarakan beberapa praktikum dengan jadwal yang bersamaan. Pelaksanaan praktikum Gambar Teknik dan Ergonomi yang membutuhkan meja tulis dan meja komputer dalam waktu yang bersamaan. Keterbatasan ruangan tidak memungkinkan laboratorium untuk menambah meja, sehingga dilakukan perancangan meja multifungsi oleh Haris Nurakhman pada tahun 2018. Hasil rancangan tersebut sudah digunakan hingga saat ini, akan tetapi masih terdapat kekurangan yang menyebabkan adanya postur yang tidak alamiah. Postur yang tidak alamiah dapat menimbulkan rasa ketidaknyamanan terhadap penggunanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi level risiko yang diterima oleh pengguna fasilitas meja komputer. Metode penilaian level risiko yang digunakan adalah metode Rapid Office Strain Assesment (ROSA). Berdasarkan hasil dari pengukuran level risiko dari 11 responden, menunjukan bahwa meja yang ada saat ini masih termasuk kedalam golongan 3 (berbahaya secara menyeluruh). Tingkat risiko tertinggi didapat dari posisi lengan dan bahu yang tidak ideal ketika menggunakan keyboard dan mouse, posisi monitor yang tidak dapat disesuaikan dan ketidaksesuaian fasilitas kursi yang tersedia. Tingkat resiko yang tinggi dapat menyebabkan penyakit akibat postur dan sikap kerja yang salah. Maka dari itu perlu dilakukan tindakan perbaikan fasilitas meja kerja sesuai dengan standar ergonomi serta melakukan penyuluhan mengenai postur atau sikap kerja yang baik. Abstract. Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) affect tissues throughout the body including the nerves and tendon sheaths, and sometimes involve the arms and back. Repetitive motion and vigorous exertion are risk factors for upper extreme disorders such as heavy lifting, bending and twisting. CV HER-5 Engineering Manufacturing is engaged in the automotive industry, with the products produced namely motor body spare parts. The spare part product currently being worked on by the company is the swing arm. The results of initial observations, obtained information about production costs increasing because there are many defective products. This is because defective products must be reprocessed. The most defects are in the wrong hole size. The hole size is not correct because the position of the component to be processed does not match the position of the drill bit. During the work, there is an unnatural operator working position. This is because the operator sits on a round bench with a diameter of 35 cm, a bench height of 15 cm and a diameter of 27 cm. In addition, operator space is limited because there is no place to store components. Based on the existing problems, this study aims to identify work risks. The Workplace Ergonomics Risk Assessment (WERA) measurement method is used for work risk assessment. The final risk assessment score shows a value between 34 – 42. The final score is in the range of medium or moderate risk levels. This indicates that the work requires further investigation and requires improvement. The work facilities designed are a Drilling Machine table with a table length of 156 cm, width 58 cm, height 116 cm. Muskuloskeletal Disorders (MSDs) berpengaruh terhadap jaringan bagian tubuh termasuk saraf dan selubung tendon, dan terkadang melibatkan lengan maupun punggung. Gerakan berulang dan pengerahan tenaga yang kuat merupakan faktor risiko yang untuk gangguan ekstrim seperti angkat berat, membungkuk, serta memutar. CV HER-5 Engineering Manufacturing bergerak di bidang industri otomotif, dengan produk yang dihasilkan yaitu spare part body motor. Produk spare part yang saat ini sedang dikerjakan oleh perusahaan adalah swing arm. Hasil pengamatan awal, diperoleh informasi mengenai biaya produksi semakin meningkat karena banyak produk cacat. Hal ini dikarenakan produk cacat harus diproses ulang. Cacat terbanyak terdapat pada ukuran lubang tidak tepat. Ukuran lubang tidak tepat dikarenakan posisi komponen yang akan di proses tidak sesuai dengan posisi mata bor. Selama melakukan pekerjaannya, terdapat posisi kerja operator tidak alamiah. Hal ini disebabkan operator duduk di bangku bulat berukuran diameter alas bangku 35 cm, tinggi bangku 15 cm dan diameter alas duduk 27 cm. Selain itu, ruang gerak operator terbatas karena tidak ada tempat penyimpanan komponen. