Jurnal Abdi Bhara: Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat merupakan jurnal pengabdian kepada mayarakat yang diterbitkan dan dikelola oleh Fakultas Hukum Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya dibawah binaan Lembaga Penelitian, Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dan Publikasi (LPPMP) Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya. Jurnal Abdi Bhara menerbitkan versi elektronik yang terdaftar dengan E-ISSN: 2963-7406. Jurnal Abdi Bhara mempublikasikan naskah-naskah artikel ilmiah sebagai hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PkM) dari berbagai disiplin ilmu khususnya bidang ilmu hukum. Jurnal Abdi Bhara menerima manuskrip atau artikel dalam bidang riset terapan dan pengabdian masyarakat dari berbagai kalangan akademisi dan peneliti baik nasional maupun internasional. Setiap naskah yang diterbitkan terlebih dahulu dilakukan proses peer-review dengan sifat double-blind review dan ditulis dalam bahasa Indonesia. Setiap artikel Jurnal Abdi Bhara bersifat open access dan memiliki nomor unik Digital Object Identifier (DOI) dengan frekuensi penerbitan dilakukan sebanyak dua kali dalam setahun yakni bulan Juni dan Desember.

Abstract

Cyberstalking and cyberbullying are one of the latentimpacts of such rapid technological advances. The emergence ofvarious social media that is not matched by the ability to use themcreates loopholes for the transformation of crimes such asstalking and bullying. So far, the act of stalking and bullying viasocial networks in Indonesia is still considered a trivial mattereven though it actually has a very serious impact on a person'spsychological development and especially among teenagers. Thepartner of this service activity is Fadilah Vocational Schoolwhich is located in the South Tangerang area. Among theproblems faced by partners is the lack of knowledge regardingthe types and impacts caused by cyberstalking and cyberbullying.In addition, partners are also faced with the problem of their lackof understanding regarding cyber legal aspects of cyberstalkingand cyberbullying. This service activity offers solutions in theform of seminars and education on concepts and regulationsrelated to cyber law and information technology, with the outputof increasing participants' understanding regardingidentification, prevention and overcoming of cyberstalking andcyberbullying. The second solution is to provide assistance forstudents to be able to better understand directly the material thathas been delivered.

Abstract

Corruption has become a real threat to the Indonesianpeople. The impact has been so massive that its eradication mustinvolve all levels of society. Educational institutions, bothuniversities and high schools, take the role of prevention byproviding anti-corruption behavior counseling in the hope ofraising awareness for anti-corruption behavior. This counselingis of group type, namely a group of lecturers as instructors and agroup of students with grades 10, 11 and 12 in several highschools in Bekasi as participants/targets of extension workers,which has been taking place since 2021 and 2022. Conducted bya group of lecturers from Bhayangkara Jaya University asextension officer. The counseling media is carried out onlinebecause of the Covid-19 pandemic, making face-to-face meetingsimpossible, with the adoption stage to be achieved, namely thestudents in the form of efforts to strengthen anti-corruptioneducation in the form of implementing anti-corruption behaviorin their school environment and raising awareness not to commitcorruption. corruption in the family and school environment.Because Anti-Corruption Education has a strategic role inpreventing corruption, it is necessary to strengthen it throughoutreach activities.

Abstract

Social media is often used to convey negative things.Hoaxes, and hate speech appear non-stop on social media. Onegroup of people heavily involved in the spread of fake news arehousewives. This is due to ignorance which leads to criminalacts which housewives also do not know about theconsequences of spreading false information through socialmedia. To prevent this, counseling was held for the PKK groupRT 10 RW 12 The Palm Housing which is located in the NorthTambun area, Bekasi. Abstract

