Abstract

Kegiatan penelitian ini dilaksanakan di sepanjang jalan jurusan Mahakam, Kabupaten Lumajang sampai Batas Kabupaten Jember, Jawa Timur. Dengan tujuan dan bermaksud mengetahui bagaimana dampak proyek pembangunan rehabilitasi di jalan tersebut terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat. Penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif adalah metode penelitian dalam pembahasan ini. Dengan dilakukan pengumpulan data yang mencakup list pertanyaan pada wujud tanyajawab melalui metode analisis deskriptif.Melihat dari problem yang muncul terlihat ada beberapa jalanan rusak yang cukup parah dengan jumlah titik yang cukup banyak di sepanjang jalan jurusan mahakam, Kabupaten Lumajang – Batas Kabupaten Jember, provinsi Jawa Timur. Hal ini menjadikan perhatian dan kawaspadaan khusus masyarakat sekitar khususnya bagi pengguna jalan agar lebih berhati-hati jika melintas di jalan tersebut. Meskipun jalan tersebut tidak menjadi jalan satu-satunya akses lintas jawa timur namun, jalan ini sering di jadikan jalan alternatif para pengguna jalan khususnya roda dua dan roda empat untuk akses lintas jawa timur. Berdasar pada hasil riset yang dilaksanakan pada semua data yang di dapatkan, maka kesimpulan yang mampu didapat adalah beberapa diantara adalah aktivitas masyarakat lebih cepat, ratanya pembangunan infrastruktur di wilayah tersebut, membuka lapangan pekerjaan baru. Ada juga dampak negatif diantaranya yaitu terkadang dijadikan jalur arternatif oleh kendaraan besar yang melintas di jalan tersebut padahal jalan tersebut tidak di anjurkan untuk kendaraan besar.

Abstract

The mail management system is a much-needed development in the current era of information technology development, especially in an agency. However, at the Tourism, Youth and Sports Office of Ngawi Regency, the management of correspondence which can manage incoming mail and outgoing mail numbers is still done manually, namely by recording it in a large book because it collects data every year.The problem that occurs is the difficulty in finding recorded data, which must be searched manually in a book with the risk that the book will be damaged due to search activity. Furthermore, when making outgoing letter numbers, there is also a problem when you need a letter number on a date that has already passed.This research was carried out by using the extreme programming method which is a derivative of the Agile method which uses an object-oriented approach. The stages involved in the extreme programming method are Planning, Design, Coding, and Testing. The results of this study are Information System for Management of Incoming Mail and Outgoing Mail Numbers Web-Based at the Tourism, Youth and Sports Office of Ngawi Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengembangan wilayah, peran Taman Nasional Bromo Tengger Semeru, pariwisata, dan pembangunan proyek Gerbang Wisata Bromo Tengger Semeru di Kabupaten Probolinggo, Jawa Timur. Pengembangan wilayah diukur dari faktor seperti kesempatan kerja, peningkatan populasi penduduk, pendapatan, dan nilai tambah industri. Tujuan pengembangan wilayah meliputi aspek sosial dan ekonomi. Pengembangan wilayah dapat dilakukan dari bawah dengan melibatkan lembaga-lembaga setempat atau dari atas dengan kebijakan yang ditentukan oleh pemerintah. Taman Nasional Bromo Tengger Semeru memiliki peran penting dalam pelestarian flora dan fauna, kegiatan penelitian, pendidikan, rekreasi, dan budidaya. Pariwisata merupakan sektor penting dalam perekonomian suatu wilayah, membuka lapangan kerja, dan meningkatkan pendapatan negara. Kabupaten Probolinggo sedang mengembangkan potensi wisata Gunung Bromo sebagai objek wisata unggulan. Pemerintah akan membangun empat gerbang wisata menuju Kawasan Strategis Pariwisata Nasional (KSPN) Bromo Tengger Semeru, dilengkapi dengan rest area dan fasilitas pendukung lainnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode studi literatur dengan pengumpulan data dari berbagai sumber sekunder seperti jurnal, dokumen, dan website. Data tersebut dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis isi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami pengembangan kawasan wisata Bromo melalui proyek Gerbang Wisata Bromo Tengger Semeru dan dampaknya terhadap pengembangan ekonomi lokal.

