Abstract

Background of this research is the use of learning model that used by the teacher, it was not interest for the learners. Physics learning process was not able yet became interest the learners until learners’ achievement at XI  MIPA SMAN 12 Padang was not optimum yet. Purpose of this research is to know learners’ physics achievement by using cooperative model timed pair share type better than learners’ physics achievement by using scientifc approach at XI MIPA SMA N 12 Padang. Kinds of this research is quasi experiment with posttest only control design. Population of this research is all of learners at XI MIPA SMA N 12 Padang, they were 5 classes. Tecnique of sample collection is cluster random sampling, which is sample has grouped and selected two classes randomly. They were experiment class dan control class. Instrument that used in this research was essay test and observation. Based on result of data analysis, thus it got the average cognitive value in experiment class = 81,75 and control class = 77,54, afektive value in experiment class = 58,95 and control class = 55,39. Both of classes contributed normal and homogen in real level = 0,05. Statistic test that used is uji-t one side. Based on result of calculation, it got th = 1,73  with ttabel = 1,66, because th > ttabel , thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded that hypothesis of this research is accepted, students’ physic achievement by using cooperative model timed pair share type better than learners’ physics achievement by using scientifc approach at XI MIPA SMA N 12 Padang.

Abstract

This research aims to develop LKPD using liveworksheets based on problem based learning on light matter. The research method used is development (research and development) with the Sugiyono development model. The results of LKPD validity have been declared very valid based on the results of validation of learning material experts obtained a value of 88% with a very valid category, and the teaching material expert obtained a value of 88% with a very valid category, and the category of all validators is very valid with a value of 83%. In addition, LKPD is stated to be very practical with a value of 88.89% without revision. Based on the response of students obtained a score of 95.25% with an excellent category. Based on the acquisition of these data, it can be concluded that LKPD using a problem-based learning liveworksheet in light matter is declared very valid and very practical to be used as an IPA teaching material in school.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar IPA Fisika siswa VIII SMP N 3 Koto XI Tarusan. Hipotesis penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh penerapan model think pair share dalam pembelajaran berbasis masalah learing. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi exsperiment, pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cluster random sampling. Data hasil belajar IPA fisika dilihat dalam 2 domain, yaitu rentang afektif dan kognitif. Dalam domain kognitif pengambilan data menggunakan deskripsi masalah sebanyak 7 item, dalam domain afektif menggunakan lembar observasi. Hasil belajar domain kognitif yang diperoleh, nilai rata-rata kelas eksperimental adalah 73,64 dan kelas kontrol 59,95. Kemudian dengan analisis uji thitung = 3,158 lebih besar dari ttabel = 1,667 pada taraf nyata 0,05, maka hipotesis diterima. Dalam domain afektif aktivitas rata-rata kelas eksperimental lebih tinggi daripada kelas kontrol di kelas exsperimental 82,11 dan kelas kontrol 79,33. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya perbedaan perlindungan lingkungan antara siswa yang menggunakan pembelajaran berbasis lingkungan dan siswa yang menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional untuk pembelajaran. Metode ini juga digunakan untuk mengetahui dampak pembelajaran lingkungan terhadap sikap perlindungan lingkungan siswa sekolah menengah yang mempelajari pencemaran lingkungan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimental semu dengan desain kelompok kontrol non ekuivalen. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survei kuesioner dan wawancara. Uji Mann Whitney U digunakan untuk menganalisis perlindungan lingkungan. Terdapat perbedaan sikap perlindungan lingkungan antara siswa yang menggunakan pembelajaran lingkungan dan siswa yang belajar secara tradisional.

Abstract

The involvement of students in the learning process of physics at school is not optimal. In the learning process new innovations are needed to support students to be active, one of  the application, the Teams Game Tournament (TGT) cooperative learning model can be used. This type of research is quasi experimental research, with the posttest only control group design research design. Sampling is done by cluster random sampling technique. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that for the cognitive domain, the average for learning outcomes in the experimental class was 67.37 while the control class was 57.13. In the affective domain in the form of student activities during the learning process, it was obtained on average for the 57.43 experiment class while the control class 49.8 later, the results of hypothesis testing using two-party t test obtained t_count = 3.28 and t_table = 1.67 where 3 28> 1.67 then the hypothesis is accepted. This study shows that the learning outcomes of physics with the TGT cooperative learning model accompanied by quizzes are better than the results of students' physics learning using conventional learning in class VIII IPA Optical Instruments in SMP 28 Padang

Abstract

This research is motivated by the unfulfilled learning satisfaction of ITP Informatics Department students. This type of research is correlational research. The purpose of this study is to find out anything that contributes to learning motivation towards student satisfaction. The study population was 146 people and a sample of 59 students of the ITP Informatics Department. The sampling technique was carried out by using the Non Probability Sampling Design technique, namely the incidental sampling technique. Sampling is taking the sample by chance, that is, by chance, by chance meeting with the researcher can be used as a sample if it happens that the person who happens to be found is suitable as the data source. Meanwhile, the data on learning motivation and learning satisfaction were collected through a questionnaire sent to students using a Likert scale that had been tested for validity and reliability. The results showed that learning motivation contributed significantly to the learning satisfaction of ITP Informatics Study Program students. amounted to 17.47. Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar siswa kelas XI SMAN 1 Gunung Tuleh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hasil belajar siswa sebagai hasil dari aplikasi strategi pembelajaran aktif tipe Giving Question and Getting Answer. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuasi penelitian eksperimental dengan rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain kelompok kontrol acak. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah sampling jenuh. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI SMAN 1 Gunung Tuleh terdiri dari dua kelas. Hasil pembelajaran menunjukkan nilai rata-rata kelas eksperimen XI IPA 1 75,70 dan kelas kontrol XI IPA 2 61,59. Kemudian hasil uji hipotesis dengan uji t diperoleh thitung = 3,27 > ttabel = 2,01 maka hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima. Kesimpulannya adalah pengaruh aplikasi strategi pembelajaran aktif tipe Memberi Pertanyaan dan Mendapatkan Jawaban terhadap hasil belajar fisika siswa kelas XI SMAN 1 Gunung Tuleh.Kata Kunci: Memberikan Pertanyaan dan Mendapatkan Jawaban, Pembelajaran Aktif

Abstract

Modul Fisika Dasar berbasis konsep terintegrasi nilai-nilai keislaman ini dikembangkan pada konsep Dinamika Partikel. Pengujian validitas modul ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah modul yang dikembangkan ini benar-benar dapat memberikan pemahaman konsep yang baik kepada mahasiswa serta melalui modul ini dapat mengembangkan karakter islami mahasiswa. Model pengembangan yang digunakan menggunakan model 4D dengan tahapan pendefenisian, perancangan, dan pengembangan. Penelitian ini focus kepada tahapan pengembangan dengan mengacu pada pengujian validitas modul sebagai pijakan pengembangan modul. Penilaian validitas modul dibagi dalam tiga komponen berupa komponen penyajian, kelayakan isi, dan kebahasaan. Komponen penyajian memiliki nilai validasi 79,69. Komponen kelayakan isi memiliki validasi 72,22. Komponen kebahasaan memiliki nilai validasi 78,85. Semua komponen berada dalam kategori valid.
