The purpose of this study was to determine Entrepreneurship Competency variables and Innovation variables that affect MSME Performance with Knowledge Management as a mediating variable. Entrepreneurship Competence latent variable (X1) (Strategic Competencies, Opportunity Competencies Relationship competencies, Conceptual Competencies, Organizing Competencies, Commitment Competencies, and Innovation (Innovation in Process, Innovation in Structure, Innovation in Culture, Innovation in HR) contributes an influence of 0.748 or 74.8% on MSME performance (Y2) mediated by knowledge management (Y1) while the remaining 25.2% is the influence of other factors that are not observed Knowledge management is a mediating variable while the dependent variable is MSME performance The sample method used used was a purposive sample with a sample size of 200 MSME owners.This study used the Equation Model Structural equation model with the help of Smart PLS 3. This research method is quantitative, namely conducting a primary data search with the research object of MSME owners registered at PT. LEN's UKM Fostering. Based on the results of the research partially the variables that have a significant effect are Entrepreneurship Competence, Innovation and Knowledge Management while Entrepreneurship Competence and Innovation on the performance of Culinary MSMEs in Bandung City which are mediated by Knowledge Management do not have a significant effect and give an effect with the nature of mediation which weakens, and reduces Entrepreneurship competence and Innovation.

This research was conducted to analyze IT Capability, Resilience, Self Leadership and Employee Engagement on employee performance as intervening variables at PT.IMR ARC STEEL. This study used the quantitative method of PLS version 3 and SPSS tools. Primary data sources using questionnaires or questionnaires. The population in this study were 70 employees. The sampling technique used is probability sampling technique. The analytical tools used include validity and reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression tests, F tests, t tests, and tests of the coefficient of determination. The results of the statistical analysis explain that: (1) IT Capability has a negative effect on employee engagement on employee performance (2) IT Capability on employee performance at PT.IMR AMR ARC STEEL, which means that it has a significant negative effect if employees have good IT Capability, then employee performance will be higher. (3) Resilience has an effect on employees engagement at PT. IMR ARC STEEL. The researcher determines the effect of self-leadership on employee engagement that the variables of resilience and employee engagement have a weak but positive relationship, meaning that if resilience increases, employee engagement will increase. (4) Resilience affects employee performance at PT. IMR ARC STEEL resilience variable has a positive and significant impact on employee performance at PT. IMR ARC STEEL. (5) Self leadership influences employee engagement at PT. IMR ARC STEEL. Researchers established the effect of self-leadership on employee engagement that when employees have a high level of self-leadership, they will really feel excited and involved in their own work. (6) Self leadership has a significant positive effect on employee performance. (7) The significant negative effect of employee engagement on employee performance is proven.

This study aims to examine the concept of non-physical work environment and motivation to employees performance on CV. Adikarya Sukses Engineering Jombang. This research is expected to provide input to the company in managing employee performance, especially related to non-physical work environments and motivation. The object of this study is CV. Adikarya Sukses Engineering Jombang, with primary and secondary data sources. The population in this study was 55 employees on CV. Adikarya Sukses Engineering Jombang with a saturated sample technique of 55 people as respondents. The analysis technique used in this study is SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) 4.0 with the instrument testing used is outer model test, inner model test and hypothesis test. The test results can be concluded that non-physical work environment variables and motivation variables have a positive effect and contribute to employee performance on CV. Adikarya Sukses Engineering Jombang.

In the current era of global competition, the determinant of a company's success is the quality of human resources in the company. To be able to realize the company's vision and mission, PT Pos Indonesia Surabaya Main Branch must have good and quality human resources to be able to play an active role in achieving company goals. There is a decrease in the achievement of company targets, indicating that the performance of employees at PT Pos Indonesia Surabaya Main Branch has decreased. With a decrease in employee performance, further research is needed which aims to determine the effect of Rewards and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance through Work Motivation at PT Pos Indonesia Main Branch Surabaya. This research is expected to be useful as material for performance evaluation and management considerations to improve the quality of employee performance. This study used a quantitative research method with a purposive sampling technique using the slovin formula. The population and sample in this study were 55 employees working at PT Pos Indonesia. The data in this study includes primary and secondary data. Primary data obtained from company reports, primary data from questionnaire results. This study uses the smartPLS 3.0 test tool, the results of which prove that Rewards have an effect on Employee Performance, Organizational Culture has an impact on Employee Performance, Motivation can be a mediationReward on Employee Performance, and Motivation can mediate Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at PT Pos Indonesia Surabaya Main Branch.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of asset structure, Capital Structure, and structure ownership against performance finance and risk business. As intervene and good corporate Governance (GCG)) s as Moderation on company mining Which listed in exchange effect Indonesia in the years 2019–2021. Population study This company mines in the selected coal sector (coal production) in a manner of perceptive sampling and selected 13 coal mining companies with a period of research from 2019 to 2021. Data processing techniques in research use PLS with Outer Model Analysis tests, Inner Model analysis tests, and Hypothesis Testing. The results of this study 1) Asset structure is not influential and significant to Risk business; 2) Asset Structure has no significant effect on financial performance; 3) Capital Structure is not influential and significant to Risk business. 4) Capital Structure has no significant effect on Business risk. 5) Ownership Structure has an effect on financial performance. 6) Structure Ownership has no significant influence on financial performance. 7) Risk Business: No Influence Significant on Financial Performance, 8) With good corporate governance in moderation, risk business has no significant influence on financial performance. 9) Asset Structure is not influential or significant on Financial Performance through Risk Business as Intervening, 10) Capital Structure is not influential or significant on Financial Performance through Risk Business as Intervening, 11) Structure Ownership: No Influence Significant on Financial Performance Through Risk Business as Intervening.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the human development index, inflation and economic growth on unemployment in the city of Medan. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The data used in this study are secondary data sourced from the Central Bureau of Statistics for the City of Medan with the data period from 2003 to 2022. The analysis technique used is the classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation tests). multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing (statistical F test, and statistical t test, and test of the coefficient of determination (R2)). The results of this study are based on the results of the simultaneous test (f test) it can be seen that the variables human development index, inflation and economic growth are significant together (simultaneously) on the Unemployment variable. Based on the partial test of the Human Development Index variable, it has a negative and significant effect on Unemployment in Medan City, the Inflation variable has a negative and insignificant effect on Unemployment in Medan City and the Economic Growth variable has no effect on Unemployment in Medan City.

