Abstract

This research is about the influence of Instagram social media promotion and service quality on purchasing decisions at Cafe Jenless Coffee & Bread. The number of samples obtained in this research was 75 customers from various groups for one month, namely primary data obtained in December 2023, processed with the help of the Eviews program using the multiple regression analysis method Y= 0.210+0.267x1 +0.709x2 in this research also uses descriptive statistical data analysis techniques. The results of this research show that Instagram Social Media Promotion and Service Quality have a positive influence on Purchasing Decisions by obtaining R square R2 regression analysis results of 0.729 or 72.9%. This means 72.9%, meaning that together the variables Instagram Social Media Promotion and Quality Service influences the Purchase Decision variable, while the remaining 0.271 or 27.1% is influenced by other factors not included in this research.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the influence of the current ratio and accounts receivable turnover on profitability (ROA) in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2019 - 2022 period, partially and simultaneously. The population in this study was 84 Food and Beverage Sub Sector companies with a sampling technique based on criteria using Purposive Sampling. The samples obtained were based on the criteria of 24 companies in the Food and Beverage Sub Sector. This type of research is quantitative. The data analysis technique used is secondary data with descriptive statistics using SPPS V.27. The research results state that the Current Ratio can partially be seen from the ttable value (3.272>1.98552) with a significance level of 0.002, which means it has a positive and significant effect on ROA. Meanwhile, Partial Receivables Turnover can be seen from the ttable value (2.142>1.98552) with a significant level of 0.035, which means it has a positive and significant effect on ROA. Simultaneously the Current Ratio and Receivables Turnover have an effect on ROA of 6.957 with a significant level of 0.002. Meanwhile, the results of the coefficient of determination (R2) show that the influence of the Current Ratio and Receivables Turnover has an effect of 0.111 on ROA. This shows that 11% of ROA is influenced by the current ratio and receivables turnover. Meanwhile, 89% can be explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on employee performance. This research is quantitative with a population of 37 people and a sample of 37 people. The primary data collection method was carried out using observation methods and questionnaires as data collection instruments. To measure the research variables, a Likert scale measurement with five scales was used. While the analysis tool is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that employee performance is influenced by compensation and the work environment, both partially and simultaneously. For this reason, it is suggested that PT. Indonesia Epson Industry always pays attention to these two factors in order to improve employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of debt to asset ratio and debt to equity ratio on return on assets at PT Gudang Garam Tbk. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The population used is the financial statements of PT Gudang Garam Tbk from 2013-2022. Data collection techniques in this study are documentation techniques and data analysis used includes: financial ratios with debt to asset ratio (DAR), debt to equity ratio (DER), and return on assets (ROA), descriptive tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests and multiple linear regression tests. Based on the test results In the T test (partial) The effect of the Debt to Asset Ratio variable with Return On Asset obtained a t count value of -3.149 and t table has a value greater than 2.306. Thus t count -3.149 <t table 2.306 and has a significant figure of 0.016 <0.05. so it can be concluded that, H1 is accepted and Ho is rejected, which means there is a significant negative influence (opposite direction) between Debt to Asset Ratio and Return On Asset, while based on the test results In the T test (partial) the t value for the Debt To Equity Ratio variable is t count 3.134> t table 2.306 and has a significant number of 0.017 <0.05 so it can be concluded that, H2 is rejected which means there is a significant positive influence between Debt To Equity Ratio and Return On Asset. The results of the F test (simultaneous), Debt To Asset Ratio and Debt To Equity Ratio have a significant effect on Return On Asset with a contribution of 87.3%. This is also reinforced by the results of the F count value (4.969)> F table (4.74).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of partial work performance assessment on job promotion at PT. XYZ., to determine the partial influence of employee competency on job promotion at PT. XYZ, and to determine the effect of simultaneous assessment of work performance and employee competency on job promotion at PT. XYZ. The method used in this research is using probability techniques by random sampling from the population to be studied from employees at PT. XYZ. The data collection technique is carried out through primary data, namely by conducting a survey at PT. XYZ, and supported by related literature, journals and books as supporting data in conducting research. And the measurement tool used in data collection is the Likert scale. The results of analysis using multiple linear regression of the variables studied on the variable assessing employee work performance and competency regarding job promotion are Y=6.644 + 0.327 X1 + 0.471 X2. From this equation it can be seen that a: the constant number has a positive value, namely 6,644, this shows that if the job performance and competency assessment variables do not change or have a value of 0, then the value of job promotion is 6,644. b: The regression coefficient value of the work performance assessment variable is positive at 0.327, this shows that if the work performance assessment variable increases, then the position promotion variable will also increase by 0.327. c: The regression coefficient value for the employee competency variable is positive at 0.471, this shows that if the employee competency variable increases, then the position promotion variable will also increase by 0.471. Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination is 0.523, which means that the influence of the variable assessing work performance and employee competency simultaneously (together) has an influence of 52.3%, and the remainder is influenced by other variables or factors outside this research of 47.7%. . And the results of research testing also show that partial work performance assessment has an influence but is not significant on job promotion at PT. XYZ obtained from the t-test results with the t-static value on the work performance assessment variable is 0.932 with prob. of 0.356 (>0.05). Meanwhile, for the employee competency variable, there is a partial but not significant influence on job promotion at PT. XYZ obtained from the t-test results with the t-static value on the work performance assessment variable is 1.383 with prob. amounted to 0.174 (>0.05).

Abstract

This research aims to find out how much influence work training and work performance assessment have on employee work productivity at PT. Sinde Budi Sentosa. The population in this research was employees of PT. Sinde Budi Sentosa. The sample in this research was 30 employees. The data collection technique in this research was carried out by administering a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination, t test and f test using SPSS. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis obtained a value of Y = 10.591 + 0.460 X1 + 0.287 X2 Then the job training coefficient value is 0.460, meaning that if job training increases by one percent, employee work productivity will increase by 0.460 percent provided that the other independent variables are fixed. Meanwhile, the work performance assessment coefficient value is 0.287, meaning that if the work performance assessment increases by one percent, then employee work productivity will increase by 0.287 percent provided that the otherindependent variables are fixed. The coefficient of determination test result (R2) = 0.665. The results show that the Job Training and Job Performance Evaluation variables have a 66.5% influence on employee work productivity, while the remaining 33.5% is influenced by other variables that were not studied. Based on the data analysis carried out, it was concluded that in partial testing( t test) via SPSS it was seen that the results of the job training sig value (X1) on employee work productivity showed Tcount > Ttable (2.221 > 2.052). H0 is rejected, so it can be concluded that the influence of job training variable has a positive effect on employee work productivity variables. The results of testing the work performance assessment variable (X2) on employee work productivity (Y) show Tcount < Ttable (1.669 < 2.052). H0 is accepted, so it can be concluded that the variable influence of partial work performance assessment has no effect on the employee work productivity variable. Based on the results of comprehensive testing (f test) via SPSS, it can be seen from the sig results of 0.001 < 0.05. So the independent variables job training and job performance assessment (independent) have a significant effect on the dependent variable employee work productivity (dependent). The overall results of data management using SPSS can be concluded that the independent variable worktraining (X 1) has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity while the work performance assessment variable (X2) does not have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable employee work productivity.