However, these assets can cause conflicts in thehousehold because husband and wife do not understand theposition of property in marriage in the event of divorce anddeath. The position of property is regulated in Law Number 1 of1974 concerning Marriage which recognizes 3 (three) kinds ofassets, namely joint property, inherited property and acquiredproperty. Joint property is property acquired during marriage,while inheritance and acquisition are the innate property of eachhusband and wife. The property obtained by husband and wife asa gift or inheritance is under the control of each as long as theparties do not specify otherwise. The existence of legal provisionsregarding inherited and acquired assets but can be used as jointproperty by making a marriage agreement. The communityservice team at the Faculty of Law, Bhayangkara Universitycarried out legal counseling activities at the Citra VillaMangunjaya Housing, Tambun Selatan District, Bekasi regencywhich directly interacted with the community, especially thewomen in Rukun Warga 028. The purpose of this activity was toincrease public knowledge and understanding regardingownership and position of property. property in marriage, candistinguish joint property and innate property so that they knowthe rights and obligations of each towards their property. Theresults of the activities are made and documented in the form ofimplementation reports and published in scientific journals inorder to provide benefits in the academic field and at thepractical level.

Abstract

Environmental problems that become a concers inurban areas are regarding waste management, which until nowhas not received a good handling. This is largely due to changesin people's consumption patterns, increasing the volume, type,and characteristics of waste that are increasingly diverse andcontinue to increase every year. The purpose of holding thisactivity is to educate the students in MAN 1 Kota Bekasi so theycould utilize household waste in new products that can be sold sothat it is expected to reduce the risk of environmental pollution.The method used is counseling and interactive discussion,making it easier to deliver and receive extension andsocialization materials. The activity of this program is to explainthe procedures for processing municipal waste into new goods sothat it can become a new business and can bring benefits..

Abstract

One of the challenges faced by PT PLN(Persero) as a State-Owned Electricity Company, isthe phenomenon of technological disruption. In linewith this, currently PT PLN (Persero) has digitized itsgeneration, transmission and distribution operations,as well as digitized customer service. Digitalization ofcustomer service is carried out by PT PLN (Persero)by launching the New PLN Mobile application onDecember 18, 2020. PLN customers through the NewMobile PLN application can access all services viasmartphones. The launch of New PLN Mobileultimately made PLN an Electronic System Operator.Based on Government Regulation Number 71 of 2019concerning the Implementation of Electronic Systemsand Transactions, PLN as an Electronic SystemOperator has obligations, especially obligationsrelated to the management, processing, storage andguarantee of customer personal data protection. Theactivity called "Knowledge Sharing" at the Sub-Directorate of Corporate Law was held through awebinar legal counseling method with the theme"Personal Data Protection". The participants were136 people. The material presented in this webinar isabout (1) background on the need for personal dataprotection, (2) Which belongs to the category ofpersonal data, (3) Rights and obligations of ElectronicSystem Operators and Users. The results of this legalwebinar are (1) increasing understanding related topersonal data protection, and (2) understanding theobligations of PLN as an Electronic System Operator,especially related to personal data.

Abstract

Indonesia highly respects traditional and culturalnorms that have existed for a long time, one of which is mutualcooperation. Gotong royong is the hallmark of Indonesia and thecapital of the Indonesian people to achieve independence and aaccurate reflection of communal values which are the breath ofIndonesian society. The value of communality is seen in variouscultures and local wisdom spread throughout the archipelago,like rewang culture, PKK collections and Siskamling habits.However, the use of digital media and COVID-19 pandemic hasshifted public gatherings from physical space to virtual or digitalspace. This pattern of interaction causes a large sense ofindividuality and is prone to conflict and division. Therefore,awareness is needed to build a stable academic community andpay attention to the spirit of togetherness and mutual cooperationto rebuild the cultural values of this communality.SMA Negeri 11 East Jakarta as the partner faced with theproblem of their lack of understanding regarding the role of theacademic community, especially for high school students in thedigital world.

Abstract

Rapid changes in the digital world cause a shift in theway of communicating. People's communication patternschange to fast-paced, short-paced, filled with anonymity, notbound by space and time and strongly influenced by popularculture. This has also resulted in a shift in the norms of decencyand decency in society, especially for teenagers. The absence ofthese politeness norms can have a negative impact on teenagerswhen they are forced to adjust to traditional patterns ofcommunication in society in proper spaces. The partner of thisservice activity is SMA Negeri 19 Bekasi which is located in theMustika Jaya area. and mastery of digital ethical concepts.