Human resource management is currently focused on Strategic Human resource Management, which includes strategic practices of Human resource management while also considering other variables to build employee performance in a company. Therefore, this study aims to examine the influence of Strategic Human resource management, Burnout, and Work Ability on Employee performance, with Intention to Leave as an intervening variable, at PT. Susanti Megah, Surabaya. This study is quantitative research with an explanatory approach, using a questionnaire as the primary data source. The questionnaire was distributed to 150 employees of PT. Susanti Megah, Surabaya. The calculation and data analysis used for hypothesis testing in this study employed Smart-PLS 3.2 software. The results of the study show that Strategic Human Resources Management has a negative but non-significant effect on Intention to leave but a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Burnout has a positive and significant effect on the intention to Leave, but it also has a negative and significant effect on Employee Performance. Work Ability has a negative and significant effect on the intention to Leave, but it also has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. The intention to Leave has a negative and significant effect on Employee Performance.

This research aimed to examine whether the model of job satisfaction and organizational commitment contributed to turnover intention among employees of "X" Tourist Lodge. The population for this study consisted of employees of "X" Tourist Lodge. The sampling method used was saturation sampling, where the entire population became the sample for this study, with a total of 36 respondents. The data collection method used in this study was a survey, and a partial least square was used as the data analysis tool. The results of the research showed that job satisfaction and organizational commitment had a significant effect on turnover intention among employees of "X" Tourist Lodge. Lower levels of job satisfaction among employees led to an increase in their desire to quit their jobs. Similarly, lower levels of organizational commitment among employees in achieving organizational goals led to an increased desire among employees to leave their jobs at "X" Tourist Lodge.

The objectives of this research are (1) to find out how much direct and indirect spending affect the poverty rate through economic growth, (2) to find out how much direct and indirect spending affect the HDI level through economic growth, (3) find out how much direct spending and indirect spending affect the gini ratio through economic growth. To fulfill the research objectives and test the hypotheses that have been set, the analysis used is path analysis to facilitate data processing, so the analysis used in processing the data is the Amos Program Version 22. The research results show that: a direct relationship between direct expenditure variables and growth The economic correlation shows a positive but not significant correlation. The direct expenditure variable has a negative and significant effect on poverty, both directly and through the economic growth variable. The results show that the direct spending of the Papua provincial government has an indirect effect on the poverty rate in this area. The direct expenditure variable has a positive effect on improving HDI performance, both directly and through economic growth variables. That is, the correlation between direct spending on regional inequality shows a positive relationship, both directly and through economic growth variables. Indirect spending variables have a negative relationship to economic growth in Papua province. The correlation between indirect spending on poverty levels in Papua province shows negative relationship, both directly and through economic growth. Indirect expenditure variables have a negative correlation with HDI performance, both directly and through economic growth variables. Furthermore, indirect expenditure variables have a positive correlation with regional inequality in this area, both indirectly directly or through intervening variables of economic growth.

This study aims to determine the impact of the influence of Rebranding, Perceived Quality and Brand Awareness on Brand Loyalty on Truntum Padang Hotel customers. The population in this research is Truntum Padang Hotel Visitors. The sample in this study used the theory put forward by Ghozali and found a sample of 102 respondents. The primary data collection method in this study uses a questionnaire in the form of a GForm. The data analysis technique in this study uses PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of this study indicate that the Rebranding variable has a positive and significant influence on Brand Loyalty, the Perceived Quality variable makes a positive and significant contribution to Brand Loyalty, and the Brand Awareness variable influences Brand Loyalty positively and significantly. The results of this study also show that brand awareness makes a positive and significant contribution to brand loyalty. With a high level of brand awareness, customers will be more aware of matters relating to the Truntum Padang Hotel brand.
