Abstract

Greenwashing adalah praktik yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan untuk menampilkan citra ramah lingkungan yang tidak sesuai dengan kenyataan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh greenwashing terhadap citra merek dan loyalitas pelanggan pada industri kosmetika. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpul data. Sampel penelitian adalah 390 konsumen kosmetika yang pernah melihat iklan greenwashing. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa greenwashing tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap citra merek dan loyalitas pelanggan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa konsumen kosmetika masih mementingkan kualitas produk dibandingkan kampanye hijau dari perusahaan. Implikasi manajerial dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan kosmetika harus berhati-hati dalam mengkomunikasikan klaim ramah lingkungan dan memastikan bahwa klaim tersebut dapat dibuktikan dengan bukti nyata.

Abstract

This review article aims to explore the relationship between green marketing mix and purchase intention of consumers. Green marketing mix refers to the set of strategies and tactics that a firm adopts to promote its products or services as environmentally friendly and socially responsible. Purchase intention is the likelihood that a consumer will buy a product or service in the future. The article synthesizes the existing literature on the topic and identifies the main factors that influence the green marketing mix and purchase intention. It also discusses the implications and challenges for managers and researchers in this field.

Abstract

Ecolabel certification is the process of assessing the environmental performance of a product or service by an independent and credible third party. Ecolabel certification can help companies to improve their positive image in the eyes of consumers, while demonstrating their commitment to environmental conservation. This study aims to analyze the role of ecolabel certification in shaping corporate image and its impact on consumer purchase intentions. The method used is an online survey of 385 respondents who have purchased products or services with ecolabels. The results show that ecolabel certification has a positive and significant effect on corporate image and consumer purchase intention. The implication is that companies can utilize ecolabel certification as an effective marketing strategy to increase competitive advantage and consumer loyalty.

Abstract

The research aims to explain whether competency and motivation variables affect performance significantly in outstanding schools. This type of research uses primary data collection method which is field research which is conducted with direct observations (observations), interviews and using a list of questions (questionnaires). The results of the study showed that partially competence and motivation have a strong and positive effect on performance judging by the results of the analysis of multiple regression coefficients are Y = 0.199 + 0.229 (X1) + 0.778 (X2 ) means if competence and motivation (X1 and X2 = 0) then performance is 0.199 and if competence and motivation (X1 and X2 = 1) performance 0.299X1 and 0.778 X2. Based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination R2 SPSS program is 0.825 correlation analysis determination R2 obtained value Kd = (0.825x0.825= 0.681 or 68.1%) and the rest by 100% - 68.1% = 31.9% is affected by other variables. Based on the partial competency test result t count 1,782 < 2,019 table with a signification value of 0.82 because the probability of significancy is much greater than 0.05 then Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. This suggests that partially states that competence does not have a positive and significant influence on performance. Based on the results of the partial test of motivation variable states that t count 6,308 > 2,019 t table, with a significance value of 0.000. Since the probability is significantly smaller than 0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. This suggests that partially stating motivation has a positive and significant influence on performance. Based on the hypothesis test f obtained a value of 42,754 with df numerator 2 and df denominator 41 then obtained f table of 3.23. Since f counted 42,754 > f table 3.23, Ho was rejected and Ha accepted, meaning there was a significant influence between competence (X1) and motivation (X2) together on performance variables (Y) in Extraordinary School teachers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is research to determine and analyze the effect of product quality and promotion on purchasing decisions for Vivo smartphones at PT. Rappang Jaya Abadi at Mall Metropolitan Bekasi. The population in this study are consumers of PT. Rappang Jaya Abadi, totaling 130 people and the sample used in this study were 57 people obtained from the sum of the slovin formula. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires, interviews and data analysis techniques in the study using Validity Test, Reliability Test, Multicollinearity Test, Normality Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, Hypothesis Test through T Test, F Test, and Coefficient Test Determination (R2) using the help of the SPSS version 26 program. The partial test results show that the product quality variable (X1) shows a Tcount value of 3.232 > Ttable 2.004 and a significance value of 0.002 <0.05. So it can be concluded that product quality has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, the promotion variable (X2) shows a Tcount value of 9.621 > Ttable 2.004 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. So it can be concluded that promotion has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Based on the results of the F test, it is known that the Fcount value is 152.878 > Ftable 3.17 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. So it can be concluded that product quality and promotion together have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to obtain a clearer picture of the effect of product quality and price on the decision to purchase frozen food and instant noodles at PT Masuya Graha Trikencana Bekasi. The method used in this research is classical assumption test analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and goodness of fit test, using SPSS 26. To increase the level of purchase of PT Masuya Graha Trikencana Bekasi, one of the things that is done is to sell frozen food and instant noodle products which are quality and provide consistent prices. With quality products and consistent prices, it is expected to increase PT Masuya Graha Trikencana Bekasi's purchases. In analyzing the relationship between the effect of product quality and price on purchasing decisions, by knowing the strength and weakness of the relationship between the independent factor X (product quality and price) and the dependent factor Y (purchasing level), then multiple linear regression analysis is used. Based on the calculation of multiple linear regression analysis, the results obtained are Y = 1.209 + 0.489 X1 + 0.520 X2. From the results of calculating the coefficient of multiple linear regression analysis, it can be seen that it has a positive relationship, meaning that product quality and prices applied by PT Masuya Graha Trikencana Bekasi can increase purchasing decisions. From the results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination analysis shows that product quality and price have an influence on purchasing decisions of 46.3% and the remaining 53.7% is influenced by other factors. The results of the t-test hypothesis test both product quality and price have the same value: tcount > ttable, namely the product quality value is 3.461 > 2.030 and the price value is 3.000 > 2.030. It can be concluded that there is a significant influence of product quality and price variables on purchasing decisions. Based on the results of the F (simultaneous) test calculations, it was found that the Fcount value was greater than Ftable (13.813 > 3.27), so it was concluded that there was a significant influence between product quality and price on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the amount or amount of income tax payable by PT. AHZA RIZQI BAROKAH by re-analyzing the fiscal corrections to income and expenses that have been made by the company based on tax laws and regulations. In this study, it will be explained and explained that there are differences in the recognition of income and expenses in commercial and fiscal accounting, as well as the calculation of corporate income tax payable. This research uses descriptive method with qualitative and quantitative approaches. A qualitative approach is used to analyze the data under study based on tax laws and regulations, while a quantitative approach is used to analyze the data under study by calculating to answer the problem formulation. The results of the analysis from the research conducted by the author show that based on the results of the author's research, before the fiscal correction was carried out, the costs recorded in the commercial financial reports were Rp.884,546,137,- and after the fiscal correction was carried out the costs were Rp.882,373,353, - due to the cost of fiscal reports which are smaller than commercial reports, causing the income tax payable to be greater. based on the results of the author's research before the income tax correction was carried out which was recorded in the commercial financial statements of Rp. -26,272, - and after the income tax correction was carried out to Rp. -354,351, - due to the income tax report being smaller than the commercial report causing the income tax payable to be smaller. pph payable before a fiscal correction of Rp. 6,772,000, - and after the fiscal correction of the income tax payable became Rp. 6,975,000, - meaning that the effect that occurred on PT Ahza Rizqi Barokah after the fiscal correction of the income tax payable became bigger.

