In the midst of various problems of environmental damage, the responsibility to care for the environment is still something that needs to be given a special portion. In addition, the development of communication technology is also increasingly advanced and sophisticated. Youtube as an online platform is a place for catechesis in caring for the environment. The purpose of this research is to find out how the analysis of the youtube content for Social and Social Affairs of the Jakarta Archdiocese (KAJ) in the World Environment Day Shepherd's Greeting series invites people to care for the environment. This research uses content analysis method. The analysis of the content is the delivery of teachings from Cardinal Suharyo in the form of a faith catechesis about caring for the earth. Through his explanatory narration, the Cardinal invites people to take care of the earth as our common home. The results of this study indicate that Cardinal Ignatius Suharyo's greeting in the KAJ Komsos youtube content has become a catechesis for preaching faith to the people in the context of protecting and preserving the environment.

AbstrakPenelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh pendapatan Nelayan Pengusaha dan Nelayan Buruh. Dalam penelitian ini terdapata empat indikator yang digunakan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pendapatan yang diterima, fakor tersebut meliputi produksi, penerimaan, biaya dan pendapatan. Hasil dari pendapatan nelayan digunakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup dan menanggung biaya pendidikan anak hingga ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi. This community service activity aims to empower and improve the skills of the Sarirejo Village community through the activities of Pemberdayaan dan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (PKK) women in Sarirejo Village and elementary school students in Sarirejo Village in utilizing plastic waste into ecobricks for mothers. Vertical garden and piggy bank for elementary school students, as well as fashion show competition for Galsari Hamlet residents. Community service activities were carried out by counseling methods for PKK Sarirejo Village women, Sarirejo Village Elementary School students, and Galsari Hamlet residents regarding the importance of using and processing plastic waste, the practice of using plastic waste into ecobricks, vertical gardens, piggy banks, and costumes. In carrying out activities, mentoring and evaluation of activities are carried out. The participation and enthusiasm of PKK women in making ecobricks as well as Sarirejo Village Elementary School students and Galsari Hamlet residents in activities were very good and actively contributed to counseling and plastic waste processing practices. The impact of this community service activity was able to increase public awareness regarding the importance of processing plastic waste in Sarirejo Village into ecobricks, vertical gardens, piggy banks, and costumes. This community service activity is expected to continue and benefit the people of Sarirejo Village.

Political socialization for novice voters is crucial, because novice voters are very vulnerable to being influenced by various issues in making political choices. This article aims to find out the form of socialization of the Solok Regency KPU for novice voters in the 2020 Regional Elections in Solok Regency for novice voters. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The political socialization carried out by the Solok Regency KPU in socializing the 2020 Regional Elections is through the official website of the Solok Regency KPU, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and Youtube KPU Solok Regency, KPU Goes To School or KPU Goes To Campus as well as direct visit services to the Solok Regency KPU office. There are several obstacles in the socialization activities including lack of human resources, budget constraints, limitations due to the covid-19 pandemic conditions, The interest in reading novice voters and the access to schools that will be given socialization is quite far away. Political Socialization affects the political participation of novice voters in election activities. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen political socialization programs for novice voters

In Indonesia, regarding the relationship between husband and wife or marriage law based on monogamy. However, polygamous marriages in Islam are not prohibited and are accommodated by the government in the Marriage Law. Data obtained through literature review or literature study. The results of the research are that there are government efforts related to family law that handle or overcome cases that occur to women including wives in polygamy who experience domestic violence, and their rights are not fulfilled. Permission to polygamy by the Religious Courts can be granted if the husband's reason has fulfilled alternative reasons in accordance with the provisions of Article 4 paragraph (2) and the cumulative conditions listed in Article 5 paragraph (1) of Law Number 1 of 1974.

This research is aimed at the development of civil science, namely by knowing how the standard of agreement for daycare management is and knowing the agreement according to Article 1320 of the Civil Code on child care agreements. used in this study is normative, where this study analyzes an agreement that is still not in accordance with Article 1320 of the Civil Code. From this provision, parents and the community are more selective in reading and understanding the contents of the agreement, because the child is entrusted.

