Abstract

Information and communication technology that has become increasingly sophisticated makes information spread quickly without the boundaries of space and time. This is very dangerous for teenagers who are still confused about what they can and cannot do. The type of research design used is descriptive qualitative. The research subjects were 23 people, consisting of 21 students/I SMA Negeri 1 Jambi City, 1 teacher counseling guidance and 1 vice principal in the field of public relations. Data were obtained by means of Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and In-Depth Interview. Students' perception of sex education is to explain problems related to how to interact with the opposite sex, reproductive organs, intimate relationships, and juvenile delinquency. Perceptions related to the threat of not getting sex education are that they can fall into promiscuity and free sex, get pregnant out of wedlock and can get reproductive diseases. Students' perceptions regarding the benefits of getting sex education are being able to distinguish between good and bad, and being able to avoid promiscuity. Schools provide support in efforts to prevent free sex for their students by way of socialization related to sex education by counseling guidance teachers assisted by other relevant agencies and institutions. The informant's perception of the perceived barriers in obtaining sex education is that many consider sex a taboo subject and a negative thing. The activity of providing sex education at SMA Negeri 1 Jambi City is expected to be able to apply sex education as one of the materials taught to students at school. Although activities were hampered due to the pandemic, it is hoped that the school will continue to provide sex education materials in the form of online meetings or socialization from various media.

The results of the study: There is an influence of baby massage and baby spa interventions on the growth and motor development of infants aged 3-6 months with p-Value = 0.000 (<0.05). The Mann Whitney test results obtained a p-value of 0.000 (p-value <0.05 at α = 5%), so that it can be concluded that there are differences in the growth and motor development of infants aged 3 to 6 months between the control group and the intervention group (who get baby massage and baby spa). Conclusions and suggestions : It is hoped that baby massage and baby spa can optimize baby growth and development. Abstract

Childbirth is a series of processes that end with the expulsion of the products of conception by the mother. The World Health Organization (WHO) estimates that there are more than 585,000 maternal deaths caused by complications of pregnancy and childbirth worldwide every year. Of the many who go through labor, not all of them experience tearing of the birth canal or perineal rupture. 1 in 4 women who experience perineum intact during labor. Due to the birth process, the perineum is widened by 170% from the transverse position (side to side) and 40-6-% in the vertical position (front to back) during the crowing process, so that there is a greater risk of perineal rupture. In Indonesia, out of a total of 1951 vaginal births, 1465 or 75% experienced perineal rupture, 158 or 8% received perineal sutures due to episiotomy and 566 or 29% experienced spontaneous tears. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the technique of straining in childbirth and the incidence of perineal rupture at the Kapasa Health Center The research method used was an analytic survey, using the Cross Sectional Study approach, which is a form of observational (non-experimental) study to find the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable by taking momentary measurements in the research conducted by analyzing the relationship between knowledge of Maternity Straining Techniques and Events Perineal Rupture at the Kapasa Health Center. The results showed that the level of knowledge was not good with the incidence of perineal rupture as many as 11 respondents (52.3%) and knowledge.

Abstract

Background:Breast Milk is a perfect nutrient intended for babies with complete ingredients for baby intake and has antibodies against disease prevention. Even though breastfeeding has many benefits, it turns out that the achievements of exclusive breastfeeding are still lacking. Failure to give exclusive breastfeeding is influenced by many factors, one of which is knowledge. The knowledge possessed by the mother will greatly influence the success and failure of exclusive breastfeeding. Many mothers do not know that one day the baby will experience a phase of accelerated growth from normal conditions which is called a growth spurt. At this time a mother will be worried and think that her breast milk is lacking, so she finally gives formula milk or early solids so that her baby is calm. Writing purpose:The effect of the level of knowledge of a mother who has a baby aged 6-11 months regarding growth spurt on the provision of early complementary food (MPASI) at the Warunggunung Health Center, Lebak Regency, is known in 2022. Research methods:Research method analytic observational case control design. The study sample consisted of 74 mothers with babies aged 6-11 months who were divided into a case group (mothers with babies who were given early solids) and a control group (mothers with babies who were not given early solids) with a ratio of 1:1. Sampling technique with purposive sampling. The instrument used is a questionnaire. Bivariate analysis via Chi-Square test. Research result:In the case group (babies who were given early solids) the majority or as many as 87.5% of mothers had a low level of knowledge, while in the control group (babies who were not given early solids) the majority or 78.6% of mothers had a good level of knowledge. Mothers with a good level of knowledge, only 21.4% of mothers gave Early Solids to their babies and 78.6% of mothers did not give Early Solids. Whereas in mothers with a low level of knowledge, as many as 87.5% gave Early Solids and only 12.5% did not give Early Solids to their babies. There is an influence on the level of knowledge of mothers with babies aged 6-11 months about growth spurts on early complementary feeding (p value = 0.000).