Abstract

This study aims to test : (1) Effect of the work environment on employee performance PT PLN (Persero) Generation Implementing Unit Asam Asam. (2) Effect of compensation on employee performance PT Cedefindo Bekasi (3) Effect of work environment and compensation on employee performance PT Cedefindo Bekasi. The design of this research is quantitative research. Populasi penelitian seluruh karyawan PT Cedefindo Bekasi and a sample of 64 respondents. The data was obtained by distributing questionnaires about the work environment and compensation to 64 respondents. This study uses validity and reliability tests to measure validity and reliability, and using the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test and coefficient of deremination (R2). The results of the study show : (1) The work environment has a significant influence on employee performance. (2) Compensation has no significant effect on employee performance. (3) Work environment and compensation together have a significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Yayasan Amanah Takaful. This study aims to determine how revenue recognition, recognition of zakat distribution, and presentation of financial statements at the Amanah Takaful Foundation. The research method used in this research is the data collection method by conducting interviews and observations as well as conducting literature studies related to revenue recognition, recognition of distribution and presentation of financial statements at the Amanah Takaful Foundation. The results showed that the Foundation has fully implemented the provisions regarding revenue recognition of Zakat, Infaq and Sadaqah Funds in accordance with PSAK No. 109 where it should be done on the financial statements of the Amanah Takaful Foundation. The foundation has implemented PSAK No. 109 by recording directly when receiving ZIS funds or assets / goods. In addition, the Amanah Takaful Foundation has implemented the provisions regarding the distribution of zakat, infaq and alms in accordance with PSAK No. 109 The amount of distribution of zakat funds in 2022 amounted to Rp. 2,416,780,508 and the distribution of bound infaq in 2022 amounted to Rp. 85,358,764 and the distribution of unbound infaq amounted to Rp. 3,353,283,982 so that the total distribution of infaq 2022 amounted to Rp. 3,353,283,982. Revenue recognition and distribution of ZIS in accordance with PSAK No. 109 greatly affect financial reporting. However, the foundation has not presented financial reporting as stipulated in accordance with PSAK No. 109.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Effect of Product Quality (X1), Distribution (X2) of Sales Volume (Y) Study on PT Temprina Media Grafika Bekasi The data used in this study are primary data. In this study, the sampling method using the Non Probability Sample method is Purposive Sampling. The results of this study indicate that Product Quality (X1), Distribution (X2) simultaneously have a positive significant effect on Sales Volume (Y) on PT Temprina Media Grafika Bekasi.