Sex education is still considered taboo for adolescence to discuss for some groups. Sex education is also one way to reduce or prevent sexual behavior problems. The purpose of this study is to gain an understanding that sex education can be provided holistically through the learning of Christian Religious Education, to find an increase in the understanding of students of Mentari Intercultural School Bintaro about sex education, and to show that the learning of Christian Religious Education can touch various aspects such as, biological, sociological, psychological, and theological. The research method that can be used this time is the Classroom Action Research method or commonly known as Classroom Action Research. The results showed that Christian Religious Education Learning using an Instructional Approach and Theology of Desire for Students of SMP Mentari Intercultural School Bintaro has succeeded in providing benefits in sex education.

On the other hand, the diversity of the multicultural society as the wealth of the Indonesian nation is very prone to triggering conflict and division. The diversity of Indonesian society can at least be seen from its two unique characteristics. First, horizontally, marked by the fact that there are social units based on differences in ethnicity, religion, customs and regional differences. Second, vertically, marked by a sharp vertical difference between the upper and lower layers. Humans as social beings and as individuals always need interaction with others. In social interaction itself there is always conflict or cooperation between them. Thus, conflict can be said to be a natural part of human life. The purpose of this research is to find out. 1. To find out the solutions of state government in resolving social conflicts between Negeri Ureng and Negeri Negeri Lima. 2. To find out the inhibiting factors of state government in resolving social conflicts between Negeri Ureng and Negeri Negeri Lima. The type of research used in this study is descriptive qualitative, namely a systematic factual and accurate description of the factors in the field that are related to matters in the field. The data in this study were collected using observation and documentation methods. Data Analysis Techniques. The data obtained from the results of this study were compiled and analyzed qualitatively, then the data was described descriptively in order to obtain a clear and directed picture of how to answer the problem. The results of the research on the Role of Community Leaders in Resolving Social Conflict in Negeri Ureng and Negeri Lima are very important as, the conflict between these two countries has been going on for so long, so the role of these community leaders is very important because they become pawns to prevent conflict between the two countries, by him it is necessary to further increase the capacity and strengthen the position holders as people who are influential in occupying existing positions in this country so that when there is an issue from these two countries the role of community leaders is very helpful in resolving the conflict.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan perusahaan pada PT PAL Indonesia periode tahun buku 2018-2020, berdasarkan Keputusan Menteri BUMN Nomor KEP-100/MBU/2002. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan berdasar pada Surat Keputusan Menteri BUMN Nomor KEP-100/MBU/2002. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan laporan keuangan tahunan PT PAL Indonesia, sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan posisi keuangan (neraca) dan laporan laba/rugi PT PAL Indonesia periode 2018-2020. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik dokumentasi dan studi literatur. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kinerja keuangan pada PT PAL Indonesia, yang dapat dilihat dari aspek keuangannya adalah, pada tahun 2018 mendapatkan predikat Kurang Sehat dengan kategori BB, selanjutnya pada tahun 2019 mengalami peningkatan akumulasi bobot indikator sehingga mendapatkan predikat Sehat dengan kategori A, dan pada tahun 2020 perusahaan mengalami penurunan akumulasi bobot indikator sehingga mendapatkan predikat Kurang Sehat dengan kategori BBB.Kata Kunci: Kinerja Keuangan, Keputusan Menteri Badan Usaha Milik Negara Nomor KEP-100/MBU/2002, Rasio Keuangan, PAL Indonesia, IndikatorÂ AbstractThis study aims to determine the company's financial performance at PT PAL Indonesia for the 2018-2020 financial year, based on the Decree of the Minister of SOEs Number KEP-100 / MBU / 2002. The population in this study is the entire annual financial statements of PT PAL Indonesia, while the samples in this study are statements of financial position (balance sheet) and profit/loss statements of PT PAL Indonesia for the 2018-2020 period. Data collection is carried out using documentation techniques and literature studies. Based on the results of the financial performance analysis at PT PAL Indonesia, what can be seen from the financial aspect is, in 2018 it received the title of Unhealthy with the BB category, furthermore, in 2019 there was an increase in the accumulation of indicator weights so that they received the Healthy predicate with category A, and in 2020 the company experienced a decrease in the accumulation of indicator weights so that it received the Unhealthy predicate with the BBB category.Keywords: Financial Performance, Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises Number KEP-100/MBU/2002, Financial Ratio, PAL Indonesia, Indicators
