Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is influence or how much influence career development and compensation variables have on employee performance at PT Supernova Flexible Packaging. The method used in this study is a quantitative method, data collection techniques used by distributing questionnaires and library data. The sample of this research is employees at PT Supernova Flexible Packaging, totaling 45 people with random sampling method. The analytical method used is multiple regression. The results of data processing using SPSS version 26 found linear regression results Y = 5.056 + 0.602X1 + 0.294X2. The results of SPSS data processing version 26 found that the adjusted R was 44.8%. This means that career development and compensation variables affect employee performance and the remaining 55.2% is influenced by other variables that are not used in this study. The results of this study concluded that partially career development and compensation variables have a positive effect on employee performance.. While simultaneously Career development and compensation together have a significant influence on employee performance in PT Supernova Flexible Packaging.

Abstract

One of the functions of Islamic financial institutions is to collect public funds which are then channeled back to them through a community financing mechanism. At KSPPS BMT Bina Usaha Mandiri Indonesia there is musyarakah and murabahah financing. This study aims to determine musyarakah financing or murabahah financing which is more at risk of bad loans and to find out the settlement of bad loans at KSPPS BMT Bina Usaha Mandiri. This research is descriptive in nature with primary data collected through interviews, observation, and supported by literature study. Data analysis used qualitative data analysis techniques, which consisted of data simplification, presentation and conclusion. The results of the analysis from this research show that bad credit in musyarakah financing can reduce bad credit more, seen from data in 2020, bad credit which occurred with a percentage of 1.79% decreased by 0.27% to 1.52% and at the end of 2021 and continues to decline in 2022 by 0.51% to 1.52%. If you look at the nominal value, bad credit has increased but the percentage has decreased, this is because the financing disbursed has also increased and bad credit in musyarakah financing is more risky, where musyarakah financing experiences higher bad credit in 2020 and 2022, that musyarakah financing with a greater percentage of bad credit in 2022 amounting to 1.01% while murabahah financing is only 0.55% and in 2020 bad credit financing for musyarakah financing is 1.79% worth IDR 14,619,037 while 1.01% murabahah financing. However, in 2021, the percentage of bad debts in murabahah financing is greater, namely 2.30% worth IDR 5,086,628 while musyarakah financing is 1.52% but if the percentage of bad loans is totaled over 3 years then the value of musyarakah financing is more large, namely 4.32% compared to murabahah 3.86%. Then the resolution of bad debts carried out by KSPPS BMT Bina Usaha Mandiri Indonesia is by directly writing off the financing using the direct write off method, namely directly writing off the financing to the receivables account which immediately reduces the total receivables on the balance sheet and is immediately charged to profit and loss on the PPAP Opex expense account.

Abstract

The main factor that can affect employee work productivity is career development. Career development will be very useful for companies to ensure the right employee in a position. Another thing that is an important factor in achieving employee work productivity is how the environment conditions around it. In this study, researchers took the object of PT Bumjin Elektronik Indonesia which is located in the industrial area Jababeka 3 Block A5B, Cikarang - Bekasi. In this study, the authors conducted library and field research (observations, interviews, and questionnaires) with quantitative analysis methods and descriptive analysis using the SPSS version 26 application which included regression coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, t test, and f test. The results of calculating the multiple linear regression coefficients obtained an equation between career development variables (X1) and work environment (X2) on employee productivity (Y). Y = 9.973 + 0.441 X1 + 0.258 X2. The results of the coefficient of determination show that the productivity variable is influenced by career development and work environment variables of 0.775 or 77.5% and the remaining 23.5% is influenced by other factors or other variables not examined. The results of calculations using the T-test hypothesis test between career development and employee work productivity obtained a Tcount of 3.962 > Ttable of 1.678. So, the conclusion is that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. These results indicate that there is an influence between career development (X1) on employee work productivity (Y). The results of the F-test analysis show that the value obtained for Fcount is 41.303 > Ftable 3.20 with a significance value of 0.000 less than a probability of 0.05. This means that H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted, meaning that statistically it shows that the variables Career Development and Work Environment have a significant effect on Employee Productivity at PT. Bumjin Electronics Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence the variables of leadership and job appraisal have on employee performance in the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government. How much influence does leadership have on employee performance. How much influence does work appraisal have on employee performance. The method used in this research is quantitative method, where data collection is used by distributing questionnaires and library data. The population of this study were all 45 employees. The sampling technique uses non probability sampling with saturated sampling type. The method used is multiple linear regression. The results of data processing using SPSS version 26 found that the results of multiple linear regressionY = 7.523 + 0.699 X¹ + 0.111 X². The results of data processing using SPSS version 26 found that R Square was 49.6%. This means that the contribution variables of leadership and work appraisal can explain the employee performance variable by 49.6%. influenced by other variables outside this regression equation or other causes. The results of this study concluded that partially seen from the results of the analysis on leadership (X¹), namely t count of 4.373 and t table of 1.682 with sig 0.000. Therefore, t count H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government. Judging from the results of the analysis on job appraisal (X²), namely t count of 2.573 and t table of 1.682 with a sig of 0.000. Therefore, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that work appraisal has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government. Simultaneously, it can be proven by the test value of f count of 5.514 and f table of 3.21 with sig below 0.000. This means that leadership and work appraisal have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the DKI Jakarta provincial government. Based on the conclusions above, leaders should include employees in the decision-making process and its implementation. Employees should also comply with the applicable regulations in pergub no.57 of 2020. Leaders should also provide the right direction and supervise the performance of each employee so that they are able to provide good quality work in carrying out their duties.