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang ada, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk identifikasi risiko kerja. Metode pengukuran Workplace Ergonomi Risk Assesment (WERA) digunakan untuk penilaian risiko kerja. Skor akhir penilaian risiko menunjukkan nilai antara 34 – 42. Skor akhir tersebut terdapat pada rentang level risiko medium atau sedang. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pekerjaan tersebut memerlukan penyelidikan lebih lanjut dan memerlukan perbaikan. Oleh karena itu, perbaikan yang akan dilakukan dengan merancang fasilitas kerja. Fasilitas kerja yang dirancang yaitu meja Mesin Bor dengan ukuran panjang meja 156 cm, lebar 58 cm, tinggi 116 cm. Abstract

Abstract. Implementation and occupational health (K3) have been under pressure so far. Manufacturing, transportation, construction, industry, energy, mining, agriculture and other industries often suffer from occupational accidents. In Indonesia, in 2020, the manufacturing industry construction has a high proportion of occupational accidents, 63,6%. According to data from the Employment Social Security Administration Agency (BPJS), from 2019 to 2020 there were 114,000 cases to 117,000 work accident cases. CV. BJA is a small industrial that processes metal waste into aluminum ingot products in Banten area. CV. BJA produce in the traditional way, without personal protective equipment and with limited technical capabilities. The production process produces smoke, dust, chemical contamination and hot room temperatures due to the smelting process, and engine noise. This illustrates that the condition of the company has a high potential for hazard if control is’nt carried out. The research aims to determine the potential hazard, the level of risk of harm and efforts to control it using the HIRARC method. Research’s an observational research, interviews and analyzed descriptively. The results showed that 17 hazards were identified which caused 22 hazards, the highest were in the smelting process with 1 low level hazard, 9 medium level hazards, 10 high level hazards and 3 very high level hazards. As for hazard control that needs to do by companies is procuring complete PPE according to working conditions, procuring complete first aid, fire extinguishers, ladders, hand pallets, mini excavators, dust collectors, installing safety signs, and modifying chimneys, ergonomic enclosures for machine components, ash disposal and printing areas. Abstrak. Penerapan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) sampai saat ini terus mengkhawatirkan. Bidang manufaktur, transportasi, konstruksi, industri, energi, pertambangan, pertanian dan industri lainnya sering kali mengalami kecelakaan kerja. Di Indonesia pada tahun 2020, industri manufaktur berkontribusi tinggi dalam kecelakaan kerja bersamaan dengan konstruksi sebesar 63,6%. Menurut data Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Ketenagakerjaan pada tahun 2019 hingga 2020 didapatkan 114.000 kasus hingga 117.000 kasus kecelakan kerja. CV. BJA merupakan industri kecil yang mengolah limbah logam menjadi produk alumunium batangan di provinsi Banten. CV. BJA melakukan peleburan secara tradisional, tanpa alat pelindung diri (APD) dan dengan kemampuan teknis peleburan yang terbatas. Proses produksi menghasilkan asap dan debu pembakaran kayu, kontaminasi unsur kimia dan suhu ruangan panas akibat proses peleburan, serta suara bising mesin. Hal tersebut menggambarkan kondisi perusahaan berpotensi bahaya tinggi apabila tidak dilakukan pengendalian. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi bahaya, tingkat risiko bahaya serta upaya pengendaliannya menggunakan metode HIRARC. Penelitian merupakan penelitian observatif, wawancara dan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa teridentifikasi 17 bahaya yang menyebabkan 22 risiko, bahaya terbanyak terdapat pada proses peleburan dengan 1 bahaya level low, 9 bahaya level medium, 10 bahaya level high dan 3 bahaya level very high. Adapun pengendalian bahaya yang perlu dilakukan perusahaan, yaitu mengadakan APD lengkap sesuai kondisi kerja, pengadaan P3K lengkap, APAR, tangga, hand pallet, mini escavator, dust collector, pemasangan tanda peringatan keselamatan, serta memodifikasi cerobong asap, penutup komponen mesin, serta tempat penampungan limbah abu dan area pencetakan yang ergonomis.

