Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of store location, testimonials and taglines on product sales at DJ Dimsum Pematangsiantar. This type of research uses quantitative research methods. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to consumers of DJ Dimsum Pematangsiantar. The sampling technique in this study was the nonprobability sampling technique, the accidental sampling technique, and the number of samples used was 85 respondents. The validity test used in this study was to use the corrected item-total correlation, the reliability test in this study used Cronbach's alpha and the analysis technique used was veranda linear regression. The results of this study indicate that 1) Store Location, Testimonial and Tagline simultaneously have a positive effect on MSME product sales at DJ Dimsum Pematangsiantar which can be explained by the Location Store, Testimonial and Tagline variables. While the rest is explained by other variables not explained in this study. 2) Location Store has a positive effect on product sales, so that if the location selection is good and right, sales of MSME products at DJ Dimsum Pematangsiantar will increase. 3) Testimonials have a positive and significant effect on product sales, so that if the testimonials given by consumers get better, it will increase sales of MSME products at DJ Dimsum Pematangsiantar. 4) The tagline has a positive and significant effect on product sales, so that if the tagline is used properly, it will increase sales of MSME products at DJ Dimsum Pematangsiantar.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the Effect of Asset Waqf and Cash Waqf on the Development of Community Businesses in Medan City. The type of research used by researchers is quantitative research with an associative approach. The data used is primary data using a data collection tool in the form of a questionnaire or questionnaire with a total sample of 138 people. The data analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 16.0 application. The results in this study state that asset waqf has a significant influence on business development with a significance value of 0.003. And cash waqf has a significant influence on business development with a significant value of 0.000. The simultaneous F test shows that the variables of asset waqf and cash waqf have a joint effect on business development with a significant value of. The magnitude of the influence of asset waqf and cash waqf on business development in the R Squere test is 59.5%, while the remaining 40.5% is influenced by other variables outside the research.

Abstract

The intense competition between companies today, makes companies think even harder. The way the factory introduces its products to consumers, with the aim of luring buyers. These competing companies try to satisfy customers by making products that are needed and liked by consumers. To win the sales competition to increase the volume or level of sales. Not only sales volume, but also production and marketing costs have a huge impact on plant development and failure. This study aims to determine the effect of production costs (X1) and price (X2) on sales volume (Y) in the bakery industry in the city of Padang. Source of data used in this research is Primary Data. The data collection method used in this study was a questionnaire with a sampling technique in this study using a non-probability sampling technique. The data analysis technique in this study was multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program. Based on the results of testing the data shows that there is a positive and significant influence between production costs (X1) and price (X2) on sales volume.

Abstract

Profit persistence is the productive persistence of correcting future profits which is expected to be reflected in the innovation of profit in the current year in order to receive continuous profit from the innovation of profit in the current year and the use of proven company assets. One of the causes of the low quality of results is the result of the intention of management to consciously engage in the management of results in the process of determining profits in order to fulfill the tasks assigned by the owner, as well as motives for the fulfillment of personal goals. This study aims to find out and analyze how much influence Cash Flow Volatility (X1) Sales Volatility (X2) has on Profit Persistence (Y) on consumer goods industry sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The method carried out in this study is quantitative using secondary data in the form of annual reports of companies in the consumer goods industry sector for the 2018 – 2021 period. The analysis technique used is panel data regression. Based on the results of the study (X1) Cash Flow Volatility has a positive effect on Profit Persistence in consumer goods industry sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, and (X2) Sales Volatility negatively affects Profit Persistence in consumer goods industry sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of social media and lifestyle on the decision to visit halal tourism in the city of Padang, this research is a quantitative study, the sampling method uses accidental sampling with a total of 108 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that social media has a positive and significant impact on visiting decisions with a t-count value greater than t-table (4.429> 1.659), and lifestyle has a positive and significant impact on employee performance with a t-count value greater than t -table (4.249>1.659).

Abstract

This study discusses the effect of work discipline, organizational commitment, compensation on employee performance at CT. Pictures Tulungagung, this study aims to determine and explain the results of the effect of work discipline, organizational commitment, compensation on employee performance at CT. Pictures Tulungagung. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The population used in this study were all employees who worked at CT. Pictures Tulungagung. The sample used in this study were all CT employees. Pictures Tulungagung with 33 employees. The sampling method used in this study used saturated sampling. The result of this study is that work discipline has a partial effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Organizational commitment has a partial effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.003 <0.05. Compensation has a partial effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.012 <0.05. Work discipline, organizational commitment, compensation simultaneously affect employee performance with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of career development and work stress on employee performance at the Office of Population and Civil Registry (Disdukcapil) Padang City. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample consisted of 75 employees of the Padang City Population and Civil Registry Service (Disdukcapil) using total sampling. Data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that career development and job stress variables partially had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Padang City Population and Civil Registry Service (Disdukcapil) employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price, perceived quality, brand image and brand trust on purchasing decisions for Mitsubishi Xpander in Central Java province. This research was conducted in the city of Solo. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire filled out by respondents, namely people who had bought a Mitsubishi Xpander car in the city of Solo. Sampling of 116 respondents in this study used a purposive sampling method. The results of the analysis using multiple linear regression show that the variables Perceived Quality and Brand Trust have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, while the Price and Brand Image variables have no significant effect on Purchase Decisions. The results of the t-test analysis show that perceived quality and brand trust have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, while the price and brand image variables have no effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine and assess the simultaneous or partial effects of the current profitability ratio on stock prices at PT Ultrajaya Milk Industry & Trading Company for the years 2007–2017. This study used both a descriptive and an explanatory survey as its research approach. The financial statements of PT Ultrajaya Milk Industry & Trading Company for the years 2007 to 2017 serve as the study's analytical unit. In this study, the temporal horizon is time series, and the type of investigation is causation. Based on the study's findings, it was determined that PT Ultrajaya Milk Industry & Trading Company's current ratio for the 2007–2017 period actually produced positive analysis results, that the company's profitability for the 2007–2017 period was generally good, and that its stock price for the 2007–2017 period was reasonable. Profitability For the years 2007 to 2017, the current ratio to the share price of PT Ultrajaya Milk Industry & Trading Company had a strong simultaneous or partial impact. However, far than impacting profitability, the dominant current ratio also has an impact on stock prices.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine visitor perceptions of facilities, ecological quality, and willingness to pay at the PematangSiantar Animal Park. (THPS). This research was conducted in June 2023. This research was carried out using a qualitative approach. Data was collected through interviews with respondents, namely THPS visitors. The selection of respondents was carried out randomly and analyzed using a qualitative descriptive technique. The visitor's perception of the THPS facility is quite good although there are some things that need to be improved. The main reason visitors come to THPS is to see various types of animals (100%). 100% of respondents agreed that THPS management wore an entrance ticket and almost all visitors (92%) were willing to pay IDR 30,000. However, THPS management needs to set affordable ticket prices for visitors. The results of the qualitative analysis show that from the aspect of visitor satisfaction, they still need lots of promo tickets for visitors.