Abstract

The author aims to explain whether the variables of service quality and digital savings have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. BCA This type of research uses primary data collection methods, namely field research which is carried out by direct observation (observation), interviews and using a list of questions (questionnaires). The sample method used is a saturated sampling technique, namely: a total of 60 respondents The analysis data was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis methods, dermination coefficient analysis, t test, f test in the SPPS program version 26. Based on the calculation of the coefficient analysis of determination (R2) of the SPSS program is 0.482, the correlation analysis of determination R2 obtained the value of Kd = ( 0.577 x 0.577 = 0.333 ) 33.3% and the remaining 100% - 33.3% = 66.7% influenced by other variables Based on the partial test results of service quality t calculate 3.690 >2.001 t table with a significant value of 0.01 because the significant probability is much smaller than 0.05 then HO is rejected and Ha is accepted. This shows that it partially states that the quality of service . Based on the hypothesis test f obtained a value of 14.228 with df numerator 2 and df denominator 58 then obtained f table of 3.16 because f count 14.228 > table 3.16, then HO is rejected and Ha is accepted meaning that there is a significant influence between service quality (X1) and digital savings (X2) together on the variable digital savings (Y) at PT BCA. There is a significant influence between service quality (X1) and work digital savings (X2) together on the customer statisfactions variabel (Y) at Bank BCA Prima Sunter Branch

Abstract

A company operational cycle produce result information. Information is used to making a decicion especially accounting information so, accounting information system is needed for a company. This research did in PT X which located in Jakarta. Data collection techniques are document analysis, observation, and interview. The Result of the research about cost of goods manufactured with job order costing method in PT X isCost of goods manufactured report obtained from cost of raw materials, direct labour, and factory overhead by using Accurate Accounting V.5 Enterprise system. Internal control substance authorization document and structure organization fungtion already done well. but, PT X still doesn’t implementation the internal control system on cost of goods manufactured well. In substance of employees of appropriate quality of responsibility hasn’t been done because of department production employee and department engineering employee not yet competent in inputting data which causes costof goods manufactured isn’t accurate.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Professionalism and Competence on the Quality of Public Services, the sample in this study was the Harapanmulya Village Community with a total of 117 respondents using an accidental sample. The analysis used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of this study indicate that Professionalism and Competence have a positive and significant effect on the Quality of Public Services by obtaining the results of a regression analysis of R Square (R2) of 0.685 or 68.5%. While 31.5% is influenced by other factors that are not included in this study such as motivation, reward and punishment, work environment, organizational culture and other factors.