Abstract. CV X is a manufacturing company that produces water heaters, temperature controllers and control panels. Musculoskeletal disorders are disorders of the limbs that cause discomfort. The operator takes measurements on the floor during work. This causes the operator's working position with the back bent, legs folded and neck bent. The research method used is a quantitative method. The level of worker complaints is known by distributing the nordic body map (NBM) questionnaire, while to determine work risk the Ovako working posture analysis system (OWAS) method is used with the help of ergofellow software. The purpose of this study was to identify operator discomfort and work risk measurement at the measurement work station. The results of the questionnaire showed that the total pain assessment obtained at the work station measurement obtained the highest score. Based on the risk assessment using the OWAS method, measurement workers are at risk levels 3 and 4. This risk level indicates that the work posture of measurement workers needs to be corrected immediately because the work being done is too risky. The simulation results after designing work facilities, the results of the risk assessment get a score of 1, which means that the activities carried out by the operator when using the measurement table do not require corrective action. Musculoskeletal disorders merupakan gangguan pada anggota tubuh yang menyebabkan ketidaknyamanan. Operator melakukan pengukuran diatas lantai selama bekerja. Hal ini menyebabkan posisi kerja operator dengan punggung membungkuk, kaki melipat dan leher menekuk. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Tingkat keluhan pekerja diketahui dengan menyebarkan kuesioner nordic body map (NBM), sedangkan untuk menentukan risiko kerja digunakan metode ovako working posture analysis system (OWAS) dengan bantuan software ergofellow. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi ketidaknyamanan operator dan pengukuran risiko kerja di stasiun kerja pengukuran Hasil kuisioner menunjukkan bahwa penilaian nyeri total didapatkan pengukuran stasiun kerja memperoleh nilai tertinggi. Berdasarkan penilaian risiko dengan metode OWAS, pekerja pengukuran berada pada tingkat risiko 3 dan 4. Level risiko ini menunjukan bahwa postur kerja pada pekerja pengukuran perlu dilakukan perbaikan segera karena pekerjaan yang dilakukan terlalu berisiko. Hasil simulasi setelah dilakukan perancangan fasilitas kerja, hasil penilaian risiko mendapatkan skor 1 yang artinya kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh operator pada saat menggunakan tabel pengukuran tidak diperlukan tindakan perbaikan. Abstract

Abstract. CV Tasifa Jaya is a meatball production food company with a total of 15 workers. Delays in the production process cause overtime, and a buildup of work in the packing and finishing process. The accumulation of work occurs because workers often stop to relieve fatigue or soreness. This happens because the work facilities used in the form of storage tanks, chairs measuring 23x15x15 cm, and storage racks require workers to bend and bend down to adjust their working position to the available facilities. Therefore, this study aims to identify complaints and assess the risk of packing and finishing work. The type of research method used uses quantitative methods. The measurement method used is the Loading on The Upper Body Assesment (LUBA) method to assess occupational risks. Occupational risk assessment using the Loading on The Upper Body Assesment (LUBA) method is used based on complaints on the upper limbs in accordance with the LUBA assessment used to assess upper body risk. The work risk assessment of packing and finishing workers occupies action categories 3 and 4, indicating the need for improvement in work movements, work positions, and overall including improvements to the design of work facilities. CV Tasifa Jaya merupakan perusahaan makanan produksi bakso dengan total pekerja 15 orang. Keterlambatan proses produksi menyebabkan overtime, dan penumpukan pekerjaan pada proses packing dan finishing. Penumpukan pekerjaan terjadi karena pekerja sering berhenti untuk melepas lelah atau pegal. Hal ini terjadi karena fasilitas kerja yang digunakan berupa bak penampungan/penyimpanan, kursi berukuran 23x15x15 cm, dan rak penyimpanan mengharuskan pekerja membungkuk dan menunduk untuk menyesuaikan posisi kerja dengan fasilitas yang tersedia. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi keluhan dan menilai risiko dari pekerjaan packing dan finishing. Jenis metode penelitian yang digunakan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Adapun metode pengukuran yang digunakan yaitu metode Loading on The Upper Body Assesment (LUBA) untuk menilai risiko pekerjaan. Penilaian risiko kerja menggunakan metode Loading on The Upper Body Assesment (LUBA) digunakan berdasarkan pada keluhan pada anggota tubuh bagian atas sesuai dengan penilaian LUBA yang digunakan untuk menilai risiko tubuh bagian atas. Penilaian risiko kerja pekerja packing dan finishing menempati kategori tindakan 3 dan 4, menunjukan perlu perbaikan pada gerakan kerja, posisi kerja, maupun keseluruhan termasuk perbaikan desain fasilitas kerja. Abstract