Abstract

. In fulfilling occupancy eligibility, it is necessary to support facilities and infrastructure. The Bunda Asri housing complex, located in Bandarkedungmulyo, has a land area of ​​32 hectares with a planned construction of 3,000 residential units with 8 types of housing. Residential areas must have infrastructure with a minimum road width of 6 meters as stated in article 15 paragraph 3 of the 2019 Jombang Regency Regional Regulation concerning road infrastructure in residential areas. In this study, the planning used the pd T-2003 method which aims to determine the structure of the rigid pavement of the road at Bunda Asri housing. The results of this study are two types of roads, namely village roads and local roads. On rural roads, the thickness of the rigid pavement layer is 165 mm, the specification for the width of the plate is 2x3.5 m, the length of the plate is 4 m, and the tie rods use D13 threaded reinforcement (0.13 cm), 57.3 cm long, 0.75 cm spacing without using dowel spokes. Whereas for local roads, the thickness of the rigid pavement layer is 170 mm, the specifications for the width of the plate are 2x5 m, the length of the plate is 4 m, and the reinforcement thread D13 (0.13 cm) is used as tie rods, the length is 70 cm and the spacing is 0.75 cm using dowel spokes.

Abstract

The improvement of the Cukir-Jombang road section requires heavy equipment. There is an increase in the road section at the STA. 0+000-STA. 0+936 and STA. 1+912 – STA. 2+790. In order to obtain cost and time efficiency, it is necessary to analyze the productivity of heavy equipment. This study uses the field productivity method with the aim of knowing the maximum productivity of heavy equipment and asphalt costs starting from STA 0+000 to completion. The results of this study obtained the rental time of heavy equipment for 8 hours with the number of each heavy equipment Asphalt Finisher 2 units, Dump Trucks 20 units, Tandem Roller 3 units, Pneumatic Tire Roller 2 units, Asphalt Sprayer 1 unit. Meanwhile, the cost of renting heavy equipment is IDR 4,180,000.00 for Asphalt Finisher, IDR 34,200,000 for Dump Trucks, IDR 5,700,000.00 for Tandem Rollers, IDR 3,800,000 for Pneumatic Tire Rollers, and IDR 532,000 for Asphalt Sprayers.

Abstract

Bar bending schedule is a systeem of bending patterns of reinforcement that includes data on diameter, shape, length and number of reinforcement. The purpose of this study is to obtain images of bar bending schedule documents, pile cap foundation iron volumes and find out whether Autodesk Revit software is more efficient and effective than conventional methods. This research uses quantitative methods and the manufacturing process uses the concept of Building Information Modeling (BIM) with autodesk revit software. The results showed that the use of Autodesk Revit software makes it more effective, especially in making bar bending schedule documents, because everything is made automatically. The volume of pile cap iron produced by Autodesk Revit software is 46,878 kg has a difference with the existing (conventional) volume. The volume result of autodesk revit software is less with a difference of 1.29%. This shows that Autodesk Revit software is more efficient in terms of calculating the volume of concrete iron.

Abstract

TB. Medang Indah is a building materials store located in Medang, Tangerang Regency, Banten which has been established since 2008. This study aims to obtain optimal transportation costs with an effective route in distributing cement to TB. Medang Indah. To achieve the objectives of this research, several steps were carried out, namely, by creating a transportation model from the data obtained, determining the initial solution using the Vogel's Approximation (VAM) method, and determining the optimal solution using two methods, namely the Stepping Stone method and the Modified Distribution (MODI) method. From determining the initial solution of Rp. 52,460,000.00 and the optimal solution from both methods has the same cost and route, which is Rp. 52,350,000.00. This indicates that the route to be used by TB. Medang Indah in optimizing costs with efficient routes, namely Rp. 52,350,000.00.

Abstract

The application of VE in the construction sector is a systematic process by a multidisciplinary team focused on value and function. The adoption of EV in construction projects offers the potential for significant savings on project budgets. Seeing the current economic conditions, in the construction of ongoing works that require a sizable capital allocation, it is necessary to reconsider whether the design used is appropriate or not optimal. Among the many statements regarding the success factors of VE implementation in Indonesian construction, the knowledge and experience of VE of the construction parties is a key success factor as stated by the consultant and provided by the contractor.

Abstract

Crew Boat is a ship used to transport crews and supply food, water, and equipment to support offshore oil drilling activities. The crew boat 40 M was built at PT. FGH has a hull of 12 people and a passenger carrying capacity of 70 people. This ship also has 3 prime movers so that the ship can go at speeds of up to 25 knots. When the ship operates from the port to the oil drilling site carrying full passengers and other equipment that supports the oil drilling, it is expected that this Crew Boat ship is expected to be able to carry passengers and other equipment stably or not sway. So this research was conducted to determine the stability of the Crew Boat. Ship stability is obtained by modeling using the Maxsurf modeler to make a ship hull model and also using Maxsurf Stability with 3 different loadings. Obtained from the research results of the Crew Boat 40 M ship built at PT.FGH meets the modification criteria with IMO Intact Stability and the ship is suitable for use according to its function.