Abstract

Given the breadth of problems in this study, the author limits the scope of the problem so that the research is more focused and does not deviate from the problem, limiting the problem to the Inventory Inspection, Purchasing, and Gross Profit. How is the inventory check and purchase program at PT. Jaya Marta Sentosa. In the results of the 2020 inventory inspection hospitalization activity, there was a difference of less than Rp. -458,229,870,- In the results of the 2021 inventory inspection hospitalization activity, there was a difference of more than Rp. 667,290,080,- In the 2020 goods purchase table, there were 12 types of goods with an initial amount of 79,168 units, 106,561 units of incoming (buy) inventory, 106,440 units of outgoing inventory (sold) and a final number of 79,307 units with a total of 79,307 units value of Rp. 11.427.517.320,- In the 2021 goods purchase table, there are 12 types of goods with an initial amount of 54,646 units, 111,060 units of incoming (buy) inventory, 100,586 units of outgoing inventory and a final amount of 65,120 units with a total value of Rp. 10,808,651,120,- In 2020 there is a difference in the inventory of goods of Rp. -458,229,870, - caused by the use of inventory items, while in 2021 there was a difference of more than Rp. 667,290,080,- due to the repurchase of inventory. In 2020, adjustments have been made to the Income Statement with an initial nominal profit of Rp. 551,192,786, - after adjustment, the final value of Profit is Rp. 92,962,916,-. Meanwhile, in 2021, the Income Statement with the initial nominal profit is Rp. 929,646,182, - after adjustment, the final value of Profit is Rp. 262,356,102,-.

Abstract

A company can progress or be destroyed due to the quality and behavior of the people in the company. Jatimulya village is an institution in the field of government, which is tasked with carrying out part of the government's authority which includes the fields of government, economy, development and people's welfare. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence motivation and work discipline have on performance at the Jatimulya Village Office. motivation is a driving force in individuals to carry out certain activities in achieving goals by providing the right motivation, employees will be encouraged to do as much as possible in carrying out their duties and they believe that with the success of the organization in achieving its goals and objectives. work discipline is the attitude or behavior of someone who obeys the rules and norms that apply and consciously obeys all regulations as well as their duties and responsibilities. performance is linking work results with employee behavior. As a behavior, performance is an employee activity directed at carrying out the organizational tasks assigned to each employee. to determine which samples will be used as respondents / data sources, the most appropriate sampling (appropriate) uses an area sample technique of 35 people to conduct research. The result of the t test analysis (X1) is 1.862 which is smaller than the table value of 2.030. Then H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected, which means that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This states that if work motivation on employee performance is getting better, then their performance will also increase. The result of the t test analysis (X2) is 5.103 which is greater than the t table value of 2.030. Then H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, which means that Work Discipline has a significant effect on Employee Performance. This states that if employee work discipline is getting better, then their performance will also increase. The results of the calculation of multiple linear regression analysis provide the results that, the variables of motivation (X1) and work discipline (X2) have a unidirectional relationship with employee performance (Y) at the Jatimulya Village Office, obtained a value of Y 5.110 + 0.227X1 + 0.638X2 which means that work discipline has a significant influence on employee performance. Simultaneously Motivation and Work Discipline have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Jatimulya Village Office. This can be proven by the significance value of the F test below 0.05, which means that the independent variable simultaneously affects the dependent variable. The coefficient of determination test of employee performance is 58.7% as indicated by the amount of R squer of 58.7% while the remaining 41.3% is influenced by other factors that are not included in the research model.

Abstract

In achieving company goals in the future, companies need to make changes, improvements, and business development. Therefore PT Jaya Marta Sentosa continues to strive to improve their business strategies to survive and not lose out in the competition. One of the improvements made by the company is in increasing the company's cash flow itself, so it is necessary to analyze financial statements to find out how to increase cash flow in the company. The analysis conducted by the author is an analysis of the control of acceptance of accounts receivable and recording of accounts payable. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in cash flow at PT Jaya Marta Sentosa in terms of the level of accounts receivable and accounts payable to the company.The results of the analysis of this study indicate that the smooth collection of accounts receivable and payment of accounts payable can affect cash flow. This means that if the greater the collection of receivables received, the greater the cash pu; a will be received by the company, and vice versa, if the smaller the collection of receivables received, the smaller the cash will be received by the company. And for debt payments, if the greater the debt payment, the greater the cash that will be issued by the company, and vice versa, the smaller the debt payment, the smaller the cash that will be issued by the company. Therefore collection of accounts receivable and payment of debt can affect cash flow.