Abstact. Implementation of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) is still not going well. The ILO reports that at least 2.2 million people worldwide die from work-related accidents and diseases. According to data from the Employment Social Security Administration Agency from 2019 to 2020, there were 114 thousand to 117 thousand work accident cases, occupying 5.32% of all work accident cases worldwide. Indonesian manufacturing industry with construction in 2020, is the highest industry experiencing work accidents of 63.6%. BJA is a small industry that processes metal waste into aluminum ingot products in Banten province. Smelting is done traditionally, without personal protective equipment (PPE) and with limited smelting technical capabilities. The production process produces smoke and dust from burning wood, chemical contamination and hot room temperatures due to the smelting process, as well as engine noise. This illustrates that the condition of the company has a high potential for hazard if control is’nt carried out. The research aims to determine the potential hazard, the level of risk of harm and efforts to control it using the HIRARC method. The research used an observational research, with interviews and analyzed descriptively. The results showed that 17 hazards were identified wich caused 22 risks, the highest were in the smelting process with 1 low level hazard, 9 medium level hazards, 10 high level hazards and 3 very high level hazards. As for hazard control that needs to do are procuring complete PPE according to working conditions, complete first aid kits, fire extinguishers, ladders, hand pallets, mini excavators, dust collectors, safety warning signs, modifying chimneys, machine component covers, ash disposal and ergonomic printing area. Abstrak. Penerapan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) sampai saat ini masih belum berjalan dengan baik. ILO melaporkan setidaknya 2,2 juta orang didunia meninggal karena kecelakaan dan penyakit terkait pekerjaan. Menurut data Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Ketenagakerjaan tahun 2019 hingga 2020 didapatkan 114 ribu hingga 117 ribu kasus kecelakan kerja, menempati 5,32% dari seluruh kasus kecelakaan kerja diseluruh dunia. Industri manufaktur Indonesia pada tahun 2020 bersamaan dengan konstruksi menjadi industri tertinggi mengalami kecelakaan kerja sebesar 63,6%. BJA merupakan industri kecil pengelola limbah logam menjadi produk alumunium batangan di provinsi Banten. Peleburan dilakukan secara tradisional, tanpa alat pelindung diri (APD) dan dengan kemampuan teknis peleburan yang terbatas. Proses produksi menghasilkan asap dan debu pembakaran kayu, kontaminasi unsur kimia dan suhu ruangan panas akibat proses peleburan, serta suara bising mesin. Hal tersebut menggambarkan kondisi perusahaan berpotensi bahaya tinggi apabila tidak dilakukan pengendalian. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi bahaya, tingkat risiko bahaya serta upaya pengendaliannya menggunakan metode HIRARC. Penelitian merupakan penelitian observatif, wawancara dan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa teridentifikasi 17 bahaya yang menyebabkan 22 risiko, bahaya terbanyak terdapat pada proses peleburan dengan 1 bahaya level low, 9 bahaya level medium, 10 bahaya level high dan 3 bahaya level very high. Adapun pengendalian bahaya yang perlu dilakukan perusahaan, yaitu mengadakan APD lengkap sesuai kondisi kerja, pengadaan P3K lengkap, APAR, tangga, hand pallet, mini escavator, dust collector, tanda peringatan keselamatan, serta memodifikasi cerobong asap, penutup komponen mesin, tempat penampungan limbah abu dan area pencetakan yang ergonomis.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine learning, student learning experiences and learning activities and online learning outcomes through WhatsApp, This type of research uses qualitative research. data collection with the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that online learning at the PAI Study Program, Muhammadiyah University of Palembang uses the WA application, Google meeting, zoom, and google classroom. lecturer in PAI Study Program Achievement of student attendance in online learning from 100 percent, 90 percent, even 80 percent. active in learning. Learning outcomes are said to be good by showing that students know, understand, like, and are satisfied during the learning process.
